Samsung Bespoke AI Combo is not drying clothes

• Make sure the Laundry Combo is not overloaded. This may result in longer drying times.
• Dry heavy fabrics separately from light fabrics.
• Very small items may not dry thoroughly. Additionally, if the load is too small, it may not tumble properly. You can add some towels to the load, and then restart the cycle.
• Check the Laundry Combo’s lint filter and heat exchanger, and clean them if necessary.
• If a drain hose is connected, make sure the water is draining properly.
• Check the Heat setting to ensure "No heat / Air" has not been accidentally selected.

• Large - Drum 3/4 full
• Medium - Drum 1/2 full
• Small - Drum not more than 1/4 full

1. Adjust the dryness level to More and the Drying Temp to High.
2. Turn off the Eco Dry feature.
   
   Tap the > on the drying options and then turn off Eco Dry.
   
   
3. Clean the lint filter.
   
   Open the lint filter cover and pull out the filter. Then, remove the inner filter and clean the inner and outer filters. Insert the assembled filter back into place.
4. Run a vent blockage test.
   
   Make sure the drum is empty, close the door, turn the laundry combo on, tap settings > Washer > Vent Blockage Test > Start test.
   

If the vent is not blocked, check the dry time recomendations below.

If the vent is blocked, the vent needs to be cleaned.
