SmartThings is unable to detect Smart Cam
1
Start adding the camera to the SmartThings app.
In the SmartThings app, tap the Home icon, and select the location where you'd like to add the camera. Tap the Devices tab, tap Add (the plus icon), and then tap Add device. Tap the By brand tab, and then tap SmartThings. Tap Camera, and then tap Cam. Tap Start, and follow the on-screen instructions.
2
Factory reset the camera, and then connect it to SmartThings.
When the app begins looking for the camera, press and hold the Reset button on the back side of the camera for 15 seconds, and then release the button. The camera will make a "click" sound and the status LED will blink green, indicating the camera was reset. The camera will be ready to connect with SmartThings once the status LED starts blinking amber.
