Inspect audio output areas.

Locate the audio output area on the temple side of the headset, above the ear, with two holes:

  • The audio speaker is located on the bottom side of the headband.
  • Air vents are located on the topside of the headband, and on the top and bottom sides of the visor window housing.

Ensure the speaker and air vent holes are not covered by stickers or objects, as obstructions can cause noise.
