Locate and clean the proximity sensor

1
Power off the headset.
While wearing the headset, press and hold the Top button and Volume down button simultaneously to open the Power off menu. Then, point to and pinch Power off. When the headset shuts down, remove it.
2
Check the proximity sensor.
The proximity sensor is located on the inner left side of the headband (it looks like a black square). Remove any stickers, covers, or accessories that may obstruct the sensor.
3
Clean the sensor area.
Note
Never use chemicals or detergents on the headset. These substances can cause discoloration or damage to the materials.
Remove the power cable from the headset. Then, clean the inside and outside of the headset with a soft, dry cloth, ensuring the proximity sensor area is free from dust, debris, or buildup.
4
Test the headset.
Reconnect the power cable, and then put on the headset. It should automatically turn on. When ready, remove the headset and verify that the front LED turns off and the screen shuts down.
