Brush stops spinning Samsung Jet Stick

If the spinning brush of your JetStick won't spin, make sure it's clean, and then try restarting it a couple times. If it still won't start, it probably overheated, and should work again after 30 minutes.

Turn off the Jet Stick, remove foreign matter from the brush, and restart the JetStick.

Turn the Jet Stick off and on again.

If the Jet Stick still does not work after the first restart, restart it a second time.

Turn the Jet Stick off, wait 30 minutes, and then turn it on again.

If the overheating prevention device of the brush motor operates, it may take about 30 minutes to cool the motor.

Request service.

If the spinning brush still does not work, visit our Support Center to request service.
