Một sản phẩm kém về mặt chất lượng. Tôi mua máy ngay thời điểm ra mắt tại Việt nam, một trong những người tiên phong sở hữu S25 Ultra. Tôi mua máy ngày 08.02.2025. Đến ngày 06.5.2025 tôi phát hiện bút S Pen bị nứt vỡ. Hoàn toàn không có rơi vỡ. Không có dấu hiệu va chạm. Không có dấu hiệu có tác dụng lực. Chỉ đơn giản là bút vỡ. Tôi liên hệ và được trả lời là không được bảo hành. Một sản phẩm bị lỗi, do nhà sản xuất, nhưng lại bắt khách hàng tự chịu trách nhiệm, cho thấy Samsung Việt Nam đặt khách hàng của mình ở vị trí nào. Rất thất vọng. Và khuyến cáo mọi người cân nhắc trước khi chọn đồng hành cùng Samsung và các sản phẩm của họ.

I’m really disappointed to see that the Bluetooth functionality is no longer available in the latest version. It was one of the standout features for me, and now I really miss it. Especially the Bluetooth-enabled version, as the Air Actions are incredibly handy for me. I strongly urge Samsung to consider offering the Bluetooth-enabled S Pen separately for those of us who really rely on the Air Actions for our workflow. It would make a huge difference and allow us to continue enjoying the full functionality we loved. Please bring back the Bluetooth version or at least make it available for purchase separately.

I wonder who in Samsung made the decision to nerf the s pen function. This is criminal and a fatal mistake. Their market research is completely wrong. This is an essential feature for people to use the s pen for capturing group photos. Instead, they just downgraded it to become a plastic stick. Seriously, they need to bring back the functional BT s pen and provide a free 1:1 replacement for all Ultra buyers. It is already underwhelming for the lack of major improvements for S25 ultra over the previous models. I am sure they will be losing even more market share to other brands with the lousy s pen decision.

No Bluetooth is a pain for sure, especially when the size and colour makes it easy to misplace. To make things worse, as with some of the other reviewers, slipped out of my hand at not a great height and it snapped in half 😕 You would think all of this was a cash grab, but now when searching for a replacement they don't even sell them separately. Looks like the decision makers for Samsung couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.

Dear Samsung, Why do you hate me? Why do you downgrade your phones while increasing prices? Why can't I have the x10 optical zoom and BT S-pen that I want? Why do you think I need a phone that overheats? I purchased the S25U to replace my S22U. Before I even received it, I started a return upon learning about the S-pen downgrade. Bluetooth function may only be used by 1% of Ultra user but is a feature which is so useful for selfie, video content creation, etc..Pre-ordered S25U to replace my current S23U however decided to cancel the order see what Samsung can do. Honestly, without that feature, there are tons of phone that are as good. My second phone Pixel 9 Pro XL is really good. Smooth and camera is good too.

I've had my samsung s25ultra for a month & very disappointed to find they've chosen to remove the Bluetooth features in the S pen, ideally you could've opted to have people purchase a Bluetooth compatible pen if that's one of the features they love about Samsung. I wouldn't have upgraded, if I had known about all the things this phone now lacks with such a hefty price tag.

What's the point of the pen without Bluetooth? You pay top dollar for the ultra for this feature to be removed... regretting upgrading and increasing my monthly repayments for no 'ultra' features. Not updating from S23U to S25U. The design is cheaper than the S24U and S23U. This S Pen... I'm buying a flagship, and they're offering it without full functionality. Does that make sense? Send the S25U with the Bluetooth S Pen. If you're removing features, then it makes sense! Don't buy the S25U to buy this S Pen separately.

lol same price for a plastic piece of junk. Have been thinking of switching to the competition. This solidified my decision for sure. The only reason i still had the galaxy was because of the Bluetooth features of the s pen. Will be leaving Samsung once and for all. Hopefully the smarten up for the s26 or I’m gone

Had the phone 3 days , somehow accidentally popped it out the phone from waist hight onto rubbermatt flooring and the pen snapped in half . Very disappointing. Only getting another one to fill the hole in the bottom of my phone . Lacking previous features is a massive disappointment.

This product is a big downgrade the moment they remove the bluetooth function from the Spen, I might as well just get the S24 Ultra. Please bring back the bluetooth function.
