  • How does the Buy and Try promotion work?

    The Buy and Try promotion allows Samsung customers to purchase eligible products and try them out for 30 days with the option to either keep or return the product. Payment is made on ordering of the product. If you are not happy with the product, return it within the 30-day trial period without damage and in original packaging to receive your refund*1.

  • Which Samsung products are eligible for the Buy and Try promotion?

    Currently only the Samsung 98” Q80 & 98” QN90 TV’s are eligible.

  • Are there any fees to enrol in the Buy and Try promotion?

    The Buy and Try promotion is available at no additional cost. Shipping and returns are free.

  • How long is the trial period?

    Your trial period will be 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide to keep the product, no action is required*2. If you want to return the product, please contact Customer Care on 0860 491 600 or send an email to zastore@samsung.com before the end of the trial period and initiate the return process.

  • What are the available payment methods for the Buy and Try promotion?

    Samsung’s Buy and Try promotion is eligible on all Samsung Online Store payment methods and in all Samsung Stores.

  • When will I be charged?

    You will be charged at the time of placing your order.

  • What happens if the Trial Product is stolen?

    Samsung customers are expected to add the eligible device to their own insurance policy and are fully liable for incidents of theft.

  • What do I do if I do not want to keep the product?

    If you want to return the product, please contact Customer Care on 0860 491 600 or send an email to zastore@samsung.com before the end of the trial period and initiate the return process. Products must be returned without damage and in their original packaging with all accessories and items included in the purchase of the product. If Samsung determines that returned products are not in acceptable condition, Samsung may, at our sole discretion, ship the products back to you, and you will not be refunded the purchase amount.

  • What happens if the Free gift is not available?

    Samsung cannot guarantee availability of the Free gifts at all times.

  • What is the timeline to redeem my Free Gift?

    You will have 7 Days from the end of the trial period to redeem your free gift.

  • How long will it take to receive my Free Gift?

    Samsung will arrange delivery within 14 days of redeeming your Free Gift.

*The Samsung customer would be eligible for the refund when the customer contacts Customer Care before the end of the 30 days from delivery. Products must be returned without damage and in their original packaging with all accessories and items included in the purchase of the TV. If Samsung determines in their absolute sole discretion that the returned TV is not in acceptable condition, Samsung may, at our sole discretion, ship the TV back to you. Should the TV be damaged, the customer would be liable for payment of all service fees before a refund can be given to the customer.
