I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I wish I could get a refund. Basic problems on first use, Battery icon is too small and I have to go into settings to actually see it. I have to go through 3 steps just to get into the phone. Tap, slide and pin. Can't find anyway to change this. Time on basic platform, once you get into the phone is as small as battery sign is. When ready to hang up the phone and press the hang up button it often recalls the person I was talking to, whether the call comes in or goes out. Last night I tried desperately to turn the flash light on but no but no matter which way I tried I could not find the icon for it.

It's still small and fits in the palm of my hand but is mighty with it's functionalities, display clarity, camera features, apps and much more. Particularly like the AI tools in gallery when editing photos. Triple camera is a bonus. The processing speed is swift and Samsung security is exceptional as always. My husband bought the S26 ultra which has a bigger screen but all the same advantages as a standard handset. The battery life is good and a full charge lasts well. Durability is reliable which is reassuring on busy schedules. An outstanding powerful handset which I would definitely recommend.

I don't like it. Can't find things I used to have. For example, my flashlight is gone and I don't know how to get it back. It was something I used regularly. I will get a text, and it will not alert me. People have told me they sent a text, but they get a message that I was off-line. ??? NEVER used to happen before. Same thing happens when someone calls me. It won't ring then I get alerted that I missed a call! I will get a notification from Samsung at 4:00 in the morning advising of an update or giving my stats for the day. Really? Who wants to get woken uip at 4:00 in the morninbg. Give me back my old phone and I would be satisfied!

I've been really impressed with the battery life. The battery on the S21 FE was the greatest and it always felt like a struggle. The S26 is great and lasts a full day. It also connects seamlessly with my wireless android auto with out killing the battery and overheating the phone like my old one. I haven't worked through all the new features yet but I've had a play with a few. Looking forward the photos I can take and edit with the new AI features. It is much easier to use, am able to navigate it's features well and am still exploring these. Gemini is particularly useful. I was able to customise my display with ease with and this has made all my apps very accessible. The ability to switch all my significant apps to dark mode has been very useful as makes text better to see, even with smaller fonts. Battery lasts very well and even in this hot weather has not overheated and I have been able to continue using instead of having to leave it to cool. I have not had phone long enough to review durability or camera which I have not yet used.

I've had Samsung Galaxy S models, the last 10 years, probably, and I've been very happy with them. The only problem that I have is I also have Samsung Galaxy S tablet and I don't know why Samsung wouldn't have the power button at the top or the bottom of both models.Why is it on the bottom of the phone and on the top of the tablet ? It's kind of confusing because I use the tablet and I use the phone about the same amount. And I always have to kind of consciously remember tablet power is on the top and the phone power at the bottom tab .. Other then that the Samsung Galaxy S26 plus I have now is excellent.Same as the other Galaxy.S models i've had.. 😊👍

I like the new UI capabilities as well. Things that I am not too keen on are things like the strength of the vibration on this phone, it's very week and when I heve my phone on silent I can barely feel it and I am missing alot if calls. The camera is also very good, however I wish the s pen still had Bluetooth. On to the s pen, it is a very silly design choice to put the end clicker on an angle which means you have to put it in at the right rotation and if you don't it will protrude.

Been a couple of weeks. I went from s24fe to the s26. Quadrupled my storage to 512GB, and increased my RAM by 50%. So, for that, I am happy. But, sometimes, especially for numbers it will move one of the numbers from near the beginning, to the end of the sequence. And, when responding to a Facebook video sent to me from Messenger, it is difficult to touch the SEND Otherwise, I am appreciating the ease of holding a slightly smaller device. For example, I am able to do pics with one hand easier; and, when on my belt holster it doesn't dig into my belly side. Being a slightly smaller battery capacity, I am happy it lasts as long as my larger s24fe battery

I know alot of people have mentioned how it isn't much of an upgrade from the s25 but as someone who's upgrading from the Flip 6 (I know, I know but I kind of just wanted better battery and cameras) it is an upgrade. The cameras and battery life are a significant upgrade for me. It's also very snappy and smooth. I've also been converted back to Bixby. She's kind of cool now (although she needs to be better at language recognition). I also love the design. I got the white which just looks sleek. I'd like to use her naked but unfortunately I don't have a great track record in that regard

I didn't want to review it until I had sat with it for some time and I will say it is an amazing phone the performance is incredible. Obviously the display has elevated quite a bit for me, personally, I am enjoying it way more than my previous phone, and I love that it takes up most of the phone space. I mean the camera is a given I don't even need to say much for that. On the concept of durability for me personally I do think so far it has been great ( you couldnt imagine how many times i've dropped it) however i haven't had it long enough to really say anything on that but i mean samsung has always been quite durable for me. the battery so far its been great it lasts quite some time, but again I haven't had the phone for like a year so so far, so good.

Performance is so , so, much higher and the display is amazing. For me the camera wwasn't a big deal , but he is using for take great pictures and the AI help adjust to perfection. Sadly all this good comes with a cost as the battery doesn't last too long, is still amazingly long if you using the full potential of the phone but compared to the basic S26 battery life its a noticeable difference . So I was a bit unsure about the galaxy s26. But I will say I love it. It's very light weight and can be used with only one hand which is amazing when your dog g other things like holding packages, items or food. But don't let the light weight fool you. Battery is the best part — lasts all day easy, sometimes into the next morning. My old phone needed charging twice a day so this is a big upgrade. Camera takes great shots, colours look natural, low light is way better than I expected. The 3x zoom is handy too. It's fast, no lag at all. I've only had my S26 a couple of weeks but so far I am very happy with it. Battery life is good, pictures are clear and sharp, display is excellent and easy to see especially in sunlight. Performance has been great with quick response time and easy setup. Durability seems good but I added a case for extra protection. I like the size of the S26 ... it's a little smaller then the Plus and the Ultra. I've had a number of Samsung phones and tablets and had great luck with them all except for my Samsung Flip 5 ... the inner screen went in 2 years which was very disappointing. Hope the S26 lasts longer.

I like the new rounded edges (I've come from the S23 Ultra) Solid design and still getting used to all the new functions which I've only scratched the surface of Not had any issue with connectivity whether it be 4g 5g or wifi. I have dropped it oonce already and only got a small crack on my screen protector so I'd say it's pretty durable. I use it at work, I'm on the tools so it goes through the motions with me. As much as I loved my old phone it was a large phone and I deliberately chose the S26 because of its smaller size. Battery easily copes with all day use, and the fast charging means a boost takes minutes. Build quality is as expected from Samsung, for this reason they are my go to brand for all my electronics - fridge, TV, headphones. Connectivity is fast, WiFi speeds are noticeably better than my Fold5 despite being on the same WiFi. AI integration into the interface/ OS was a bit advertising point, the best features such as summary or the browser assist work quietly in the background making the user experience top notch.

Somewhat better functionality, currently searching for how to disable the side bars and wallet swipe features, handy if they're things you would use frequently but that aspect is not something that appeals to me personally. Faster load times for some apps, I've had a few connectivity issues with third party devices needing to be resynced to handset with every use, such as Logitech headphones. It could be a me problem, I'm not always savvy enough troubleshooting those types of problems and sometimes I just cannot be a*sed. Does what I need it to other than that. Good 9/10.

Moving from a S23 to a S26, the phone and its layout, apps and settings were really familiar so the changeover was not a issue. The phone itself has a slightly larger screen but is slimmer and doesn't feel bulky or large in the hand. It is quick, has a crisp clear display and to me, it is easy to use. The Galaxy AI is a help and isn't overly intrusive. This is my 4th Samsung phone, so they must be doing something right. I think the Samsung S26 is a great phone and a nice improvement over my S23.

It’s OK. I am having to add my contacts as they didn’t transfer over. However I seem to have a lot of names I don’t know so don’t have to add them. Every time I get or make a call this irritating window pops up with suggestions such as leave a message, can’t talk right now - no idea how to get rid of it permanently. Also these adverts pop up. I hate that and don’t want to see them. The phone kept changing time zones on me - very frustrating when putting in appointments. I think I fixed this but wonder why it decided to do that. My notifications aren’t working like they did on my old phone. I have no idea how to get new notification sounds either. Not very user friendly for seniors!

The camera is just outright disgusting, it picks up on every detail and the quality will make you either love it or hate it after a selfie and don't even get me started on the display even when watching YouTube the colors pop. Im a clumsy person and even though I've dropped this phone a few times, not even a scratch or dent but let's hope I haven't jinxed it. For me in all it has to be the performance of th phone, no matter how many tabs you open it just doesn't slow down.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of differences between the day to day functionality of the S22 and S26 however there are lots of small added features which I seem to keep discovering the more I use the phone. Something I recently stumbled across was the ability to remove unwanted audio from videos - this is something I never thought I needed but has turned out to be quite useful. The battery life is very good and the phone is quick to charge. It is a very responsive phone and I have not yet noticed any performance issues. The phone is super fast and with the cooling system, great for gaming, streaming and multitasking. The camera is amazing along with the zoom function. The way the new camera hardware is able to screw the lens off is really cool too. The 5000mwh battery pretty much lasts all day which is convenient but I hear there's larger capacity batteries on other brands. The choice of colours is good but I'm a little disappointed about the return to aluminium rather than titanium which doesn't sound as durable but I guess it's not that much of a big deal.

phone is great! love the battery life, the performance and new features. the camera function seems to display colours more towards natural rather than vivid. not sure if i prefer this display. durability wise no issue as usual. my previous phone was a S22, this S26 screen is slightly bigger. i appreciate that. i misread however that the privacy toggle was on all S26, turns out it only applies to S26 ultra, minor disappointment there but I guess it's my fault considering i didn't read properly haha. would have gotten the S26 anyway. helps with all the ongoing promos really helped to reduce the cost of the phone. don't think apple will ever be able to beat with such discounts and overtrade bonuses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned the Samsung S24 previously, this was a nice and much needed upgrade since I desperately needed more storage on my old phone, bonus getting a faster processor and more RAM. Switching between phones has been very easy. The new Galaxy S26 is very similar in size, the screen is a bit bigger but is just as lightweight, the battery life it's better, I can get over a days' use without needing a charge. One minor thing I dislike is that the rear cameras are too protruding causing the phone to wobble when placed on a straight surface but I guess this won't happen with a case. The cameras are great, love the crisp images and videos. Overall, I am happy with my new phone and would recommend it.

The battery is lasting a bit longer than the s24 so its a plus. Sometimes it's loosing the internet connection through mobile data. I am not sure if it is a phone issue or just a network problem but it didn't happen with my old phone. The display its slightly bigger (6.3 inches) than the s24 (6.2 inches). So if you prefer smaller phones over the bigger ones like Ultra, it is still a good choice. Overall i gave it 4 stars because the camera its not as good as Samsung says.

I have been a Samsung user for many years and, after reluctantly upgrading to the new Galaxy S26, really really regret doing so. It is the worst Samsung phone I have ever used. It was easy enough to set up and transfer my old phone's content, but it has been a pain in the backside to use. Almost nothing works. The S22 I previously had just worked - everything just worked. I am having to install, delete and reinstall apps multiple times to try get them to work. I cannot access a bunch of my old content. The Microsoft Authenticator app has been a major one to get working, and I am still battling. Really, I wish I never bought this phone. If my S22's battery lasted longer I would just go back to that one.
My first cell phone was the Galaxy S7 which has suited my needs for the last ten years. My latest purchase of the Galaxy S26 is a welcome addition. Much has changed since the S7 and is very much appreciated. I always liked the size of the device as opposed to other smart phones which are too bulky. It didn't take me long to navigate the new phone which so far I find relatively user friendly. I have always found Samsung products to be durable. For example, I still have a Samsung microwave oven that I purchased in 1995 still operating at optimum levels in 2026. Keep up the good work!

The setup was the easiest i have used i followed the on screen instructions and transferred all data and apps and photos from my other samsung . When it comes to screen display its nice and bright . The camera is good too especially the zoom . Also browsing is very good and fast apps open in record time . The speaker is also very good as i use spotify quite a bit . The storage is 512gb which is plentiful compared to what I had i have not taken many pictures as i want a phone case before i take it out . But i would recommend it . Only downside is its not a huge improvement on the s25

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to the S26 from the S24 and I've noticed a significant improvement in the processing capability, it can manage multiple apps at one time. The display is a lot clearer and i can see it better in the sun. I'm not charging as often as the battery lasts longer. Loving the features on the camera including taking photos by pressing a button on my watch, the camera quality is excellent even capturing moving objects such as my dogs. With regards to durability of the phone it feels robust and well built but I have always used a screen protector and case to give added protection.

My first smartphone was the Samsung Galaxy S (GT-I9000) back in 2010, and ever since then I've had a soft corner for Samsung. I've used several Samsung phones over the years, including the Galaxy S23, S26, Z Flip, and A56. I've also tried a few other brands like Vivo and iPhone 6 and 7, but somehow I always come back to Samsung. Maybe it's because Samsung was my first smartphone, but there's something special about it for me. The experience just feels different, familiar, and comfortable. After seven Samsung phones, I can honestly say I still love the brand.

My iPhone could connect to my car but the earphone didn't work well. The S26 Ultra connects seamlessly and works perfectly. Using the tube my iPhone wouldn't scan properly without opening it. The S26 Ultra works perfectly. Battery lasts multiple days. It's fast with a beautiful screen and I rarely use my tablet because the S26 Ultra is so good. The interface and AI are intuitive and easy to use. It is robust and you feel like you are holding quality in your hand. As always with Samsung the S26 Ultra it is an attractive phone and very capable for business and gaming.

I pan this phone since april.I've had nothing but problems with the voice text not saying what I say punctuation is terrible. On it, and every time I go to say a word puts a period in and it's a sentence instead of carrying on, I liked it on my old S9 that I would say period when I was finished. My sentence and it would do a period now. It wants to spell out the word. Also on my Facebook Messenger, it has started. Sending ads when I believe in a message for somebody on chat. It seems to pick up a word in my conversation. And send an ad about it. I can't figure out how to turn that off This phone is very frustrating. It also is very slow. Sometimes in opening up things which I'm really surprised for a new phone

The colour is amazing with a mixed pearlescent of blue and purple (now my new favourite colour). I got this phone with the 512gb option for the price of the 256gb model. Plenty of Storage which is perfect as the camera quality is amazing and so many options in the settings to use from. The battery so far is incredible. Takes less than an hour to charge and keeps me going all day. The Interface on this model has seriously updated since my last phone (S24 Ultra) the interface overal for games, Communicating, Streaming and Browsing is magnificent. Durability is incredible so far. For a device that feels like it weighs nothing it is really strong and durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a late Christmas present and after upgrading from a S20 note ultra it was a good choice, camera is great for my uses, the battery lasts 2 days and with the little extras like good lock you can personalise your phone, one down side from coming away from the S20 is the S-pen which i loved as I could set up the phone and take photos without touching the phone and moving it, connectivity on this new phone is very fast and with the multi screen interface like my old phone you can do two things at once, durability is good but you will definitely need a case, which I always get for my phones, it is a good alrounder phone but wouldn't get a new phone each time one comes out as performance different is very small,

There is a fun app which all my family has enjoyed using called creative studio where you can use your pictures and transform them into fun animated pictures, the kids loved transforming themselves and our pet dog Wilma into cartoon characters, the new advanced privacy screen is great if you don't want your partner to sneak peak at what your looking at for them for Christmas or that noisy person next to you on the train. The camera was another big upgrade on my old device, I found my old phone to often contain a slight blur on motion pics or when I am trying to take quick photos but the S26 is much clearer and I haven't had any issues with the quality of the images and lastly but not least the battery life and performance is a big improvement, I find my battery lasting all day no problem now and I am a high user of my device throughout the day, I used to have to top my phone battery up around dinner time but I don't need to at the moment and I hope that continues into the longevity of the device
