How to turn the touchpad scrolling on/off ?
Go to START and then CONTROL PANEL
Underneath hardware and sound select MOUSE
In the mouse properties window select the DEVICE SETTINGS tab
Click VIRTUAL SCROLLING to bring up the VIRTUAL SCROLLING OPTOINS
Click or unclick the ENABLE VIRTUAL SCROLLING or HORIZONTAL checkbox to turn on/off the feature.
When finished click apply and OK.
