GPS and Location Settings

The Location settings allow you to choose how your mobile device will determine the location of your device. To access location settings, open the Notification Panel by swiping your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom, and touch Settings > Location services.

Use Wireless Networks

Your device will use wireless network information to help calculate your device's position.

Use GPS Satellites

This option allows you to find locations accurately to street level. To conserve power, deselect this option when not in use.

Location and Google™ Search

This option allows Google to use your location data for improved search results and other services.

Add Location Information to Photos

You can add location information to the media you capture. With the camera application open, touch > Settings > General > GPS tag > On.
