1. What is Samsung Care+?
Samsung Care+ is a service plan that offers Accidental Damage Protection to your Galaxy Device.
2. What does accidental damage from handling mean?
Accidental Damage from Handling means Accidental Damage caused during normal use.
3. What does Samsung Care+ cover?
Samsung Care+ Premium covers accidental damage repairs to your Galaxy device, including a free battery swap with each valid screen repair. Samsung Care+ Standard covers front screen and/or back glass damage repairs only, including a free battery swap with each valid screen repair.
4. What period do I have this benefit for?
The maximum period of cover is 36 months from the date of device purchase, depending on the Samsung Care+ service plan you purchased.
5. Up until when can I apply for Samsung Care+?
You must apply within 30 days from the date of device purchase. If you don't take up this offer during this 30 day period, you will lose out on this benefit.
6. How many incidents does a customer have?
You have up to a maximum of 2 incidents over a maximum period of 36 months, depending on the Samsung Care+ service plan you purchased.
7. Who pays for Samsung Care+?
The Device Owner must apply for the Samsung Care+ benefit as a 'paid for' service. Pricing of the service is determined by the device model and Care+ plan, and is available as a once-off payment or a debit order (only for select Care+ plans) over 24 months.
8. If I choose the monthly option how will I pay for my Samsung Care+ benefit?
You will be debited on a monthly basis on your preferred debit day.
9. How do I register for Samsung Care+?

10. How do I report an incident?
You contact the Samsung Care+ contact centre and an agent will take your details and immediately facilitate your incident report.
Alternatively, you can go to the nearest Samsung Authorised Repair Centre (ARC) and book your device in for repair.
Please remember to bring your proof of device purchase and your Samsung Care+ policy with you.

11. If I have a Samsung Care+ incident, is there a repair fee?
Yes, a repair fee is payable with every qualifying claim. The value of the repair fee is indicated on this website and in your Samsung Care+ T&C document.
12. Am I required to provide the device proof of purchase for an incident to be valid?
Yes, proof of purchase is required.
13. How long do I have to pay the repair fee?
You have 30 days from the date you checked in your device with the Service Centre to pay the Repair fee. If the Repair fee is not paid within 30 days your claim will be forfeited.
14. Is Samsung Care+ transferable?
No, Samsung Care+ is customer specific. If the original device no longer belongs to the original owner then the Samsung Care+ benefit is no longer valid.
15. What happens if I miss a monthly debit order Payment?
If One debit order payment is not received, You will not be able to submit a claim until the outstanding premium is received. If two consecutive Debit Order payments are not received, your policy will automatically be cancelled.
