Q : Some limited music files are played on music app or transferred to Galaxy Watch Active2 via Galaxy Wearable app. Why is this?
A : Even though Galaxy Watch Active2 supports following audio formats : MP3, M4A, 3GA, AAC, OGG, OGA, WAV, WMA, AMR and AWB
music app installed Galaxy Watch supports only limited five audio codecs.
As it is common feature with all Samsung Galaxy Gear and Watch devices, we recommend to use other 3’rd party applications to listen music files you want.
