1 • Wear the Galaxy Fitⓔ firmly around your lower arm just above the wrist.
• Ensure that the Heart Rate widget has been added. The Galaxy Fitⓔ will automatically track your heart rate when the widget has been added.
• Select a watch face that includes heart rate information.
