When connecting Note 9 to the car kit, the call is connected but the media sound does not play. What I should do?

1 To connect your note 9 device to the car kit, activate your device’s Bluetooth before starting your car. After BT is activated, start your car and connect it to the car kit. If you start your car and connect it to a car kit, the media sound of some vehicles (2016 Toyota Prius, 2012 Grand Cherokee, Toyota Tundra etc.) will not be output to the car kit. This is not device side issue. This is car kit’s design concept.
