[BD] Horizontal or Vertical line and spot problem in Samsung TV.

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry that the Samsung TV is making problem. Surely we will forward your request; but it would be very helpful if you check the following settings as well and get to know about the actual issue yourself. It might get resolved by you quickly.

-          Check the pixels is dark or light

-          Check it is external scratch or not

-          Check the display using USB pen drive

-          Check the display changing channel

-          If the above mentioned points have been checked then call Engineer

And if the problem does not get resolved at all, within 72 hours our service engineer will visit at your home for service.
