My mobile phone screen glass cracked when I left it on top of my stereo speaker whilst playing music. Will Samsung customer services repair the cracked screen glass under the mobile warranty? Is that a simple job? If I have to pay for the repair, any idea of how much, please?

Hi, Sorry to hear you are having problems with your battery life since your update. However, please kindly note that old systems settings can be left on the phone after an update occurs, which is why we usually recommend a full factory reset after updating. If this isn’t done your device may begin to give false readings from system resources, or experience technical problems, which may explain the issue you are having. You can find instructions on how to do a factory reset on your device by following this link: http://skp.samsungcsportal.com/integrated/popup/FaqDetailPopup3.jsp?seq=411781&cdsite=uk&status= Please ensure any data you do not wish to lose is backed up prior to doing this. Thanks
