    I cannot use the tethering with my Windows Vista. I have correctly installed KIES, I am able to see in Device Manager that my phone "Samsung Mobile USC Remote NDIS Network Device" is correctly set up in the Network Adaptars; I also see the 'Red 8 (Red privada)' and 'Conexión de area local 6' as configuration for my phone; but I am not able to connect to the internet. In KIES I can only see the instructions of tethering for windows xp and 7. Ehere i can find instructions for windows vista? Thanks

    Hi, I'm afraid there is only limited internal storage in this device. To stop the messages you will need to delete some media files such as photos, videos and music. It may also be wise to try and delete any apps or old text messages stored in the device. Alternatively, you could purchase an SD card, that will hold your media files and some apps, http://www.samsung.com/uk/search/?q=memory%20card. Hope this helps.

    Hi Peter, You can turn off your email notifications by following these steps; Go to your Email app > Tap on the left hand menu key at the bottom of your handset > Select Settings > Tap on your email address > Ensure Email Notifications is not ticked. Thanks

    Hi Anonymous, Jelly Blast is a customer ROM which is not recognised by Samsung so if this is downloaded onto your handset you will void your warranty. Thanks.

    Hi Edwin, Have you tried connecting it through Kies? Here is a link to the Kies software to download http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/. It allows you to manage your files on your PC similar to how mass storage does. Please check out this video how-to guide to get started http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIESTUTORIAL/JSP. Hope this helps.
