    Hi Peter, You can turn off your email notifications by following these steps; Go to your Email app > Tap on the left hand menu key at the bottom of your handset > Select Settings > Tap on your email address > Ensure Email Notifications is not ticked. Thanks

    I cannot use the tethering with my Windows Vista. I have correctly installed KIES, I am able to see in Device Manager that my phone "Samsung Mobile USC Remote NDIS Network Device" is correctly set up in the Network Adaptars; I also see the 'Red 8 (Red privada)' and 'Conexión de area local 6' as configuration for my phone; but I am not able to connect to the internet. In KIES I can only see the instructions of tethering for windows xp and 7. Ehere i can find instructions for windows vista? Thanks

    Hi, Please backup your phone using Samsung KIES. Perform a factory reset by pressing Menu > settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory data reset . When this is completed please connect your phone to Samsung KIES and restore your phone. Thanks.

    Hi, To forward a message on the Galaxy Ace simply open the message thread that contains the text you wish to forward, press and hold down on the text message and choose 'Forward' from the options provided. The enter the recipient name or contact number and send. Thanks

    I've checked which applications are using most memory and I have 'cleared data' on a number of them and transferred 2 to the memory card. The rest don't give an option to transfer to the memory card. Why does this new phone (less than 2 weeks old) have such problems and how do I fix it?

    Hi Anonymous, Jelly Blast is a customer ROM which is not recognised by Samsung so if this is downloaded onto your handset you will void your warranty. Thanks.

    I have lost my firmware to my gt-s5830i. where can i get the software needed to replace it on my phone. i have tryed kies but it will not connect to my phone because the phone will not boot up to android. could you please help as my phone is now useless. thanks..
