    Hi Apache, please check out this link to download Kies http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/. You should also make sure USB debugging is ticked on your phone by going to Settings > Applications > Departments > USB Debugging. Hope this helps.

    I can delete text messages but unable to delete any emails. I keep getting icon telling me no space on phone, so deleted lots of texts . When I go to emails I select the messages in the in box or the trash to delete, it tells me it has deleted them, finish with phone then when I go to use phone later my messages that I deleted are there again!!!

    Hi Chrissy, Have you got the latest software? You can check this by; Selecting apps> Sliding the screen to the right> Press settings> About phone. Your software version should be 2.2 (Froyo). If this does not work try reseting your by; Selecting apps> Slide screen to the left> Settings> Privacy> Factory data reset> Reset phone> Erase everything. Hope this helps.

    When using my phone for internet ect, the unit turns off after around 6 mins. When I plug in to recharge the screen goes to 80% charged? Is this a fault with the battery? The phone is just over a year old.

    I forgot password for my Samsung account so im unable to remove account for factory reset and there is no forgot password options. please help me out. i want to reset my mobile(s5830i)for memory concern.

    Hi. I recommend trying a hard reset on your device. You can do this by following these steps: - With the phone switched off, press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key. At this point you should see the Android recovery screen. - Scroll to Wipe Data/Factory Reset using the Volume Up or Down keys. Select with the power key. - Scroll down to Yes, Delete User Data and select it. - Back on the first screen, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and select it. - Your factory reset is now complete. - Go to Reboot System Now to restart the phone. I hope this helps.

    Hi Heena, Are you running the latest firmware update on your phone? You could also try clearing the cache and data from the application. You can do this by going to Settings > Application Manager > Click the App > Tap Clear cache + Clear Data. Then reboot the phone. If this still does not work, you could try a full factory reset. Before you do this, please ensure to back up all of your important files externally. Go to; Settings > Privacy > Factory Data Reset. Hope this helps.

    Hi Elwyn, are there any error messages? Have you tried unplugging your Ace from the USB and reconnecting? Does your device show up on your computer? Is your device set to debugging? Go to, settings > Apllications > Development > USB debugging, make sure this option is ticked. Hope this helps.
