    I downloaded Kies for Mac OS and installed it on my computer (yes it is a Mac) it install OK. I put music into the Kies program which then told me to connect device which I did. Then comes the problem all I get is connecting and the circle going round it never actually gets there. Please could you help, Thanks

    Hi, You can add other email accounts to your email application rather than your Gmail applications. You can do this by going to Settings > Accounts > Add account. Unfortunately, as iCloud is developed by a third party producer, we cannot guarantee it will be compatible with our Android device. Thanks

    Phone is new - I have set up email to sync per the peak/off peak shcedules, for some reason Sunday never sync'd any emails - is there a specific reason - how can I fix ?

    Hi, This may be due to the schedule of syncing you have setup with your Galaxy Young. To resolve this follow the steps below; 1.) Go to the app you use for your emails 2.) From here go to the settings 3.) Located here you will find and option for sync schedule Thanks.

    Words are sometimes auto-appended even though this function is switched off, and some suggested words are rubbish (i.e. not words at all) yet they keep recurring. Can I edit the dictionary more effectively than having to constantly update my word list? Is there a way to delete the recurring rubbish words, which don't always go into my word list yet keep appearing as auto-suggestions? The Galaxy III has a function to delete words from the dictionary, but I can't find anything like that on my Galaxy Young 6310. Thanks for any help!
