    Hi Tori, Please backup your phone using Samsung KIES. Perform a factory reset by pressing Menu > settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory data reset . When this is completed please connect your phone to Samsung KIES and restore your phone. Thanks.

    Words are sometimes auto-appended even though this function is switched off, and some suggested words are rubbish (i.e. not words at all) yet they keep recurring. Can I edit the dictionary more effectively than having to constantly update my word list? Is there a way to delete the recurring rubbish words, which don't always go into my word list yet keep appearing as auto-suggestions? The Galaxy III has a function to delete words from the dictionary, but I can't find anything like that on my Galaxy Young 6310. Thanks for any help!

    All I get when I try and connect to my router is "Authentication error occurred" and shortly after it just said the network was saved and secured. I have tried forgetting the password and re-adding it but it repeats itself, it is possible my router is outdated but I am not in a position to change the router so I am wondering if anybody has a solution to this I will be incredibly grateful for your answers and feedback.
