I bought the first headphone adapter for my Note 20 ultra, it worked for 3 months then stopped working, I thought the problem is the jack adapter, I got a new one not even 3 days it start making the same problem, clicking and the sound goes off, I guess samsung need to work on their port C quality, when I move the adapter a bit it starts to work again and withing few seconds the sound goes off over and over. I wish if samsung get back the port to normal headphones jack, even though the truth is they take it a way for lucrative reasons, to buy wireless headphones so they can make money, which is understandable from a big company.

I bought this to use with a Tab s8 and some 3.5mm studio headphones. The build quality isn't great. The cable to the USB C connector is tiny and looks flimsy, and the quality of the sound is questionable, to say the least. It doesn't work with the UHQ Upscaler on Tab S8 Ultra. The option is still greyed out despite claiming to support 192khz/24bit. There is also some sort of staticy sound that is most noticable when listening to quiet parts of music or when listening at low volumes - especially when listening at low volumes. The best thing I can say about this is that is works. But does it work well? Not really.

normalde yorum yazmam ama bu sefer yazacağım. aldığım ürün önce bazen çalışır bazen çalışmazç, yolda giderken dikkatini dağıtır seni sinir eder. Sonra çalışınca da 15 saniye sonra sesi 8-bit'e düşürüp birkaç saniye sonra ses vermeyi durdurur. çıkar, geri tak. bu sefer de çalışmaz olur. Hiçbir müziği baştan sonuna dinleyemezsin, yolda da sürekli hata verip dikkatini dağıtır. Ayrıca ürün yapısı çok kalitesiz. İplik gibi zayıf çelimsiz ince kablo kılıfı var, koptu kopacak. Onu bantla sararım felan desen bile, ürünün kendisi bazen çalışıyor bazen çalışmıyor. Değmez. Başka yerden alın!

The headphones that came with my S20+5G lasted around 8 months, then stopped working altogether. I then purchased this adaptor to use with older headphones that still work flawlessly on 3.5mm jack ports, and while it was good for a while, a few months later I hear nothing but clicking noises and the device is no longer serving audio. Utter rubbish. I refuse to buy another after such a short time, and after many years of buying Samsung devices, my S20 will be the last as Samsung are clearly not a premium brand anymore. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

I intended to purchase one of these audio jack adapters because my Galaxy A50's audio port is not working. Thankfully, my online browsing has paid off since I was able to locate this. I don't turst other 3rd party stores and luckily, I saw Samsung, and its stocks is replenished. Fortunately for me, even though my phone has an audio port, I was still able to hear the sound coming from my phone even with Dolby Atmos. I was still getting surround sound. It delighted me. Here is my critique for this product on my first day of usage. • Simple and straight to the point • Clean finish • Quality material • One of the best adapters I owned • Excellent packaging (comes in bubble wraps) • Best headset jack adapter at this price range

There's something wrong with the design of the USB connector. Two of these have failed in the same way. The connector won't fully seat inside the phone's connector after being plugged in a few times. All other USB cables connect to the phone with no problem. Even an iPhone adapter connects OK, just it isn't compatible and the sound isn't loud enough. What on earth are you supposed to do if you want to use your headset with Samsung's latest phones? This is a nightmare and I wouldn't have bought the S21 if I'd known this was the state of play.

Not durable in the slightlest. Have gone through 2 in the last 6 months. Rapidly declines into poor connection, causing the musix to stop and the speakers to crackle if the phone is so much as slightly touched whilst connected. 2nd one has now reached this point after 2 months and now even skips music or causes my phone to crash as it tries to open other apps(?!). Sadly, as Samsung has become as elitist as Apple, only the Samsung branded product will work....but only for 2 months. Save your money and buy and aux to bluetooth adapter instead

Honestly, it's awful. I read the reviews on how bad it was but bought one anyway as its needed. Crackling instantly and disconnects when on certain angles. The fact samsung make you buy this "Official" cable instead of supplying it and none samsung ones don't even work on the phone and this one is clearly defective is disgusting. I'd highly recommend buying it somewhere else to as its much cheaper on other sites. Honestly, terrible quality audio. Won't buy a samsung again as my music is important (I spend a lot of time in the car).

These look and sound great until they break, which is after very little use. Also, why does Samsung list reviews by highest to lowest customer ratings? It gives the impression that people are happy with this product, whereas as actually it's a catastrophe. How else are you supposed to connect headphones by wire to your modern smartphone?? it works perfectly with my S20+. In past, there was a click.sound while switching on the keyboard. it was now fixed. It performs well with my BGVP DMS earplug, with strong enough in bass, enough spacious , clear teeth sound, many details in MQA playing, outperform in female vocal. One thing that needed to improve the cable is not tough I think.. I am afraid it cannot last long.

On my XCover 5, works for playing music and for 3rd party app calls, but not for standard Phone calls with a 3.5 mm jack headset. Headset is tested on PC and works fine there. I think it is a problem with the USB-C software on the phone, though, insofar this dongle is not directly to blame, but as it doesn't work out of the box for my use case, I have to give a bad mark

This is fundamentally a cable. As all cables, it can break because of bending. And of course this keeps happening. So now it's not just headphones becoming e-waste, but also the adaptors. There was no need to remove the headphone jack. Literally no one wants this. The product has no fault, it's the phones that need a proper input jack. Samsung is better than this.

The first one I bought of these had an echo, sent it back for a refund. The second lasted just over 18 months then has failed. The sound was just about acceptable for phone calls, although the volume was very very low. The sound was unlistenable for music - very thin sound and no bass compared to a standard audio jack on my apple 6 phone. Wouldn't recommend at all.

This is 4 one and they all do the same thing. Works great for a month but then starts to break down. The problem is external ones do not work great aswell we need the 3.5mm jack back. This has been an awful idea! If you need it for short term like 2 week usage it's great. If not you still have no other option but to buy it and buy 5

I was genuinely happy to have this the audio quality was excellent over the 3.5mm compared to the galaxy buds, it just stopped working after a day. Extremely disappointed. Might be different on other devices but warning if you are using this with a galaxy s21 ultra, after looking up online it seem to be a common issue with this.

I record all my studio music onto my phone using an audio interface. So I need a 3.5mm port on my phone! (S20 Ultra). By removing this, it's not just inconvenient for headphones, but also for people trying to make music! Very annoying and you should at very least include an adapter in the box of the new phone.

I had a trip to Manchester and back in a day, moved from Bluetooth to the adapter as Bluetooth was taking up too much battery, the adapter is crackling already and it is the 1st time I am using it. Got my phone as a gift, may just see if I can return it for a phone with a jack. Not worth the hassle

Bought this, the delivery was annoying but when it arrived, the product arrived exactly as described. Can confirm it works with my note 10 plus 5g (I am in England). Can now use old earphones with my note 10 plus. No special features but it does exactly what it is supposed to.

I've had this adapter for a bit over a year now, it sounds and works great to this day, although the wire itself is quite thin and could be made stronger, preferably braided. For this one, I would recommend heat-shrinking the entire adapter. 6mm heat shrink should do the job.

Bought it to plug in an external mic, it seems to have a good rep with DAC so I bought it. The recorded audio sounds good. However the cable stopped working after a couple of days of using it. Returned, going to try another one, hopefully it's just bad luck...

I have the Samsung note 10 this is the only adapter I've brought that some what works ... I've used it half a day and it keeps fazzing out and sounding tinny after a minute so I have to unplug and reconnect (using with an aux lead to connect to my car)

I have been using this dac for about 1 and half year with my IEM. And for budget to mid range IEM's is pretty good. May be for a higher frequency range headset you may need an Additional Amp. But this is more than adequate for almost everything in-ear.

I think it's great to be able to use head phones as my wireless ones are not always charged. The adaptor makes it so much more convenient. The only issue is you can't charge your phone and listen to music at the same time which can be a pain.

Ürün geldi ve gerçekten üründen çok memnun kaldım. Herhangi bir ses azalması vb. söz konusu değil. Tek kötü yanı biraz daha uzun olabilirmiş. Yani 2-3 cm daha uzun olsa daha kullanışlı olabilirmiş. Ama bu haliyle de fazlasıyla yeterli.

Why haven't Samsung produced a dual aux and charger adapter, its very frustrating to have to stop listening to you music in the car or at home just to charge it.

I don't recommend this product at all. I plug my earphones into the jack and the jack is loose and doesn't hold your earphones and therefore they fall out.

Samsung Galaxy S20 FE G780G için aldım. Kulaklığım eski olmasına rağmen sorunsuz bir şekilde çalıştı ve ses kalitesinde hiçbir sorun yoktu. Gayet güzel.
