I bought this screen 3 months ago and it doesn't work anymore. I saw online many people are experiencing the same issue, after a few months the screen just dies. Been fighting with support for 4 days now and still not getting any repair or help, I really don't recommend this screen

I got this monitor in January 2024. It's great for PC gaming due to it's high refresh rate . Playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on 57" is a true delight. It was easy for me to put it together and get it onto the desk was easy. I did not need two people. It will be a pain to update though . There is an update available as of 2-6-24 but it is not usable as it does not open when downloaded . The monitor has lots of adjustments butI have not had to tweaak anything. I let my Nvidia 4090 GPU do all that.

Negatives No speakers on a 3000$ monitor. No wireless updating of firmware. Backlight is not uniform, there is a lot of clouding on the edges. 1 dead pixel on a 3000$ monitor, should be 0 in this price range. Weak brightness for HDR Short video cables No USB-C Positives its big. Dual 4K display 240hz DP and HDMI 2.1

When my computer goes into sleep mode, I press Enter to wake it up, and it wakes up, but there's no image on the monitor. I've tried everything, followed the service technician's instructions, but the problem persists. Turning the screen off and on again brings it back to life, but when it goes into sleep mode, the screen stops displaying anything. Sometimes, strangely, it would turn on, or maybe the service technician couldn't find a solution. Because of this problem, I had to return the monitor. The downsides I noticed while the monitor was working are: The brightness could have been a bit higher for HDR, and when navigating menus with HDR enabled, there can be inexplicable glare and flickering. For example, there could have been speakers on the back. Also, the monitor's control buttons aren't ergonomically designed. The standard DP cable isn't long enough, and the cable's data transfer bandwidth is low, which can cause a bottleneck. If these shortcomings and problems are fixed, I really like the monitor. If the problems are resolved and an updated monitor is released, I'm eagerly awaiting my order.
