I purchased a vertical fridge and freezer from an authorized Samsung dealer about a year ago. Unfortunately, the fridge is no longer cooling at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others.

A well designed fridge, but whoever in the design department thought having the electrical cord come out of the TOP of the machine must have been old a long boozy lunch. The plug barely reaches the ground, so unless your socket is immediately behind the fridge, the first job you will have is to go out and buy an extension lead. Really Samsung I don’t know manual people with sockets halfway up a wall. Most of us have them at the skirting board, so maybe design your equipment either with longer cords or have them leave the machine at the floor not the top!

The water dispenser is very handy since I buy bottle water.all I just have to do is pour the water there so that the children will not drink half bottles of water and throw the rest away. The freezer part it's superb.things gets frozen in no time.

This fridge is pure quality, everything on it looks amazing, everything is well made and the compressor is so quiet I can hardly hear it. I purchased a samsung washing machine some time back and that looks and works amazingly, that is why I chose to buy samsung again and I could not be happier.

Early days. All seems good but you can’t refill the water dispenser without taking a tray out of the door first. A right pain. 5 minutes of design could have come up with a better solution. The door trays seems a bit flimsy.

We also understand that you feel like the trays are not as resistant as you would have expected, although we would like to reassure you that our engineers made sure to test them so they could be perfectly adequate for your everyday needs. Had the both the fridge and freezer for six months now. Absolutely no issues. Of course it’s a frost free freezer so from time to time it’s going to expel a bit of water. Common sense really. But totally recommended.
