DO NOT BUY. The fan stays on maximum power 100% of the time from day 1. The noise level can be heard over the TV and conversations etc. When the door is opened the fridge physically vibrates so that the contents of the fridge are shaking. We requested Samsung technicians to come and repair or replace but they told us this was normal behaviour for the fridge. We have had to throw it away and buy a new fridge despite this one been only one week old. I was absolutely amazed that they said this was normal and will never buy a Samsung product ever again.

I purchased this last November. It caused no trouble / no issues. It works fine. Not too loud. Simple design. I switched to Samsung from other Korean brands, and this one is better. more quiet, spacious, and you can even turn off the freezer. but, Sliding shelf is the best since it is quite deep. It would have been better if all shelf was sliding.
I recommended this product.

This fridge is very noisy since the day i bought it. Complained several times with the customer care but of no use. i am struggling with the loud noise everyday in the kitchen. At times i have to leave the kitchen because of the disturbing noise. I am never going to buy any Samsung products in my life and will not recommend to anyone.

I bought this 1,5 years ago and there is a gas leak inside so not repairable. Can t believe it died so fast! No damage or whatsoever just stopped.

This product is so poor in terms of freezing performance as I have one and freezing got broken after the the first year. It's price been increased now! They collected twice now for repair with no result since 1 month now! Not worth the money!!!
