The Clean Station fails to clear the dustbin of the Jet Stick.

Last Update date : 2024-01-18

The Clean Station designed for the Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum swiftly evacuates the dustbin's contents upon pressing the START/STOP button. In the event that the dustbin isn't entirely cleared, it could be attributed to reduced suction power caused by the vacuum's positioning or potential blockage from dust and debris. To address this, you may want to examine the vacuum's placement and manually remove any excess debris for optimal performance.

Ensure that the base of the vacuum's dustbin aligns with the top of the station, and a clicking sound will indicate the correct placement. Failure to connect the vacuum accurately to the Clean Station may diminish the suction capacity, resulting in less effective dustbin emptying.

Activate the dustbin emptying process by pressing the START/STOP button located on the station's top, and wait briefly for it to complete (this should be a quick process).

After a few seconds, you can deactivate the Clean Station by pressing the START/STOP button again to inspect whether the dustbin is now emptied.

Usually, the described process should sufficiently empty the dustbin. However, if there are still remnants inside, attempt to resolve this by detaching and reattaching the vacuum, ensuring it clicks securely in place, and then proceeding to empty the dustbin once more.

Dust bags should last over 3 months, but will occasionally need replacing.

If the Clean Station is unable to manage tangled hair and other types of debris, manual Cleaning your Jet™ Stick Dustbin and Filters becomes necessary in such instances.
