Finger sensor motions do not work, and I am unable to access the menu.

On Galaxy Fold5 and Flip5 devices, the finger sensor gestures feature is not supported any more. You can use the touch-swiping gesture instead.

 

 

Go to Settings > Home screen > turn on Swipe down for the notification panel.

The notification panel on the lock screen or home screen can be opened and closed by touching and swiping the screen.

1 To access the notification panel, swipe down anywhere on the screen in (the yellow box area).
2 To close the notification panel, swipe up anywhere on the opened notification panel in (the yellow box area).
1 Swiping up on the lock screen, home screen, or screen off to open the Samsung Wallet app for quick access

For Quick Access :

2 Open Samsung Wallet > Menu > Settings > Quick Access > Access locations and default card > enable the settings (Lock screen, home screen, or Screen off).
