Galaxy Tab S9: Issues with Case and Biometrics

Exploring the dynamic capabilities of your Galaxy Tab S9 series is an exciting journey, but certain accessories can introduce challenges. In this discussion, we'll address a common concern: the interaction between cover cases equipped with Notepaper or Privacy Screen products and the functionalities of fingerprints, face recognition, and the S Pen.

When both the Notepaper and Privacy Screen products are covered on the Tab S9 series device, it may not work properly if you touch or tab the screen with your finger or S Pen.

Those notepaper and privacy screen products do not support biometric functions.

In this case, please use the Notepaper/Privacy Screen product in open mode.

If touch does not work properly in other cases, it may help to get better operations by turning on the Touch Sensitivity function.
