Raising an Error Report via the Galaxy Wearable App

Having troubles with your Galaxy Watch or Buds and not sure what to do? If you raise an Error Report through the Galaxy Wearable app our Samsung Members Team will be able to provide further troubleshooting steps to help resolve your issue.

Please ensure you raise an Error Report within 5 minutes of the issue occurring on your Galaxy device. While raising an Error Report it is important that you DO NOT close the Samsung Members app while log files are being generated.

4 Tap on Error Reports
Tap on Error Reports
5 Tap on Frequency
Tap on frequency
6 Choose between Once, Often or Sometimes
Choose between once, often or sometimes
7 Tap on the text box and explain the issue you are facing with your Galaxy device. If you would like to add any screen recordings or screenshots to your error report tap on paperclip icon. Once you are ready to send your error report select send icon

Please ensure Send system log data is ticked.

3 Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Tap on Scroll down to bottom of screen
4 Tap on Go to Feedback
Tap on Go to Feedback
5 You should be able to view all your raised error reports and responses from our Samsung Members Team
Select Error report to view response
6 You can then review the reponses from our Samsung Members Team and even ask extra questions
