[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] have you ever been elbow deep in hamburger meat mixing up your family's favorite meatloaf to have your cell phone ring? just speak to bixby and answer the call through the built-in bluetooth on the family hub and voila - i knew i would enjoy having the ability to leave notes for the family, see my calendar of events, create a shopping list with help from the smartthings app, and listen to my podcasts or music while working in the kitchen. never did i imagine the ways my life could be enhanced by a refrigerator! interior shelving and drawers are large and roomy. i fit everything from both my freezers into the new samsung and had room to spare!

Had issues since day 1 with Samsung fridge from leaking inside lower drawer to outside as well as ice maker leaking and freezing up. It is so loud and had a sheet of ice under drawer in refrigerator as well as ice spots on back wall. DO NOT BUY!

It has so many options for storage inside. Small spaces, large spaces, bins. You can adjust compartments and shelves. The freezer is so spacious. We absolutely love the touch screen. It allows you to see what’s in the fridge as well. It’s pretty great that it can be controlled by my phone. I have kids, so the alarm notification on my phone telling me the door was left open is a game changer. Not to mention everything else you can do with the Family Hub! The refrigerator itself is very nice to look at. I would recommend to everyone! The entire family absolutely loves it. Thank You

Stainless black is the worst color. Finger prints show up like a spot light on a lake with no moon. Dents and scratches very easily. Bottom rollout drawer is a pain to slide in an out. App and screen are useless. Was awesome at first then the canned a bunch of features. View the inside picture is always incorrect.

The fridge itself is the best fridge I’ve ever had. It’s beautiful to look at and the features are great. I immediately started using the family hub and was easily able to add my Ring security system and Spotify so I can listen to music. The lighting is great inside and the best part is being able to see inside the fridge from the Smart Things app on my phone! It makes it so convenient when I go to the store I can look inside my fridge if I forget what I need. I only wish they had a camera pointing at the doors so I can also see there, but overall, great fridge. It runs quietly, has soooo much space, and also the ice maker is great.

like the french door option for allowing me to manage space usage, no more worry about how to store wide items. like friendly family hub feature, meal prep ideas, and all useful apps. a couple of concerns for design improvement are: - water spill catch missing, the design did not consider kid's usage, definitely needs bucket/water ice collector - the french doors do not seem to go through product line inspection after assembly. the two doors not aligned. the right side of the door about .75" lower than the left one. see image - bend fastener, screw -

The stainless finish is beautiful. I love how it is energy efficient. The finger resistant stainless is absolutely beautiful also. It has so many great features. The water and ice maker is so convenient. The WiFi capability is like having another smart device handy. It features things like the ring doorbell and it always you to listen to music too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I will start with the positives, this fridge is stunning, the black stainless is very appealing to the eye and doesn't leave fingerprints as much as typical stainless. I love the hub and being able to see inside from my phone while at the store. The freezer has ample amount of space to store plenty of food. The Smart Recipes app is really cool. Everyday it gives me recipe ideas that you can click and add to your shopping list. When you're ready to cook you click start and it gives you verbal step by step instructions. The only negative I have is I don't know if it is because it came with the hub or if this is a new design but there is no light in the ice/water dispenser area so if it is night time and i want water I have to turn on my kitchen light which is pretty annoying. Overall we are very happy with the fridge, It is beautiful!

just got my refrigerator delivered today 6/9/2020, and at first i loved it until i noticed all the fingerprints everywhere and after trying to reach out to samsung saying the had sent the wrong one they said they couldn't do anything about it. very disappointed! the only reason i made my final decision on getting this refrigerator was because i loved the fingerprint resistant on other refrigerators i had looked at!

The first thing I would like to say is how the delivery company was so accommodating wearing the mask because of the Covid and very professional. Thank you for keeping us all safe. Second thing is my family totally love the technology side of the fridge. My husband put the pictures on and my kids chose the background and hook it up to the hub with the house. Now I can see the front door ring and all the security cameras, play music and look at recipes to cook for dinner. Being a mother of 3 the Fingerprint Resistant Finish is heaven. It’s doesn’t look like a bunch of caveman drawings on the outside of the refrigerator anymore. We love the water and ice dispenser . It’s convenient and well used . The inside holds a lot! I love how you are able to move the shelf’s to customize to your family eating habits. Simply amazing I am in awe of that refrigerator and I’m so very happy.

great fridge but seriously makes a mess. delivered with a damaged ice seal. ice gets crushed trying to come out and will fall when i open the fridge. always having to wipe water but i gave up and have decided to live with frequent ice puddles on my floor. shelves are awkwardly/badly designed to be too thin to hold much on the left door. love the built in speaker and ability to upload photos but the operating systems requires a separate app that just takes up space on my phone. only useful for uploading photos. wish the fridge was compatible with google or alexa. pretty useless.

I love their products as they are not only functional but look sleek and stylish. My old refrigerator was also from Samsung which we bought back in 2014 which served us well over the years. But this model is way advanced and way fun. This is truly a family hub which provides a large screen area to manage reminders, pictures, notes, Recipies, Grocery list etc...it also comes with inbuilt apps like Amazon music, Ring, Spotify and many more. My 7-year-old fell in love with this appliance and she plays Amazon music while helping us in the kitchen :-) We already started using Family hub to play cooking videos which makes it easy to follow while cooking, attending Ring doorbells, checking groceries inside the fridge while shopping. You can use family hub app to manage these features along with Samsung smart things app. Coming back to functionality, it is very easy to navigate and plenty of space in both refrigerator and freezer sections. P.S. I love metallic black color!

There’s a good chance this smart fridge is smarter than me! I’m still learning all the things This fridge can do, but I’ve already discovered that it knows the date, time, outside temperature, and it even knows it’s location! With the app, you can see the food inside the fridge complete with tagged descriptions of the items, which can be used to make a shopping list. You can also look up recipes via the touch screen, watch YouTube videos and even listen to music on Spotify! I love the design with the refrigerator on top and the freezer on the bottom, it’s a much more efficient use of space than the side by side design of my old fridge. I also love the LED lighting, it lights the refrigerator much better than incandescent bulbs! The black stainless steel fits the decor and other appliances in my kitchen perfectly, and the fingerprint resistant finish keeps it looking brand new! Without a doubt, this is the most amazing fridge I’ve ever owned!

I've synced my calendar between devices and with the app, I can see my shopping list on my phone(the list we update on the fridge). You can watch tv, listen to music, use the internet, and do so much more with this fridge. The only issue we had was with the ice maker stopping working. If this happens for you, reset the icemaker(instructions are on the samsung blog). Since the reset, the ice maker has been working perfectly.

We’ve had ours for a little over a week and are still learning about new features. Our four year old loves it because we can add new pictures and even draw silly notes. I love it for the capacity and clean lines. My husband loves it because of the technology. Then there is the family hub app. It makes it so easy to see the contents of your fridge with the camera and then create your shopping lists. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am extremely impressed with this refrigerator. it has so much room! the family hub feature allows me to do many wonderful things, i especially like listening to pandora. the shelves are adjustable and the middle shelf can be split up, so that one side of the refrigerator can hold the tall items, like a gallon of milk. i am able to look inside the refrigerator and see what is in there without opening up the door, energy saving benefit! the freezer on the bottom allows me to open up the refrigerator portion and not have to move the dog out of the way. i was able to fit many items in both the top and bottom drawers and it is deep enough that i can see what is in the freezer without having to move stuff around to much.

The fridge is 3 years old and we have had the ice maker replaced and it broke again. It is constantly leaking water causing black mold inside and rust on the outside of the doors. Samsung came to look again and the compressor stopped working. Not only was all food and water contaminated by mold but then it all spoiled anyway because the fridge no longer cools. Worse experience with a fridge. Our Frigidaire is in perfect condition 15 years later. The smart touch screen stinks, freezes all the time, laggy, and inconvenient. We only use it to occasionally play music.

We look like we need groceries all the time now, because it can literally fit so much more than the old fridge! I do love the dark stainless look, and am very happy with the water and ice dispenser on the outside. The hub is so much fun! We can always see what's inside without opening, a nice photo display right on the door, and we can access that view while we are not home on our phones, perfect for grocery shopping! I had no idea the hub would be able to do so much more... we can even play music on it, which is very cool...and can even watch tv via the internet on it too - way cool! It's like having a tv and fridge all in one! The hub can also display our photos very nicely on it. It makes me giggle that when we shut the door the photos "wiggle" as if they are on there with a magnet....lol...nice touch!! You can even talk to the fridge...you can tell it to show you the inside, you can add items to a grocery list, you can set multiple timers...this thing is amazing!! And I still can't get over all the space. I love how the freezer on the bottom has the drawer in the perfect spot to fit large items in the top drawer or bottom spot. We are very happy with this fridge!!

We had been looking at the Family Hub style, since we have a busy family to keep track of. When we came across the Samsung 27 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Family Hub™ and External Water & Ice Dispenser in Stainless Steel, we knew it was the perfect fit for our kitchen. We love the large capacity, especially in the freezer as well LED lighting makes it so bright that we can see all the way to the back. Also this refrigerator doesn't show fingerprint like our previous stainless steel appliances. Most of all we love the Family hub. The kids are constantly playing music and having dance parties is the kitchen . The speaker quality is top notch and sounds great. They love coming down every morning to see what words of encouragement that I have left them on the screen. The calendar function is great, especially since I can't put our paper calendar on the stainless steel . Our only complaint is that we wished there would have been more instructions on how to set up and use the Family Hub. I have two household members that work in the computer field and both had a hard time linking everything up and figuring our how to use all the options. Other than that, we love our new appliance and can't wait to figure out what else it does!

I love the capacity of this refrigerator, I could barely fit all of my groceries in my old refrigerator, I don’t dread when i get home from grocery shopping anymore, I can fit everything into this refrigerator with ease and it’s not much bigger than my other refrigerator on the outside. There has been a massive improvement on my produce staying fresh because of the All-Around-Cooling. The new Ice Max ice maker works flawlessly, I use a lot of ice and it’s always ready for me. All of the interior drawers glide with ease, which is amazing!!! The Family Hub is incredible thing to have, I’ve been using it for reminders and have been looking up recipes and listening to my favorite radio stations, I also added all of my favorite pictures to show as a slideshow. It’s been a really neat feature to see what’s in my refrigerator when I’m away, It also tracks the expiration dates on your groceries. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel has keep the refrigerator looking sharp. The open door notification has been handy in reminding me when I left the door open. The LED lighting has made a huge difference when I’m locating something in my refrigerator, I can find what I’m looking for right away now. The adjustable door shelves are huge, I was able to arrange all of them to hold all of my milks and juices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our old fridge with a Samsung and I must say I’m pretty pleased so far! Besides all the space I now have, it’s a smart fridge. One of my favorite features is the ability to listen to music via Spotify, Amazon Music and Pandora. The sound comes across loud and clear. I love that with the SmartThings app, you can view what’s inside your refrigerator at any time! You can also write notes or reminders, add photos and videos as background or screensaver and so much more! I has a calendar feature to sync your Google or Outlook calendar, but as of now I have been receiving errors when attempting to connect. Of course as a couponer, another favorite option is the ability to look at weekly deals from a variety of supermarkets in the area and save them for my next shopping list! It's great that the touch screen lights up when it detects motion and you can use "Bixby" the virtual assistant to search recipes, add reminders, and many other things. A downside in my opinion, is not having a light under the water dispenser. I believe all refrigerators should have a light feature as many people get water in the middle of the night. I also do not like that the freezer door does not pull out far enough to have a comfortable view inside. Some of the shelves on the left door (where the ice dispenser is) has a design that does not make it easy to fit things in them but there are a decent amount of rows of shelves which somewhat makes up for the lack of space. Overall I am a fan of my new Samsung fridge!

Within 20 minutes of unboxing we are able to keep our food cool! The only problem was we did not have enough food to fill it! At nearly 27 cubic feet it is great for any family! The placement of the racks are optimized for cooling. The freezer is a much better use of space vs a side by side or top loaded freezer. The trays blow my mind. We just keep finding more space to utilize. Now the fun part the Family hub! We have had so much fun leaving silly pictures and notes and even voice recordings. After it was hookup, I realized that this is a beautiful refrigerator; it is very quiet and it runs without anyone knowing that it is running. My wife love is how spacious the fridge and the freezer are. I am excited that it is able to connect to google and Samsung apps store, and it will scan whatever you have in the fridge; it will inform you that you need to go shopping. Some people may think it is a gimmick but for me, I loved it. Personally I do, because I think it’s a great featured that would inform to let you know that you need to buy milk, bread and cheese so you would never runs out of food especially now that kids are off from school and at home. The smart hub it is amazing, I am able to connect and uploaded my video’s and Instagram photos. Its works great with google calendar, it reminds me of my doctor’s appointments. My wife will log in into YouTube while she is in the kitchen, she sings and dance while she is cooking my favorite meals curry chicken with rice and peas. The smart hub is the new wave of technology! I think it is my 10-year-old daughter favorite toy, she loves the big screen on the door; she will paint and draw flowers for her mother every morning. The kid would interact with Samsung Bixby to search the internet for games and books. The big screen on the door and Wi-Fi connected to google you able to setup your reminders like doctors’ appointments that will link with your phone. I setup the refrigerator wish my wife happy birthday on the morning she came and attempt to open the door of the fridge. The water dispenser tray needs improvement because there’s now overflow container and the water falls and the floor and sometimes the water comes out a little warm and that’s a little disappointing other than these few things I have no other complaints This is an amazing refrigerator, which I love it very much and I will recommend this unit to anyone!

The black stainless-steel blends well with my other appliance. We learn something new about the fridge every day. Each member of the household has their favorite thing to play around with on the fridge. The speakers are fantastic and crystal clear. I get to listen to music from my favorite apps while I cook. I also get to see and get instructions about recipes. The volume is amazing and can be heard throughout my home. Shopping is a breeze now that I can see what I'm missing in the refrigerator. I can log into the app and browse my refrigerator while I am at the store. No more getting home from the supermarket to find out that I did not have the ingredients needed for dinner. I also like the menu suggestions I get in the screen based on what I have available in my fridge. The fingerprint resistance feature is a must especially with a toddler and teenager. I hate seeing streaks and fingerprints on my appliances and this solves this issue. This gives me one less thing to clean up in the kitchen. The adjustable shelves help us to store different sizes of containers with ease. No more laying soda’s and juices on their sides to fit into the fridge. I also have a better view of what is in there without having to constantly move things around. The external water and ice dispenser are very quiet and dispenses with a light touch. I love to entertain so the larger volume keeps the party going. My favorite feature is the family hub. I enjoy having access to my calendar and leaving messages for the rest of the family. I also can see who is at my door when someone rings my doorbell. I can speak to the person or ignore salespeople right from my fridge, wow. My daughter love to draw and the notepad keeps her attention for a long time. Initially I thought that this would be difficult to figure out, but my toddler can navigate the screens and apps like a pro. I also love seeing my uploaded family pictures flash on the screen. This by far is the best decision I made when it comes to appliances. The look, size and features make this a must have in any kitchen.

I am in LOVE with this fridge which I never thought I’d ever say that sentence in my life, but how could you not love it?!? It is a smart fridge with a tablet and app that can do so many incredible things. Where do I even start…. It can suggest recipes to you based on what ingredients are in your fridge, it can remind you when products are going to go bad, it can show you what is in your fridge from an app on your phone, it has a web browser so you can look up really anything you want on the internet right on the front of your fridge, you can cast your phone or other smart devices onto the screen on the fridge, you can display pictures, and I can keep going and going! Some of my favorite features are: - The ability to watch cooking shows or tutorials - Look up recipes and having them big and easy to read right on my fridge - Create a digital shopping list on the fridge that can be accessed via the app as well - Display calendar reminders and other notifications on the fridge - See my Ring Doorbell on fridge - See what’s inside my fridge when I’m not at home in front of it - It chimes a beautiful tune if you leave the door open or even just cracked a tiny bit! It’s also HUGE and can hold so much food. My other fridge was way too small. I love the French doors for the fridge and the drawer for the freezer on the bottom. I also like that the fridge has two produce drawers, as well as, a smaller drawer underneath for cheese, lunch meats, etc. It also comes with a water and ice dispenser that provides cubed and crushed ice. The smart family hub on the fridge by far is the best feature, however! It is like having a BIG Samsung Galaxy Tab right on front of your fridge. It’s loaded with so many features that I have only skimmed the surface. It also has it’s own smart assistant called “Bixby.” It’s helpful if you are cooking and your hands are dirty but you want to look up something or set a timer, etc. There are only a couple of cons I can mention though I’ve only been using it for about two months now. - The “See inside your fridge” feature is not always very accurate. - Bixby is a bit slow to respond - The doors sometimes don’t close properly if you try to close the right door first. You have to close the left side then the right side Overall, this is an amazing appliance!

Tablet features: - Able to sync your Gmail calendar with it which is great for remembering birthdays, setting up a daily chore list and other things. - There is a To Do list so able to make and maintain a list right there instead of on paper. - It comes with Bixby so you are able to do many things hands free. - It comes with an app to check the weather, check your Ring products and input ingredients you have in the fridge so it can make suggestions on meals. - Not only does it have apps it has a browser function as well so you can get on Facebook and other sites. - Able to play music from several apps. - The speakers sounds good for a fridge. The only app I use is the calendar and To Do list. Since my floor plan is open I use my 65 inch tv if I want to watch television while in the kitchen, use Alexa for music and I use my cell phone since it is faster and more convenient for the other apps. I wish the tablet feature was compatible with Google or Alexa. Often times the bar where the 3 cameras are housed sticks so I have to manually push it against the fridge door before I can close the door. The doors are not fully closed after a shirt time the fridge alerts me by a musical chime. It is fingerprint resistant which helps keep it clean. It has 27 cu ft of storage so it holds a large amount of food. It comes with an ice maker you can pull out and holds about 4lbs of ice. Mine came with a damaged ice seal which occasionally causes puddles on my floor. Inside both doors there are shelving units that can be rearranged which is great. I worry the plastic pieces feel like they could break without much force/stress put on them. I could be wrong and prefer not to test my hunch. The fridge has shelving units that are easily adjustable. It has 2 drawers that are for fruits and vegetables and you can control the humidity. These 2 drawers along with the large pull out drawer are very easy to pull out. I like how effortlessly they open and close. The freezer has two sections which is nice, one that is deeper and one more shallow. The drawer open easily and self closes on its own. You can make customizations on the fridge like temperature settings, rapid ice making, etc.. I like how the fridge has all around cooling making the cooling even everywhere in it so the stuff on the top shelf doesn’t freeze. It is Energy Star certified.

Style: We purchased ours in the black stainless steel color, and as you can see from the pictures it has a beautiful, elegant deep finish. We went with this color as the rest of our kitchen appliances are black and I am 100% satisfied with the choice, it blends in perfectly with the rest of our kitchen décor. Space: This is a 27 cu. in. French door with a lower freezer section, and going from a side by side 2 door refrigerator the upgrade in available space is astounding. The Freezer space is more than sufficient for the average family, we have ice cream, frozen meats and vegetables with space left over; it has a dual level drawer for organization and both upper and lower levels provide plenty of room. The upper refrigerator portion comes with three standard size trays and plenty of door bins for storage. The trays are all removable and customizable to your specific needs. The vegetable drawers are deep and wide and also provide plenty of room for vegetable bins and allow for separation and you can also customize each one to the humidity level you prefer. Performance: The All-Around-Cooling system has worked without a glitch and cools everything efficiently and uniformly; it can be set between 34 and 44 degrees Fahrenheit. The freezer works great and cools rapidly and can be set between -8 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. Being able to control and set the temperature from the large screen makes it very easy and convenient. Technology: The Family Smart Hub and large screen are the cherry on top of a great refrigerator. As stated before you can control the fridge’s temperature settings from the screen as well as have the convenience of a gigantic Samsung tablet at your fingertips. The smart hub gives you access to any apps that would be available to download to a smart tablet with the added convenience of a large screen and great sounding speaker. I have followed plenty of recipes and listened to music while cooking with the family, as well as connected our ring doorbell app to the fridge, I’ve been able to answer and see who’s at the door without having to step away from the kitchen (pictures below). The interior cameras have come in handy when you’re not sure how much milk is leftover. All in all, this is a refrigerator that I would recommend without hesitation. We’ve been enjoying it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since using the new Samsung Family Hub Fridge we are really enjoying all the modern features. The Family Hub is great. Still investigating all of the features available there. We've already synced our calendars, added family photos and videos, have the weather displayed, and are working on getting the fridge to identify what the contents are. Our 10 year old nephew figured out how to sync up with YouTube right away! The capacity is great compare to our last refrigerator. There is a lot more room when you put milk and other large containers, like soda or juices, on the door instead of in the fridge. There is a great amount of room for butter, dairy and meat products. The vegi and fruits drawers are great, too. It's got a water dispenser, which really should be mandatory for all fridges now. Plus, ice and cubed ice. There is also a feature for filling up a pitcher, which comes in handy. The freezer space is great, too. The drawers are large enough to hold a big frozen pizza. There are also two different shelves so adults can hide their ice cream from the kids! And the kids can see their own treats on the bottom drawer. Good capacity for lots of frozen goods, which is really important. Especially now when you may need to save and store more fresh products than we needed to before. We've enjoyed Samsung products in general. We enjoy that there is a separate app for the Family Hub that lets you see what is inside the fridge, too. Which is really handy when you are at the store and not sure if you have enough milk and any other staple item. It would just be great if the Family Hub could have an automated display for the water and ice dispenser, too. My wife bakes a lot so it's great to set and pour to a precise measurement. We will definitely look at purchasing more Samsung products in the future. Exciting to think what they may have in mind for dishwasher improvements as we're in the market for a new one soon. However, I'm a consistent buyer of Samsung phones, watches and tablets. Would be great to use their app on my watch, too. Also to receive notifications. Samsung hardware is the best, though. For fridge design, it's got a great look and good cubic capacity as mentioned earlier. The installation was pretty seamless and we got it set up and in use right away. Our 4 year old daughter enjoys updating the photos on the fridge daily. You can also draw on the screen, which she loves. Our little artist able to express herself on a fridge. Who knew?

This is a fridge that the whole family loves! We selected the black stainless steel which has a sleek design and does not show fingerprints easily. I love the french door design which allows for more shelf space than your traditional side by side freezer and fridge. The bottom freezer part is deep with 2 compartments and a sliding shelf which is a nice feature for extra storage space. The features of the door panel touch screen has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. I especially love how you can load and customize pictures to be displayed on the home screen. Additional features include: Pandora, YouTube, Calendar, Weather, Camera to view inside of fridge and more! Definitely pleased with this purchase!

we were not even really in the market for a new fridge but could not stop thinking about the samsung smart hub model. after waiting more than 3 months for delivery, our fridge worked well for a very short period of time. the smart hub and screen is a cool feature for family photos and the such but this model fell short with basic features such as making ice. as a family of 4, we dont use much ice or go in and out of the fridge and it is really frustrating when one goes to get ice and comes up empty. we have to buy ice and that is unacceptable considering the price paid for this fridge. not happy at all.

I specifically like the fact that you can PLAY MUSIC and YOUTUBE MUSIC / VIDEOS right on the very large media screen attached to it. When i get the urge, i listen to my favorite music and / or my favorite Youtube videos right on the fridge while doing chores or washing the dishes, it makes these chores a lot easier when your having fun. ALSO a very spacious fridge w/ tons of space it'll take you a week of shopping to fill it completely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge exceeded our expectations. We love everything about. The 27 cubic foot is perfect for our family needs. I love how the shelves are easily adjustable and we love how the freezer is a bottom freezer rather than a side freezer. The extra drawer in the freezer allows me to easily organize the food rather than just piling stuff on top of each in comparison to other competitors. The whole look of the fridge really compliments my kitchen. Now for the fun part!!! We have been having so much fun with the family hub. We are able to listen to music, surf the internet, get daily recipes that the fridge supplies, post pictures, post sticky notes and much more. I have even noticed that the fridge will recognize what we usually keep in stock and it will ask us if it wants it to add certain items to our food list! Talk about technology!!! I also want to note that it has excellent picture and sound quality. A few more things that I would like to mention is if the fridge is left open it has a pleasant ring tone to it. When we first heard I thought it was a cell phone ringing. Besides all these great qualities I have found that the fridge stays clean meaning no fingerprints since it is fingerprint resistant. The inside wipes down easily as well. My husband and I really happy with it and we have been recommending it to everyone that we talk to. Based on our recommendations, I know of 2 people that have already purchased one. You definitely will NOT be disappointed. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!!! I've had this fridge for 2 years, and it's been nothing but issue after issue. The freezer temperature is unstable. The ice maker does not work (there's a manufacturer's defect-- a gap that allows warm air into the ice maker), the water filter is $50+ every three months, and Samsung has DONE NOTHING to help or fix the ice maker issue. All I was offered was a one time extension on their "parts warranty," but I would still have to pay for labor--I've already paid to have other specialists diagnose the issues! They have all said the same thing about Samsung appliances: unreliable and a waste of money!

I bought a gorgeous Samsung refrigerator with three doors, a bottom freezer, a wide vegetable drawer so I can spread out my vegetables instead of stacking items on top of each other, I have a touch screen built right in the door, it has Alexa, the time shows with just a touch, I can see inside the fridge without opening the door. It needs just a touch to check out the apps and download more apps if you like. It has filtered water, with an icemaker that does crushed ice and cubes, it is so quiet you can hear it running. But best of all is the compliments I get when my family and friends visit.

O toch screen da tela é um pesadelo. Na maioria da vezes, simplesmente nao funciona. Daí o melhor da geladeira e o grande diferencial que é a tela com um computador fica inútil. Arrependimento total.

My toddler is a wiz at navigating her way around the feature on the family hub. I get a lot of compliments from visitors when they walk into my kitchen. I get a kick out of virtually locking into my fridge when I'm at the grocery store. No more forgetting an ingredient needed for dinner because I though I already had it in my fridge. The water from the ice maker comes out so cold that you don't even need to add ice for a refreshing drink. It is a must have for people who love smart appliance with all the current features.

Quando ainda tava na garantia com muito custo consegui um técnico pra vir vê-la, veio e me disse que eu teria que colocar uma bomba na saída de água pra fazer com que ela saísse água pela porta e gelo também, comprei essa tal bomba mas ela faz muito barulho e força a geladeira e mesmo com ela não sai água direito pela porta. Uma lástima essa solução dada pela Samsung. Fora que ela não gela, festa aqui em casa a carveja tem que ir pra uma outra geladeira que pagamos 1500 por ela.

first of all the aesthetics are great; especially with the huge screen in the front. also, there is plenty of room inside this refrigerator, but its the little things that i wish samsung would pay attention to. one of my pet peeves with this fridge is how water leaks out of the water dispenser, and the tray that is supposed to catch water is mediocre. the ice dispenser cant keep up, and is slow to replenish the ice, and limited of support for the app when not working. honestly i could over look those issue, but when my screen touch screen ability failed it was the straw that broke the camels back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the best fridge by far. We have had issues with this fridge and the ice or water dispenser multiple times. Anything from line freezing to water drips when you dispense ice. The tech support takes forever to come and resolve problems that should not be happening on a fridge that is less than 12 months old. The ice maker holds about 4-5 cups of ice. Do not plan on having a party with this ice maker. The freezer is tiny and the shelving space in the fridge is a joke. We were sold on the touchscreen and the features there, but it is way overrated and not worth the hefty price tag. The metal is super soft and has minor dings from kids bumping into it. What happened to good old quality?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the fridge a little over two months ago. The apps available for the fridge are clunky and not user-friendly. It doesn't want to integrate with other apps and calendars easily - the digital features aren't intuitive at all. The voice recognition isn't very good and is also very clunky/unresponsive. The camera in the fridge doesn't recognize food correctly and there is seemingly no way to correct it. The physical fridge itself is nice and the layout makes sense as far as storage and flexibility. However ultimately, I feel like it had amazing potential but its just not quite there yet.

I’ve seen reviews about the ice maker freezing up and there are settings for the ice maker in the setup of this thing. Use some common sense before you write your review. This has plenty of room, has a ton of cool features when you can get around to going through how to use them all. Over all, does everything it’s supposed to and works great. Hopefully it will last us a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is so spacious. I love that you can see inside without opening the door. The door alarm is great too especially with little kids who sometimes forget to close the door all the way. That has saved our food (we've lost food like that with our old fridge). The only down side is the water part but only because it's so slow. I guess we're so used to things being fast lol. But it's not a enough to deduct any stars because the water filters great and it's worth it. The freezer is also very spacious and easy to accommodate things. I love it, plain and simply love this fridge. Also the added bonus of adding pictures and video clips of my family and notes for them. What's not to love.

today i received my second fridge of this make and model, and for the second time it had severe problems with the door gasket. it was completely missing on the right door! the first fridge i received had a damaged gasket on the right door. these were both factory new in box models. quite disappointed, and a little worried my third one will suffer the same problem.

purchased this 2 weeks ago and i am not a fan. the family hub is not easy to navigate. the water dispenser sticks out from the fridge door so it gets banged up everytime my kids decide to swing the door open. the cameras inside are the main reason i wanted this fridge, however they don’t really show you the entire fridge. i also do not like that there is no drip tray under the dispenser. the shelves can’t really be adjusted much for taller items and the doors have limited space for tall things (this is my fault for not double checking, thought i ordered the model with the fold up shelves).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the smart screen features, appearance, and the 3 door design of my new fridge, but I have had it a very short time and have already had problems getting bottom tray out to clean (finally went to YouTube for help) and now the ice machine isn't working. We noticed from the beginning that it dispensed ice sparingly and slowly, but now it isn't dispensing ice at all. While it may end up being a minor thing, it is a pain having to go to the online manual or look up YouTube on a brand new refrigerator. I'm hoping this isn't foreshadowing of problems to come. Other than that, I am pleased.

First off let me say that there is plenty of room for everything. I have a large family and I love to cook and this fridge has room to spare. The freezer is great too and I can keep everything organized and within reach, no digging through the freezer. The family hub is the favorite of the kids, we leave each other notes, mark important calendar dates, and share our favorite music. Pet pictures, kid photos, and doodles everything pinned on our home screen. This is a refrigerator and so much more.

Only specific repair people can fix Samsung , so waited two weeks to get one thing fixed and another three for the next issue. Would not buy Samsung products in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator,y only complain is the difference in the left door vs right door weight. The right door has the hub so it's heavy. Tends to slam and swing, but the left acts normal. The right do can start to get droopy and needs braces to keep it lined up with the left door. Wish they would balance the weight better. Also would like more apps. Hub apps are limited. I love how it communicates with my Samsung range, and how it plays a tune when someone leaves the door open. Wish it would send alerts to my phone as well. It's great being at the store and being able to look inside the refrigerator from my phone to see if I have ingredients. Can't see what's in drawers and on the doors though.

this is a great looking and sorks great, howrver in the smart hub side, its not all that great. you cant download and add apps, youre stuck with what comes pre-installed on the fridge. family hub app moved to smart things and works ok but uploading pics and video doesnt work well at all. app does not work well with iphone. you can view doorbell camera if you have a ring doorbell, but you cant put the nest app on the smart hub if you have nest cams. works great with other samsung products, not so well with anything but samsung. needs to allow 3rd party smart home apps & integration.

The fridge has not worked properly since it arrived. - The tablet screen does not work making it impossible to control the fridge, including simple temperature controls. I recommend buying a fridge that does not have family hub. - The freezer space is very small, I had to put 50% of my last freezer's contents into my basement freezer. - This side compartments are very narrow around the water dispenser making them useless. In my opinion, just buy a basic fridge without the water/ice dispenser or family hub. Important note: Samsung's warranty only covers from date of PURCHASE. If you're going with this brand just buy basic. I am not allowed to say anything else due to their review guidelines.

The lights are perfect in this refrigerator. I love how large it is. It holds everything nicely. The WiFi is awesome. I love that I can look in my fridge from my phone. It can scan the items to let me know it’s time to go shopping. I also enjoy listening to music from my refrigerator. My kids love playing music on YouTube. Having recipes on hand right from the fridge is great too. It’s so easy to search right from smart hub. The overall experience with such a nice fridge is wonderful. It is even energy efficient which is a plus. I would recommend this beauty to everyone if I can.

But after having it I wish we had bought it sooner. The touch screen displays pictures that are easy to add. Camera's show what's inside the refrigerator using the app so you can see it from anywhere. There is a alarm when the door has been left open. I downloaded the ring app on the display so when someone is at the door it shows without me having to open my phone. The size inside is huge. Holds way more than our old refrigerator. Ice and water in the door works very well. There are three drawers in refrigerator that two that we use for veggies and one we use for cheeses. Get this refrigerator you will be very happy.
