Removing the Drawers and Bins in Your Family Hub Refrigerator

Sometimes messes in the fridge require deeper cleaning. And to get the job done, bins and drawers may have to come out. Learn how below.

Removing the Door Bins (All Models)

All door bins can be removed the same way for easy cleaning. The top door bin section has a marked line to ensure easy removal and proper reinsertion.

  1. Gently push up the bins with both hands.

  2. Pull out the bins from the door.

Vegetable and Fruit Drawers (4-Door French Door Only)

All drawers can be removed the same way for easy cleaning.

Be careful when handling the bins. Sharp-edged corners may cause injury.

  1. Remove the door bins before removing the drawer to prevent potential damage.

  2. Open the drawer all the way.

  3. Gently lift up the drawer and then pull out to remove.

  4. To reinsert, insert the drawer into the frame rails and then slide inward.

  3. Gently lift up the drawer and then pull out to remove.

  4. To reinsert, insert the drawer into the frame rails and then slide inward.

Removing FlexZone Basket (4-Door French Door Only)

  1. To remove, fully open the FlexZone drawer. Lift up the FlexZone basket and pull out with both hands.

  2. To reinsert, fully open the FlexZone drawer.

    If the divider lock does not function, wipe the bars to remove moisture on them.

  3. Lower the basket (back-first) into the rail assembly, and then lower the front of the basket into place.
