Each Family Hub model has a Web Manual specific to its version. You can find a link for your model's Web Manual in the following list. You can also find it on your Family Hub panel by navigating to Settings, tapping Help & Contact Us, and then tapping Online Manual.

About 3GB.
 

How do I turn on the photo slideshow feature for my screen saver?

First, make sure to have the latest software update. Then, navigate to Settings, and tap Display. Tap Cover Screen Theme, and then tap Slideshow. Select your desired settings, and then tap Apply.
 

When I try to connect my Samsung account to a profile after a reset, why do I get an error that says "This account is already registered as a family member of [account]"?

After a factory reset, be sure to log into the same account that was used with the profile last time.
 

When connecting a Samsung account with a profile other than the primary profile, I get an error that the account is already registered or already in use. How do I fix this?

The easiest solution is to create a new Samsung account or use a different one. However, if you want to fix it so you can keep using the same account, contact us so we can escalate your concern to the development team and disconnect the old link.
