What is the storage capacity for pictures in Family Hub?

About 3GB.

When trying to connect a Google Calendar on the mobile app, I get an error that says: "This account already exists on your device." How do I connect my Google Calendar?

We are aware of this error and it will be fixed in a future update. A workaround is to use the Family Hub panel on the refrigerator to connect the Google Calendar account with the profile in use on the mobile app.

When trying to connect a Google Calendar account, I get an error: "This account belongs to another Calendar user." What does that mean?

We are aware of this error and it will be fixed in a future update.

How do I turn on the photo slide show feature for my screen saver?

First, make sure to have the latest software update. Then, navigate to Settings > Display > Screen saver > Theme > Photo slide show. Touch + to choose the photo album that will be used.

During initial setup after a reset, when connecting a Samsung account with the primary profile, why do I get an error of "This account is already registered as a family member of [account]."?

After a factory reset, be sure to log into the same account that was used as the primary profile last time (the one in the error message, instead of the one you're trying to log into). All the other accounts on the other profiles will be automatically restored.

When connecting a Samsung account with a profile other than the primary profile, I get an error that the account is already registered or already in use. How do I fix this?

The easiest solution is to create and/or use a different Samsung account. However, if you want to fix it so you can keep using the same account, contact us so we can escalate your concern to the development team to disconnect the old link.
