I bought this in 2019 ,it’s four years old. The first 2 years I love it I even brag how good the sound was on the refrigerator. But after 2 years it kept knocking the ice maker bin out. I had to manually defrost the whole ice maker compartment,the ice cubes got jam on the side and thaw and refreshed on side In three years I had to replace the ice maker. Now every week I get my paddy knive and scrape the ice and knock ice cube that get stuck on side.I paid $450 to Samsung authorized Technician to change ice maker.Samsung cover only 1 year warranty.PLEASE DO Not buy this fridge.

We’ve had ours for a little over a week and are still learning about new features. Our four year old loves it because we can add new pictures and even draw silly notes. I love it for the capacity and clean lines. My husband loves it because of the technology. Then there is the family hub app. It makes it so easy to see the contents of your fridge with the camera and then create your shopping lists. Your food list even let’s you track food expiration dates. Using the app, you can easily upload new photos and even connect your calendars. This is truly a family hub!

It’s only been a few days but this fridge is great! The inside compartments are huge and make for easy access upon opening the refrigerator. Of course, the family hub is nothing short of fantastic! I am still baffled with the amount of things you can do within the screen. The WiFi was super easy to connect and I’m very much enjoying the music coming directly from the Family Hub! Overall, we are extremely impressed with this new appliance and would recommend it to family and friends.

DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!!! I've had this fridge for 2 years, and it's been nothing but issue after issue. The freezer temperature is unstable. The ice maker does not work (there's a manufacturer's defect-- a gap that allows warm air into the ice maker), the water filter is $50+ every three months, and Samsung has DONE NOTHING to help or fix the ice maker issue. All I was offered was a one time extension on their "parts warranty," but I would still have to pay for labor--I've already paid to have other specialists diagnose the issues! They have all said the same thing about Samsung appliances: unreliable and a waste of money!

I bought a gorgeous Samsung refrigerator with three doors, a bottom freezer, a wide vegetable drawer so I can spread out my vegetables instead of stacking items on top of each other, I have a touch screen built right in the door, it has Alexa, the time shows with just a touch, I can see inside the fridge without opening the door. It needs just a touch to check out the apps and download more apps if you like. It has filtered water, with an icemaker that does crushed ice and cubes, it is so quiet you can hear it running. But best of all is the compliments I get when my family and friends visit.

The stainless finish is beautiful. I love how it is energy efficient. The finger resistant stainless is absolutely beautiful also. It has so many great features. The water and ice maker is so convenient. The WiFi capability is like having another smart device handy. It features things like the ring doorbell and it always you to listen to music too. I cannot wait to finish my whole kitchen with more Samsung products. All my food fits without any issues. I would definitely recommend. Not only is it beautiful but it works great.

My toddler is a wiz at navigating her way around the feature on the family hub. I get a lot of compliments from visitors when they walk into my kitchen. I get a kick out of virtually locking into my fridge when I'm at the grocery store. No more forgetting an ingredient needed for dinner because I though I already had it in my fridge. The water from the ice maker comes out so cold that you don't even need to add ice for a refreshing drink. It is a must have for people who love smart appliance with all the current features.

first of all the aesthetics are great; especially with the huge screen in the front. also, there is plenty of room inside this refrigerator, but its the little things that i wish samsung would pay attention to. one of my pet peeves with this fridge is how water leaks out of the water dispenser, and the tray that is supposed to catch water is mediocre. the ice dispenser cant keep up, and is slow to replenish the ice, and limited of support for the app when not working. honestly i could over look those issue, but when my screen touch screen ability failed it was the straw that broke the camels back.

we were not even really in the market for a new fridge but could not stop thinking about the samsung smart hub model. after waiting more than 3 months for delivery, our fridge worked well for a very short period of time. the smart hub and screen is a cool feature for family photos and the such but this model fell short with basic features such as making ice. as a family of 4, we dont use much ice or go in and out of the fridge and it is really frustrating when one goes to get ice and comes up empty. we have to buy ice and that is unacceptable considering the price paid for this fridge. not happy at all.

Over the last two years I have had three technicians come out to replace various parts within the ice maker to prevent ice build up in the inside which eventually leads to the ice maker to fail and stop working. None of the replacement parts have worked to date. Samsung's warranty has ended and I am left with a fridge that performs poorly or not at all. This has been a terrible purchase from Samsung and they have left me with very few options than to buy a new fridge. If you need proof just google the class action law suits filed over the last four years regarding their ice makers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the best fridge by far. We have had issues with this fridge and the ice or water dispenser multiple times. Anything from line freezing to water drips when you dispense ice. The tech support takes forever to come and resolve problems that should not be happening on a fridge that is less than 12 months old. The ice maker holds about 4-5 cups of ice. Do not plan on having a party with this ice maker. The freezer is tiny and the shelving space in the fridge is a joke. We were sold on the touchscreen and the features there, but it is way overrated and not worth the hefty price tag. The metal is super soft and has minor dings from kids bumping into it. What happened to good old quality?

It doesn't want to integrate with other apps and calendars easily - the digital features aren't intuitive at all. The voice recognition isn't very good and is also very clunky/unresponsive. The camera in the fridge doesn't recognize food correctly and there is seemingly no way to correct it. The physical fridge itself is nice and the layout makes sense as far as storage and flexibility. However ultimately, I feel like it had amazing potential but its just not quite there yet.

The door alarm is great too especially with little kids who sometimes forget to close the door all the way. That has saved our food (we've lost food like that with our old fridge). The only down side is the water part but only because it's so slow. I guess we're so used to things being fast lol. But it's not a enough to deduct any stars because the water filters great and it's worth it. The freezer is also very spacious and easy to accommodate things. I love it, plain and simply love this fridge. Also the added bonus of adding pictures and video clips of my family and notes for them. What's not to love.

It has so many options for storage inside. Small spaces, large spaces, bins. You can adjust compartments and shelves. The freezer is so spacious. We absolutely love the touch screen. It allows you to see what’s in the fridge as well. It’s pretty great that it can be controlled by my phone. I have kids, so the alarm notification on my phone telling me the door was left open is a game changer. Not to mention everything else you can do with the Family Hub! Fridge is decent. As far as decent goes these days with cheap materials and what not. Fair space. Freezer is good size. Screen is ok. It is handy. There's lots of handy apps that can help with life. The ice and water dispenser however are the weak link. They are not good. The water dispenser is in an odd place (too far forward) and causes a great deal of mess. The ice maker doesn't even work well. I dislike those types. I'd rather an ice maker that dumps into an ice tray. We got it on a major sale so the gimmick is gun, but it's not a spectacular fridge by any stretch of the imagination.

purchased this 2 weeks ago and i am not a fan. the family hub is not easy to navigate. the water dispenser sticks out from the fridge door so it gets banged up everytime my kids decide to swing the door open. the cameras inside are the main reason i wanted this fridge, however they don’t really show you the entire fridge. i also do not like that there is no drip tray under the dispenser. the shelves can’t really be adjusted much for taller items and the doors have limited space for tall things (this is my fault for not double checking, thought i ordered the model with the fold up shelves).

We noticed from the beginning that it dispensed ice sparingly and slowly, but now it isn't dispensing ice at all. While it may end up being a minor thing, it is a pain having to go to the online manual or look up YouTube on a brand new refrigerator. I'm hoping this isn't foreshadowing of problems to come. Other than that, I am pleased.

First off let me say that there is plenty of room for everything. I have a large family and I love to cook and this fridge has room to spare. The freezer is great too and I can keep everything organized and within reach, no digging through the freezer. The family hub is the favorite of the kids, we leave each other notes, mark important calendar dates, and share our favorite music. Pet pictures, kid photos, and doodles everything pinned on our home screen. This is a refrigerator and so much more.

Tends to slam and swing, but the left acts normal. The right do can start to get droopy and needs braces to keep it lined up with the left door. Wish they would balance the weight better. Also would like more apps. Hub apps are limited. I love how it communicates with my Samsung range, and how it plays a tune when someone leaves the door open. Wish it would send alerts to my phone as well. It's great being at the store and being able to look inside the refrigerator from my phone to see if I have ingredients. Can't see what's in drawers and on the doors though.

this is a great looking and sorks great, howrver in the smart hub side, its not all that great. you cant download and add apps, youre stuck with what comes pre-installed on the fridge. family hub app moved to smart things and works ok but uploading pics and video doesnt work well at all. app does not work well with iphone. you can view doorbell camera if you have a ring doorbell, but you cant put the nest app on the smart hub if you have nest cams. works great with other samsung products, not so well with anything but samsung. needs to allow 3rd party smart home apps & integration.

great fridge but seriously makes a mess. delivered with a damaged ice seal. ice gets crushed trying to come out and will fall when i open the fridge. always having to wipe water but i gave up and have decided to live with frequent ice puddles on my floor. shelves are awkwardly/badly designed to be too thin to hold much on the left door. love the built in speaker and ability to upload photos but the operating systems requires a separate app that just takes up space on my phone. only useful for uploading photos. wish the fridge was compatible with google or alexa. pretty useless.

I specifically like the fact that you can PLAY MUSIC and YOUTUBE MUSIC / VIDEOS right on the very large media screen attached to it. When i get the urge, i listen to my favorite music and / or my favorite Youtube videos right on the fridge while doing chores or washing the dishes, it makes these chores a lot easier when your having fun. The fridge has not worked properly since it arrived. - The tablet screen does not work making it impossible to control the fridge, including simple temperature controls. I recommend buying a fridge that does not have family hub. - The freezer space is very small, I had to put 50% of my last freezer's contents into my basement freezer. - This side compartments are very narrow around the water dispenser making them useless. In my opinion, just buy a basic fridge without the water/ice dispenser or family hub. Important note: Samsung's warranty only covers from date of PURCHASE. If you're going with this brand just buy basic. I am not allowed to say anything else due to their review guidelines.

I've synced my calendar between devices and with the app, I can see my shopping list on my phone(the list we update on the fridge). You can watch tv, listen to music, use the internet, and do so much more with this fridge. The only issue we had was with the ice maker stopping working. If this happens for you, reset the icemaker(instructions are on the samsung blog). Since the reset, the ice maker has been working perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i am extremely impressed with this refrigerator. it has so much room! the family hub feature allows me to do many wonderful things, i especially like listening to pandora. the shelves are adjustable and the middle shelf can be split up, so that one side of the refrigerator can hold the tall items, like a gallon of milk. i am able to look inside the refrigerator and see what is in there without opening up the door, energy saving benefit! the freezer on the bottom allows me to open up the refrigerator portion and not have to move the dog out of the way. i was able to fit many items in both the top and bottom drawers and it is deep enough that i can see what is in the freezer without having to move stuff around to much.

The fridge is 3 years old and we have had the ice maker replaced and it broke again. It is constantly leaking water causing black mold inside and rust on the outside of the doors. Samsung came to look again and the compressor stopped working. Not only was all food and water contaminated by mold but then it all spoiled anyway because the fridge no longer cools. Worse experience with a fridge. Our Frigidaire is in perfect condition 15 years later. The smart touch screen stinks, freezes all the time, laggy, and inconvenient. We only use it to occasionally play music.

But after having it I wish we had bought it sooner. The touch screen displays pictures that are easy to add. Camera's show what's inside the refrigerator using the app so you can see it from anywhere. There is a alarm when the door has been left open. I downloaded the ring app on the display so when someone is at the door it shows without me having to open my phone. The size inside is huge. Holds way more than our old refrigerator. Ice and water in the door works very well. There are three drawers in refrigerator that two that we use for veggies and one we use for cheeses. Get this refrigerator you will be very happy.

The fridge itself is the best fridge I’ve ever had. It’s beautiful to look at and the features are great. I immediately started using the family hub and was easily able to add my Ring security system and Spotify so I can listen to music. The lighting is great inside and the best part is being able to see inside the fridge from the Smart Things app on my phone! It makes it so convenient when I go to the store I can look inside my fridge if I forget what I need. I only wish they had a camera pointing at the doors so I can also see there, but overall, great fridge. It runs quietly, has soooo much space, and also the ice maker is great.

I have literally fixed this fridge 3 times one under warranty and 2 without warranty, i think at this point i'm done and throwing in the towel. i have a samsung washer and dryer and also own multiple samsung TVs so I can say I was team samsung, but after my experience with the refrigerator i might just reconsider my stance. The fridge is "intelligent" as it scans any new items in the fridge and reminds us if they are running out. The reason for the 4 stars are as follows: There isn't much space behind the water dispenser to store anything as the shelf design is very weird. The inside walls seem to be too plasticky (stainless steel would have been nice) The bottom drawers seem to come out only about half the width, making it very inconvenient to add or remove stuff.

I can hear it throughout the entire house. There is a news brief in the morning. My niece likes to watch YouTube on it. The picture is even better than I thought. I love looking inside it from the grocery store to see what I need. It can make a grocery list and add any new recipe's ingredients to the list. It has so many features that I do not even know how to use but am trying to learn. I wish I could cast to/from my iPhone, but that only works with Samsung phones. :( The only other problem is that the cubed ice wants to crush it and makes a mess. family hub looks nice. the fridge for all its intent and purpose is junk!!! fridge temp 59 degrees. called customer service & all they can provide is a ticket #. tech support came after4 days. tech came to check the fridge saw a clip inside the fridge and diagnosed it to be the cause saying it should have not been there the first place and with all confidence said he's a 100% sure its the cause of the fridge not cooling after 12 hours its still not cooling. called customer service to have the tech come back and check it again but said the service request is closed and that we need another service request. and as useless as the first customer care request our next tech support service will be five days from the time this review is submitted.

The cameras to view inside the fridge can be helpful as long as what you are looking for is located on certain shelves for viewing. Also the attempts at identifying items is more than comical! You have to get in the habit of shutting the fridge with the cameras first because sometimes it gets stuck in the out position and I see us needing to place a claim for this in the near future one someone forgets and breaks it. Your product SUCKS! NUMEROUS issues with the ice maker and NOW, the freon went out conveniently 3 months after the 5 year warranty expired! And here's the kicker; NO SAMSUNG QUALIFIED TECHS IN MY STATE! I thought this may have been limited to a Samsung dishwasher I had to replace, but no, it's just Samsung quality, or lack thereof! Local appliance repair can't even service this particular system! Stick to TV's and leave appliances to the professionals! And thanks for nearly ruining my Thanksgiving dinner (cheap mini fridge averted that).

i just got the rf27t5501sg/aa a couple days ago and i had an annoying issue with the deli drawer where sometimes when opening and closing the back wheels on the drawer would fall of the rails and get crooked and not shut right. the problem was the wheels were too tight to the drawer and right on the edges of the rails on both sides so a slight push on one side would make the other side wheel fall of the rail. the solution is to pull out the drawer, get a phillips screwdriver and loosen the screw holding the back wheels on the drawer. this will draw the wheels outwards and closer to the sides of the fridge and thus make them stop riding on the edge of the rails. this solved my issue 100% samsung should put this adjustment in the owners manual or faq

this is a gorgeous fridge, there's no doubt about that, but beware, the ice maker is prone to problems. do a simple google search and you'll see these problems are very common. ever since i've had this fridge, i've had to defrost the ice maker ever few months. recently the ice machine has been getting worse and worse, which has required me to turn the compressor off, leave the door open, and run the internal defroster. well, last night, i did this, business as usual, but now i'm getting an error and the ice machine is not functioning.

Within 20 minutes of unboxing we are able to keep our food cool! The only problem was we did not have enough food to fill it! At nearly 27 cubic feet it is great for any family! The placement of the racks are optimized for cooling. The freezer is a much better use of space vs a side by side or top loaded freezer. The trays blow my mind. We just keep finding more space to utilize. Now the fun part the Family hub! We have had so much fun leaving silly pictures and notes and even voice recordings. You can listen to spotify while cooking and surf the internet all with your voice. You can also connect an app on your phone to add photos to the fridge's screen saver.

Doesn’t do it everyday/time, but noticed it was worse during the summer months. I will say the house was never hot nor was it too close to the wall. Read some other reviews on other people having the same problem. As far as the apps, all the music apps have stopped working. Unless you cast it to your fridge, forget about getting Amazon Music or Pandora to pop up. In reality we expected to use more features, but it’s more of a nice fridge to look at. I wouldn’t buy it again if given the chance. The space inside is also very limited. We have to always use the garage fridge, which used to be our main fridge and would fit everything.

we purchased the fridge 2 months ago and the fridge is working good, however the touch screen is freezing constantly..you can not touch or do anything on it when it freezes.. so you need to turn it off and wait for few minutes then turn on, it does work for hour or so then freezes again. even the support team couldnt do anything the first time i tried to contact them except telling me to restart the screen from it’s power button.. then next time i tried to contact them i get stock with the robot answering machine or the awful automated chatting system. it’s disappointing to see big company like samsung has such support system. i’m a loyal customer to samsung so not trying to ruin their image but i’m honestly writing review based on my experience. it’s very disappointing.

i bought this refrigerator samsung rf27t5501sr. after it was delivered the ice maker is not making ice. samsung sent a repair tech after a week. samsung tech came and reset only the ice maker and gone. the ice maker still not making ice. after another week samsung tech came and replace the ice maker unit. ice maker still not making ice. after another week samsung tech came and did trouble shooting but failed to fix the problem. after another week samsung tech came and did some repairs on the back of the refrigerator. ice maker now is making ice. after another week the ice maker is not making ice again, the fridge and freezer quit cooling. i removed all food inside and throw them away. now i send a request to samsung business center for replacement, but did not get a reply yet.

in general, we love the refrigerator. the only complaint is in regards to the in-door ice and water dispenser. when dispensing ice, it seems to have a broad spread and bits of ice are constantly missing the top of the glass. when dispensing water, it seems to be pretty far forward and there is routinely spillage. in addition, it doesn't have a tray to catch the spillage/overflow. our previous in-door ice makers have all had something there to catch any overflow. this is the main reason we deducted a star.

The family hub has been great until the last update which broke internet connectivity briefly and photo upload is awful now. Other features are great. The cooling in the fridge and freezer are much better than expected. We are coming from a Kitchenaid We’ve has since 2005 and still runs. I like how the fridge, tv, dishwasher, and sound bar (all Samsung) work together.

Over all happy with this purchase; I really like crushed ice and am unable to use due the the ice maker. It's really loud and awful. Timed how long it took to get a cup of crushed ice and it was took over a minute. 1:30 to be exact. I may not keep this due to that, I drink a lot of water. Another thing we didn't get a water catcher for the ice maker. Checked and it didn't look like it came with one. Once in awhile water will run down the front of the fridge. Samsung may want to fix this issues

We bought the entire suite of these appliances in black stainless steel. The film or paint, whatever it is, is peeling off on every single appliance. First it peels at the edges, naturally, and without a single cause. Now, after we had a scratch on the front doors, I can’t find the matching black stainless steel paint anywhere. This happened with Samsung’s black stainless steel appliances in my first home. I really should’ve known better. It makes the entire suite look old, peeling, and cheep.

The "update" to the tablet os took this back to the stone age and made it a good fridge with a poor poor attempt at smart integration. We had been looking forward to this for a long time just to be utterly disappointed by the performance. we cant even use a thumb drive to load pictures!!!!! has to be done with an app that fails every other upload.

I've got one of these models that's 1.5 years old and I'm on my 3rd icemaker. Samsung can't seem to make a refrigerator that has a working icemaker. Mine continually freezes over and regardless of replacements when under warranty, it won't work. I suggest t hat if you must get a Samsung, then forego the icemaker and buy a stand alone icemaker for your countertop. You'll avoid all the headaches. Also, the web traffic on this topic verifies my experience as being all too common..

Some of the most useful feature for me are setting multiple timers that all appear on the display, seeing the weather forcast on the display whenever I walk into the kitchen, and the ability to play radio stations or music that are streamed online. I have a 6 year old that can stand in front of the refrigerator and watch Youtube videos for hours. As far as the refrigeration goes, it is very spacious. I like the wide shelves attached to the door. My only complaints are that the actual layout of shelves in the main section of the refrigeration is somewhat constrained. Other Samsung models have shelves that fold/slide, but this model has basic shelves that are fixed in place. Also, the ice dispenser puts out ice slower that what I am used to.

we were so excited for this product, as we ordered as part of the kitchen suite. two weeks after delivery the freezer and fridge were not cooling. took 3 days to "troubleshoot" just to finally get a service call scheduled. (which was 1 week later). then i receive a call that the service technician wont be out for 2 weeks. we have already lost everything that we had in this unit. very frustrated and now wondering if we should just get a refund. will this be an ongoing issue?!

Worse refrigerator ever. You pay way too much and the thing is terrible. Have had service out twice since we bought it 2 months ago, first the mother board was bad and the ice maker, then back to change the ice maker again, still doesn't make ice. I can get one glass of ice in the morning, and not again until the next morning. Will have to call service again. I should have checked reviews before buying. I have had this fridge for two years. In that time I have had 3 service calls on the ice maker and have just placed my 4th. If you do a little research, you will find this is a common issue with this fridge and the icemaker. They've replaced the icemaker itself, and the fan. There's nothing left to replace. I love the quad style doors and best freezer ever, but the hassles with the ice maker on an appliance that costs a pretty penny, is simply not worth it.

I as love the AI tech that determines the shelf life of items in the refrigerator. I also love the shopping list feature and reminders that you. I would love to see this integrates more with galaxy phones or it's own camera feature for video calling when cooking that could also used as an additional security camera for smart homes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I will start with the positives, this fridge is stunning, the black stainless is very appealing to the eye and doesn't leave fingerprints as much as typical stainless. I love the hub and being able to see inside from my phone while at the store. The freezer has ample amount of space to store plenty of food. The Smart Recipes app is really cool. Everyday it gives me recipe ideas that you can click and add to your shopping list. When you're ready to cook you click start and it gives you verbal step by step instructions. The only negative I have is I don't know if it is because it came with the hub or if this is a new design but there is no light in the ice/water dispenser area so if it is night time and i want water I have to turn on my kitchen light which is pretty annoying. Overall we are very happy with the fridge, It is beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last refrigerator was on the way out and we had been looking at the amazing Samsung refrigerators. I’m so glad we chose this one! It’s so compact yet spacious. The drawers are slim, but they go far back and we have more than enough space for all of our veggies, cheeses and things we put in drawers. The refrigerator and freezer also have a nice layout, it’s so much easier to find things! The cooling system is amazing and keeps an even temperature on everything. Not to mention the family hub! That is our favorite feature, we love how we each have our own profiles. I love the morning brief to get me up to speed on what’s happening in the world and my kids even watch YouTube on it lol. This is the best refrigerator we’ve ever owned. We love our other Samsung products and televisions and it’s super cool you can connect them to their app!

Very useful, I used to always have a paper calendar stick it to the fridge but not anymore. Also, I paired the Ring doorbell to the fridge and, I can keep saying a lot of good gadgets it has but there are too many to name them and all of them very useful. The only thing I didn’t like is that it can be dainty, the smallest bump leaves a sag or a scratch.

This is a fridge that the whole family loves! We selected the black stainless steel which has a sleek design and does not show fingerprints easily. I love the french door design which allows for more shelf space than your traditional side by side freezer and fridge. The bottom freezer part is deep with 2 compartments and a sliding shelf which is a nice feature for extra storage space. The features of the door panel touch screen has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. I especially love how you can load and customize pictures to be displayed on the home screen. Additional features include: Pandora, YouTube, Calendar, Weather, Camera to view inside of fridge and more! Definitely pleased with this purchase!

I love all the space this fridge has, especially the pull out drawers for dairy/fruit. The touchscreen on the front is an added bonus, it connected right up to wifi and synced through our phones. You can add photos, sync your calendar, create shopping lists, and see inside the refrigerator anytime from your phone!

The family hub is so cool! Certainly I wish there was more compatibility to downloads apps. The sound is phenomenal with a built in speaker for music. water tastes good after the first few gallons (tossed out). I read a lot of scary reviews but so far for the first week everything is working well.

I am ardent appliances fan, changed my appliances to Samsung. Then I bought this Model and found that the bottom glass attached to the drawers is next to impossible to take out. I watched YouTube video and called customer service. They showed me what to do but in my opinion it’s almost impossible to take out. Now I have to look at a very gross fridge because the parts are not intuitive. No I won’t recommend because of that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey Samsung, the fridge is amazing. Our kids (10yr, 3, and 1) all love to draw using the screen and love when we play pandora music. The only downfall is not being able to watch Youtube TV within an app on the screen itself. We eat dinner every night gathered around the kitchen bar where our fridge sits. It would be really nice to put on YouTube TV and watch the news in the morning or football with friends gathered around.

The fridge has all the space you could possibly need, the smart feature works well, its the same as an android phone and tells you when things expire, plus plays music and much more. My only critique, so far, is that there is no light for the ice and water. Only the words light up so you can’t really see what you’re doing at night. Other than that, it is a good fridge.

just got my refrigerator delivered today 6/9/2020, and at first i loved it until i noticed all the fingerprints everywhere and after trying to reach out to samsung saying the had sent the wrong one they said they couldn't do anything about it. very disappointed! the only reason i made my final decision on getting this refrigerator was because i loved the fingerprint resistant on other refrigerators i had looked at!

I’ve seen reviews about the ice maker freezing up and there are settings for the ice maker in the setup of this thing. Use some common sense before you write your review. Another feature I find useful is the recipe search. I can leave the recipe up on the screen while cooking. The grocery list feature ensures that everyone’s requests are in the same place. They removed my last truthful review. Suffice it to say that I bought a Samsung family hub refrigerator. Found a dent unpacking it. After a couple days of phone calls and texts to their support company it comes down to they won’t do anything and I have purchased a very expensive refrigerator with a golf ball size dent in the freezer door that I get to stare at in my brand new kitchen. Buyer Beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About this about three months ago and I’m pleased with it so far. The only complaint is the icemaker. There seems to be a problem where it doesn’t reject all the ice and an ice cube will get stuck on the door. So the next time you go to get ice there’s a small amount of water that goes into the glass for the ice. I think it has something to do with the seal and they should replace it under warranty..
