A geladeira é perfeita, comprei a minha nunca tive problema algum simplesmente maravilhosa. Sobre o reservatório de água adquiri sabendo que precisa ser abastecido, não sei como as pessoas não pesquisam antes e depois vem aqui reclamar, por que eu vi tudo antes, inclusive gostei mais desse modelo do que o que o a bastecimento é pela a torneira. A ligação da torneira dela é somente para o gelo que produz em muita quantidade e agente pode ligar e desligar quando ja esta cheio. Realmente não tenho do que reclamar eu amo minha geladeira ja estou com ela a dois anos e concerteza compraria novamente.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

I love the beverage center, probably my fave part. I use the water pitcher several times a day, it is so convenient. I also love that the water dispenser is behind the front door, it saves me from continuously having to wipe water dripping down the front of our fridge ( like our last fridge). The freezer at first glance doesn’t look very big but actually fits more than our previous. The ice dispenser in the freezer is easy and quick to get ice. Love my new fridge!

Even though we bought the smaller 22 cf, there is plenty of room. We have the bottom right section set up as a refrigerator & keep drinks, snacks in there reachable for my 3 & 7 yo grandchildren which they think is So Cool! The water pitcher is a wonderful feature & we have had no problems with it leaking as a few reviews stated. We also like the two types of ice and the ability to shut one off if we aren't using. All in all, I would highly recommend this product for style, service & reliability.

I was initially impressed by the job Samsung did packing it, there’s little to no chance this beauty would get damaged in transport. As a techy, I enjoyed learning about all its functionality, interfaces and the display screen—it’s amazing. I connected it to both Samsung the SmartThings and my Alexa home network. I amazed the family by playing my wife’s favorite tune then demonstrated how to play YouTube videos while preparing a meal or just snacking in the kitchen. By morning I had loaded some of our favorite travel pics including some really unique sculptures we’ve seen on our travels and set the to play as a slideshow. But wait, there’s more, I set the ice maker to pause making ice during late night hours—but it’s so quiet, that really is just icing on the cake. Speaking of pastries, after we loaded the fridge we had practically a whole shelf just for layovers and the strawberry rhubarb pie my wife made that evening. There’s more, it boasts a super cool beverage center where we loaded our cold coffee and other refreshments, and loaded infuser with fruit in the pitcher included with the beverage center. This is hands down the best appliance we’ve ever owned and one I trust will be the Family Hub at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m including some pics taken during setup because I was so impressed with the packing.

My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps). While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers. It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success. Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher. You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers. My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time. I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside. The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. The whole family loves this purchase. I received this refrigerator as an discounted incentive.

I am so proud that I bought this after I listened to my friend's suggestion and got a very good deal, also. First of all, I like the combination of door colors (white and light pink glass), makes me calm and kind of sophisticated. The only con is that I can't put any family pictures with magnets or calendars that I used to have on the door because the glass doesn't hold them. It looks clean and neat but it's not practical. Rather I have to clean it more often for fingerprints. So, there are pros and cons since beauty always brings this dilemma. To gain one thing then have to compromise something else, I know it... Besides, I bought two items for the interior of this fridge: 3 small digital thermometers for each compartment that I like to look at numbers with my own eyes every time I open the doors even though there is already on the side of the refrigerator's door. The other thing that I ordered recently was 2 clear drawers held under shelves. I use one for eggs and another one is for sauces or other small items, like seasonings. These both are useful for me and fit perfectly inside the fridge (see in the picture). Overall, Fridge is greatly functioning well as I expected and also looking so modern and gracious, every time I pass by it makes me feel so proud that this is my baby. I already took many pictures of it and spread them out to all my (housewives) friends here and there bragging like a child. Of course, they are dying of jealousy. I hope this can last for many many years.

I am a foodie & the main cook & grocery shopper in my house so a great quality fridge is simply necessity for me. The first thing that caught my attention was obviously the gorgeous glass exterior. It is a stunningly beautiful, modern & unique looking fridge but as I examined the floor model in person I fell in love with the interior as well. I love the auto refill water pitcher. Used heavily by the whole family. I rarely buy water bottles anymore. It also has a water dispenser which I love for my five year old who can easily serve himself water without my help. I love how both of these features are on the inside of the fridge as opposed to the outside giving it a clean sleek look. On to the freezer… I didn’t think I’d love scooping out the ice from the little bins but now I actually prefer it because when we have company I can just pull the whole container out & there’s a bunch of ice ready to go. No need to stand there & noisily fill every cup at a traditional ice dispenser. I love the two different size ice cubes. Perhaps a bit extra but I personally love options! Next & probably our favorite & the thing our guests are always impressed with is that we use the bottom right portion as an mini fridge/adult beverage space. Another thing I love is how easy it is to clean. I’ve cleaned many fridges & this has been the only one I actually enjoy cleaning. No inaccessible cracks or nooks. Everything is easy to remove & wash. The glass cleans easily with regular glass cleaner or warm water & Dawn dish liquid. A couple things to note: make sure you check & wash the water pitcher frequently because ours has grown small bits of mildew if we don’t wash it often. The pitcher is very easy to take apart, wash & put back together. Also, the pitcher will not fill with water if you don’t put it precisely in place. Happens a several times a week especially because how heavily we use it. This fridge will beep if the door is not closed properly. Only annoying when you clean the fridge. It will alarm several times. I recommend downloading the app to alert your phone so your food doesn’t go bad. To conclude, sometimes you buy a product & when you use it you wonder if the people who created it actually tested it in real work environments but I feel like THIS product was actually used & tested because it just works & flows as a whole & any kinks have already been caught & fixed before it gets to the consumer. It’s well made. Well put together. Functional. Looks beautiful in my home. Guests always compliment & want to to more about it. Super happy over all with my refrigerator!

bought a new home was excited that all the appliances were newer samsung appliances. sadly, had one of the nightmare temp and ice maker fridges. we didn't want to replace everything so did some research on the bespoke fridge. love that the ice is in the freezer where it belongs. excited to have the clean look in the front. beverage center is great. smart things app is easy to use. the refrigerator and freezer cooled to temp using power cool and power freeze. pro's so far: love the esthetic, the size & roominess great! the pitcher and beverage center are genius. flex zones are great and easy to change. areas for opportunity: getting the doors level even after watching the videos is not easy at all. the water dispenser is not the easiest to use to fill up things like a coffee pot.

Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also, doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

We love the space inside but it doesn’t take up the whole kitchen. The beverage center is a favorite! I love the infused water pitcher that automatically refills. However I feel the single glass refill function refills very slowly. That’s the reason for the one star missing. I love the customization of shelves with the one shelf able to be a full shelf and then retract if needed. The two different ice cubes is super cute! The AI screen is really cool! We love the whiteboard to share messages with each other, and being Able to post recipes as we cook.

The beverage center is a very nice addition and the ice maker is vastly superior to our old Frigidaire. It is counter depth so I was a little concerned about interior volume but it's very spacious and well designed.. The fingerprint resistant Stainless is better than normal but still will show fingerprints. All in all this has been a very good purchase. I would add that the Smart Things App is a very nice addition to have. The best part is the two different sized ice cubes in the beverage center. Makes any cooling you need to do almost instant.

I owned the previous Bespoke 4 Door, and this generation is a clear step up. The dual Auto Ice Maker produces two cube sizes at the same time. An internal camera tracks what goes in and out, making it easy to manage groceries. The large Family Hub screen lets me pin photos, doodle, and handwrite notes—and it can play Samsung TV Plus and YouTube. Sleek design plus genuinely useful upgrades make it a smart centerpiece. Strongly recommend it.

We loved being able to select whatever door panels you wanted to add some character to our kitchen. The dual ice type ice maker is a great feature and produces copious amounts of ice. Another excellent feature is the lower right freezer that can be a freezer or a fridge. Whe wifi seems to work well with the app. All in all, with the color combos and features, this was an awesome purchase for us. You won't be disappointed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big expectations for this Bespoke Refridgerator with Family Hub and AI technology. Great, but not perfect... yet. One main reason we chose the 4 door french option (I had the older model of this in my last house too and loved it) was the capability to choose the bottom section for more fridge space. This is perfect for a family with kids. We love setting that up just for them with their favorite snacks and drinks. This works for us because we have a separate garage freezer. The beverage door is great! Love having access to protein shakes or creamer for coffee without opening the entire door. The real winner is that auto-fill pitcher. To quickly fill large waterbottles is a time saver. We also chose the white glass option as I read it acts like a white board... so fun. Our kids loved drawing with dry erase markers on it. Even my husband and I played hangman. Just a cool alternative when the front is not magnetic. Also the hands free option is super helpful. This is where I knock off a star. I am very tech savvy especially when it comes to Samsung products. We have multiple devices throughout our home. This particular refrigerator with the integration of technology aka the Family Hub and AI and viewing inside feature is half of this product. Setting it up was totally fine. But it wasn't seamless. One major part was putting food inside the fridge. The camera scans what goes in and out and creates a small thumbnail for the item which is usually blurry, not clear, looks ehh and mostly not recognized so you have to edit each item. This is very time consuming. The cameras only face the doors, so when you close the doors and want to see inside, you only see (what I'm assuming most people put in the doors) condiments. You do not get to choose a live view of the main part of the fridge like the older model. This is a setback in my opinion. It should allow you to do both features, scan and whole upper fridge view. There weren't a lot of options for apps either. Even the Spotify app you still needed to be connected to your phone initially to launch the music. Pandora worked as expected. Watching Samsung TV was simple. Sound was good. One thing I did like was screen mirroring my phone for recipes to follow while cooking. You can create favorite website tabs to go to and we added our grocery store as one so we could add food to our list there. But I feel like it would make sooo much more sense if apps were integrated so you could be logged into your phone and see the same thing that your phone has. I would have like to see the Samsung Notes app in there for sure. To have checklists. Maybe a more customizable calender rather than a picture of the calender. The main reason for the smart screen was camera viewing. I know that the Ring has an app to view cameras, but we use another camera and have access to view it through the Smartthings App which is an option on the fridge. But it never worked and would not connect. I even froze all wifi connections except the fridge to our modem and it still would not stream video through SmartThings. I was hoping to see who was at the door or see kids playing in the backyard while I was in the kitchen, but this main feature never functioned properly for me. Overall, beautiful fridge. Just lacking in the technology side - still smarter fridge than anything else out there. But my expectations were not met with the Family Hub part and so we did return this for one without the screen. If you're not picky and willing to wait for updates to eventually maybe happen on that side, then get it. After exhausting all options on my end for fixing the video, the rest of the technology just wasn't personally meeting my expectations the way I had imagined. We love the non-screen option we have now.

Had to go purchase organizing bins for the sleek look inside. We also like the water dispenser and piture (that you can infuse w/fruits etc)?is in its own door. Never liked cleaning that spot outside the door of the old fridge. The doors do stick out 4” but the fridge itself is counter depth. Had to remove top cabinets due to door hinges. But we never used them so doesn’t bother us or our kitchen design. Pull out drawers for the bottom freezer is fantastic. I honestly can’t believe how much room inside. Recommend.

The AI vision tells me when i put in food and take out food so i can avoid food waste. The technology in the AI family hub works with my existing smarthings and alexa all in one. I can voice control the lights from there as well as watch you tube or Samsung tv while i cook. You can program the dual ice maker to make ice and make the flex zone specifically for freezing or meat or veggies. The beverage center is very cool feature to have pitcher for iced tea of fruit infused drinks. I love the flexibility you can customize for your needs. Lots of room, easy and convenient to use. Great fridge!

The fridge looks very pretty and modern but its capacity is smaller than my previous fridge so I have to be conscious of the amount of food I buy right now. I love the app and the door open alarm as a mom of little ones. While I do like the different ice sizes, it does get a little bit of getting used to using the little scoop. It honestly doesn't make ice that fast either. Overall it is a nice fridge and I am enjoying using it. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

We have had this refrigerator for 3 months. Both my husband and I say almost every day “ I love this refrigerator!” Best refrigerator we have ever had. It’s perfect. Ice maker even kept up during Christmas for 10 adults. Used the flex section as extra refrigerator space during the holidays. We hated our old Samsung Refrigerator that leaked and loud ice maker. But this one has no flaws. Just buy it. You’ll love it too!

I especially like the pitcher of water as I am often in a rush and want to quickly pour my water into a container. The digital screen has been very handy and even connects to our washer/dryer! The set up was extremely easy and we’ve had no issues. The design is sleek and very modern looking. We did need to add some small organizational shelves for our smaller items such as cheeses and sandwich meat as we used to keep those in a drawer in our last fridge and the large shelves that come with this fridge are too much room for these small items. Overall I love the fridge and I have no complaints.

We were a little afraid at first that this AI feature is going to be a gimmick, but it REALLY works! We always know what is in our fridge and when it expires, AND we have access to it wherever we are. So, I'd say we are now throwing away a LOT less food! Especially when the fridge reminds you that you have some milk that expires soon, or something like this! Design and the front screen are great! I love watching videos while cooking! Love that there are 2 types of ice, and a beverage center. Everything is very well thought out!

Comprei uma Geladeira RF49A e topei pagar mais caro porque vi que conectava na torneira e tinha o dispenser de água. O manual do equipamento não é claro, e pela lógica entende-se que a água da torneira passa por um filtro na geladeira e sai na porta automaticamente. Não é o caso, a conexão é apenas para gelo e você precisa abastecer manualmente o dispenser. Aceitei pagar mais caro pela geladeira justamente pela funcionalidade de água direto da geladeira, muito frustrante a experiência. Abri um caso no CONAR, porque é errado omitir informações para que o consumidor pense que o produto executa algo que na prática não faz.

Not even 3 years and the ice maker and control panels don't work, the self filling water pitcher doesn't fill all the time. They make this type of refrigerators just to last a very short time. So if you are looking for something that is worth your money don't buy a samsung

I am very impressed with the AI vision camera which recognizes the food I am putting in or taking out! After recognizing new food it also tells me with how many days I should consume the fresh produce so that it doesn't go bad. Saves food waste big time. Stainless steel is finger print resistant , my toddler love to use family hub for music , watching videos even drawing .but my fridge will not have any finger print . Also I have unlimited supply of ice as I can scheduled to refill my tray over night.

O produto em si é bonito, porem as prateleiras quando eu vi, quase cai para trás!!! absurdamente horriveis, a metáfora que eu usaria é "mais finas que papel" o acabamento das mesmas é horrendo, fiquei com a geladeira pelo fato de não estar morando na residencia que a geladeira se encontra e exige muito trabalho para devolver. A gaveta também não tem impressão de que irá durar muito tempo, abrindo ela vazia ja se sente que tranca. Eu não recomendo em absoluto.

The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!

The front lower part of the fridge (frame surrounding the 2 compartments) is so hot that you can’t touch it longer than 1-2 seconds for fear of burns. I’ve never experienced this before and consider it a safety hazard, particularly, with my younger grandchildren. It also impacts the ability of the freezer side to produce ice. I have to keep a cooler in the kitchen just to have any ice. Other dw I had kept breaking and I had to always wait on parts. Only 3 years old. I got rid of it and purchased a different brand. I’ve had nothing but problems with all of my Samsung appliances. What a huge disappointment. I guess my stove will be next.

It's sleek exterior makes my kitchen seem bigger, the space inside the fridge section is wonderfully laid out, ensuring that we can see everything clearly and organizing it is a breeze. The only downside I could see, is the freezer space is a little small. We have a chest freezer, though, so it's not a problem at all. We switched the flex temp side to get more fridge space and so our youngest has easy access to her own things. The beverage center and ice capabilities are amazing, too. We love the access there, and the ice fills quickly, which is important for our family of five. The fingerprint proof stainless does leave prints, but they are easily wiped off with a dry towel.

I usually have too much space now. The best part of this refrigerator definetly has to be the extra door on the exterior of the door that houses the pitcher of water. It has been very convenient to fill my water bottle and my coffee maker with the pitcher. The double freezer door is nice and has also given me a large area to store food. I have yet to try the feature where I can make the 2nd freezer into a fridge, but I like having that option. Overall this refrigerator has been wonderful, it has surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to upgrade or replace their refrigerator.

No Ice dispenser but it is nice to have 2 size of ice, they called it ice cubs, and ice bites, it is on the bottom freezer, but it also takes some space valuable space of your freezer, not a big deal with the Flex Zone on the Right Bottom door, that you can also use it as a Freezer, and the beverage center it is an easy way to have water or some fruit infusions, ready and cold for you at anytime of the day. We decided to buy another bespoke fridge, but it is a shame they are not compatible with the 4 door one. We had to change a little the kitchen layout so they are not side to side. But it works good. Glass Panels area really easy to clean.

We bought this refrigerator 6 months ago and was a little apprehensive as it is not the normal brand but we get but it has been amazing. We got the counter depth and it is so well configured that it is easy to get everything in it. I love the auto fill pitcher and the water feature. The water tastes amazing out of this fridge. And since my cabinets are white, we change the panels out to match our seasonal decor. It’s beautiful and functional and makes me drink more water. Word to the wise though, only get the real filters to replace at 6 months. While they are pricy, cheaper versions are terrible and the water tastes awful with them. My mistake there. Never again!

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!

several weeks in & no complaints. it is 24" for counter depth, however doors are 4". had to remove cabinet above for this one to fit because the "hinge" is higher & goes across the entire top. we never used the cabinet anyway. this replaced a french door fridge/ freezer. what amazes me is its smaller than the one we replaced, fits so much more & still have room. everyone compliments when they notice it. beverage center is great for making infused water w/the pitcher & perfect temp cold water out of the dispenser. we like that its hidden. enjoy having the doors of the freezer with the pull-out drawers & side shelves. dual ice is great for smoothies & cocktails. vs pop & tea. it’s your personal preference; large cubes or small bits. well-designed fridge. now considering the bespoke range.

I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

I love how bright the interior is lighted, the stainless steel is easy too clean, I like not having handles. The freezor is larger than I expected. I use both lower sections on freeze. The only thing I am not happy with are the ice baskets. The cubes freeze together and have to be broken apart or dumped and start over frequently. Over all I am pleased with my new refrigerator.

I love that it doesn’t have handles and I like the hands free sensors to open the door also the camera that tells you what you put in and out of the fridge. It’s also fingerprint resistant wich is great for the kids. We absolutely love the beverage zone with pitcher and the dual ice maker with ice scooper. The pitcher is refills on its own and it also has the water dispenser next to it. I like how the shelves on the doors have a lot of space and the trays are big enough to fit a lot of things. Great for organizing. The apps outside on the hub I’m enjoying so much while I cook like pandora, YouTube and it also comes with other great applications like cooking recipes. I thinks it’s a beautiful fridge and it’s fits perfect! I’d definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

The Flex Zone feature, which allows you to use the section as either a fridge OR a freezer, is simply amazing. From the outside the fridge just looks shiny and beautiful ... and it stays that way. Having a 7 year old and 5 year old I really appreciate the Fingerprint Resistance Stainless Steel. And having the beverage center inside the top left door keeps the outside looking minimal and clean. There's more than enough space and the dual ice maker (ice in two different sizes!!) just can't be beat. I downloaded the Smart Things app, and that might just be the best part of the refrigerator. I can control the temperature and lighting (among other things) simply by using the app. And when I accidentally leave one of the doors open the refrigerator beeps AND the app alerts me that the door is open. I can't get over all the features. It really is an amazing refrigerator!

The Wifi connectivity is actually useful, and I've transferred everything from my old fridge/freezer and there's gobs of extra room! Love the beverage center with infusable water pitcher, and the crisper drawer and bottom right unit that can be either freezer or fridge. The lighting is beautiful and the anti-slip glass shelf is a lovely added feature, and also the fingerprint resistant surface. Like all Samsung fridges, the door-open alarm is a handy feature too. The temp settings actually run colder than indicated, which is not usually the case so I'm glad it's not too warm. If you like both form AND function with a stylish look this is your refrigerator!

So let's start with the size, it is huge. You can fit a lot inside. It has a space for everything and more. I love the freezer in comparison of my old fridge. I like that I can stack on shelves and even have space on the doors to store items. The AI Family Hub is such a nice addition to the fridge, you can watch stuff or even get recipes when you're in the kitchen. You can also download apps. But the AI Vision is my all time fav, it scans what you put in to keep track of what you have and tracks what you take out. This is helpful for when it's time to replenish groceries. This refrigerator has two separate ice cube bins and a scoop, one for cubed ice and one for my personal favorite, crushed ice. You can connect your fridge to your phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. Anyone will love this fridge and I highly recommend it.

The shelves are easily adjusted to fit your needs. The flex zone offers a section you can use as a fridge or freezer - change for a party and then change back! The beverage center is a dream - makes amazing ice! I LOVE that there is a dual ice maker with TWO different sizes of ice! The pitcher is a good feature to for refilling water bottles! It stays looking great on the outside because of the fingerprint resistance. Another cool thing is the SmartThings app - from your phone you can view the inside of the fridge, receive notifications and get updates to your fridge. Not only that, the SmartThings app can remotely control some of your fridge's functions. If your fridge isn't acting as it should, you can perform a factory reset on it as well. I couldn't love this refrigerator more than I do and it's taken me 50+ years to find it! :)

Also when opening the left side you need to open from top or bottom as opening from the middle accesses the beverage center. Ice- I like that you get both ice cubes and ice bites (in individual trays) and that they even included an ice scoop. You can even tell the refrigerator not to make ice at night! Beverage center - easy access to beverages, water pitcher (for quick pour) and water dispenser. (pitcher is quicker). Automatic refills to pitcher quickly. Naturally you sacrifice a but of refrigerator space. Flexibility - it is nice to be able to configure the lower right to be used as either a refrigerator or a freezer and specifically 5 different temperature settings. App - The app is convenient for many things including but not limited to checking if door is open, temperature, quick freeze, quick cool, ice on and off. Would recommend and would buy again

The most convenient option on the refrigerator is the "Beverage Center", which allows easy access to a self-contained water pitcher (included with the refrigerator), several shelves for drinks/snacks/medications/etc, and a chilled filter water spigot. The pitcher self fills (option can be turned off too) with filtered water, so it is always full and ready to pour refreshingly cold water. The pitcher can also be used to make iced tea or powdered water-based drinks. Once the refrigerator was installed we felt compelled to modernize the appearance of our 20-year-old kitchen with new cabinet/drawer handles and a marble countertop with a full ceramic backsplash, but the work is still occurring so there are no before/after pictures at the time I am writing this review, but will try and come back to add them once the work is completed.

This thing has so much space, I'm really not sure what to do with all of it. I think my favorite part of the refrigerator is the beverage center, though. Being able to have just the face of the refrigerator open to grab a drink is pretty cool. Right below the beverage center in the freezer section, theres an ice maker that makes 2 different types of ice. I also like that the bottom right section is a flex zone, so it can be either a freezer or a refrigerator, depending on what you need. The AI vision is nice to have as well, since I can see whats in the refrigerator without actually opening it. I also enjoy being able to pull up recipes and have music playing on the refrigerator as well. I'm still discovering all of the things this refrigerator can really do, and it definitely makes me more excited to get even more Samsung appliances in the future.

I love that the water hub is actually inside so it’s not exposed. The auto fill setting makes it even more wonderful! Kids are having so much fun with the big screen. The best part to me is the bins on the doors, it has them on all 4 doors, makes it easier to organize, also feels like the fridge can hold more because of these bins. Cools fast, precise temperature settings, love it! Also have to mention the Smart Things App, easy to connect, we also have the same brand stove, so we're able to set up everything with couple clicks. Love this fridge, highly recommended!

Beverage zone has enough room to include a couple of drinks and bottles. The pitcher is a nice touch to make tea or fruit infused water! The freezer has enough room to fit a bunch of frozen goods and the option to use the other space as a fridge or freezer helps immensely. In love with the dual ice maker as I can use ice that fits the needs! Big ice for mixing drinks and small ice to keep my drink chilled for a while. The family hub also allows me to keep track of the filter and order it straight from the screen. It is like having a huge tablet attached to the fridge with many customization. Smarthings app allows me to turn on settings straight from the phone. I can let it know to make more ice, or send photos to have as background. I am able to fit so much food and drinks with ample space with the layout of the shelves. Overall an amazing amount of features and we cannot imagine life without it.

There are so many features to be excited about here. The aggravation of digging items from the bottom of the freezer is a thing of the past, accessibility is now. Our favorite feature is the beverage center where we have a pitcher of cool refreshing water at all times. I liked the placement of the water when you can easily replaced it. I don’t know how the UV deodorizing filter works but it is a nice feature.The stainless steel panel inside provides contrast in my opinion instead of the dull white appearance. The quick access door is a nice touch when you can retrieve your favorite beverage with ease. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors eliminates the constant wiping which can tiresome to some. I do not need to open the refrigerator to change the settings on the control panel which I can do in the SmartThings app. We loved the auto ice maker and volume of ice on the trays are more than enough for my fur babies who loved ice cubes for a treat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this refrigerator! The interior light is bright but easy on the eyes. I selected the matte grey glass. While it does clean easily I don't find it to be fingerprint resistant. This refrigerator is extremely spacious. We added clear bins to the bottom shelf for cheese and deli meats as there is no drawer for this which is a disappointment. We love the beverage center door and auto fill water pitcher. The freezer shelves pull out for easy access allowing you to use the full depth of the shelves without losing things in the back! The ice maker produces two sizes of cubes conveniently in the top bin. I have not yet used the Smart things app as I don't see a need to frequently monitor a refrigerator temperature. We do use the app for our Samsung range all the time so we may find it useful in the future. I have not changed the flex zone yet but anticipate this to be useful at holiday time when prepping for large meals. It's only been a few weeks but so far I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, my previous refrigerator was working fine, so I had no need for a new fridge. However, when I saw this one with all its features, I convinced myself that my old fridge wasn't good enough anymore. My very favorite feature is the beverage center with the self-filling pitcher. I know that a self-filling pitcher seems minor, but it is a GAME CHANGER. I also love the two kinds of ice it makes, and the ice scoop is a very cute touch. The sections make it easy to stay organized and there is a lot of room! My former refrigerator was jam packed, but once I moved everything to this one, I would say I am using about 70% of capacity? I have not utilized the Smart Things App too much, but my partner has, and she mentions she enjoys it a lot because she can adjust the settings from anywhere. For example, being able to adjust the light inside the fridge maybe isn't the most necessary feature for us, but it is fun. I haven't noticed any fingerprints on the outside since we got the fridge, so clearly the fingerprint-resistant steel is working!

The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

We're talking grocery lists that update themselves and recipes at my fingertips – it's like the Jetsons' kitchen over here! And let's talk about the Beverage Center– hydration station central! My kids can grab water without needing me, and I don't have to worry about little hands leaving smudges all over the fridge. Plus, the customizable panels?Can't wait to get them! It's like the fridge gets a wardrobe, and we get to dress it up however we want. I admit that I miss pushing a lever for ice but the ability to have 2 different sizes of ice has been awesome. I'd never go back! The ability to personalize this fridge for my needs is amazing. Bottom line: This fridge fits our life like a glove. It's got all the bells and whistles, sure, but it's also just super practical for our everyday hustle. Big thumbs up from this working mama!

The smart things app is great if you want to control your fridge at your convenience., like changing the temperature or changing modes in flex crisper. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks luxurious and a great feature too. The flex zone is great because I don’t need a huge freezer and it has the option for turning it into a fridge from a freezer. You also get two types of ice and a beverage zone with an autofill pitcher. Overall, it’s a pretty good fridge, highly recommend!

I love that it auto disperses and its not like traditional ice makers where you push it down. The water pitcher is a great add-on and the water tastes clean and ice cold. Theres ample storage in the fridge section as well as the freezer. The Smartthings app is a cool convenient way to control some of the features/settings. The only con i have with this refrigerator is that i could not get one of the plastic shelves to go in. I thought i was going crazy but a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. I cant wait to add the color panels and customize our fridge. Overall 10/10 purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung Smart Things app connectivity was a breeze to do. Just scanned the QR code and everything was connected through WiFi and could easily control the Flex Zone settings and other settings. Controlling this beast with this technology was amazing. Beverage center is a perfect place for quality and filtered water. Product worked like a diamond. After few pitchers, the water was pristine to drink. Auto-fill pitcher is another great technology to keep the bottle filled every time and this is an amazing addition to my home. This reduces the time to wait for the water to be filled and it is readily available. Ice Maker did its magic in delivering 2 varieties of ice. Moving from a standard one to 4 door gave us plenty of room to keep things refrigerated. And Flex Zone is a plus when i don't need more items to froze. Counter depth was perfect to the kitchen as it didn't take any extra space. The stainless steel is amazing.. and it looks like a mirror... Upgrading from the app was great and it worked fine. Overall a best class Refrigerator from Samsung.
