I mainly love 3 things about my new refrigerator. The non agressive sound it makes when the doors are left open for too long, the so many compartments it has to organize food inside and the fact that you can choose to turn one on the lower parts into what fits your needs.. Do NOT purchase! I purchased this refrigerator on 10/08/2021 and we didn’t connect it until 03/2022 since my house was not completed. I am told that it’s the compressor and it’s out of warranty. As someone mentioned in one of the reviews I consider this a brand new fridge for it to not be cooling. It had a burning smell and everything melted over night I had to trash over 1000 in groceries. We are a family of 5 and I have 3 kids this is not good. What am I suppose to do without a working fridge! We couldn’t store any of our Thanksgiving left overs and have been without a fridge since then. Never buying Samsung again!!!! Run do not purchase

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

The internal design is well thought out, well organized, and roomy. Before purchase, I wondered which was a better option: a drawer freezer vs a doored freezer, and I am so happy to have gone with the door, since it enables excellent organization and it looks so symmetrical and sleek. I also love the beverage center and the ice maker. So far, everything is working very well, and the fridge is quiet. One of the best purchases I have ever made!!! Just need to rebuild the surrounding cabinetry!

i have nothing to say about the refrigerator, excellent quality, practical setup. but the family hub software in the screen that's different story. the quality is good, nice colors but if you have google home good luck. no mirroring (you have to have samsung phone or tablet). luck of applications. the top cherries is that alexa pop up on your screen for to be setup or bixby. there is no way how to disable this applications. hey samsung i am all in except phone or tablet. i spent $17,000 on appliances, tvs and vacuum robots. not enough for samsung i guess. millions of google fans buying your product. make your products google friendly.

The front lower part of the fridge (frame surrounding the 2 compartments) is so hot that you can’t touch it longer than 1-2 seconds for fear of burns. I’ve never experienced this before and consider it a safety hazard, particularly, with my younger grandchildren. It also impacts the ability of the freezer side to produce ice. I have to keep a cooler in the kitchen just to have any ice. Other dw I had kept breaking and I had to always wait on parts. Only 3 years old. I got rid of it and purchased a different brand. I’ve had nothing but problems with all of my Samsung appliances. What a huge disappointment. I guess my stove will be next.

The shelves are designed perfectly so that there is no wasted space in your fridge. Tons of room for all your tall stuff. LOVE the flex room! My very favorite feature is the two ice makers and the fact that they are both in the freezer and not in the refrigerator. I eat ice pretty much all day and I cannot keep up with this thing. It pumps out ice bites faster than I can eat them! I honestly could not be more happy with my new Bespoke refrigerator.

The beverage center is a very nice addition and the ice maker is vastly superior to our old Frigidaire. It is counter depth so I was a little concerned about interior volume but it's very spacious and well designed.. The fingerprint resistant Stainless is better than normal but still will show fingerprints. All in all this has been a very good purchase. I would add that the Smart Things App is a very nice addition to have. The best part is the two different sized ice cubes in the beverage center. Makes any cooling you need to do almost instant.

this is a counter depth fridge which, it implies it should not extend in front of the counter. as per manual, the required width of the opening for this fridge is 35 7/8. however, the doors require at least additional 6 inches of width due to the door/hinge design. therefore, the only way to open doors is to pull the fridge out of its space in front of the counter by about 6 inches. this is really contrary to the very idea of counter depth!!!!! i can only hope there will be sufficient feedback from customers for samsung to come up with alternative hinge design to allow existing door to open without requiring extra space.

Had to go purchase organizing bins for the sleek look inside. We also like the water dispenser and piture (that you can infuse w/fruits etc)?is in its own door. Never liked cleaning that spot outside the door of the old fridge. The doors do stick out 4” but the fridge itself is counter depth. Had to remove top cabinets due to door hinges. But we never used them so doesn’t bother us or our kitchen design. Pull out drawers for the bottom freezer is fantastic. I honestly can’t believe how much room inside. Recommend.

I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

Even though we bought the smaller 22 cf, there is plenty of room. We have the bottom right section set up as a refrigerator & keep drinks, snacks in there reachable for my 3 & 7 yo grandchildren which they think is So Cool! The water pitcher is a wonderful feature & we have had no problems with it leaking as a few reviews stated. We also like the two types of ice and the ability to shut one off if we aren't using. All in all, I would highly recommend this product for style, service & reliability.

The four different doors is a nice feature and you can adjust the different sections based on family needs. The two different ice cube sizes that use a scoop rather than a dispenser are also awesome! The water pitcher which I thought was gimmicky is probably my favorite feature. I can fill my 32oz water bottle super quick! The water pitcher also self fills really quick and keep water cold! We haven’t infused any fruit with the water but no need in my opinion. Love everything about it. Lots of adjustability in the fridge and freezer. Yea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bespoke 4-door flex fridge for a little more than a month. So far I'm happy with it overall. I can change the panels to suit my needs. For example, when I think about painting my kitchen, I can change the panels on my fridge to blend with the color. I'm not stuck with one look. Currently my top panels are Tuscan and the bottoms are matte black. My counter top is a blend of browns and blacks so it goes well. My only complaints are in the beverage center, if the top shelf is push in place you can't get a gallon of milk out. I may have it in the wrong place but can't confirm because the instruction manual doesn't provide enough instruction based on MY model.

Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor 2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots 3. Ice is a pain to get out After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.

Bought this refrigerator a couple of years ago for the wide selection of swappable colors. Was sad to learn there are no longer unique colors such as yellow and green panels to purchase. In addition, as with all Samsung ice makers, the ice maker is junk. The tray cracked on from normal usage so water leaks and freezes the ice holder solid. You make think no issue, I will just order another tray. Unfortunately, as I am sure Samsung realizes, replacing their ice machines is an additional revenue stream. They do not sell just the ice tray and you have to replace the whole ice maker. This also demonstrates their commitment to the environment and well as their build quality.

Life has become so easy with tracking the food in the fridge and shopping list. The calander has made our schedules so easy to track. The access to YouTube and google has assisted in cooking new food so easily. Keeps or kitchen lively with music. Photo displays has made my kids excited walking in the memory lane. The space in the fridge and freezer has been very spacious with allowing us to have meal preparation for whole week. Keep us in healthy eating habits. The freezer has been able to store so much stuff.

We have found ourselves saying “I love this…” feature multiple times about different parts of the appliance. The Beverage Door is very useful, the flex zone is great for the items that may not be used as frequently or all the overflow for an event. We find the appliance to stand out in its usefulness and blend in to the environment in the Kitchen. Delivery was easy if you have the dimensions correctly measured. We also like to keep a microfiber towel close to easily make it shiny and print free. No streaky cleaner needed or water stains dripping from a tray on the front.

The fridge looks very pretty and modern but its capacity is smaller than my previous fridge so I have to be conscious of the amount of food I buy right now. I love the app and the door open alarm as a mom of little ones. While I do like the different ice sizes, it does get a little bit of getting used to using the little scoop. It honestly doesn't make ice that fast either. Overall it is a nice fridge and I am enjoying using it. Hopefully it will last for a long time.

i really want to love my fridge. it has some great features! however, ice had the fridge for only two months and about a week into having it, i started noticing scratches on the outside panels. i have no idea where they came from. i’ve had many stainless products and none that have scratched so easily. i had some cheese spill inside the fridge against the stainless panel in the back. lo and behold, when cleaning with just a soapy towel, i noticed fine scratches where the cheese was. i’m not sure what kind of stainless steel is being used but at this price point, mine should not be scratching like this.

Although overall I am satisfied with the refrigerator, it does suffer from some shortcomings and issues. The price is extremely high, it's really not good value. There are no door handles, which makes it look aesthetically nice but will always leave finger prints everywhere. There is no ice dispenser, you get the ice from the ice trays in the lower freezer section, also as these ice trays fill up, the ice sometimes falls behind the shelf and into the lower compartment. The screen is nice, but once the novelty wear off, you find yourself not using it. The camera inventory system does not work.

Great to take to the table for water. it's great to go for the ice and also small ice for our water bottles and large ice for everything else. You can change the bottom right to freezer or drink chiller is fantastic idea so much room in the fridge. love the fact we can be at the shops and look in the app to see what's inside the fridge. We just changed the water filter was so easy and very little mess really if any. love the screen on the front great for messages and we have a couple of digital pics on it.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

There are so many things we really like about this fridge. We love the beverage center and the built in water pitcher for filtered water. We love that the 4th compartment can be used for fruits and vegetables since we don't need a large freezer but do need more refrigerator space. HOWEVER, the mini ice cube maker in our fridge never worked - it caused the freezer to ice over every time we turned it on, so we leave it off (not a big deal for us). Then, 2 1/2 years after purchase, there was ice buildup that blocked the refrigerator fan and caused the refrigerator section to stop cooling. Bottom line - it's a well thought out refrigerator with great features but HORRIBLE engineering.

i really like this refrigerator, but i'm frustrated because the measurements in the manual were not complete. the measurements include the height if the doors and the hight of the back of the fridge, but do not tell you the distance from the front where the door hinge/height stops. the back of the fridge fits in my space. the door height does not, but since the doors are only 5 in. thick, i thought it would be ok if the fridge stuck out by 5 in. however, the door height goes on for 10 in., so my fridge sticks iut 10 inches, which is too much. i reviewed the manual in detail before i bought the fridge and no where did it provide the depth of the door height, which is the higher height.

i bought this fridge in december it was not installed until april. i love how much room it has and the beverage center is amazing. the freezer space is amazing. i do wish it had more apps and better recipes. i keep getting strange uk recipes. i can organize and fit everything perfectly. it’s incredible because even my boyfriend doesn’t lose food now. ice does fall out the back though. and it scratches at waist height. my boyfriend is chubby and wears a belt. i can’t do anything about jt. i will put a bumper on the fridge next but for the cost i guess only skinny people should purchase this fridge.

Pros are the automatic filling pitcher and the water spout (which is inside the door which we found to be better than it being outside). The ample shelf room and four separate doors make storing foods at different temperatures easy. Their are two separate types of ice (small and large) which are perfect for different of beverages. We love how the refrigerator is also a statement piece for our kitchen! The only con is that sometimes the automatic water pitcher will not refill unless it is giggled in place, but that by no means is a deal breaker!

It has a sleek footprint (no protruding door handles to remove when trying to squeeze into place), yet has so much room for keeping groceries organized inside. The drink station is fantastic and I love that I have easy access to my cold brew coffee and creamers, and grab and go drinks. The lighting is led and has a very modern look. The standout is the freezer though. So many compartments so I never have to freeze my fingers looking for the right item. Easy pull out drawers keep everything so organized and functional. There’s so much to love about this fridge!

fridge arrived and we could tell this is what we have been waiting for. i have looked at the 4-door samsung for the last couple of years and now made the purchase after notice the ice maker changed and the navy glass matches the kitchen. so far the only down side is the adjustable height of the main fridge for the center shelves. we have a big family and usually have multiple gallons of milk and juice etc. also most other condiments are large, like ketchups and dressings. in the beverage center, the shelf in the outer door does not handle the large coffee creamer container due to height.

The scoop that comes with the unit doesn't fit in the slot when the door is shut. The ice either clumps together or spills out the back when trying to fill a glass. Both trays are not big enough to hold enough ice for a small party. Otherwise, I love the deep shelves in the doors and the fold-back shelf for taller items. The freezer doors and slide-out drawers hold a surprising amount of frozen goods. Very easy to reach everything.

We haven't used the flex area as anything but freezer space yet, but it's nice to have the option! Our favorite parts are the beverage center being concealed but not having to open the entire fridge to access it, as well as having two types of ice available for different needs. One of the biggest surprises is how much use we've gotten out of the auto-fill pitcher so far -- it's been super helpful when making coffee in the morning or even filling our dog's bowl.

We wanted a bit more fridge space which is why we decided on this and I love that we can have 3 fridge spots and 1 freezer spot (we bought a separate upright freezer to use as well). The fridge water pitcher and drink station overall is absolutely awesome and I love everything about it! I do think the 2 ice modes (large and small chunks) is a bit unnecessary but oh well! We also got a set of extra panels for free which was so nice and now we can switch the colors out whenever we want. Overall, this is the best fridge we have ever owned and I hope it lasts many years!

The unit is humongous to say the least...Impressive in virtually every aspect i.e. innovation,particularly with the ice cube dispensar. Very deep shelving which allows for more than adequate storage however, we were astonished there is no "Deli Drawer" in this Unit and we're still wondering WHY? Our Deli-Drawer was probably one of the Most utilized storage spaces in ALL of our previous Refrigerators. ( 'Might want to rethink something there.) The internal Water Pitcher is unique and my wife absolutely LOVES IT! She even slices lemon up and puts in the water...Pretty nifty!

I wasn't sure how I would like having to scoop the ice, but it's been great! I actually like scooping it, bc it fills your cup so much faster, and it has a lid that makes sure your scoop stays out of the ice when not being used. I saw some reviews that said it wouldn't make enough ice. But mine makes plenty and we are a family of 6. Love that you can fill big water bottles with the water button and the picture that you can add fruit to, to make water fun! Hands down my favorite fridge I've ever owned!

The flex freezer is why I purchased this unit and works great - especially over the holidays. Family Hub display initially seemed like an unnecessary extravagance but has grown on me. Internal cameras are very cool and answer the question "is the milk low?" when walking the aisles at the grocery store. The "food list" app is poor and correct maybe 10% of the time. I especially like the "beverage center" and having chilled flavored water always ready is a treat. Ice recovery seems slow but maybe due to settings adjustment - not high priority for this household.

Last fridge broke so I had to replace and I am so happy with our new bespoke flex! I was worried about space but it’s so well designed I feel like we have more space not less! The beverage center is awesome!! And I wasn’t sure about the flex space but we’ve used it both as a beverage fridge and a freezer and I am loving the flexibility to meet our needs whatever the day or necessity. Only complaint is the ice trays seems to lose ice out of the back and slip down into the freezer but it’s a minor inconvenience. Also had to replace the water line with copper as the new plastic one that was installed had the water and ice tasting/smelling like plastic but it was a relatively easy fix. Would recommend.

My favorite feature is the secondary door and water pitcher since we tend to drink a ton of water in our home. By having this feature we actually were able to cancel our subscription to a bottled water provider. The other thing I like is the freezer. It has the ability to work as a secondary fridge compartment on one side. I also have kids that tend to leave the door open too long and this fridge has an alarm to remind you or let you know the door is not closed.

My wife was against the dark color but after having it installed she has fallen in love with it. Pros Our children ages 8 and 10 keep log of all our food on the digital screen. It's one of their favorite things to do after grocery shopping. One of my favorite features is the water pitcher. I did not realize how much we would be using it When we are running out the door for practice or a game it fills our kids water bottles perfectly with ice cold water or when we need to get the dogs water and of course our own glasses! Very convenient and useful. Cons We used to have the Samsung with the middle drawer. I miss that.....

But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

I love the beverage center, probably my fave part. I use the water pitcher several times a day, it is so convenient. I also love that the water dispenser is behind the front door, it saves me from continuously having to wipe water dripping down the front of our fridge ( like our last fridge). The freezer at first glance doesn’t look very big but actually fits more than our previous. The ice dispenser in the freezer is easy and quick to get ice. Love my new fridge!

Nothing gets buried underneath a huge bottom drawer. The added feature of using one freezer section at a different temperature is definitely a plus for prepping for parties or get togethers. The options for colors are great, we went with the matte black steel and it looks great in person. We would definitely recommend the fridge. Shipping is another issue, Samsung contracts the freight company, which basically can change the date at their discretion.

This refrigerator failed at its most basic function: keeping food cold. From the day it was delivered, the cooling system was inadequate, and our food began spoiling almost immediately. We had to throw away a full refrigerator's worth of groceries because the unit simply could not maintain a safe temperature. For an appliance in this price range, a fundamental cooling failure right out of the box is unacceptable. We are still dealing with the fallout from this defective unit's replacement process almost a year later, which has only added to how disappointing this purchase turned out to be. I cannot recommend this refrigerator and would think twice before buying another Samsung appliance after this experience.

The smart things app is great if you want to control your fridge at your convenience., like changing the temperature or changing modes in flex crisper. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks luxurious and a great feature too. The flex zone is great because I don’t need a huge freezer and it has the option for turning it into a fridge from a freezer. You also get two types of ice and a beverage zone with an autofill pitcher. Overall, it’s a pretty good fridge, highly recommend!

After a year I can say that as much as I love this refrigerator I hate is just as much. To replace the water filters you have to move your whole refrigerator to turn the water off before you can add the new water filter. If you do not you will get water sprayed EVERYWHERE. Another thing I hate is that the water jug does not always fill. about 98% of the time it does not fill. That started around the nine month marker however by the time I was able to see if it was covered under warranty, the warranty lapsed. Now for the lings I love, I love the bright lights, how all four doors open, how one of the compartments can be a freezer or a fridge, the draws on the bottom pull out which is amazing, and I LOVE the space.

Really fun to be able to change the vibe in the kitchen by swapping panels. The fridge once it has come to temp is whisper quiet. Was concerned about that at first, but after 48 hours, it never made a sound again. Spacious, bright interior. Love the soft freeze option for the flex zone to have the ability to not put all items into a deep freeze. The autofill water pitcher and beverage center is the cherry on top. Very happy thus far.

I love that it auto disperses and its not like traditional ice makers where you push it down. The water pitcher is a great add-on and the water tastes clean and ice cold. Theres ample storage in the fridge section as well as the freezer. The Smartthings app is a cool convenient way to control some of the features/settings. The only con i have with this refrigerator is that i could not get one of the plastic shelves to go in. I thought i was going crazy but a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. I cant wait to add the color panels and customize our fridge. Overall 10/10 purchase!

I like to grab the pitcher of water to fill up my coffee maker. The size of this fridge is awesome and there is plenty of space. It makes finding the food so easy. our old side-by-side fridge dated back to the early 00s. hated the color, hated the arrangement, hated how things kept getting lost in the back. the ice and water dispenser were just okay. this new samsung 4-door eliminated everything we hated about the old fridge. lovely color (although yes, it does tend to collect a few fingerprints). love the interior arrangement. although it's only about 3-4cu larger than our old unit, it seems far more spacious. we really like the two different sizes of actual ice *cubes*, and the on-demand water dispenser and the filtered water jug in the door. i waited to do a review to be sure we were happy with the new unit and hadn't encountered any problems—and we haven't. it's great.

just as the first review would suggest, i ran into the same issues on the “smartthings” app, which has apparently been substituted by “family hub” app. if you add this device to smarthings you are not able to enjoy most of the features samsung advertized and is a major selling point to this smart fridge. cannot access the view inside fridge, mirror your iphone (only works if you have a samsung phone), and many other smart features. the only thing that this app allows for is to checks temperatures on fridge and turn on/off the ice setting. thats it. not so smart at all.

Here are my observations. 1) Pro - lots of room, 2) Pro - customizable section can be fridge or freezer space, 3) Pro - no control panel with difficult operation, 4) Con - cost, 5) Con - ice drawers are awkward and ice falls behind the drawer when scooping, 6) Con - 1/4 section of unit must be opened to dispense water and/or get ice. We would buy it again and the cons are trivial, but things for design engineers to consider in future models.

We were really excited to get a new fridge. The Hub is super cool, my family loves it. The four door panels is very convenient. I love the sleek look of it and having the water dispenser inside helps with that. My husband loves the ice maker. That day we got the fridge delivered, we did realize that the light from the bottom was not working when we would open the fridge. The tech came and had to replace the entire panel because the wire was broken. Somehow during the delivery it had torn apart and cause the sensor not working. The wire doesn’t have a cover to protect it, so it’s just hanging out. Also, the panels are getting scratched very easily. I do wish I would have returned it, it didn’t meet all my expectations.

I have had Samsung fridges in the past which is why I consider them again but the level of customization on this fridge would blow your mind. This can be good and bad. The wife and I can make it fit an aesthetic she is going for. Bad when she changes that look she will than opt to buy the different panels to change its look. We currently have 3 different sets including a Dancy winter wonderland version. Past the design the function of a fridge is solid. Keeps stuff cold and the freezer doesn't have that awful freezer drawer I have had on other models. If you want to add to your kitchens look with a quality fridge this si the way to go.

We bought this appliance about 2 years ago. It works fine and haven’t had an issue except for their cosmetic flaws. If I were to purchase another fridge, it would not be this one solely because the black stainless steels scratches and dents SO EASILY. The dents are noticeable because it reflects off the light and there’s no way to fix the scratched paint. I really wish we purchased the ones with the glass doors instead. If possible, I would even buy the Samsung glass doors from the Bespoke line to replace our current doors but I do not believe they are compatible.

The four doors took a little while to get used to but once your over the curve I think they are great. We get lots of compliments on it and we LOVE that it doesn’t have handles! I will say though, it sticks out past our counters even though it says “counter depth” so I’m not exactly sure why they call it that. Just needs to come out with BETTER water filters and we would be set! The water filter it comes with just doesn’t give us the best tasting water.

Being able to convert half the freezer to a fridge is super handy, it gives so much more space! I love the stainless steel finish as well, it looks great and cleans easily. The "Beverage Center" is an amazing idea too. I love the cold pitcher of water on demand. It has a camera inside too, so you can see your food on the go, for example, while shopping! Never again will I be unsure if I need more milk! The interior lighting is super bright too, which helps both the camera during the day, and me during the night! The door alarm is nice too, so you don't leave the door open too long. Super happy with Samsung!

it's big! it makes lots of ice. i always have cold water ready. it's fingerprint resistant and wipes clean easily. this fridge, like any other, needs water pressure to make ice. not water flow, water pressure. you want a lot of ice? make sure that you install a new water line that isn't blocked up with sediment like a clogged artery. that's #1. then, make sure you have the angle stop turned on all the way. you want the pressure to be on full force. your ice maker will work like a charm! take the scoop and push the ice to the front before you dig into the tray and then slide the lid all the way back and the ice cannot fall over the top. i adore this refrigerator and i am so glad i bought it! you will love it, too!

It's sleek exterior makes my kitchen seem bigger, the space inside the fridge section is wonderfully laid out, ensuring that we can see everything clearly and organizing it is a breeze. The only downside I could see, is the freezer space is a little small. We have a chest freezer, though, so it's not a problem at all. We switched the flex temp side to get more fridge space and so our youngest has easy access to her own things. The beverage center and ice capabilities are amazing, too. We love the access there, and the ice fills quickly, which is important for our family of five. The fingerprint proof stainless does leave prints, but they are easily wiped off with a dry towel.

This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. So now I will be forced to choose white or stainless which I could have had in any frig on the market back then. It's unfortunate that Samsung has put so much money into marketing the Bespoke line and not into the actual product they sold.

Beverage center kills ugly front mount water and ice service. The ability to establish two bottom cabinets for either fridge or freeze is a grand slam feature. Anyone complaining about the fingerprint “free” stainless has never had not treated stainless. Wipe and be done. No stainless cleaner or surface wipe with oil. Only four stars for the three or four times that the water pitcher took hours instead of seconds to refill.

I usually have too much space now. The best part of this refrigerator definetly has to be the extra door on the exterior of the door that houses the pitcher of water. It has been very convenient to fill my water bottle and my coffee maker with the pitcher. The double freezer door is nice and has also given me a large area to store food. I have yet to try the feature where I can make the 2nd freezer into a fridge, but I like having that option. Overall this refrigerator has been wonderful, it has surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to upgrade or replace their refrigerator.

Just had the fridge delivered and installed today, and I noticed below: 1. This fridge generates high pitch sound when the compressor is running, and the side of fridge (metal part) feel relative warm/hot). My previous fridge does not have that temperature that warm. That high pitch sound if very noticeable and annoying. Very disappointed for the quality of fridge at this price point - this fridge is called countertop depth, but it protrude 4 inches from the countertop. It is misleading advertising to call this is a countertop depth fridge

They included a free installation coupon as well. The shipping company used was the worst part of the buying process but other than that the fridge is awesome. I love the 2 different ice cubes but they do tend to fall in the back of the fridge when trying to scoop ice out. The shelves are very spacious and I have so much extra room. I also love the hidden beverage center with the water pitcher and easily accessible shelves from the outside for condiments. I also love the 4th flex door which can be converted to fridge or freezer it's so unique. My only concern would be it is not fingerprint resistant.

I love the features, it's easy to use and with the customizable front panels I was able to get a refrigerator that blended in but still stands out, it's beautiful as well as functional. Given it is a bit pricey, it's a lot less money that all the other fridges that can be customized and well worth it to me. If you're looking for a functional fridge that you can make your own, this is it! (Panels are all the mat grey glass, super easy to clean and NO fingerprints!)

So much well thought out space and great features. We absolutely love the beverage center with pitcher and the ice station. My wife is an "extra ice" type and really likes the ice bits, perfect for her ice teas. We use the bottom right for additional fridge space and have added a small freezer in the garage, the perfect set up for us. The Matt black finish goes very well with the black stainless on our hood, range and dishwasher.

Also wasn’t producing enough ice. Our new Samsung fridge continuously producing ice and has a water jar that automatically fills. The smart feature is amazing, if kids leave the fridge door open a message pops up on our Samsung TV and mobile phone. Another handy feature is if you are coming back from work and want to go shopping first you can check inside your fridge with a camera that way you know if you have milk and what other groceries you need. I can go on with so many positive points about this fridge only negative point I can think about this fridge it only works with Woolworths and not Cole’s.

No Ice dispenser but it is nice to have 2 size of ice, they called it ice cubs, and ice bites, it is on the bottom freezer, but it also takes some space valuable space of your freezer, not a big deal with the Flex Zone on the Right Bottom door, that you can also use it as a Freezer, and the beverage center it is an easy way to have water or some fruit infusions, ready and cold for you at anytime of the day. We decided to buy another bespoke fridge, but it is a shame they are not compatible with the 4 door one. We had to change a little the kitchen layout so they are not side to side. But it works good. Glass Panels area really easy to clean.

I recently purchased the Samsung 4-Door Bespoke Flex 29 cu ft Refrigerator with high hopes for its innovative features and reliable performance. However, my experience with this appliance has been far from satisfactory, to say the least. After just one month of use, I encountered a significant issue that greatly impacted my confidence in this product. Without warning, the refrigerator began leaking water from the water filter, creating a mess in my kitchen and causing concern about potential damage to my home. In an attempt to troubleshoot the problem, I promptly turned off the refrigerator's main power source on the electric board, expecting the leak to cease. To my dismay, the water continued to flow unabated, indicating a serious malfunction beyond a simple power reset. In a state of urgency, I resorted to shutting off the emergency water shutoff valve to halt the flow of water. Even then, the situation remained dire, as I had to take the drastic measure of removing the water filter from the refrigerator to address the issue at its source. To my disbelief, upon removing the filter, I discovered an alarming amount of water – an estimated 8 to 10 gallons – had leaked from the appliance. This not only posed a significant inconvenience in terms of cleanup but also raised questions about the reliability and integrity of the refrigerator's design and components. As a consumer who invested in what was advertised as a premium appliance, I expected nothing short of top-notch quality and performance from Samsung. However, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, casting doubt on the overall durability and dependability of the 4-Door Bespoke Flex Refrigerator. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Samsung 4-Door Bespoke Flex Refrigerator based on my firsthand experience of its inability to withstand basic usage without encountering significant malfunctions. Samsung must address these reliability issues promptly to uphold its reputation for excellence in the appliance industry.

Love the door feature, ease of getting items easily that we use everday. The water pitcher is a plus, my guests loved being able to fill their water bottles without waiting. And it refills within minutes. The only gliche we've had was the water pitcher did not refill, cleaned the nozzle and it works. Hope this was a one time glitche. Cleans easily as well due to the smooth outside, no ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this fridge so far. We have fairly low water pressure to our fridge so the auto fill pitcher has been absolutely amazing. No more waiting for a slow flow, we can let the pitcher fill and not have to wait later. Not needing to open the entire fridge to access the pitcher is also a nice feature. Shelves are all in good locations and leave enough room to fit anything we need in the fridge. The only reason I would rate this a four and not a five is the ice trays. The covers meant to hold the ice scoop ended up being in the way more than they so we removed them. Without the covers less ice slides out the back of the trays, though some is still escaping. Overall not a big deal. Having a scoop for both ice options is worth a little mess at times.

I'm so glad I bought this fridge, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone else considering getting a new fridge. The auto-fill water pitcher is my favorite feature so far. I have. a family of six, so we go through water very quickly. Usually we'll have a line by the fridge of people waiting to use the water dispenser. Or, one of us has to fill up a jug to take tot he table with us. Samsung has answered our problems with this fridge. Now with only a few seconds of waiting, my family can get a full jug of water that hydrates a growing group of rascals.

I love the water being inside the door. I love having a water pitcher always ready for guests and that it has an infuser in it. I LOVE the 2 styles of ice. Our fridge is so big I still haven't over stuffed it yet. The shelves are great! They are flexible to configure and are coated with some kind of non slip coating. It is so easy to clean! And BONUS - I can control its features with an app on my phone. The no finger print exterior is also really nice. Our freezer is plenty big and I can convert one of the freezer sides to a fridge if I need it. (we have a chest freezer in the garage) I give it a 5 star rating 2 months in!

However, when we the refrigerator was delivered and installed we noticed the right door did not close properly. So, I called Samsung the same day and parts were ordered and scheduled a service repair within the next week. The part was replaced and I love lots of bins and shelves. The only problem is that I only have a small area to put tall stuff on by moving 1/2 of the shelf back. Digital control was easy to use.

The fridge is a very attractive product, but there are some draw backs. Shelves in the refrigerator are limited to adjustment locations; the internal water jug is plastic and leaves a "funny" taste in the water; the shelf inside the beverage door in too short - leaves room for bottle/drinks to fall back when you shut the door; the two types of ice are good - but the process for getting ice is not convenient.

I bought this refrigerator 11 months ago and I love it so much. The flex door is so helpful for organizing things we need quickly. The doors and compartments are thoughtfully laid out and lets me organize easily. The ice machine is fast and I love the two sizes of ice cubes. Some work well for mixed drinks; the other smaller size is crunchy without hurting my teeth. The water pitcher fills fast. The freezer is organized in a way I can find things so I don't waste food. Best product I've purchased in a long time!

The capacity is huge and easily handles a full week of groceries, and the internal Beverage Centre with plumbed ice and the autofill jug is used every day. Cooling is even, the Flex Zone and crispers keep fruit, veg and meat fresh, and the flat matte black doors look premium. The touchscreen is handy for shopping lists, recipes and music, and being able to see inside via the cameras when at the shops is surprisingly useful. The only minor negatives are that Bixby and some apps feel a bit limited compared with a phone or tablet, but they don’t affect the core fridge performance. Overall, very happy and would recommend it to larger households

thread below in my prev review includes link that now has a solution to issue provided by the samsung team in samsung community (i was unable to edit my initial review). tried and tested and it works! i love my fridge now - it's really great and worth it, with all the features working as expected now. if you're unsure of purchase due to prev reviews, you can feel comfortable buying this fridge now as the only issue with it has been resolved. i initially gave poor review to bring the now-resolved issue to light for samsung. here's the solution for reference: -open mobile smartthings app -download smartthings cooking -execute agreement of sa account -open smartthings cooking on mobile (clicking smartthings cooking) -scroll down > click view inside -click inside fridge.

i had an lg in the same plug for 5 years and it never flipped my breaker. this 4 door bespoke refrigerator flips the breaker off when it cools down to temperature. once it's cold it flips the breaker off within minutes every time. i tried switching to a plug on another breaker and it flipped that breaker. then we tried another plug on another breaker it flipped that breaker. a technician came out and concluded that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator my plug or my breaker and the issue was a customer issue. so once it was all warm it started working now that it's cold it's flipping my breakers. i tried switching the outlet from a gfci to a standard 120v 20amp. still won't stop flipping my breaker when the machine is cold. i'm going to have to return it.

this is by far the best fridge i have every owned, its big, versatile and all well well planned out love it. the beverage center is great and we use it all of the time! i docked it a star for a couple of reasons 1. the ice bins are inclined to fill and then spill out the back when you open the drawer (a little shake of the drawer before you open it addresses the issues). minor annoyance. 2. the fingerprint resistant stainless steel, my fridge seems to have lost any resistance en route from the factory, this thing attracts fingerprints, i now keep a can of stainless steel cleaner beside the fridge and clean it numerous times throughout the day. drive me crazy with that said neither of those things would make me regret getting this fridge i love it, highly recommended!

I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!

It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the new Samsung French door refrigerator a month ago. It is the best investment I’ve made! I love their products! I also have a 48 in flat screen tv that I purchased a few years back. They work amazingly. Best of all I can merge them on my family hub and control them from my phone! Not to mention my front loader washing machine! Amazing. I see a trend here. I think sooner or later all my appliances will be Samsung. Best of all, their customer service is fantastic! They are always very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had any problems with any agents that I spoke with. Wether it was a tv connection problem or something as simple as helping me register my fridge. These appliances are well worth the cost, they are well made and are very nice looking! I love my black chrome fridge!
