Comprei o produto em junho de 2023. Com menos de 1 mês o produto apresentou defeito. Parou de refrigerar a parte do refrigerador, e o congelador não chegava na temperatura. Perdi muitos alimentos. Não quiseram trocar o produto por um novo e acabei aceitando o reparo por ser um produto essencial que eu não podia ficar sem. Trocaram 4 peças, aparentemente voltou a funcionar. Mas em menos de 20 dias depois apresentou novamente o mesmo problema/vício defeito de quando chegou. Estou há quase 3 meses sem refrigerador e a Samsung não resolve meu problema. Péssimo atendimento e pós venda. Até agora não entraram em contato para resolver o problema.

I am a long-time Samsung customer, and most of the products in my home are from Samsung. The refrigerator is quiet and performs well overall. I especially like the side racks, which can hold large 3L milk bottles up to six using both sides. However, the cooling requires a lower temperature setting than expected. I also faced some design issues: the freezer’s plastic tray bin cracked when food stuck to it ( Samsung replaced it), and the rubber seals on the upper doors appear to tear due to rubbing during regular use. Overall, it’s a good refrigerator, but improvements in material quality and design details would make it better.

We love our new fridge, the features are amazing, the layout great, so easy to navigate around. The water and icemaker are unique, inside a special compartment within the fridge, which does not take up hardly any space. The freezer section is fabulous too, several compartments and shelves, so easy to see everything. We also love the matte black finish on the outside of the fridge.

Love! Love! this Fridge. Any excuse to go to it! It looks beautiful inside and out! Beautiful clean SS finish outside opens to a spatial interior, a real entertainer. The Freezer is great too, the shelves on the doors are perfect for little bags and smaller items. And today I realise that a I had a small drawer for cans!! it just keeps giving. I'm so happy!!

Bought this as replacement for a two door upright freezer due to size restriction. The black is a very attractive looking unit and doesn’t show finger marks and very easy to clean. The fridge part is excellent but that’s where the love affair finishes. Hate the freezer section. No racks on the inside of the door for small items, no light and four trays with no fronts making it hard to stop things falling out. Also the most used meat trays are right at the bottom.

We wanted to keep it simple and the removeable ice maker was a real deal maker as we don't use it during winter but always during summer, just makes the fridge so much more flexible. I was made to buy this fridge by a pushy goodguys worker. Its just a fridge....no bells or whistles..literally. Our last fridge broke during a power outage, I can't tell if this fridge is on or off without pressing a button or opening the door. There is also no alarm on the door and you have to physically close the door or it will just swing open. Its badly designed. I don't like this fridge at all. Plenty cheaper just all were too big.

Great fridge except for one aspect. The left top door is much harder to close that the more commonly used right hand door and so it’s easy to give the left door the same gentle force to close it as the right. But it doesn’t shut tight and so a minute or so later when the door open alarm goes you have to go back to the fridge to properly close the left door.

Fridge was delivered for free and well protected, anyway we found a noticeable dent when removing the protective packaging probably done when in storage or in transit. Bought this fridge in Jul 2021. Like the space that helps you organize. The 2 door freezer means you can compartmentalize the items. Comes with a power freeze function to keep the meat fresh. Likewise, the 2 door refrigerator section has good open shelving that gives you much more space. Separate compartments to keep my veg free too! Great buy!

It's really spacious (haven't managed to fill it yet) and the moveable door bins make it easy to fit everything in. I've rearranged mine and they work even better now, They are all really deep so can store a large amount - from large bottles to small jars. A big selling point for me was the storage volume of the freezer and this drew me to the french door rather than side by side type. As both right and left doors are of equal width, there's more space in the french door freezer than the side by side. My only negative is that the stainless steel finish does show more finger marks than my old stainless fridge but this is easily solved by using the handles rather than the door edge. Some members of my family seem to find this difficult though. I love the small drawer between the two crisper bins too. It's great for those small items which get a bit lost. Overall a great purchase and I'm really happy with it.

The missing space is taken up with the drinks draw, which admittedly is small. But still convenient. Do have to be careful on the lefthand door as it does tend to not shut fully on occasion.
