It's handy one finger use for me as I have small hands. It's AI works extremely well. As for the camera oh wow the zoom on this is out of this world andnthe video side of the camera also. Images are very clear and sharp packed full of goodness. It's lightweight compared to my previous phone. And typing is very easy to use as it predicts what spelling comes next as I dont have to finish a whole word.

Nos últimos 10 anos sempre utilizei celulares da Samsung. Mas é a primeira vez que comprei um da linha S. Tinha sempre os celulares da linha A e resolvi me dar um upgrade. O celular por fora é igual aos da linha A. Não tem praticamente nenhuma diferença. A qualidade do telefone e material de construção realmente é diferente e também a qualidade de fotos e vídeos são incríveis. Por enquanto esta me atendendo muito bem. Só estou insatisfeito pois em menos de 1 mês, o carregamento rápido deixou de funcionar sem motivo nenhum. Isso que só uso o carregador e cabo que vieram com o celular. O celular não é barato e paguei para ter alguns recursos diferentes, mas não consigo utilizar da forma que gostaria tornando a experiencia ruim.

So far pretty amazing phone. As other have said. Battery life is great. I switch back and forth from iPhone to android (usually a galaxy) every couple years. This one has not disappointed so far. I like it alot. Love my customization features. I do wish you could draw in messages like on iPhones. Just draw a cute picture and send it to my lady. Very powerful phone tho. Super smooth and crisp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this bc I broke my last phone (Samsung A50) and this was a massive upgrade from anything I'd had before and I was pretty impressed when I started using the phone. The screen is gorgeous and the touch is accurate which makes typing a breeze. Overall very fast and responsive, love the 120hz refresh rate. The cameras are all great and the video is great too, I love the number of options and settings available. Overall very much recommend this phone, only thing to consider is that it's much bigger than I expected now that I'm holding it and it can be difficult to reach the other side of the screen but I guess that's a good problem to have hahah.

However, im finding some issues with my screen protector in terms of fingerprint sensor and touch screen. It would be nice to have some kind of official certification from samsung given to screen protector suppliers and brands (maybe have it posted on samsung website). Secondly, i often wear hats and other eye accessories. This has caused some issues on my face recognition. It would be nice to have more slots for different looks on face recognition settings to avoid these issues. Thanks for creating such great products! #teamsamsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the online exclusive lime coloured S23+ and since it would be made from scratch, I was expecting it to take the 5-6 weeks like Samsung had warned to arrive. Fortunately it only took just a little over 4 weeks from the order date to arrive! The pretty lime colour was worth the wait, and I also love how much smoother the movement is when scrolling compared to my old S9+ and everything loads quicker, as well as the screen feeling larger as there is less bezel. Camera also has more zoom in and out options, and front camera is a lot sharper than S9+ too. If you're looking to get a phone upgrade, I highly recommend the S23+!

I boutght my phone a few months ago and I have had a great time with it. I love using bixby and the camra is the most amazing camera on a phone i have ever seen/ had; it is easier to use on the daily, more than my camera I bought specifically for photos. The only thing wrong is that, the front camrea is blurrry everytime I open it. I would have to shake the camera vigourosly to get it to focus. I have restarted the phone many times but it does not solve the problem. I love everything about my phone except for the front camera.

There appears to be little difference to my Galaxy S22+ besides a comfortable size increase to accommodate bigger display. For simplicity it is not so different as to be a burden to operate and the quality is undeniable. The bright, colourful and detailed display is a pleasure while powered by 5G support with backward compatibly for areas not covered though I have been enjoying the 5G without fail giving me ample speed. I was very quickly able to transfer all my apps, texts and to my surprise, the 4431 photos and videos of my family that I've taken over the years and still believe I need to carry with me at all times.. just incase lol. I've been genuinely impressed with the improved battery life and as someone who likes to take photos of my family, it wasn't long before I was snapping new photos with notable improved clarity. The squared-off edges of the Galaxy S23+ makes it very easy to hold one handed, which is especially great when you're trying to take selfies with the front or back camera. The in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is super-responsive, even with a screen protector on, the phone manages to unlock within a second. The neatest feature is probably the wireless power sharing, which lets me charge my Samsung Watch by simply putting the watch on the back of the phone so that it can transfer power to the wearable.

I almost didn't even want to upgrade because my S10+ was so good to me I've had it for the past 5 years and honestly it was reliable and sturdy and it never let me down. Now having used my S23+ for the past week I'm even more impressed, the new phone has incredible new features aswell as the ones I've always loved 😍 the camera is phenomenal and to be honest it has just been the easiest swap over , the transfer software was so easy to use and once it was done it was my old phone just so much better. Forever a faithful and happy user of your phones.

Finding settings for the different sound notifications for various apps has been a pain. Although my apps all copied across some even after being updated don't work as good on 23. I really really miss the notification blinking dot I had on my s9. I didn't have to turn my screen on to know I had a message or missed call etc..Can you please include in an update!! I was very close to buying the latest A54 which was less than half price and features seemed almost as good..I hope I have made right choice..time will tell. Overall so far I'm 50/50 ..

But my god, what a world of a difference this upgrade has made! For the first time in 12 years, I got a photo of my black bin chicken of a cat that doesn't look like a void is staring back at me. The camera quality is unbelievable, and Im thankful that I have so many photos now of this tiny black cat that follows me around. It's quick, the battery lasts forever and it's quality of photos and editing is unsurpassed. I definitely don't regret upgrading, and you won't either!

Once I switched it on, pairing with my older S9 phone and my S7FE Tablet, everything was a breeze! Data and Apps were installed within minutes and my new phone was set to go. Still learning to use new features, which has been very enjoyable! I bought a screen protector and wallet as well, both of which are perfect. The screen protector was incredibly easy to apply... look Mum, no bubbles! Speedy, intuitive, excellent camera functions, highly compatible with S7FE tablet and a huge upgrade from my S9 phone.

In July, the phone decided to force close every single app and I couldn't access anything on the phone. I managed to get it exchanged under warranty but I couldn't get the lavender colour again. I'm now stuck with a horrid green colour. I find it still to be quite slow even though it is completely updated and still so much free space available. I do think this will be my last samsung, especially after my s20+ before this turned itself off after two years to completely die where I couldn't access absolutely anything on the phone and lost a lot of my files.

I got a s22 plus because my s20 got white screen and oh God I loved my s20 plus since it had 16 G of ram and extra slot SD storage that I was able to add( a real beast that came with a charger) I get my s23 plus....not as powerful compared to my s20 plus and way less ram...8 only and trust me ...I see the difference. No charger and no extra memory to add Basically, what made samsung great....they downgraded it completely. In the next future phone, add the extra ram mjn 16 and a slot for memory. 2023 ...I'm pretty sure we can actually make a good phone that even Apple users would be jealous

Love the responsiveness of the fingerprint reader and screen resolution. Fast charge even with a 15W pack is awesome. Not a gamer so set the screen resolution to 60Hz from variable as found the scroll control through news articles etc better. Only major let down is lack of dual nano SIM tray, only has single + ESIM. I understood that the AU models had dual SIM + ESIM, but this is not the case. Otherwise happy with my purchase, but will miss my Galaxy Note.

The transfer process was very easy although I didn't realise I would need to login to every app again, I thought Samsung would be able to carry over my passwords, but probably not a bad thing for security. I have had a couple of glitches with apps but reinstalling them seemed to fix them. So far the phone is very similar to my old phone, just slightly bigger, heavier and faster. It would be good if a guide to the new features was provided when you upgrade, I'm sure there are many things that this phone does that I'm not aware of. Overall, a great phone, I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

The transition to the new phone was seamless with the S Transfer app, and all of the intuitive tools and commands remain in place. I particularly love the camera upgrade - the images are incredibly clear and sharp, and as the parent of a toddler - capturing those moments that just happen in such clarity is a huge plus for me! So far I've found the battery life to be very impressive as well, saving me from carrying a portable charger pack with me for a while at least! I would not hesitate to recommend the s23+ to anyone, existing Samsung users or not.

Got the phone on April and it's still so fast and powerful. Definitely a huge upgrade coming from a 2017 A series phone. The only thing is when trying to change the lockscreen, the app stops working and crashes but I am not complaining because of the phone's huge customization selections (goodlock). Amazing camera, amazing speed, amazing battery. Can't wait for the next system update!

I upgraded from the s20 and this phone beats it in every way. Battery life has been amazing, after using it all day on the train and at work i still have over 50% of charge when i get home. Audio is great,screen display is awesome. Everything loads very fast and the phone is quite intuitive at working out how to help you use it to its full potential. I was able to use the smart transfer feature to transfer all my old files and apps. I would definetely reccomend this phone to friends and family.

Eu adorei o aparelho, foi meu primeiro aparelho da serie S e me surpreendi com as especificações da câmera, memória interna, duração de bateria e construção do aparelho. There seems to be some glitches as messages recorded sometimes don't get played smoothly. However, camera quality is quite good. Speed is good. looks are neat. There are some issues with fingerprinting. its not so smooth as that of an iPhone. But still does the job. I think the screen is resistive than capacitive. if i press it harder then it unlocks but also i have to ensure the angle remains in the way i recorded my prints. Battery still drains down fast. Ordered a 45W charger to see if it gets charged in 1 hour. Overall i think its not that great a phone but still does the job. Will have to wait on the longevity of its service.

My New S23+ is an improvement. I now get through my day without charging. Albeit I need to be careful. I also can leave the battery saver off, performance wise it's hard to separate the new from the old. The cameras are much the same etc. My wife has a late model I phone, my daughter also uses i-phone hers nearly 5 years old. They both experience better battery life than my new phone. It's a little early to comment further, time will tell.

I cracked the screen to my S21+ and had to replace it with an S23+. I might as well have kept my S21+ since it's functionally the same as this S23, I wouldn't mind the visibility loss with the crack since it at least functions. My wife was completely stranded at a grocery store for 20 minutes because my S23+ constantly bugs out and loses the ability to call/ recieve calls at random! I thought by now this would be fixed by an "update", but every update I receive just installs MULTIPLE unwanted games. I also can't listen to music on an aux cord for too long because it keeps cutting out completely, and I have to unplug/ plug back in the aux in order to get it to play music again, which I can't do while driving. Idk how much of this review is due to Verizon, you should check with them, but regardless I'm surprised there was a Galaxy S22 since this phone is completely identical to the S21. Bad phone, I can't believe y'all really charge a whole band for this. You guys are funny.

I just upgraded from my S9+ to the S23+ after switching carriers. Generally speaking the phone meets all my expectations from Samsung. What I hate is the on-screen fingerprint reader. The size of the phone and the location of the reader makes it impossible to use one-handed while doing things like opening secured apps that require a pin/passphrase or fingerprint. At least my S9+ had the iris scan that most apps accepted as an alternate biometric input... All-in-all, Samsung really took a few steps backward when they did the biometric functionality in this phone. I'll be glad when my 3 yrs is up with the new carrier and I can look at dumping this phone for something a bit more useful with one hand.

Still being able to see the colour and design is a big plus because this is an allrought nice phone. The camera produces crisp amazing photos in all conditions including low light. The biggest factor for me was battery life. My previous phone required constant charging to get through a day. The s23+ requires a charge in the morning and that pushes me through a whole day and through to next morning. I would rate myself a heavy but not power user so this is a huge advantage meaning I have no battery fear whilst being out and about. Couldn't be more impressed and happy with my choice!

Going from the S20 ultra to the S23 has been great, not many differences but interface is amazing, quick, fast responsive. Screen quality is amazing!! Photos and videos and insanely clear and quality is 10/10. Camera is great with extra features. I have noticed the extra features from using the S20. Always been a strong advocate of Samsung. Never had a problem and would never in my lifetime EVER go to the other brand (which doesn't deserve a metion, but starts with A) Customer service is great aswell, had problems with old phone having a cracked screen and Samsung service team were friendly and really helpful.

I pre-order my Galaxy 23 plus. It came earlier than expected. I ordered the lime green and I love it. Performance: so far so good. Been using it since April 2023 and I never encountered lag issues. Everything smooth as butter. Battery: It will last me all day even if i take lots of pictures and watch videos while traveling. Love that it can charge my phone so quick in 30 mins. Screen size: The screen size is perfect for me. The display is amazing and vibrant! Camera: love it! Clear crisp and you can apply beauty filters! Transparent Case: I didn't like the case that I purchase with it because it hinders me from tapping at the edge of my screen. I had to buy another case or remove the case when I am playing.

So this phone was always going to be so much better The biggest thing? Im very happy with the size. Even though its obviously larger than my old S10, it still fits in pockets, still fits in a sandwhich bag with a case on (poor man's waterproofing), and still comfortable for my not large hands to reach all the buttons on the keyboard without casuing injury 😆 Negatives: Obviously the price these days. I got a decent deal with preorder but they're so expensive outside of that

At least 6 hours of screen on time, at 120hz at almost full brightness, while connected to headphones and travelling which is absurd but awesome. The camera quality is amazing and the new ai features are an addition I didn't think I would use but find myself using multiple times a day, either editing notes or photos or simply image searching! Super comfortable in hand as well, and I really prefer the flat screen over the curved of previous models. Easily best phone I have ever owned!

Good phone lots of features, but am noticing issues with connectivity. Reception in my basement apartment has been getting worse with each upgrade. S10 was good, s21 was poor so I upgraded to the s23 hoping for an improvement, but the reception is now worse... spotty, low to no signal. Also when I'm outside with full bars I have to close the web browser after opening from not using the phone for some time, the recent pages are all blank and when viewing a page it will not load the whole page... example would be a page on amazon.ca. I have to completely close all open apps and try again, sometimes this works sometimes it does not. I have the phone in an otterbox case same type of case I've had for my s10, s21, and now my s23.

Having been a devoted samsung fan for many years, I decided to move to a different brand with my last phone as I wasn't happy with how samsung were performing against other tech, but hearing about the move to SnapDragon I was convinced on moving back, and I am so glad I did. The s23 plus has been nothing but incredible since the day I got it. The better battery, new features of OneUI, the new CPU, and the goodness of Samsung is all there and I couldn't be happier. It's so quick, no issues with software or connections as of yet, being able to set up automation routines is so great, and the fast charging all make this phone a pleasure to use.

I haven't had a new phone for 4 years mainly through if aint broke but my old galaxy was starting to suffer short battery life issues... I kept it going however because I have had bad experiences in the past transferring all my apps and data to a new phone... well I shouldn't of been worried with the galaxy s23 as the transfer process was very simple and worked seamlessly. My new phone was setup with 10min and it's like nothing changed other then I had a new phone. Only disappointment is not having an external memory card.... but even all that transferred easily to my new phone. Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this S23+ about 2 months ago. I got it as a replacement for an S23 Ultra that drowned. I was disappointed that the S23+ didn't cone with a stylus, but not enough to pay the additional cost for the S23 Ultra. So far, thrbohone has stand great. I haven't noticed much difference other than that. I'm using a VPN for the first time, so everything “feels” slow. I am still able to keep far too many apps open without major issues. Sound quality is good for the rare voice call. It has all the features you would expect on a Samsung S series phone. And wwhile the face recognition still rarely works for me, the fingerprint scanner seems to have improved noticeably... Battery life is pretty good and only requires charging every 2nd day

I really like this phone. The screen is great and the resolution is out of this world. I find that the battery lasts all day even with lots of streaming of media. The one thing that really drives me crazy it all the bloatware that Samsung installs on the phone and that I can not delete and must force stop. Samsung is trying to complete with Google. Many of the Samsung apps on this phone are similar to things that Google has. Contacts, Google Play etc.., I don't like that Samsung is constantly trying to get me to save my pass words on their version of password protection. For a few days I had two versions of contacts because Samsung installed theirs and there is no way to uninstall it. Give me the option don't try to force your apps on me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've just transferred all my data from my Note 10 to my new S23+. I must say that the transfer and reactivation has been relatively seamless, with only minor rework required to make sure all associations and passwords were transferred and working. I've found the new phone much faster than my old one, and I now have battery life that lasts for more than a day in full operational mode. As it's smaller than my Note 10, it fits better into my hand, and the control buttons are now easier to access as they are on the opposite side to the old phone. I've also found that the NFC appears to be much better and more stable. I'm not a great user of the photo app, but will get into it at some stage in the future. Looking forward to working it all out.

I bought this phone about 3 months ago, when my Galaxy S10+ started to fail (battery swelled). The Samsung rep., Jan, did a remote diagnosis and determined that the battery was failing, and the phone needed to be replaced. He helped me to order the S23+ and arranged for a full trade-in value of my S10+. The S23+ is much faster and operates much more smoothly. The camera is also incredible, taking awesome pictures. I'm glad to have the new phone and Samsung techs that helped to troubleshoot the problem with my previous phone and offer options.

And i use my camera alot for work. And i was astonished when and how clear the picture was how far I've zoomed on it. And the software speed my apps run a little better then when i had them on the s20FE so I've enjoyed the new s23+ and would recommend the upgraded or purchase of this it has definitely helped me in my very day to day as well as work.

I'm not great with technical stuff,but it's so easy to use...& much faster than my last phone when it comes to installing new apps. I also love that I don't have to charge it every day & it is fully charged in around 45 minutes. My only disappointment is that a few important work related apps didn't transfer over to my new phone & the same with all my games & in store apps, which meant I had to re-install them all. Firstly, it runs smoothly and swiftly and my load time for apps, music etc is halved. The transfer was really simple through cloud software to download all my photos, notes etc onto the new operating system thankfully. The accessibility for vision assistance is excellent. I have low vision and struggle with photobia and the auto-dim, smart technology and grey scale in sleep hours all assist me greatly. I love this phone and would never go back.

Battery life is definitely better, camera is better but not amazing. I'm disappointed it didn't come with a screen protector already on it like my S10 did, for the money you pay it should be standard. I also think a lens protector should be an essential accessory available, same as the iPhone. Not a fan of the volume button being moved to same side as power button. Magsafe cases & accessories should be available also. Smart Switch is a very smooth easy process, all my data was transferred without a hitch. I would have bought the S23 Ultra if it wasn't so huge & boxy, way too big for most users & edges are too square.

The Smart switch app made the transfer of my data and apps so easy. The phone is fast and I use it as a hotspot to run all my internet on my computer my laptop and my TV it does a great job on this and I no longer need my land line or my modem because my phone does it all and the savings pay for my phone with more in my pocket. I absolutely love the whole-day battery life despite the brightness and vividness of the display as it works seamlessly with the adaptive battery, adaptive power saving mode and other battery health and performance settings. The camera quality is wide, sharp, and clear even for low-light photos. The width of the body allows the phone to fit comfortably within my grasp unlike the previous generations. The whole design is very sophisticated and elegant to look at especially with the new floating lens design. The new Snapdragon chip is no joke. Everything works amazingly fast and smooth without ever overheating or lagging even for gaming. It's a wonderful compromise between the S23 and S23 Ultra!

I recently upgraded my phone from the S20. It was a seamless transition from my previous phone, to the new one. All data was transferred and accessible as soon as the switch was completed. The S23+ is a comparable size to the S20, slightly wider but about the same length. I haven't noticed any major changes between the 2 phones, as they seem to operate at the same speed. The battery life of the S23+ is slightly disappointing, as it doesn't seem to be as long lasting as the S20 was brand new. All in all, still enjoying the phone.

This was a massive bonus for convincing me to upgrade my current S22+ which was still in perfect condition. Also, the camera is perfection. I know the Ultra camera is next level in comparison but the price jump was just too steep for me to justify as they are basically the same (bar the additional battery capacity of the Ultra, which to me, is negligible). Love the new colour range and absolutely LOVE that screen protectors, covers etc are released at the SAME TIME.

However, this phone feels just as fast as my fold, but the battery life is ridiculous. This is easily a 2 day phone, maybe even a 3 day phone, with fairly heavy screen on time (for reading books, in my case rather than video.) Compared to the fold, and even to my s21 ultra preceding that, it's light, thin and comfortable. It can't unfold into a tablet, but considering I own an actual tablet, with an S-pen, i just didnt see the need to get the Ultra.

I've had a Galaxy phone since the first phone Samsung released and have always noticed a step up in performance, function and stability. I upgraded from the excellent S21+ to the S23+. Wow what a difference. Functionaly, the phone performs similarly, but the camera on this thing is amazing. I have a Nikon Z6 Mirrorless DSLR camera... I know cell phones aren't supposed to touch DSLR camera in quality, but this is pretty close to matching/beating it out. I feel like I don't even need to take my SLR out with me as much anymore, that's how good the camera is... Compared to the S23 Ultra, I preferred the classic cell shape of the plus model over the Ultra, it's also lighter. I just think the Ultra is overkill for a phone, but that's me. Love this phone!

My favourite thing about it is the camera, it's spectacular quality and I have used it on holidays to take amazing photos. The storage is great too, I have a 512gb and I have thousands of photos and videos and I'm not even close to running out storage. The battery has degraded slightly, I use my phone alot of editing and work and so the battery is used quite quick but it also charges at a great speed. All in all, it's lightweight, looks good and feels good to use.

Lagging in the S20 Note Plus features, slower, may have more room, but can't switch between cell and wifi. Can't turn off at a prescribed time (you have to WAIT until the cue is so full rather than having a time every night for it to restart to save you the time and headache in the middle of a business call! seriously, has happened ten times to me already!). Can't switch between wifi or cellular on it's own. I have to do it for things to work. Super irritating. In addition, it lags so bad that I hit a button and can't tell what's happening 90% of the time. Then I wait about 30 seconds, and right as I go to hit it the page pops up and I mess up what I was doing. Sure, these features seem inconsequental and easily dealt with, but not for a busy person.

First flagship phone I have brand new bought by me. I love my green S23 plus!! It's awesome it runs fast and has amazing features!! My favorites being the bigger storage. I love the speakers they sound wonderful especially when I'm watching YouTube or listening to Spotify without my earbuds. I'm writing this from my S23 plus and it's just making me really happy!! My first phone was my mom's Samsung Galaxy S5 and I've always stayed with Samsung. Samsung sure knows what they're doing when it comes down to making a great phone!! I absolutely love my S23 plus!! Here's a big thank you to Samsung for making great phones!! This is my second phone I bought with my money from Samsung. My first was my A20 back in 2019 and that phone was amazing too, many great memories.

We find that the connectivity is great, and when I saw the Galaxy S23 I knew it was time for a serious upgrade. My choice of the S23+ was based on finding that middle ground, and overall it fits my needs perfectly. A few weeks in, and it is a serious upgrade to my older device, and I am now tweaking some of the settings as I find more about the device's potential. I would take a look and take that leap of faith.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 24+,as an upgrade from my S20, it has a lot more great features that I am still learning , BUT,, a couple basic steps have been "improved" by people more clever than me, for instance , swipe to go back, the previous models had very clear arrow to click on, the new improved model has a swipe, but if there happens to be an App where you swipe this will open up instead, same for the "close all" . There may be a way to change this but I haven't found it yet. Some things work and should just be left alone.

I took advantage of an upgrade offer and I'm glad I did! I had a Samsung Galaxy S215G and upgraded to their Galaxy S23+...I am very pleased with it, especially with the battery which seems to last forever! I chose the "+" because it could do more than just the "23;" the Ultra is great, but I didn't need the vastly upgraded photo features...the "23+" works quite well for the photos I do take! :) If you are looking for a Great smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S23+ is well worth the money and I recommend it highly!

However, it is also quite expensive and does not offer much improvement over its predecessor, the Galaxy S22+. It also lacks some features that the Galaxy S23 Ultra has, such as a higher resolution screen and an S Pen. The Galaxy S23+ is a good phone, but not a great one. It may appeal to fans of big phones who want a solid upgrade, but it does not stand out from the crowd

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this last week after research as I needed hearing aid blue tooth connectivity. Quite disappointed as research indicated that it was compatible with Signia hearing aids. Have found since the purchase that yes it is compatible with Signia hearing aids but not mine. You need to have the Ax platform not the Nx platform. Disappointing after paying for a phone that now I can’t use. Will have to keep using the iPhone that I don’t like as it has issues but I can’t afford to buy another phone or upgrade hearing aids

The S23+ is the second smart phone I've ever had. Bought it to replace my 5 year old S8+. It seems like a nice phone but am very disappointed with the photos it takes. I had to turn off certain smart features and jump through hoops just to get "good" photos. I was expecting the camera to be at least as good as the S8+, but I don't think it is. It has too many features I'll never use, was exceptionally expensive and weighs a lot. Overall a disappointing purchase, but felt I had too few other good options.

I've always been happy with Samsung products but this one is disappointing. It takes too long yo start or restart. Having all the function buttons on one side is clumsy. Screenshots?...very awkward trying to use both hands on the same side of the device. It says a Screenshot can be taken by swiping the edge of the hand across the screen but the only time it has worked was while reading about it. Volume...even when turned up to the highest level it can't be heard in the next room. I could go on and on...

If taking a screenshot by pressing and releasing the Side button and Volume down button of your device feels too awkward for you, you can use your palm swipe to capture a screenshot instead. From Settings, tap Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe to capture. Then tap to enable this feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Battery doesn’t last too long dropping from 85% to 65% within couple of hours with very light use. Screen makes eyes tired easily compared to iPhone. And I’m not able to choose which app to be shown on android auto. Can only include what it’s pre-chosen. Camera is just average and motion photo is not as good as Live Photo in iPhone. And I cracked the screen in week one with cover and screen protector on?! Overall it’s not impressive and not worth the price for me.

We we are both north of 55 and hold onto phones for a while, refusing to upgrade without good reason.) S23+ ergonomics, camera and general phone performance are well and truly transformational and battery performance is nothing short of amazing. The slight increase in size ( very slight) is PERFECT for us both! Very happy indeed we took the plunge and upgraded with straight up purchases of 2 X S23+'s. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Everything about this phone is excellent, and having been a user of Galaxy S-series devices for over a decade, this is the best one yet. However, the issues with Android Auto persist and have not yet been patched. Issues are echoing from the Google Assistant, and misheard commands. Was never and issue on other Galaxy devices and Samsung and Google support have been quiet (or non-responsive) on the issue even after multiple reports. Otherwise, fantastic phone with unbelievable battery life and performance.

I have had the phone for a week , so finding the ins and outs is half the fun. I'm very pleased with how long the battery lasts and how quick it charges. Switching between apps and tasks are so seamless it w as is so fantastic. I was under the impression that there's very little difference between the S22 and the S23, however using one for myself I have noticed the difference and loving the smooth operation of the s23

I am so pleased with how smooth my game play is. The camera technology is greatly improved. Although it was still impressive before, there was a slightly noticeable lag that is now gone after the photo was taken. I love that it feels easier to split the screens compared to my last phone too, however it seems also very easy to accidentally be taking screen shots all the time lol not a big deal at all, but maybe worth mentioning more for the company. Overall, really, I couldn't be happier with my 23+

What a change!!! At first it was daunting changing from iphone to Android system. However it was easy once i used the smart switch app to copy whats on my iphone to my new samsung phone. It was easy to transfer the data and apps accross the platform. Camera quality is better and so many apps in galaxy store and play store to my to try. Overall loving the change!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously been a long time Samsung user. About a year ago I switched over to a Pixel 7 Pro. Now while I did enjoy that phone and would consider it again, I recently went back to a S23+. It's great to be back. I forgot about all the little features I missed. Bixby Routines when actually used is a blessing. I actively use that and means I don't need to run 3rd party software which isn't as effective. It's all the little things, which make the big things a better experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched from Oppo phone. Still trying to get messages and chats to show when phone locked like Oppo did which was great. Wish they had told me that the digital fingerprint would need a password every 3 days. I had to buy a program online to unlock as Samsung assistance did not help. Google calendar is better. Easy to transfer from old phone and options are clear. Phone does not ring for long enough before call cuts out and I can't find where to alter that, will search blogs online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the s23+ for a week now. My previous phone was an Galaxy A71. The screen looks better. The camera has more features. I don't do any gaming so I can't comment on the performance. Speakers are nice an loud. The only issue I had was the phone did get a bit hot during normal usage...but this may be because I don't have phone case just yet. The metal (aluminium) sides and back feel sturdy but slippery...so you will definitely need a case to prevent dropping it. Overall a very nice phone.
