Bought this bc I broke my last phone (Samsung A50) and this was a massive upgrade from anything I'd had before and I was pretty impressed when I started using the phone. The screen is gorgeous and the touch is accurate which makes typing a breeze. Overall very fast and responsive, love the 120hz refresh rate. The cameras are all great and the video is great too, I love the number of options and settings available. Overall very much recommend this phone, only thing to consider is that it's much bigger than I expected now that I'm holding it and it can be difficult to reach the other side of the screen but I guess that's a good problem to have hahah.

I bought my s23+ few weeks ago and i absolutely love the whole design, built feel, vibrant oled and camera quality. However, im finding some issues with my screen protector in terms of fingerprint sensor and touch screen. It would be nice to have some kind of official certification from samsung given to screen protector suppliers and brands (maybe have it posted on samsung website).
Secondly, i often wear hats and other eye accessories. This has caused some issues on my face recognition. It would be nice to have more slots for different looks on face recognition settings to avoid these issues.

Had the phone 2 weeks but still not transferred over fully. I hate the size as too big and too heavy. I guess it is stopping me putting it in my pocket. Battery is great. Still using old mobile on wifi.
Please default remote lock on. Lost all my settings with first transfer. Got no help to work around this. I won't be buying the next one at a store...nasty pushy sales. I will setup myself next time. I doubt it will be a Samsung. I want more privacy than I can get. Over all the extra apps. No I don't want a password store. I am only interested in outright purchase and no lockin network. The telcos are so inconsistent in service.

I ordered the online exclusive lime coloured S23+ and since it would be made from scratch, I was expecting it to take the 5-6 weeks like Samsung had warned to arrive. Fortunately it only took just a little over 4 weeks from the order date to arrive! The pretty lime colour was worth the wait, and I also love how much smoother the movement is when scrolling compared to my old S9+ and everything loads quicker, as well as the screen feeling larger as there is less bezel. Camera also has more zoom in and out options, and front camera is a lot sharper than S9+ too. If you're looking to get a phone upgrade, I highly recommend the S23+!

Since upgrading to my new Galaxy S23+ I've been experiencing just how good it is. There appears to be little difference to my Galaxy S22+ besides a comfortable size increase to accommodate bigger display. For simplicity it is not so different as to be a burden to operate and the quality is undeniable. The bright, colourful and detailed display is a pleasure while powered by 5G support with backward compatibly for areas not covered though I have been enjoying the 5G without fail giving me ample speed. Combined with new WiFi 6 wireless ensures strong communication and data are maintained in what is an impressive and worthy improvement to the Samsung Galaxy family.

Upgrading to the S23+ from the S20+ has surprisingly been a rewarding experience. I was very quickly able to transfer all my apps, texts and to my surprise, the 4431 photos and videos of my family that I've taken over the years and still believe I need to carry with me at all times.. just incase lol. I've been genuinely impressed with the improved battery life and as someone who likes to take photos of my family, it wasn't long before I was snapping new photos with notable improved clarity. All in all, I wish to thank Samsung for not compromising on the quality of their devices over the years and for their continued commitment to product improvement and innovation.

Great phone with heaps of power, a gorgeous screen and fantastic cameras. The lavender purple looks absolutely gorgeous, and overall he device is built really well, feels great in your hand and everything you do is simply instantaneous, no lag, no wait.
The only let down was that due to a fault in Samsung's website, my free Care+ wasn't added to my account, and the only solution the could offer was to send the phone back and order a new one. At this stage I already had the phone setup, fully installed and with a screen protector applied so I really did not want to start all over again. Do better next time, Samsung.

I bought this phone 2 months ago and I'm loving the beautiful display and intuitive Samsung One UI interface. The squared-off edges of the Galaxy S23+ makes it very easy to hold one handed, which is especially great when you're trying to take selfies with the front or back camera.
The in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is super-responsive, even with a screen protector on, the phone manages to unlock within a second. The neatest feature is probably the wireless power sharing, which lets me charge my Samsung Watch by simply putting the watch on the back of the phone so that it can transfer power to the wearable.

I thought I would try buying from Samsung direct rather than via my telco. Never again!! I bought this phone about 10 days ago, and was due to receive it 3 days ago. On that day no updates, tried to message and go in store. Store can't help as all customer service for app purchases is via an overseas call centre (advised by store). Tried contacting customer service again online but unable to assist due to being busy and asked to leave a message for a call back. Still waiting 3 days later. Now I'm being asked to review my new product that I still don't have or any indication as to when. Terrible service Samsung, and especiallu disappointing after years and years of our family always buying your phones and tablets!!!

I've had Galaxy phones for the past 10 years and I recently got the S23+, which was a massive upgrade to my beloved S10+. I almost didn't even want to upgrade because my S10+ was so good to me I've had it for the past 5 years and honestly it was reliable and sturdy and it never let me down. Now having used my S23+ for the past week I'm even more impressed, the new phone has incredible new features aswell as the ones I've always loved 😍 the camera is phenomenal and to be honest it has just been the easiest swap over , the transfer software was so easy to use and once it was done it was my old phone just so much better. Forever a faithful and happy user of your phones.

I have been a Samsung user for the past 10 years and I will never switch back to IPhone! Samsung is continuously creating, developing and delivering better phones. I upgraded from the Samsung s22+ to the the Samsung s23+ this week and I'm in love! Just when I thought the performance could not get any better, it does! When I thought the camera, video and picture quality couldn't get any better, it does! Samsung delivers all its promises to develop all round better upgrades. I have never had any issues with Samsung devices. The s23+ is the best phone yet! Looking forward to what Samsung has to bring in the future!

Have had my S23+ for about 3 weeks now. Definitely fast and a big improvement on my S9. Saying that I have found few annoying things. Finding settings for the different sound notifications for various apps has been a pain. Although my apps all copied across some even after being updated don't work as good on 23. I really really miss the notification blinking dot I had on my s9. I didn't have to turn my screen on to know I had a message or missed call etc..Can you please include in an update!! I was very close to buying the latest A54 which was less than half price and features seemed almost as good..I hope I have made right choice..time will tell. Overall so far I'm 50/50 ..

My last phone was a Samsung S10+, and I was really hesitant to upgrade because of the no expandable memory factor in these new phones. But my god, what a world of a difference this upgrade has made! For the first time in 12 years, I got a photo of my black bin chicken of a cat that doesn't look like a void is staring back at me. The camera quality is unbelievable, and Im thankful that I have so many photos now of this tiny black cat that follows me around. It's quick, the battery lasts forever and it's quality of photos and editing is unsurpassed.
I definitely don't regret upgrading, and you won't either!

I received my phone well before the estimated delivery date but the goid news didn't end there!
Once I switched it on, pairing with my older S9 phone and my S7FE Tablet, everything was a breeze!
Data and Apps were installed within minutes and my new phone was set to go. Still learning to use new features, which has been very enjoyable!
I bought a screen protector and wallet as well, both of which are perfect. The screen protector was incredibly easy to apply... look Mum, no bubbles!
Speedy, intuitive, excellent camera functions, highly compatible with S7FE tablet and a huge upgrade from my S9 phone.

I bought my first s23+ in February this year. In July, the phone decided to force close every single app and I couldn't access anything on the phone. I managed to get it exchanged under warranty but I couldn't get the lavender colour again. I'm now stuck with a horrid green colour. I find it still to be quite slow even though it is completely updated and still so much free space available. I do think this will be my last samsung, especially after my s20+ before this turned itself off after two years to completely die where I couldn't access absolutely anything on the phone and lost a lot of my files.

I bought this phone in Jan 2024. I am not impressed. I had a s10+, which was very good so I thought I would support samsung agn.
The internet connection is very bad 90% of time I have zero bars. I give up waiting for a site to open. The screen cracked a month ago and I haven't dropped it. It is also in a otterbox protection case.
Why can't this phone have the same frequency range as the s10+, so at least I can use it.
It works if I go to a repeater tower, but that is totally unacceptable for $1300.
Not happy with the weird way you contact for service, help just like texting. Not good enough.

Only changing from Note-9 due to battery life and Samsung trade in offer. Miss the notification led and S-pen, but could not afford the Ultra. Love the responsiveness of the fingerprint reader and screen resolution. Fast charge even with a 15W pack is awesome. Not a gamer so set the screen resolution to 60Hz from variable as found the scroll control through news articles etc better. Only major let down is lack of dual nano SIM tray, only has single + ESIM. I understood that the AU models had dual SIM + ESIM, but this is not the case. Otherwise happy with my purchase, but will miss my Galaxy Note.

I upgraded my S21 for an S23+. So far I'm pretty happy, the screen is excellent and the phone is fast. The transfer process was very easy although I didn't realise I would need to login to every app again, I thought Samsung would be able to carry over my passwords, but probably not a bad thing for security. I have had a couple of glitches with apps but reinstalling them seemed to fix them. So far the phone is very similar to my old phone, just slightly bigger, heavier and faster. It would be good if a guide to the new features was provided when you upgrade, I'm sure there are many things that this phone does that I'm not aware of. Overall, a great phone, I would give 4.5 stars if I could.

As a long time Samsung Galaxy user, I was excited by the release of the S23+, and the time to upgrade my s20+ was absolutely now!
The transition to the new phone was seamless with the S Transfer app, and all of the intuitive tools and commands remain in place.
I particularly love the camera upgrade - the images are incredibly clear and sharp, and as the parent of a toddler - capturing those moments that just happen in such clarity is a huge plus for me!
So far I've found the battery life to be very impressive as well, saving me from carrying a portable charger pack with me for a while at least!
I would not hesitate to recommend the s23+ to anyone, existing Samsung users or not.

I have had this phone for one week now and i have been blown away by the quality of this phone.
I upgraded from the s20 and this phone beats it in every way.
Battery life has been amazing, after using it all day on the train and at work i still have over 50% of charge when i get home.
Audio is great,screen display is awesome.
Everything loads very fast and the phone is quite intuitive at working out how to help you use it to its full potential.
I was able to use the smart transfer feature to transfer all my old files and apps. I would definetely reccomend this phone to friends and family.

Purchased this S23+ 256GB in Pahntom Black during a recent sale & promotion, upgrading from my previous Galaxy Note 10. I cannot be more pleased with this new device, enough to happily go without an S-Pen this time. The cameras produce crisp and feature-full photos and video. Battery life has been the most notable and welcome upgrade, quite easily lasting a full day of heavy use with plenty to spare, two days of light/moderate usage is achievable. The physical design, as well as the UI design is understated, being sleek, modern and mature. My only gripe with this phone is the RRP, as it's quite high and questionable without any sales/promotions. Overall, I highly recommend the new S23 range.

I've waited a week to review this new phone to be sure my first impressions were accurate. I had an S20plus which developed a bright pink/purple line across the middle of the (out of warranty) so I decided to update to this S23plus as the cost to repair the screen is around $450. Display on the new one is great. Nice and bright. The new phone is wider and shorter than the S20 and just feels top heavy in my hand. It constantly feels like it's going to tip over the top of my hand. As I said I've given it a week but it still feels awkward. Other than that it's an OK phone but doesn't really seem much 'better' than my old S20plus, considering it's a few models later. I don't really love it. :(

My company bought this phone for me to use it for business purposes. There seems to be some glitches as messages recorded sometimes don't get played smoothly. However, camera quality is quite good. Speed is good. looks are neat. There are some issues with fingerprinting. its not so smooth as that of an iPhone. But still does the job. I think the screen is resistive than capacitive. if i press it harder then it unlocks but also i have to ensure the angle remains in the way i recorded my prints. Battery still drains down fast. Ordered a 45W charger to see if it gets charged in 1 hour. Overall i think its not that great a phone but still does the job. Will have to wait on the longevity of its service.

I bought this to replace my S22, The battery life of this phone was appalling. I bought it to replace my S21, that had similar bad battery life. My New S23+ is an improvement. I now get through my day without charging. Albeit I need to be careful. I also can leave the battery saver off, performance wise it's hard to separate the new from the old. The cameras are much the same etc.
My wife has a late model I phone, my daughter also uses i-phone hers nearly 5 years old. They both experience better battery life than my new phone. It's a little early to comment further, time will tell.

I was honestly a bit skeptical with my previous samsung being an s10+ the battery was always dying before 3pm and it would lag sometimes so bad I wouldn't even use it. When I decided to upgrade to the newest s23+ I wasn't confident in the battery or features but omg I was blown away by how long the battery lasts, how amazing the pictures are and how fast it is at loading apps and Web pages!! No joke I am so glad i decided to get this phone over any other brand or type I am obsessed! It's worth the price and more!. Never looking back. Samsung you are amazing at designing technology.

The new more solid design is a step up. The phone feels great in hand and with a simple clear case is well protected. Still being able to see the colour and design is a big plus because this is an allrought nice phone.
The camera produces crisp amazing photos in all conditions including low light.
The biggest factor for me was battery life. My previous phone required constant charging to get through a day. The s23+ requires a charge in the morning and that pushes me through a whole day and through to next morning. I would rate myself a heavy but not power user so this is a huge advantage meaning I have no battery fear whilst being out and about.
Couldn't be more impressed and happy with my choice!

i firstly chose this phone rather than others as i need the typing for my native language from the stock samsung keyboard. but after using it the phone surprised me with tons of features such as cameras, connectivity and settings. the AI is very good too. although in love with it, i still suggest Samsung to make some improvements such as battery life, more customisations for OneUI Home. I also need the "live caption" feature to be embeded in calls to see what the caller says because many times I couldn't clearly hear that. I don't like the round corners. Despite that overal 5*

Going from the S20 ultra to the S23 has been great, not many differences but interface is amazing, quick, fast responsive. Screen quality is amazing!! Photos and videos and insanely clear and quality is 10/10. Camera is great with extra features. I have noticed the extra features from using the S20. Always been a strong advocate of Samsung. Never had a problem and would never in my lifetime EVER go to the other brand (which doesn't deserve a metion, but starts with A)
Customer service is great aswell, had problems with old phone having a cracked screen and Samsung service team were friendly and really helpful.

Upgraded from my S10 that had worked very hard for several years and was showing it. So this phone was always going to be so much better
The biggest thing? Im very happy with the size. Even though its obviously larger than my old S10, it still fits in pockets, still fits in a sandwhich bag with a case on (poor man's waterproofing), and still comfortable for my not large hands to reach all the buttons on the keyboard without casuing injury 😆

Obviously the price these days. I got a decent deal with preorder but they're so expensive outside of that

I was already planning to buy the phone after seeing Changbin as an endorser plus the Stray Kids promotion & collaboration but got this as a gift for my birthday and honestly, the best gift ever!
Camera is excellent! Battery lasts long. Easy to use and has so many smart features that are very helpful.
I have been using this for taking notes, photography, socials and for games and I can totally appreciate how fast & reliable this phone is.

i bought this phone as i had a earlier ultra and it was too big it was not comfortable in your pocket so i looked for features that i liked i compared apple and Samsung and found the Samsung s23+ was perfect for what i was looking for i love it the resolution is perfect the camera is awesome and it has so many extra features that i have not had time to try yet i should have done this when they first came out but i was holding off due to the cost now that i have used it i believe it is worth evert cent. my wife has used it also and now she also has UPGRADED to one

I've had the s24+ for about 2 weeks. So far everything is buttery smooth. At least 6 hours of screen on time, at 120hz at almost full brightness, while connected to headphones and travelling which is absurd but awesome. The camera quality is amazing and the new ai features are an addition I didn't think I would use but find myself using multiple times a day, either editing notes or photos or simply image searching!
Super comfortable in hand as well, and I really prefer the flat screen over the curved of previous models.
Easily best phone I have ever owned!

Samsung have pushed the boundaries with the latest Galaxy devices, and I am so grateful. Having been a devoted samsung fan for many years, I decided to move to a different brand with my last phone as I wasn't happy with how samsung were performing against other tech, but hearing about the move to SnapDragon I was convinced on moving back, and I am so glad I did. The s23 plus has been nothing but incredible since the day I got it. The better battery, new features of OneUI, the new CPU, and the goodness of Samsung is all there and I couldn't be happier. It's so quick, no issues with software or connections as of yet, being able to set up automation routines is so great, and the fast charging all make this phone a pleasure to use.

I have been a Samsung phone user for a long time mainly due to the pc in a hand.... can do what I want flexibility.... I haven't had a new phone for 4 years mainly through if aint broke but my old galaxy was starting to suffer short battery life issues... I kept it going however because I have had bad experiences in the past transferring all my apps and data to a new phone... well I shouldn't of been worried with the galaxy s23 as the transfer process was very simple and worked seamlessly. My new phone was setup with 10min and it's like nothing changed other then I had a new phone.
Only disappointment is not having an external memory card.... but even all that transferred easily to my new phone.
Very happy with my purchase.

Warning, Samsung has moved the volume buttons to RH side, I am so used to the buttons on LH side I just can'tsee the point in moving them. Why move things that don't need to be moved. Finger print recognition is very very very poor, it's terrible and makes getting into my phone annoyingly difficult. Big improve from my old S9+ but the buttons move and finger recognition bring this model down in a big way.

I've just transferred all my data from my Note 10 to my new S23+. I must say that the transfer and reactivation has been relatively seamless, with only minor rework required to make sure all associations and passwords were transferred and working.
I've found the new phone much faster than my old one, and I now have battery life that lasts for more than a day in full operational mode.
As it's smaller than my Note 10, it fits better into my hand, and the control buttons are now easier to access as they are on the opposite side to the old phone.
I've also found that the NFC appears to be much better and more stable. I'm not a great user of the photo app, but will get into it at some stage in the future. Looking forward to working it all out.

I've recently just upgraded from the s20FE to the s23+ and their quality differences is very noticeable the s23+ was worth the upgrade the picture display quality and camera quality is immaculate. And i use my camera alot for work. And i was astonished when and how clear the picture was how far I've zoomed on it. And the software speed my apps run a little better then when i had them on the s20FE so I've enjoyed the new s23+ and would recommend the upgraded or purchase of this it has definitely helped me in my very day to day as well as work.

I got my new phone for Christmas & I am really happy with it. I'm not great with technical stuff,but it's so easy to use...& much faster than my last phone when it comes to installing new apps. I also love that I don't have to charge it every day & it is fully charged in around 45 minutes.
My only disappointment is that a few important work related apps didn't transfer over to my new phone & the same with all my games & in store apps, which meant I had to re-install them all.
I love that my phone came in my favourite colour too- lilac 💜

I made the switch to my first android phone with the Galaxy S23+ and I am so glad I did.
Firstly, it runs smoothly and swiftly and my load time for apps, music etc is halved. The transfer was really simple through cloud software to download all my photos, notes etc onto the new operating system thankfully.
The accessibility for vision assistance is excellent. I have low vision and struggle with photobia and the auto-dim, smart technology and grey scale in sleep hours all assist me greatly.
I love this phone and would never go back.

I'm overall happy with the phone - however I was expecting more wow factor, there's not a huge difference from my previous S10. Battery life is definitely better, camera is better but not amazing. I'm disappointed it didn't come with a screen protector already on it like my S10 did, for the money you pay it should be standard. I also think a lens protector should be an essential accessory available, same as the iPhone. Not a fan of the volume button being moved to same side as power button. Magsafe cases & accessories should be available also.
Smart Switch is a very smooth easy process, all my data was transferred without a hitch.
I would have bought the S23 Ultra if it wasn't so huge & boxy, way too big for most users & edges are too square.

I love the larger screen and it is waterproof I normally buy the S series but the one down from the latest so I get a phone that has only been out 1 year but still has all the bells and whistles. The Smart switch app made the transfer of my data and apps so easy. The phone is fast and I use it as a hotspot to run all my internet on my computer my laptop and my TV it does a great job on this and I no longer need my land line or my modem because my phone does it all and the savings pay for my phone with more in my pocket. A GREAT PHONE

There's really nothing disatisfactory about this phone. I absolutely love the whole-day battery life despite the brightness and vividness of the display as it works seamlessly with the adaptive battery, adaptive power saving mode and other battery health and performance settings. The camera quality is wide, sharp, and clear even for low-light photos. The width of the body allows the phone to fit comfortably within my grasp unlike the previous generations. The whole design is very sophisticated and elegant to look at especially with the new floating lens design. The new Snapdragon chip is no joke. Everything works amazingly fast and smooth without ever overheating or lagging even for gaming. It's a wonderful compromise between the S23 and S23 Ultra!

Pre-ordered via Samsung app and received the memory upgrade included. This was a massive bonus for convincing me to upgrade my current S22+ which was still in perfect condition. Also, the camera is perfection. I know the Ultra camera is next level in comparison but the price jump was just too steep for me to justify as they are basically the same (bar the additional battery capacity of the Ultra, which to me, is negligible).
Love the new colour range and absolutely LOVE that screen protectors, covers etc are released at the SAME TIME.

I chose to move to the s23plus from my Fold 4. Sounds like a downgrade, you might say. However, this phone feels just as fast as my fold, but the battery life is ridiculous. This is easily a 2 day phone, maybe even a 3 day phone, with fairly heavy screen on time (for reading books, in my case rather than video.)
Compared to the fold, and even to my s21 ultra preceding that, it's light, thin and comfortable. It can't unfold into a tablet, but considering I own an actual tablet, with an S-pen, i just didnt see the need to get the Ultra.

Two complaints
1. There is a fault with the camera and as much as there is a LOT of fix it information it keeps breaking down.
2. Samsung would not show any empathy when I hadn’t redeemed my FREE (???) watch by the required time. I explained that my wife has early signs of dementia and with the watch I could always find her. But it is not to be. I will look at an alternative.

I upgraded from a galaxy s10 5g to a galaxy s23+ almost a year ago now and am regretting the decision. The phone struggles to connect with mobile networks and wifi networks. I have had competitors products on the same network streaming while my samsung has no internet. Unless Samsung improves dramatically I don't think I will be upgrading to a new Samsung when the time comes.

U need to play with it a little to get ur settings how u want. Crisp photos. Lots of notification sounds to choose from. All round great athstetics.

It's evident to me that upon purchase, and just going through some of the parameters of this mobile phone, a significant amount of time has been spent on R&D, and even though I have had it for two months, I am still discovering new features as I go through the working day. It is an awesome phone that has a lot to offer. I've had my Samsung Galaxy S23+ for over a year now and I love it! My favourite thing about it is the camera, it's spectacular quality and I have used it on holidays to take amazing photos. The storage is great too, I have a 512gb and I have thousands of photos and videos and I'm not even close to running out storage. The battery has degraded slightly, I use my phone alot of editing and work and so the battery is used quite quick but it also charges at a great speed. All in all, it's lightweight, looks good and feels good to use.

I have had this for a month. I was able to get for an amazing price in the recent amazon sales and i could not refuse it. My 7th samsung. I upgraded from the 20FE and immediately noticed the differnce in processing speed, the picture quality, photography and i am blown away at how long the battery lasts. I get around 2.5 to 3 days on the same amount of use as my 20FE where i got only a day.
Night time photography is amazing, although need my son for the best results. This phone is an amazing package. I highly recommend.

So, I have been a loyal Samsung customer since my Galaxy S20+, with numerous other Samsung products in our house. We find that the connectivity is great, and when I saw the Galaxy S23 I knew it was time for a serious upgrade. My choice of the S23+ was based on finding that middle ground, and overall it fits my needs perfectly. A few weeks in, and it is a serious upgrade to my older device, and I am now tweaking some of the settings as I find more about the device's potential. I would take a look and take that leap of faith.

Purchased the 24+,as an upgrade from my S20, it has a lot more great features that I am still learning , BUT,, a couple basic steps have been "improved" by people more clever than me, for instance , swipe to go back, the previous models had very clear arrow to click on, the new improved model has a swipe, but if there happens to be an App where you swipe this will open up instead, same for the "close all" .
There may be a way to change this but I haven't found it yet.
Some things work and should just be left alone.

I have recently upgraded from a s20 FE and wow! The phone is so fast and responsive, and the camera is a massive improvement over the s20 FE. I have recently taken some night shots and the photos come out exactly as I want them to, this is with the device set to auto. I know there has been more hype over the S23 Ultra, however for me the size and fit in the hand of the S23+ is perfect with its light weight, sleek design and nicely rounded corners. Also, the free upgrade to 512GB storge was the cherry on top for me!

Bought this last week after research as I needed hearing aid blue tooth connectivity. Quite disappointed as research indicated that it was compatible with Signia hearing aids. Have found since the purchase that yes it is compatible with Signia hearing aids but not mine. You need to have the Ax platform not the Nx platform. Disappointing after paying for a phone that now I can’t use. Will have to keep using the iPhone that I don’t like as it has issues but I can’t afford to buy another phone or upgrade hearing aids

I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. Battery doesn’t last too long dropping from 85% to 65% within couple of hours with very light use. Screen makes eyes tired easily compared to iPhone. And I’m not able to choose which app to be shown on android auto. Can only include what it’s pre-chosen. Camera is just average and motion photo is not as good as Live Photo in iPhone. And I cracked the screen in week one with cover and screen protector on?! Overall it’s not impressive and not worth the price for me.

Both my partner and myself recently upgraded to S23+'s from S10E's .
(Yes!.... We we are both north of 55 and hold onto phones for a while, refusing to upgrade without good reason.)
S23+ ergonomics, camera and general phone performance are well and truly transformational and battery performance is nothing short of amazing. The slight increase in size ( very slight) is PERFECT for us both!
Very happy indeed we took the plunge and upgraded with straight up purchases of 2 X S23+'s.

Being a Samsung supporter for some time, thir devices have just gotten better.
I have had the phone for a week , so finding the ins and outs is half the fun.

I bought this phone around 3 weeks ago. I have been using iphone all of my mobile history but now i have changed to Samsung S23 plus. What a change!!! At first it was daunting changing from iphone to Android system. However it was easy once i used the smart switch app to copy whats on my iphone to my new samsung phone. It was easy to transfer the data and apps accross the platform.
Camera quality is better and so many apps in galaxy store and play store to my to try. Overall loving the change!

I have previously been a long time Samsung user. About a year ago I switched over to a Pixel 7 Pro.
Now while I did enjoy that phone and would consider it again, I recently went back to a S23+. It's great to be back.
I forgot about all the little features I missed. Bixby Routines when actually used is a blessing. I actively use that and means I don't need to run 3rd party software which isn't as effective.
It's all the little things, which make the big things a better experience.

Switched from Oppo phone. Still trying to get messages and chats to show when phone locked like Oppo did which was great. Wish they had told me that the digital fingerprint would need a password every 3 days.
I had to buy a program online to unlock as Samsung assistance did not help.
Google calendar is better.
Easy to transfer from old phone and options are clear.
Phone does not ring for long enough before call cuts out and I can't find where to alter that, will search blogs online.

Using the s23+ for a week now. My previous phone was an Galaxy A71. The screen looks better. The camera has more features. I don't do any gaming so I can't comment on the performance. Speakers are nice an loud. The only issue I had was the phone did get a bit hot during normal usage...but this may be because I don't have phone case just yet. The metal (aluminium) sides and back feel sturdy but slippery...so you will definitely need a case to prevent dropping it. Overall a very nice phone.

Lover phone glad I upgraded I'm not happy with the notification area. When you're on a call cannot see you notifications and the fact that I need to see them for work and I have many apps open to be able to do that there's a big green blob covering the notifications when you're looking at apps on a call which is very frustrating tech team hasn't fixed it would like to see it fixed go back to the big green bar across the screen without the timer then you can see you notifications.

I bought my S23+ to replace my Samsung s10+ a few weeks ago. I really loved my S10+ so it was a hard decision but I am so happy I did! The S23+ is just easy to use, with the slightly larger screen being a great benefit. It has a much longer battery life than my S10 had and the new camera is unbelievable good! It is taking amazing photos even in low light that just astound me with their quality. I love the colour (lavender) and feel of my phone very happy with my purchase.

Bought and received S23+ just a few days ago.
A bit skeptical knowing that it's a 6.6 in against S21+ which is 6.7 in about the display size.
Surprisingly, dont really notice it.
What a performance! Really happy with the new S23+. Yet to play other functions, thus far much improvement for me from my s21+.
What can I say? I am not disappointed at all and over the moon with s23+. If only I have more $, I would have upgraded to s23 ultra, but s23+, you brighten my day!

I bought the galaxy s23+ as my old android finally broke. Coming from using oppos and motorolas as they are cheap and get the job done, It's safe to say I'm never going back to using those phone brands. Just like other high end phones, Samsung can be expensive and so I'd often scoff at people buying the latest phone when they can just wait a couple of years for it to go on sale...but I finally get it.
Every good aspect of previous phones I've owned I didn't think could co-exist so seamlessly in one phone. Samsung, specifically the Galaxy s23+ can look expensive, but it is a worth while investment. It's a special feeling holding a phone and knowing that it will last, It's smooth and runs perfect the first day, first week, first month, first year and instills so much confidence in me that it will last years to come.

I've always had Samsung phones and never had any problems with them so I decided to keep going and get the S23+ My S10 had no reception problems, could use it in any room in the house. Sadly with this new phone the reception is patchy at best. It will only work in one room, anywhere else it drops out and callers can't hear me at all. I know it's nothing to do with my home as the S10 worked fine. So now I'm stuck with a substandard phone for three years.

Pros:-
1) Amazing camera.
2) Great image/video quality and zoom options.
3) Good battery.
Cons:-
1) Gigantic size and heavy weight.
2) Not-so-appealing design. (Shape and non curved edges)
3) Poorest touch sensor (At the front, making it even difficult)
4) No Charger or headset included in the case along with the mobile phone. What a pity!
Also, being a loyal Samsung customer for decades, I really wish I get the free Watch5. (Never got it)

I bought this phone with the intention to make a video journal. Just from the default settings, the quality of the videos captured are great! I am not one to do too many manual adjustments to my camera, so this is a huge plus for me. I find that some of my previous phones are either too big or too small but the size of the S23+is just right for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase, and it is definitely the best phone that I have ever owned.

I purchased the S23plus a week ago, relatively happy with it except the black screen issue which I didn't know about till after I bought it. By the feedback I've been reading on the internet this goes back to at least the 22 series, there is numerous complaints about it and all sorts of methods to temporarily fix it. You shouldn't have to go through with all this. I think Samsung should work on this issue before they brag about their flagship product.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus' 6.6-inch, 2316 x 1080-pixel screen is big, bright, and responsive. To preserve battery, the optional adaptive refresh rate tunes the screen depending on what you're doing, down to 48Hz. In my experience, this still allowed for phenomenally smooth scrolling, with motion-heavy footage in high-resolution YouTube videos appearing similarly silky. The phone also still supports 240Hz touch-sampling for speedy gaming responses.

I am Samsung for everything and after the battery finally lessening on my S9, great phone, I bit the bullet on a new one. I was reluctant, I wanted the flip but wasn't sure its 100% yet but that will be next.
The s23+ has everything the s9 had on steroids, very happy with all its parts so far. The only annoying part is it questions everything...do you want the photo to be thos size etc....its a little much but otherwise I am happy with my choice :)

I brought this phone a few weeks ago to replace my Samsung S9 and im so glad I did! The data transfer from my old phone to my new phone was so smooth, took a little time to transfer, but understandable with 3000+ pictures of my cat!!
The camera, battery life and overall experience with the new phone has been amazing so far. The large screen and brilliant features have made using this phone such a great experience! Highly recommend Samsung phones!

I bought this 3 weeks ago replacing an S21+ as I needed the 512gb storage. Happy with the Processor speed which is noticeably faster. Not so Happy with mobile reception which is noticeably worse than the S21+ with same Otterbox fitted. Other than reception issue phone works as expected. This is disappointing as reception is important when I travel for business. Would I recommend to a friend, probably yes but with caveat regarding reception.

Extremely impressed.
I'm over the moon the finger print biometrics works. My previous phone I never turned it on because 90% of the time it wouldn't read. This s23+ has no problems reading my finger print.
Fast, smooth & I'm very grateful for the large screen display.
I'm sooooo impressed with this new phone I've been looking at WiFi buds or a smart watch to compliment it, maybe both but that's a tad out of my range - we'll see....

Bought the phone a week ago which replaced my Note 20 Ultra and so far everything has been really smooth. Been waiting for the snapdragon soc in australia for a few years and finally got it. I play games on my phone half of my time and it has been great, did not really heat up even with heavy games for smaller phone. Battery is really good as well, it lasts a long time even when gaming. As simple browsing and day to day tasks it lasts about a day, keep in mind that I use my phone a lot. Designwise, Im glad they went to a much flatter design all around which made me decide to go for it instead of the Ultra model. With the camera, stabilisation and nightmode improved quite a lot which is great for my hobby of photography and recording moments. Overall I was glad with my purchase even though its still a bit pricey, even with the bonuses it came with.

Have had the device for a week and was an upgrade from an S20+.
Screen clarity and brightness is far better and obviously the overall performance is streets ahead but for me the absolute winner is the battery.
My usage hasn't changed and taken for granted this is a new phone but the battery life is superb. I have left the stock standard settings with adaptive screen brightness and the life is just brilliant - double thumbs up.

The performance is excellent, all applications working smoothly and quick. Software is easy to navigate. Battery is also lasting a lot longer than previous models. The night photos are like nothing else on the market in terms of quality. The design is a nice fit to the hand with a solid "grip" texture. Only annoyance, albeit a small one, is the raised section where the camera lenses are mounted, gives me anxiety about scratching them.

I bought this mobile on the very 1st day it is released into the market. I was so excited to use it Nd OMG the features are amazing Nd for someone like me who listen to music loud this one is perfect with Dolby speakers. I like the colour palette and the multiple mixtures of soft & pastel colours make me want to use my mobile more. Talking about cam resolution it's amazing, I'm clicking pictures wherever I go ;). I would say the graphics are good as well for gamers, I play COC Nd COD kinda getting addicted here. Modes and routines are something I need to tell you about, I can add routines and can switch to modes like sleep, exercise, reading etc and my phone goes into the mode automatically. I shouldn't leave this one behind, if Apple has siri we have our own BIXBY. I love bilby and had a great tym using it. Ssly speaking I'm in love with this mobile

Recently upgraded from S20+ to S23+. Much is the same, but in a good way. Features are abundant as usual and the phone looks amazing. Biggest noticeable upgrades are the cameras and battery life thanks to Qualcomm chips being standard worldwide for the S23 series. I can get two days out of this phone at moderate use so the battery life alone was worth the upgrade. All around great phone, especially if you can get it at a sale price.

This phone is similar to my old model which was a S20+ Which lasted me three and half years.
The biggest difference r ence is the power button and volume button are all the right handed side which I like (just takes a bit of getting use to)
The phone has good features good apps lots of space is fast .
My only complaint is the screen brightness does not stay locked on and adjust to weak strength.. I need bright due to my eyes.

This is my second S23 ultra smartphone. I am so impressed with the camera and beautiful design of the phone. It's powerful from inside with all the latest technology and chips etc, yet so elegant phone. Nice and comfortable to hold and fell proud that I made the right decision to buy this phone. The thought of changing from one operating system to another was almost too much to bear, so I put it off for years. Finally, I took the plunge. Upgrading from an old obsolete Android brand to the Samsung s23+. Amazed, I realised not only did my google services merge over seamlessly, and videos have more clarity, but the operating system was easier to use than my old phone. I only wish now i had joined the Samsung family sooner.

I bought my beautiful Lavendar Samsung S23+ a month ago and absolutely love it! It was time to upgrade from my Samsung S9 and I'm so glad I chose an S23+, my S9 was only just lasting a day and my new phone easily lasts 2 days with the same (if not more) usage. It is brilliant! The camera is fantastic as well! I loved my old camera but was shocked by how clear the image is on my new S23+ Couldn't recommend an S23+ highly enough!

i bought it as pre order last Feb. i have been using samsung phones since forever and have never looked back. th clarity on the screen of my S23+ is just superb. Not tried the cam features yet coz have been busy with work. but i reckon on my next holidays - it will be an awesome travel accessory.
Only prob i have - wish it came with the pods so i can listen to spotify when im doing outdoor work.
but overall - very good phone.

This is my second Samsung and my first S series phone. Really impressed with the quality feel of the phone as well as the speed of the operating software. I mainly purchased the phone for the camera capability and have been blown away by the quality of the images and videos it takes. I find the software easy to navigate and the battery life is impressive comfortably lasting all day with heavy use in an extremely cold climate.

I have always been a Samsung person. I like the way they function and can easily navigate the menus. The one flaw for me is that the phone does not connect directly to my hearing aids via Bluetooth. Instead I have to wear a clip that is 2cm x 5cm clipped to the top of my clothes to act as a middle man. I have had issues with the rustle of my clothing making it difficult to hear what I am saying. Other than that, a great phone.
