Comprei uma 85” q70c, mais de 10 mil reais e já apareceu uma faixa de queima de led em menos de 2 meses! Assitencia e call ficam jopgando de um pro outro abrindo novos protocolos e ninguem resolve nada! Fora outros problemas que tive com notebook. Ou seja, NÃO COMPREM. Se te chamarem no Messenger , nem respondam, porque me pediram vários dados e ninguém entrou em contato. Querem só saber do nosso dinheiro e mais nada.

Comprei o modelo 55Q70C ao invés do 55Q60C justamente porque nas especificações consta que possui uma entrada AV para conectar meu dispositivo antigo, porém após horas perdendo tempo com o suporte foi constatado que está errado, e NÃO POSSUI ENTRADA AV. As especificações da TV estão erradas e se você precisar utilizar entrada AV fuja deste modelo e compre da LG.

A tv nova, desde o primeiro dia de uso veio com manchas brancas em formato de nuvens e a Samsung diz que é normal, é chamado por eles de EFEITO MURA. Nas cenas mais escuras a minha TV está cheia de manchas impossibilitando a visualização correta do programa. ELES NÃO TROCAM A TV E VOCÊ VAI SER OBRIGADO A VER AS MANCHAS BRANCAS ATÉ NÃO AGUENTAR E QUERER JOGAR A TV NO LIXO. SAMSUNG NUNCA MAIS. Sou cliente há mais de 10 anos e tenho 11 TVs funcionando em 3 endereços diferentes. A Samsung simplesmente não me quer mais como cliente nem como influenciador de outras pessoas a comprarem seus produtos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q70C TV is a fantastic choice if you want a top-notch viewing experience. The screen is really impressive with its special technology called QLED, which makes the colors pop and the details super clear. Even if the show or movie is not in super high resolution, this TV can make it look better. When things move fast on the screen, you can still see everything clearly without any blurriness, which is really cool. It's also really easy to use with lots of apps and shows you can watch. The sound is pretty good, but if you want an even better sound, you might want to consider getting extra speakers. All in all, if you're looking for a TV that will make your favorite shows and movies look amazing and has a bunch of smart features, the Samsung Q70C is a great choice. I would 100% recommend this TV, but get one of Samsung's soundbars as well! It made the experience that much greater!

Really lightweight and thin which makes it super comfortable to place and move if necessary. The middle stand is perfect for placing it in regular sized TV tables , which was a lifesaver for us. The image quality is top notch! The brightness and contrast adjusts to the environment so you don’t have to worry about changing anything during daytime or nighttime. Barely any reflection that allows you to enjoy it all day! We love watching anime and the definition with this TV is out of this world! The colors and contrasts make watching anything, a new experience. My husband’s favorite part was the solar remote, not only it makes it super environmentally friendly, but it’s also practical! You can leave it upside down when not in use and it will charge with your inside lights too. Definitely happy with this upgrade!

It's so light and very easy to handle. Assembling it to stand upright on my entertainment center took me about 5 minutes they have a quick guide inside the box which was helpful. Setting up was really easy It walked.me right thru the process including all my third party apps like Disney etc... Samsung has a free preinstalled app called Samsung plus that i am liking its got over 200 channels and 1000s of movies i can watch ,did i mention all for free? Gaming on this with the Quantum processor lite with 4k upscaling The dual led backlights speeds up to 120hz of the motion xcelerator turbo plus. What not to love ! The colors are so vivid the brightness, and the Color volume . It's really stunning, magnificent picture quality I Love playing on my new Samsung Qled 4k! I also love having the Samsung gaming hub its a one stop shop for all things gaming right in one spot. Last but certainly not least ,it comes with a solar remote This 2023 Samsung Qled 4k tv is the bees knees, this is worthy of 10 stars It's a keeper!

Simple to use and sync together be it my Xbox or my phone. And to have Samsung TV plus really makes spectrum useless to me. If I can watch my golf I am happier than a kid on Christmas. Which that is pretty much what this TV has done for me. I e joy coming home now to watch TV again and be able to seamlessly move from one thing to the next regardless of my mood or company. I wish I would have bought it sooner but I wouldn't have been able to afford as nice of one so I ambeyond exuberant with my tv.

Olá comprei uma TV Samsung Q70 A e fez dois anos exatamente agora, porém a tela da TV esta ficando azulada. O técnico disse que essas Tvs dão muito problema, tomem cuidado. Fora que a Samsung ainda diz que não tem peça para minha TV sendo que é uma TV de 2021 e a Samsung garante peça de reposição até 5 anos. E se tivesse peças com certeza seria um absurdo de caro.

I’ve now exchanged 3 of these tvs due to ghosting issues. The tb backlight bleeds into spotty clouds and makes it miserable to watch. Brand new tv just installed today and it’s already doing it. Awful. Do not buy Samsung products. Samsung if you don’t like this review, make it right and I’ll take it down. Till then, this stays up.

I personally love the Alexa enable feature and how I can control the TV with my voice. Another thing I love with this tv is when I turn on my Xbox my tv will automatically turn on and bring me to that input. When I am watching a show on a streaming platform on the tv and want to play games, I will press the home button on my Xbox controller and the input on my TV will switch. Which is huge feature for me that I love! The color on my tv is so crisp and smooth, that I will not want to turn off my show. This TV is super slim and looks really awesome.

I’m a recording engineer so believe me when I tell you the speakers give you a really good listening experience, on average I keep the volume around 25-30db during the day and 10db at night. The Q70 has every feature you could ask for and more, my favorite feature is when I turn on the ps5 the tv automatically changed to the game input. If you’re a gamer check out Luna it’s Samsungs game hub and yes it comes with free games!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally received this product today, and I opened it up right away to test it out. Removing from the box was easy, and set up was a breeze. It's very light , so it wasn't difficult at all to place the TV on the stand by myself . It's also super slim , and takes up very little space . It took about 10 minutes to complete the setup, and a few extra minutes to mess around with settings and get things the way I like it. I connected the TV with a Bluetooth Samsung soundbar, which was super easy to do. Image quality is excellent! I especially like that the glare from any surrounding lights is minimized. I don't like the blur reduction and jutter settings that the TV comes when you first turn it on, but it was pretty easy to go into the settings and change that. This TV has two USB ports, 4 HDMI ports, a LAN port, an antenna hookup port, and as mentioned before Bluetooth functionality. Luckily, it being a smart TV, I didn't need to use any of those ports! I connected to the Wi-Fi, and downloaded my TV providers streaming app, Spectrum TV. This makes it super easy to watch all of my channel through Wi-Fi. One thing that I did notice, which was slightly irritating, was that every time I tried to change the picture settings while using the Spectrum TV app, it would kick me out of the app and back onto the Samsung TV app. Then, once I made changes to the settings, I would have to reload the Spectrum TV app. I'm not sure if there is a workaround for this, but it got old really fast. Also, compared to my other Samsung TV, accessing the settings is a bit more cumbersome. However, those are minor nuisances, and I very much look forward to using this TV in our basement for watching sports and movies while my family has hijacked the main TV upstairs.

Je viens d'acheter et installer ce téléviseur. J'ai eu du mal à la régler et la navigation n'est pas très intuitive à mon avis. J'ai rajouté un module TV Fransat l'installation et l'utilisation a été complexe et déroutante. La télécommande solaire est très bien elle nécessite un temps d'adaptation pour son utilisation. J'ai également acheté un barre son et c'est vraiment un complément indispensable.L'image est très bien. Techniquement j'en suis satisfait pour ce qui concerne l'utilisation je trouve que c'est un peu complexe.

The sound quality is fine, i bought a sound bar to provide additional bass and overall sound richness. There's also multiple filter modes that can help you change the colors to adapt to what you're viewing. It can go up to 120hz which is great for gaming. The weakest part of the television is definitely audio but everything else makes up for it and more. Highly recommended

The sound is amazing even if you don't have a sound bar connected. The quality and sharpness of the images is unique. I like the design of the remote control, it has voice command, a solar panel is integrated in which the control can be recharged and extend the life of the batteries and it also has a USB type C port to recharge the remote control. Once you connect to the internet you have access to many applications, free TV channels and games. I have bought other brands and Samsung far surpasses others in image and sound.

Not entirely too bright as that's a problem with QLEDs in general, and to make matters worse, most movies these days are really dark. But, in a dark room, it's amazing! the colors are fantastic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a solid feature-rich TV. It integrates my other components like my cable box and digital TV antenna nicely. Interfacing with streaming apps is smooth and quick. I love the solar charging remote control. Most of the buttons work well on the remote, except for changing channels which can be a bit finicky when entering the channel number. However, there are enough alternate ways to change channels that do with well. Changing channels manually is a bit challenging with putting in the actual channel number using the remote. The mobile app works great on my phone which is super cool. Some color issues are challenging with bright colors are fast moving action. There tends to be some color blur which can be distracting. For the most part I am pleased with this TV and I would recommend it to friends and family. I hope this review helps you make your decision for your next big screen TV.

It is great to see everything so large, gives us a feel like we are watching a big screen at a movie theatre. The remote control took a little getting used to and I like the fact that there is a rechargeable battery within the remote. The remote also allows the user to charge the device using solar power. The tv has a sturdy stand and is very thin. I am able to connect multiple devices using the four HMDI ports. When connecting an external soundbar (which I recommend) make sure the connector is thin on the side that connects to the tv, there is not a lot of room.

I bought this 8 months ago and while my husband was adjusting the viewing angle something inside went bad and we have lines running vertically as well as horizontally. It is too thin and fragile. Samsung doesn't warranty the television for actually usage. I hate to think if we had children in the house it would have been broken in a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only challenge when purchased, is getting some assistance to mount this 85" behemoth, if you didn't pay for installation. Once installed, setting up is a breeze, even for non-techy folks. If you're new to the Samsung tv UI, give yourself time to adapt. If any apps don't seem to be working right, press and hold the power button for 3-5secs until it reboots. That usually resolves any app issues. If it's still problematic, call samsung support. Another plus is being able to watch your TV on your Samsung Galaxy phone (exclusively) using Smart view from the app drawer or Smart things app (view tv on phone). Sound is more than sufficient but a soundbar enhances movies, sports and music streaming. External sound can be connected via Bluetooth, HDMI or optical. Due to the size of the set, any signal under 1080p or 720p is a no-no. Watching UHD/HD content is best. Enjoy the inbuilt wallpapers or photo gallery on your TV to amaze your visitors or even yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 41 years old this is the first new TV I ever purchased and I'm so happy I did. Up until this year the biggest TV I had was 46" and I really didn't care too much about size but now that I have a 65 in I can't imagine going back to anything smaller. The TV has amazing picture quality, brightness and even glare reduction. I use it for streaming TV, a little bit of gaming and media center use. I'm honestly tempted to put it on my desk because even at 65 in it's higher resolution than my computer monitor LOL. I can't really speak to the sound, as I use surround system for audio but the couple times I've heard it it was decent. It's a little odd, but my favorite feature is the stand. Most of these newer TVs have a two leg stand with the legs spread for a part that you need a gigantic TV stand. This TV has a center stand which works just as well and the TV is Rock solid. I really don't know why all of them don't use this type of stand but I guess the two legs may look a little more 'premium'

Remote looks nice but is not practical with all the necessary buttons missing, having the user go through bunch of menus to do what could've been done at the press of a single button, like switch source, for example. There are some blotches of backlight bleed when viewing a black screen. What's most unusual is that there is some kind of electronic knocking sound coming from the back of the TV if I physically move the TV a little bit or tap it -- probably some motion type sensor doing something. I have no idea.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's an excellent TV with impressive picture quality with its Mini LED backlight, which lets it display deep, uniform blacks with almost no noticeable blooming in dark scenes. Its QLED panel delivers a superbly wide color gamut and fantastic color volume, making colors bright, vibrant, and realistic. It also has fantastic reflection handling and exceptional peak brightness, so it looks great even in the brightest rooms. It's an impressive TV for watching movies in a dark room thanks to its great contrast ratio and impressive Mini LED local dimming feature. There's very little blooming around bright objects in dark scenes, and the local dimming feature ensures that bright highlights stand out extremely well.

It says it Samsung but when I signed into my Netflix and I was sent an email it said I signed into a Tizen TV, which was very weird to me. Honestly I hate This TV and I would have returned it if I could. The sound is bad the image are just not good quality I tried some setting which took me a while to have the correct set but still awful. The sound is very low and when you turn the volume the you don't hear any word. Sometime TV sound itself will go up then down without even touching any remote buttons. I regret my money so bad.

To ensure you have the latest enhancements and updates, please be sure your TV is running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV, it has great picture and sound. The ability to automatically bring every thing I watch into 4k. The pictures are crystal clear. There's no lagging during anything I watch. I chose to use the stand instead of mounting. It has great stability with the stand. I love how thin the screen is, it almost disappears. The ability to add multiple apps is a great plus. Also I added a Xumo box that gives me the ability of even more apps to watch. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a TV of this size. There are newer versions but this one won't break the bank.

5) Tela Super Ultra-wide é uma função suportada a partir dos modelos 2022 do Brasil da linha QLED ou superior, apenas para jogos de PC. Alguns títulos de jogos podem não suportar a função ou estar limitados ao uso desse recurso. A função Super Ultra-wide opera apenas quando conectado ao computador, devendo a resolução do jogo ser de 16:9, 21:9 ou 32:9. Os resultados podem variar de acordo com a resolução de cada jogo. O Menu de Jogos funciona quando conectado ao computador e consoles.

6) A função 'Conforto para sua visão' pode ser ligada ou desligada em Configurações. É necessária conexão com a internet.

7) Soundbar é um produto vendido separadamente. Função compatível com soundbar Samsung modelos Q600 ou superior comercializados no Brasil.

13) Para carregar o controle remoto SolarCell utilizando energia solar, coloque-o virado para cima. Pode ser carregado em um ambiente com luzes internas acesas ou perto de uma janela para absorver a luz solar natural. Se a bateria do controle estiver descarregada, pode carregá-la com um cabo USB-C. Para verificar o nível de bateria restante do controlo remoto, consulte o menu TV (Definições > Geral > Poupança de energia > Bateria disponível do controlo remoto).
