Returned 85” QN90B for this 85” QN85C based on in-store floor model performance of 75”. I give this a 2 stars since it is an improvement from the QN90B, but the 85” screen reflection from room lighting is far worse than the 75”, and from my older Q60. More pixels does not offset bad room light reflection that not only reflects the light, but projects rainbow spectrum streams/smears across the screen (see pics, ref Ticket# 5131915968)

This TV has compatibility issue with PS4. When turn on the TV after playing PS4 we see black squares on screen like split screen. Going to contact support team. Worried about if it will get verse in future. I am sad after spending alot of money. I like QLED 8K and really wanted to switched this high end technology. Other than that no issue and its a really good product.

Wir durften uns zu den wenigen Testern des Samsung 65 Neo OLED 8K TV QN800A zählen und sind absolut überzeugt! Die Lieferung war natürlich schnell und zuverlässig per 2-Mann-Handling. Nun stand dieser, gefühlt riesengroße Karton bei uns im Wohnzimmer... Das Auspacken mit zwei Personen war ein Kinderspiel :) Unsere Tochter hat kräftig mitgeholfen und war hellauf beigeistert von der Größe des Fernsehers. Unser voriger alter Fernseher war 'nur' ein 46 Zoll Gerät, ebenfalls von Samsung. Der Zusammenbau ging mit der bebilderten Anleitung sehr leicht. Selbst unsere Tochter hat die Bilder verstanden und hätte ihn theoretisch allein zusammen bauen können. Somit stand der Fernseher innerhalb weniger Minuten anschlussfertig auf unserem Schrank; wohlgemerkt war er nun schwerer als der alte Fernseher und unser Schrank hat sehr darunter zu kämpfen :) Nun, da das Gerät nun auf seinem zukünftigen Platz steht, haben wir mit der Einrichtung begonnen. Mithilfe der gewählten Fernbedienung war die Einrichtung ein Kinderspiel. Übrigens finde ich die Fernbedienung eine tolle Innovation. Ausgestattet mit einem verbauten Akku, einem Solarpanel und einem USB-C Anschluss zum manuellen Aufladen ist sie zukunftstechnisch perfekt entworfen. Auch die wenigen Tasten sind verständlich und sofort zu verstehen. Für mich als Batteriemuffel perfekt! Nach dem Anschließen der Slim-One-Box auf dem Fuß begann die Einrichtung des Smart-TV. Nach wenigen Minuten war diese schneller abgeschlossen und erledigt als ich schauen konnte. Ich war verblüfft, dass der Fernseher gefühlt alle allein eingestellt hat. Selbst das W-Lan hat sich mittels WPS-Taste inerhalb von Sekunden allein eingestellt. Perfekt... Das Bild nach dem Einrichten der Sat-Sender war schon beeindruckend; zumindest in der ungewohnten Größe. Wir haben unseren 4K-Amazon Stick angeschlossen um auch hochauflösende Filme schauen zu können. Selbst bei 4K-Qualität ist das Bild ein Traum im Gegensatz zu unserem alten Gerät. Aus jeder Perspektive sieht man ein gestochen scharfes Bild. Ich freue mich schon darauf, wenn es den TV-Stick mit 8K gibt, um die volle Auflösung ausprobieren zu können. Der Ton ist sehr gut und dem kristallklarem Klang sehr nahe. Einzig, die einzelnen Lautstärkeschritte könnten größer sein. Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv. Wir haben sie innerhalb von wenigen Minuten begriffen und nun haben wir nur noch eine einzige Fernbedienung. Genau das was ich immer wollte. Selbst der Samsung BluRay Player lässt sich steuern. Über den Preis kann man denken wie man möchte. Das Design spielt bei uns eine wichtige Rolle. Samsung ist und bleibt im Bereich ein Markenführer. Zeitlos elegant und ein perfektes Zusammenspiel von Design und Können. Einzig allein die Energieeffizienzklasse ist mit 'G' angegeben... Ist das in der heutigen Zeit noch überhaupt möglich? Es ist für mich aber kein direkter Minuspunkt, sondern eher ein neutraler Punkt. Fazit: Wir sind super zufrieden und ab sofort auch zukunftstechnisch aufgestellt wenn alle Filme in Richtung 8K gehen. Die Empfehlung ist von unserer Seite auf jeden Fall gegeben! Ein rundum sehr schönes Gerät!

As a family that truly enjoys watching movies and tv shows we are thrilled to be doing so with this beauty. The tv is extremely thin which looks wonderful when hung up on the wall the way we have it. Let’s talk about the remote control, wow how technology has changed! The remote offers the ease of playing the most important platforms with the touch of one button. Additionally no more worries about batteries running out as the new remote included with the tv does not operate on batteries. We are in love with the picture quality, ease of browsing, and sound quality. Keep it up Samsung!

Comprei esse modelo por conta da ótima qualidade 8k e tal , mal completou um ano de uso a Tv apresentou problema e foi substituída por uma outra do mesmo modelo… bom e intenção era que durasse por vários anos ..mas assim que completou um ano novamente da Tv q foi substituída apresentou problema novamente na imagem trêmula e duplicada . A Tv completou um ano agora em março de 2024 e única resposta q me dão é que preciso fazer o pagamento para visita técnica e mais o custo de concerto. Injusto pois ninguém em sã consciência compra uma Tv cara de 10.000$ para durar apenas um ano . Não foi apenas uma Tv já estou na segunda Tv exatamente do mesmo modelo me causando problemas e prejuízo. Não recomendo

NÃO COMPREM! Comprei uma TV Neo Qled 8k da Samsung um dos modelos mais caros existente no mercado na esperança de que tivesse qualidade, a TV com somente 01 ano e meio de uso apresentou problemas na imagem, ao qual fiz um chamado na assistência técnica autorizada, que me informou que a tela estava condenada, que precisaria ser trocada mas que não aeria possível pois esta tela não era mais fabricada. Eu ficando com o prejuízo todo. Eu era um cliente Samsung, vários celulares da linha S, fone de ouvido pro buds, óculos de realidade virtual, soundbar, tudo Samsung, depois disso nunca mais compro nada desta marca e ainda vou desindicar pra todos meus conhecidos.

Após 2 anos de pouco uso, a minha TV Samsung 75 8K Neo QLED, adquirida por R$19.408,25, apresentou um defeito preocupante: simplesmente não liga. Ao contatar o suporte, recebi a decepcionante notícia de que o produto estava fora da garantia. Para minha surpresa, o orçamento para reparo era de R$14.350,00. O próprio técnico da assistência mencionou uma queda na qualidade dos produtos da Samsung, e comentou sobre a crescente insatisfação dos consumidores devido a problemas semelhantes. Uma rápida busca na internet confirmou uma série de relatos idênticos de falhas após um curto período de uso. É lamentável que um produto de alto valor como este não tenha demonstrado durabilidade. Minha experiência com a marca e seu suporte foi extremamente negativa. Discordo veementemente da negativa da garantia e certamente vou buscar meus direitos judicialmente.

Dado el tamaño de la pantalla, puede dividirse para ver simultáneamente varios canales con buena calidad. El montaje es muy sencillo y está muy bien explicado. Además, se configura muy rápido. También me parece muy positivo que el mando se cargue con luz solar y no sea necesario utilizar pilas. En cuanto empiecen a añadir más contenido en 8K podremos aprovechar al máximo este televisor. De todas maneras, en YouTube hay bastantes vídeos con esta calidad para comprobar la gran calidad de imagen que ofrece.

Estamos com problemas em 2 tv´s de 85" 8k,QN85QN800BG. As tv´s vieram com defeito, pixels queimados . A assitencia tecnica, trocou as telas e o defeito persistiu. Autorizaram a troca das tv´s e os problemas persistiram. É um defeito crônico, diagnosticado, laudado. Exigimos a devolução do dinheiro. A samsung analisou o caso, concedeu a devolução e depois voltou atrás. Estamos há 8 meses nesta luta. Não conseguimos passar do atendente do 4004-0000. Abrimos diversos protocolos. Só cabe agora a levar à justiça para que o art 18 do codigo do consumidor seja cumprido.

Inacreditavel, estou profundamente decepcionado com a SAMSUNG. A Tv é quase o valor de um carro e durou 1 ano e meio! Comprei o produto na loja da Fast Shop, paguei quase 30 mil reais, e agora estou com uma TV totalmente inutilizável em casa. Solicitei a visita de um técnico pra avaliar o que houve, o mesmo constatou que o problema é relacionado ao Display da TV, valor para reparo R$ 13 mil reais! É uma verdadeiro absurdo!!! O pior é que há inumeros relatos na internet com o mesmo problema, ou seja, caracteriza Vício Oculto... Aí a gente liga no suporte e qual é a resposta? Senhor como sua TV está fora do período de garantia, neste caso, não podemos fazer nada. Absurdo!!!

I used the SmartThings app from Samsung and hooking up everything was simple. After a few minutes I powered her up and was just floored. Big, beautiful display. I'm buying a new stereo to join this up and know that I'm future proofed (until next year). As for what we watch, we watch everything. I love the HDR on Netflix and the new animated movies look gorgeous. Sports on this big beast are awesome to watch (hook 'em). Playing the new Ratchet & Clank on the PS5 is like playing a Pixar game. The TV comes with brightness set all the way up, you're going to want to turn that down. Seriously, it was like staring at the sun. This is normal so just make the tweak to what looks good for you and yours. I really don't know what else to say. Get it already.

I upgraded from a 10-year-old plasma tv so my experience with the 65” QN800A Samsung Neo QLED TV has been awesome. Amazing picture quality, the remote control is very chic, love the brightness. Please check the pictures I attached. Highly impressed with new features that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Such as multi-view and the auto-detect GameMode. The sound quality is perfect and I don't need to get a soundbar. The audio is smart and it is automatically adjusted based on the scene. In addition to hardware, the new design is really smart that doesn't need any extension. You can easily AirPlay your phone on TV, or watch any of the TV apps of your interest. Samsung TV is another benefit of this TV that you can watch several channels for free. Another feature that also made me really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. I highly recommended it to all my family friends

I have several apps with a paid subscription that I cannot install due to not being available via Samsung app store. There is no way to install apps via USB flash drive. This is a huge issue for me. 2. When I change from one app to the other the TV will have no sound until I go into settings and changes the output source to the same one it was already on even though it worked perfectly before the app change. This is VERY annoying! If these issues were resolved I would change my rating to 5 stars.

Depois de 1 ano e 5 meses de uso, a TV passou a desligar sozinha. Em contato com a autorizada, solicitei uma visita técnica e descobri que a garantia era de apenas um ano. Por estar fora da garantia, me foi cobrado $100,00 reais pela visita e o técnico condenou a TV a uma troca de tela por $3.800,00 reais. Ocorre que não há qualquer problema na tela, a TV simplesmente desliga sozinha quando bem entende. Para um produto tão caro, por volta de $12.000,00, torna-se extremamente curto seu tempo útil de durabilidade. Lamentável. Samsung nunca mais.

Una vez instalada la tele en casa, tienes que conectarte a internet y crear tu cuenta para personalizar tu experiencia con la tele, todo es muy intuitivo y puedes hacerlo sin necesidad de leer el manual, aunque es muy recomendable hacerlo. Luego escoger tu asistente personal, en mi caso es Alexa, que hace las cosas mucho más fáciles para seleccionar aplicaciones, programas o canales, sin necesidad de coger el mando a distancia pues solo con la voz tienes acceso. El mando a distancia me sorprendió mucho, porque se puede cargar con usb y te ahorras el tener que estar adquiriendo pilas para su utilización. El sonido de la televisión es espectacular, tanto para escuchar música como para ver tus programas; es claro hasta cuando subes mucho el volumen. De primera calidad. Por último y no menos importante la calidad de imagen me tiene impresionada, aunque aún no he visto ninguna película o serie en 8K, las que están disponibles en 4K la calidad de imagen es surrealista, los detalles y las transiciones son perfectas. Muero de ganas por ver ya programación en 8K y disfrutar de todo el potencial de mi tele nueva.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first model of this TV that I got did not work at all. It power cycled on and off continuously and had to be replaced. The second model I got worked. However, both models had a design flaw with the back panel. As you can see in the picture at the bottom right of the TV in the back the glue is coming off. Both TVs had this problem. It is possible that after years of heat the glue may become worse in the back and may need to be re-glued. The last negative that I have with this model, as you can see from the picture, is that if you are mounting it the mounting brackets go right over the plug that is required to connect to the circuit board. Spacers are required to not pinch the cable to the circuit board. Now onto the good news, this TV has excellent picture quality. The built-in speakers are better than any of my other Samsung TVs, and I have several. The 8K quality is outstanding. It almost gives a 3-D view. It gives the depth of people's faces and brilliant colors in high definition. Though it may have some design flaws I would highly recommend this TV. I received this TV product with a discount for an honest review

After those it's all flat panels from a bunch of different brands but for price and solid value on quality items it's Samsung for me... I'm not very brand conscious but there are a few and Samsung is already at the top of the list and I'll possibly buy their next generation if and when I might want it and can afford it... Not the world's finest but very very good because I've never had a technical issue or warranty problem: pretty good after 60 years or so, right?

The directional sound is superb. Can't wait for 8k content to be more vastly available. The difference between 4k to 8k is not huge but it is noticeable. The 8k content looks amazing and so does 4k upscale.I really like all the features it has Samsung TV plus, object tracking sound and the infinity one design is superb. The bezel is barely noticeable which is great I like the simplistic minimal design. Not to mention no more messy cords with the one connect box. The response when navigating the apps is fast no lagging at all the Samsung smart system is very responsive. I like that the remote can either be charged via USB or solar I do however wish it was back-lit. The anti reflective screen is amazing. No more fighting for the perfect spot on the couch the movies look great from any angle. The only negative is my sound bar is not compatible however I'm looking forward to adding a q symphony one. I really cool feature I like is Samsung Health is built in. You simply connect a webcam to the TV to workout at home and join fitness classes without buying a dedicated device. No more gym membership. My family and I really love our TV and I'm sure everyone who gets one will love it too, highly recommend.

Para empezar el montaje del televisor es sencillo entre 2 personas. El diseño sigue la tendencia actual, marcó fino y pantalla muy final. La imagen es lo esperado en un televisor de alta gama, excepcional. Me falta probar la imagen 8k, pero estoy segura que será increíble. En cuanto al sonido, es muy bueno, pero he notado que en algunas películas de acción a bajo volumen (alrededor de 20), el sonido no es del todo nítido, se percibe una pequeña vibración en el sonido. El mando tiene sus puntos positivos y negativos. Como punto positivo el diseño, el cargador por USB C, la carga solar y los botones de acceso rápido a las plataformasde streaming. Como punto negativo la falta de botones numéricos para seleccionar rápidamente los canales y que el botón del volumen es demasiado sensible por lo que si no tienes cuidado puedes subir el volumen en exceso. El smart hub es muy intuitivo. La conectividad con el dispositivo móvil es muy sencillo. Tan solo te tienes que descargar un par de aplicaciones en la smart tv y listo. En definitiva, la televisión tiene muchos más aspectos positivos que negativos, por lo cual la recomendaré a mis conocidos y amigos que estén interesados en un televisor de alta gama.

Não compre esta TV se tiver amor ao seu dinheiro, comprei a minha em maio de 2022 e já começou a apresentar problemas em dezembro 2023, menos de 2 anos de uso. A TV liga e desliga sozinha, após contato com o suporte samsung precisei pagar R$150,00 para avaliar o problema. Foi passado que o problema é no display e que custa o valor de uma nova para consertar. Suporte da samsung informou que não poderia fazer nada porque esta fora da garantia, abri uma reclamação no consumidor.gov e a samsung esta me cozinhando lá, com retorno que não diz nada com nada, ou seja, vou precisar ir para a justiça para ter meus direitos, uma vez que este problema é um vicio do produto. Gente, pesquisem bem antes de comprar uma TV da samsung, a minha vai para o lixo com apenas 19 meses de uso.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having just moved house we wanted a larger tv to go on the wall and the Samsung NEO QLED 8k hasn’t disappointed! It arrives in a massive box but, once unpacked, is relatively simple to get the support stand (if not wall mounted) configured. The box setup at the back to tidy up the cables is useful and a nice feature but not really a deal breaker for a tv. Once plugged in the actual TV set up is simple with options to use the remote to set up or do it via smartphone using a QR code. The tv configuration was very quick to set up and be ready to use. Now to the bit most people are interested in, the picture quality! It is amazing. For a large 65” screen, the detail and precision is very impressive. When watching programs about nature and wildlife it's like the animals are right in front of you and when watching scenes which are darker in films, you can see more of what is going on as the picture is clearer and, obviously, larger. Plenty of inbuilt apps and features to use like split screen which we haven’t used yet. The sound quality is, in my opinion, great however my husband has plugged in a soundbar anyway. All in all, if you’re a non tech wizard like myself then this tv is great to just plug in and go but it also has fantastic features to delve a bit deeper in to as well. Is it worth the hefty price tag? Only time will tell. Next time I’m at a house with regular HD channels then I’d probably say yes definitely!

Colors are so much brighter and more vibrant. When we watch shows we have seen before the video looks more like live images or you are looking through a window. The TV sound is excellent. We had a mid-range audio bar but my husband and I like the sound of the TV better than the sound bar , nice surprise. It actually fills the room with a near multi-speaker theater sound experience. The remote control is very chic, I attached the pic of remote to this review. The more interesting part of this remote control is solar cell panel at the back of it. It is so smart. The TV includes a free Samsung TV app with its own live channels and movies. Apps are conveniently lined up in a row, and they have almost every app I could want. The new design is really smart that doesn't need any extension directly to the TV. It is easy to cast videos from my phone or laptop. It has enough ports for all of my devices. Moreover, it has new features such as multi-view and the auto-detect game mode that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Another feature that also made us really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. Then we don't need to get a new TV stand. I posted several pics and video to share my experience with you. Also, we are waiting to receive the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine, then we may ask our friends to come and watch movie with our exciting TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after needing a new TV for some time, we decided to go ahead and purchase the Samsung 65QN800B Neo QLED 8K HDR Smart TV and it didn’t disappoint! The only reason my review didn’t quite make it to 5 stars was only because the initial set up of the parts to create the TV we’re not totally foolproof and the instructions were not the easiest to follow as the parts (although labelled on the instructions), we’re not labelled on the actual parts (see picture of instructions below). There was also an issue connecting to Alexa, but did eventually figure this out! The TV is a super size, and allows everyone in the room to view the screen and see the awesome picture it gives you! You really do notice the difference though going from UHD to normal tv as the quality is just so clear in UHD! The TV is compatible with all apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime etc and was very easy to set up after the initial installation. It also registered my product with Samsung for me also during set up to take up the 5 year warranty on the TV that it comes with. The controllers are easy to use, and it actually comes with a solar powered remote too, so no need to constantly keep changing batteries! The picture as I mention is crystal clear and there is even a mode for the evenings to change to called ‘eye optimisation’ which basically dims the screen in the evening if required. There are also different options with sound to, from standard to amplified which also made a difference. So glad we purchased this TV, and really looking forward to seeing how it performs with more and more 8k quality programmes coming through.

Purchased this TV 3 months ago (July 2024-Oct. 2024) after my last samsung tv died after less than 3 years. I had hoped my last tv was an outlier. I was wrong. This new tv already has a burned in image! A tv that isn't supposed to let that happen. A TV program was watched for less than an hour before the afterimage stuck. Not some static picture. Different scenes and Commercials, etc. I drove 6 hours to buy this tv because my local store didn't have one and spent more $$$$ than usual on a tv because I was expecting to own it for 5-10 years. Didn't get 5 months. We even have Samsung phones...Looks like it's time to make a change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this tv. Easy setup instructions. I enjoy the ambient mode and personalized screens. I downloaded the smarthings app which is free to download to be able to put pictures from my phone onto the tv. It displays up to 50 pictures on the tv. I uploaded them from phone and it displayed them one at a time changing the picture about every 20 seconds(The picture below is of my husband and son roasting marshmallows over the fire is one of the personalized pictures I sent to the tv). While in the smartThings app you have to sign up or sign in with your samsung login. Then it finds your tv easily through your wifi connection. From there every time you open the app your tv will be displayed then you just click on your tv. From there it app allows you to use it as a remote, to change from artwork or personal pictures in ambient mode, switch between apps, and universal guide showing you tv and movie recommendations. Watching the latest movies on this is beautiful. This is the 4k120hz screen I have been waiting for. Zero connection or display errors which you will find on other brands. The simple console connection design makes input connections easy. I love that the remote is solar charged so no batteries! The hub box works awesome to keep all the wires that you hook up to the tv out of the way so it doesn't look so messy. I also went under my iphone settings and bluetooth and found the tv. I clicked on it and connected it to my tv which was listed. This allowed me to play music from my phone right on the tv easily! It plays a background display while music plays or you can make the music box smaller at the top screen while you do other stuff on the tv as well. I also like you can add apps and rearrange them according to how you use them. We use our tv for gaming, streaming from phone, watching movies/tv, etc. Everything looks so good on it!

Definitely worth spending a little bit more and buy the quality stuff that you won’t regret to have for years! I originally had a 75 inch but upgraded to 85! I love watching movies on it and I have my friends and coworkers wanting to come over to my house to watch movies and games! This TV also has great responsiveness for gaming as well! I had one small issue with my previous Q80 75inch TV’s screen but it was covered under warranty and really a painless process! Samsung’s customer service was great and I will be their customer for many years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 8K Samsung QN800B is spectacular. Setup was a breeze with the software and the SmartThings app on my phone. It quickly recognized all my HDMI devices without any issue. Wi-Fi setup and registration was completed in a matter of minutes. The remote is recharged via solar or usb-c which is a great step forward. Picture: The picture is amazing for all types of content. 4K and of course 8K content are fantastic. Standard HD content is also raised to another level by this tv. There are details within the everyday tv and movie content that you wouldn’t believe has been there the whole time. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep and dark, and the highlights are bright. This tv is very bright, but not so bright to be overwhelming and makes HDR content even more amazing. We have watched multiple movies across almost all the available apps and haven’t been disappointed. Sound: Paired with the Samsung Q900A soundbar using Q-symphony, the tv and soundbar are in perfect sync. They complement each other perfectly for regular tv and movies. eARC allows for Dolby Atmos on all the apps that support. The tv speakers alone are good but for the full surround experience a soundbar or additional home theater setup would be suggested. Gaming: The game bar is a great feature not available on my old Samsung Q7 and adds great customization options when you are gaming. 120 4K gaming is awesome. I have had no issues with either of my next gen consoles . VRR (variable refresh rate) is another feature that makes gaming on this tv spectacular. I am looking forward to the future software update that will add the gaming hub to see what else this tv can do for my gaming experiences. Synopsis: This is the best tv I have ever owned. With the built in features and picture processing power this tv is future proof and makes the premium price, but after spending time with it, I would be willing to pay the premium for it. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung QN800A is a masterpiece of technology and really brings the concept of a TV to a whole new level. Starting with the design, this tv is slender with only a 0.7" width it is the first truly flat tv monitor I've ever seen. There is barely a bezel and what bezel is there is where the sound terminated from. It is such a simple yet elegant design that will look amazing in any room. Samsung has outdone itself with the design. The TV is able to be so thin and flat because the components, hookups, and power are all external in the One Connect which attaches with a single very thin wire. It's an engineering marvel and quite an accomplishment to send all the signals and power through a wire that is not even a 1/4" in circumference! This feature alone makes the TV worth purchasing as it allows the Samsung QN800A to hang on a wall and all your devices can be in a cabinet with just a single wire to the TV. This is perfect for those of us that want to keep everything neat and hide away all the clutter and mess of wires. Once you turn on the TV you will notice the picture quality and brightness, everything is sharp and vibrant and what you would expect from 8K. I didn't have any 8K content to test but it seems to upscale the content very well and 4K content looks mesmerizing. The TV remote is small and simple to use with an interface that is intuitive to use and works well. I really liked the Samsung TV Plus which provides a bunch of live TV channels and is the answer for the cord-cutters out there. The content is great and I feel like it's a perfect replacement to cable or satellite programming and the future.. It even comes with a Guide so you can pick and choose what you want to watch easily. The Multiview feature is really interesting, you can watch multiple programs at a time and switch which audio you listen to while watching multiple shows. It will make Football season even better. Also with the Smart Things integration, all my other Samsung devices like the Powerbot vacuum and washer and dryer show up and are available, it is the hub for a truly smart home! Samsung has done an amazing job and at the top of their game. This is the best TV I've ever experienced and the features technology, and style just can't be beaten.

Ela foi instalada na sexta feira día 10/12/2021 as 12h e no sábado a tarde a TV começou a apresentar um problema de imagem duplicada e desligamento recorrente! Acionei a loja pelo SAC e orientaram que acionasse a assistência técnica Samsung que recebeu a informação e cadastrou o pedido para a assistência local entrar em contato! Pasmem estou com uma TV linda e cara na sala sem funcionar! A assistência disse que solicitou a peça de reposição e o prazo era de 7 a 10 dias (Estou morando no polo industrial de Manaus) onde as TV são montadas/fabricadas

It's bright, easy to set up, and contrast is good. Colors are vibrant and there's enough adjustability in settings to tweak the brigtness and contrast to your preference. Cons: reflective screen shows clearly lights and windows/doors and bright light sources easily compared to the 90 series variant (use a tiltable wall mount to minimize this issue). Dolby Atmos sound settings I can't get to work paired with a high end Samsung sound bar that has Dolby Atmos. The solar powered remote works but buttons are limited and I wish it was a little larger (small remote).

The picture quality on this TV is absolutely phenomenal, and even the audio is superb. I really like the 55” size TV for my living room, it fits perfectly and the picture quality is so clear, detailed and vibrant. The graphics, color, and contrast are all on point as well! The remote control is another impressive addition to this TV as it’s a SolarCell Remote that features a solar panel for charging and a built in microphone to use with your voice assistant. And as you can see, this is another Spongey approved product! This is our favorite TV yet :).

10 dias após o recebimento da TV, percebi o um ruído nas baixas frequências (graves), mesmo em volumes menores. A princípio, acreditei ser defeito no auto falante. Porém, analisando o painel traseiro do aparelho, percebi um abaulamento do mesmo e a total ausência de fixação, fazendo com o que o mesmo vibrasse e produzisse ruído desagradáveis. Acionada a assistência técnica da SANSUMG, a mesma não resolveu o problema, limitando-se a suprimir os "graves" do aparelho, para minimizar a vibração do painel. Recusaram-se a proceder a troca do aparelho ou a substituição do painel traseiro. Como consumidor assíduo da marca, fiquei decepcionado com a aquisição, pois o produto não entrega a experiência sonora prometida, restando evidente a falha de projeto no produto.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is beautiful! The color saturation is so bright and vibrant. Next to my other 4k 120hz tv there is no comparison to quality. All of my gaming consoles look and feel amazing. It is very refreshing to have this TV that has no input or video formatting issues. Be it switching gaming console inputs or surfing my apps everything runs seamlessly. The app setup and organization is helpful, keeping my most used apps ready to launch. The Samsung TV Plus feature was a cool surprise. Live free TV and endless OnDemand options easily watched with any internet connection. Overall I have been please with this unit. Setup was simple and the connection hub routing all my connection is great. I have my hub on lower shelf in TV stand near all my devices and tv on top shelf and it helps with wire clutter for sure.

Right from setting up the TV in our living room, we found it extremely simple to mount to our wall, alongside integrating a soundbar. We’re also big fans of the One Connect box as it enhances cable management. It must be mentioned that the picture quality is outstanding. Whilst giving a cinematic experience, it’s arguably the sharpest and brightest picture we’ve seen and the 8k upscaling is impressive. The TV OS makes for seamless navigation, and as we enjoy watching Netflix and Prime Video, we consider it a highly important aspect. The default sound settings are acceptable. Overall, the TV is highly impressive, and it is worth the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of Samsung products and have own quite a few. Setup... Out the box this was easy to setup and was was watching TV within 10 mins. Having owned previous models of Samsung TVs it somehow knew the settings from my TV once I had logged in, then from there it set everything up from my phone and tuned in my Freesat channels in no time. This also synced up with my soundbar automatically. Usage This is a lot faster than previous models as the menu screen loads almost immediately from hitting the power button. Apps The TV comes preloaded with all the usual apps like Netflix/Amazon/Disney etc and has loads of additional ones you can load like Plex for streaming from your home PC/media centre. I was also surprised that this had Xbox and Geforce gaming build in and the TV will connect to a Xbox controller so you can game online.

The HD is truly high definition, and the colours and pixels are fantastic and super clear, you feel like you are fully immersed. The TV is ultra-thin so does not take up much space and comes with 2 remote controls. The 1st remote; the larger one is operated by batteries and has pre-set buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus and Disney+. The 2nd smaller remote has very few buttons so is minimalist but also has the same 4 pre-set buttons. This remote is charged via USB or via the Solar Cell on the back which just needs to be exposed to light to extend the battery. It was easy to set up the TV and to connect to all the different apps. I am very impressed with this TV, my last TV was Samsung, but this has exceeded my expectations due to the superior quality viewing which has made my TV viewing more pleasurable.

The only thing that I have issues with is when the picture is shot in a dark environment it’s very hard to see dimensionsAnd characters. That is the only thing that is disappointing you can’t really tell what’s on the screen if it’s a dark movie. I also enjoy how easy it is to stream on the different apps that’s on the television. It’s a very seamless process. This is my fourth Samsung TV. Currently I have four of them in the home. I am very satisfied with the product and brand.

A TV é bonita, e as configurações sao bem intuitivas, mas os elogios param por aí. Chegou com defeito, travava e em seguida desligava e ligava sozinha. Esquenta muito, reinicia sozinha, o som é baixo, a resolução não é tudo isso e por fim tem um grupo no Facebook, com mais de 16mil pessoas com problemas com diversos modelos da Samsung. Uma vergonha para uma empresa desse tamanho!

The picture is just fantastic, there aren't words to describe it. I keep inviting friends over to see it because I can't capture how clear the screen is with my phone camera. The large number of inputs is also a huge bonus. No more jostling around behind the tv to switch between game consoles. They can all stay plugged in! We have it hooked up to a soundbar and subwoofer which makes our room into a theater, but the tv's speakers themselves are great, which you don't often find in thin tv's. This tv also comes with apps for exercising, and background art that are pretty cool. The split screen features is awesome. I can't wait to learn more about this tv as time goes on. The clarity is just amazing, and the blacks are so black. I look forward to many hours spent in front of it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the picture and sharpness of the tv. It’s great for sports, movies, and everyday use. The remote is a weak spot and somewhat difficult to use. For example, there is not a button to select input and you have to keypress several times to get to inputs. Also there is a reflection issue when any light is reflected on the screen from behind, see picture. The viewing angle is very good and I don’t have any loss of picture when viewed at a 45 degree angle. One final observation is that if you are going to mount the tv on a vertical support, the base cannot be used and therefore you can’t place a soundbar directly below as advertised, or use the wire organizer on the base.

First off the TV is only about an inch thick and weights in at a svelte 38 lbs, which is so incredible compared to tvs even a few years old. The shipping box was slightly beat up but the screen was in perfect condition. I had someone mount it for me as I was worried I'd damage it. Once powered on the TV was extremely easy to ste up as it did almost all the work for you and having 4 hdmi ports it was smart enough to figure out what was plugged into it. Spectrum claims it supports Samsung tvs but the connection between the cable box and the TV is tenuous at best. Picture quality is excellent but my cable box only supports 1080p so I need to upgrade to actually make the most of the televisions picture. Hence the 4 stars. I'm still trying to play with the picture settings as Samsungs settings are a little jarring to my eyes.

The bezel of the tv had a little scratch on it about 8MM at the bottom, I think it might have happened while being shipped! Other from that it's nice to watch and Xbox is good to play on it. The picture and sound quality is fantastic. I was a bit disappointed with the scratch on the bezel. I tried to search for something to repair the scratch but got no where!

let me start out with the picture. the picture is top notch, but why the 1 star... i just came from a 65" q800t series qled 8k tv that was a total nightmare, so many problems with that model (check the forums before you buy) and they actually bought the tv back from and and gave me a refund to purchase this neo qled tv. now this thing has a major issue and its with sound. the sound just goes out or it makes what sounds like ticking noises and have to keep changing the sound from auto to pass-through then to pcm and back to auto for the sound to come back on. this is insane coming from 2 of the most top of the line tv's they make. also while checking the forums other people are having the same issues.

The TV is super thin but there is an auxiliary box on the back where your components get plugged in to ultimately adding to the thickness if youre mounting to the wall in a low profile mount. however, it's great if your components are placed remotely, and you only need to run one proprietary cable and you can save on highe end HDMI and optical cables in shorter lengths. The picture is amazing. There are some qwerks that I am still working with after two weeks such as the eArc HDMI repeatedly turning on different components such as my Xbox One when I am not playing the xbox. I did receive this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

The TV has great pictures in the daytime and nighttime. When I was considering a new TV, I had to make sure that picture quality was top tier, due to the amount of lighting in my living room. After reading reviews and researching, I knew samsung couldn't let me down. I use this TV everyday for the past year for sports, movies, playing game consoles. I particular really enjoy that film maker mode which enhances the movie effect and can not forget about the game mode it has for game consoles which is an outstanding feature. Overall I am satisfied with the TV, I suggest purchasing this particular model.

i had the 75 inch 8k tv for more than a year now. spent 3k for the tv and see no worth in it. my 4 year old 4k tv has better quality. first the dark backrounds are very pixilated and has lots of blue color. cant watch a dark movie without complaining. i turned on the intelligent feature and clarity mode. nothing seems to fix it. second is the streaming quality. i have speeds of 700gbps but the tv seems to always freeze and have issues. i need to use my apple tv to get best quality and best streaming. overall i felt like it was a waste of money compared to the lower price, older, but better quality 4k tv. dont buy this tv. go cheaper 4k

Eu já tinha uma TV Sansung 45 pol 4 k, com One Connect e achava ótima a tecnologia por ter cabo longo (mais de 15 metros) e estava instalada na minha sala com sistema no gap com todos os cabos e fios distantes. Decidi trocar por uma TV maior, comprei a de 75 polegadas e 8 k para ser usada na mesma sala. Para a minha surpresa o cabo que vem na TV tem apenas 2,5 metros. Simplesmente não há como instalar. eu teria que mudar toda a arquitetura e marcenaria da sala para adaptar. O apelo dessa TV é justamente ela ser uma "obra de arte", e o one connect deixar todos os fios e aparelhos distantes da TV. Isso simplesmente não é possível com apenas 2,5 m. E não há cabos mais longos para comprar. O atendimento da Samsung on line foi MUITO insatisfatório. Eu comprei a TV em agosto do ano passado e ainda está na caixa. Queria uma posição oficial da Samsung a respeito. Repensem muito se querem essa "obra de arte" ligada bem perto de cabos, fios, e aparelhos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twelve months into living with this set I have found settings that make it watchable at night. The attempt to make a brighter led TV has been overdone for older viewers using the TV at night. I bought it because with floor to ceiling glass walls on 3 sides, the room is bright in daytime but at night it's not possible to reduce the TV's brightness enough to stop feeling 'assaulted' by the popping overall brightness. The only settings that work to reduce brightness somewhat are Filmmaker or Movie modes. However, picture quality when brightness is reduced is good. Note though, that viewing off-centre results in increasing levels of washed out colour.

The TV was easy to unbox, with clear instructions on mounting either on the included stand or on the wall. The TV itself was easy to set up and create a Samsung account. The included apps are fun, and who knew you could exercise side by side with Jillian Michaels in your own home? As for the picture, it is like having a theater in your living room. We have it connected to our soundbar, and it is truly a theater experience! The images are so bright and clear, and the blacks are rich and deep. It's a treat for your eyes to experience the amazing picture quality. The TV menu is easy to navigate and intuitive. The solar remote is genius! All remotes should have this feature. It really is an amazing piece of technology, and I'm thrilled to own it. I love just turning on Youtube and watching their 8K and 4K content. Truly magnificient! The included art apps for the screen are also cool, and a great added feature. After a week of ownership, I'm sure I haven't begun to scratch the surface of what this TV is capable of, and I look forward to experimenting and learning about all of it's features.

Not a smart TV. Any cheap android plug-in box is capable of everything that this TV can't. There are only 4 supported web cameras. And they are not the best. Skype is not supported. Glitch with selecting an audio stream and subtitles if movie is paused is not fixed for several years already. Number of unsupported apps is HUGE. All because of a gread. You have to pay samsung or your app will not be supported. I'm pretty sure ny next TV will not be a Samsung. Never again I want to deal with that overadvertised half-ready product that doesn't support basic functionalities of cheapest no-name competitors. Any other smart TV would be better.

It recognized all the devices immediately and asked for the proper order and setup of each device. The two things I’m struggling with are the TV turns the game console on automatically but we can’t figure out how to turn and keep it off. I’m sure there’s a way but just haven’t had the time to deep dive as it’s not that big of an issue. Volume control also doesn’t work two ways as the TV remote doesn’t appear to have an options method to co trip a receiver. I purchased this TV at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

Comprei a TV QN65QN800BGXZD com one connect e funcionou exatamente tudo bem durante 12 meses e meio. "Surpreendentemente", após o período de garantia o one connect parou de funcionar para todas as entradas HDMI, olhando no mercado livre, custa 3 mil um usado. Paguei 13k em uma TV descartável, depois para minha surpresa pesquisei um pouco mais sobre o one connect e está cheio de reclamações na internet. NÃO comprem TV samsung.

The graphics when you're watching movies or sports and also playing games makes you feel like you're actually involved. I love the slim remote control because it fits perfectly in my hand and also how I can control my TV with my phone as well. The audio is crystal clear and it's not muffled like other brands are and I bet it'll sound even better once I hook my surround sound system up to it. I love the movie theater experience it gives when you're watching the latest releases, I wish it was in 3D or had 3D capabilities. Buying this TV was a great decision and it doesn't disappoint and I can't wait to explore all that it has to offer.

Comprei o produto em no final de 2022, depois de um tempo começou a apresentar umas faixas verticais pretas, dead pixel, acionei a assistência, necessitei substituir o display, ainda na garantia, voltou a apresentar a mesma falha, sútil e recentemente desligou completamente mostrando uma tela azul, variando com tela preta e som de saudação, fica num loop eterno. Acionei a assistência, estiveram na minha residência, fizeram uma análise breve, sem seguir nenhum protocolo, sem testar cabos, sem testar uconnect, dando um diagnóstico de “tipo um curto”, informando que estava fora da garantia, repassando um orçamento para troca do display no valor de 19k, custo da mesma TV nova. Inúmeras reclamações no Procon e Reclame aqui do mesmo problema, caracterizando vício oculto. NÃO COMPRE SAMSUNG, NENHUM MODELO DESTA TECNOLIGIA NEO QLED 8K, não vale o investimento e a dor de cabeça.

My wife and I were ready to install a TV in our bedroom and I have to admit the picture quality is amazing. The ease of setting it up was quick and simple. It was literally plug and play. The remote is small and sleek yet it's still functional. The TV itself is thin and doesn't take up much room at all. Bright and vivid colors emerge as you power on the device. The sound on this TV is excellent and doesn't require you to connect a sound bar to it. My wife an I are extremely happy to have this TV in our bedroom and we highly recommend this television to those searching for one.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the setup process was, screw on the foot of the TV, and it was good to go. The cable management design was also impressive, keeping everything neat and tidy. The initialization process was super easy and fast. I was even able to unbox and set it all up during my lunch break at work painlessly. One of the most significant surprises for me was the speakers on the QN85C. I was blown away by how good they are, delivering high-quality sound that enveloped my room beautifully. It’s great that I can use the Q-Symphony feature paired with a soundbar for a full theatre experience but for now the built-in speakers are impressive on their own. However, what really sets this TV apart is its picture quality. The visuals are incredibly lifelike and vibrant. The Neo QLED backlighting tech enhances contrast and black levels, making dark scenes more detailed and textured. The 120Hz refresh rate makes gaming super smooth and responsive visually. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the TV for a couple of weeks now and it truly has a WOW effect. But it probably mostly comes from 85 inch size more than anything else. The picture quality is amazing. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the TV required nearly none setting up in terms of picture as all the colours set up automatically. The Tv mode also changes automatically when a gaming console is connected, the colours on gaming mode are way more vibrant and bright. It certainly is a brilliant TV but I dare to say that unless you have a much worse quality TV directly next to it to compare, you won’t notice the difference that much. And perhaps the price point of this TV means it’s a waste of money for majority of people if you can buy the same size TV for a fraction of the price. Couple negatives from me, the TV is meant to connect to the Smart Things app that would allow you to control the TV from your phone. This doesn’t work and no matter how many times I re-downloaded the app it just fails to connect - maybe it’s a phone thing. Secondly, we have hanged the TV on the wall - we used inexpensive wall bracket from an online retailer, not Samsung branded so perhaps that’s where the issue is. Putting the Tv on the bracket was straightforward, heavy but doable. However the TV is so slim and the HDMI and USB ports are very close to the middle of the TV that once you hang it they are completely inaccessible. That’s a huge shame as I like to plug in an external drive to the TV and watch films this way but it seems that unless we buy a Tv wall bracket that protrudes more from the wall (if that’s even a thing), we will never be able to plug anything in and removing the Tv from the wall bracket is just too much hassle - especially since it weights over 40 kilograms!

Add in the real depth enhancer feature and images fell like they surround you. The 8k processor was made to keep up with this level of picture excellence - everything we watch flows smoothly and seamlessly. I love how slim the TV is as it just hugs the wall and matches the minimalist decor of our home. The Dolby Atmos Object Tracking sound really finishes off the TV watching experience - sound comes at you from every direction with crystal clear quality.

Although the price was high, I am very happy with my purchase. The tv is slim and streamline and the features are amazing. There are honestly so many features and cool abilities on this TV. I love the additional Samsung Tv plus channels too, so many extra channels that I did not know I would be getting. It is perfect for gaming, watching movies, and even the artwork that can be displayed in standby mode is perfect. The colours and picture quality are stunning and it's just so easy to immerse yourself in a movie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I really like to have movie nights at home as well as to play video games. So Screen quality is something super important to us. When we got our 75" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8K Smart TV we were in awe. For starters this TV is MASSIVE, it's amazing and the fact that it's ultra thin adds to it's aesthetics. Even though it's thin this TV is heavy and it comes with a heavy duty Tv stand (vs getting two legs). We ended up mounting ours to the wall.) You'll need two people to help carry and lift the TV for sure! The screen quality is always clear, crisp, precise, and you feel like you're on set of any movie you're watching. The sound is incredible as well! It really makes you feel like you're not going to miss anything; it's very clear! Set up was fairly quick and easy. I am not for one to have cords running all over (usually) and being exposed so I was very please to see this TV has the slim one connect feature. You have one cord plug into the TV and all other cords plug into a little box that you're able to mount on the back of the stand or on the back of the TV depending on how your set up is configured. We really like how the "home" feature includes a bunch of Samsung apps; however we do wish it supported non-Samsung apps as well. Perhaps there will be an update on that in the future which would be awesome. Alexa or google assist being built in is an awesome feature, we tend to use Alexa to turn the volume up and down when we don't want to reach for the remote. Speaking of the remote I love that it self charges via light! (and if you need a little extra boost you're able to plug it in to charge it up as well.) I love this because now we don't have to worry about changing the batteries all the time. The settings are awesome, straight forward to figure out, and not too crazy but they're enough for you to really customize the TV how you see fit. There's no lag behind the TV either, everything happens in real time and when you're waiting for something to load or pop up you barely have time to blink. If you're on the fence about purchasing this TV I promise you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend it.

Comprei o produto em junho/2021. Estou muito satisfeita com o aparelho. Achei rápida para processar comandos, aplicativos de streaming, a apresentação dos conteúdos, a interação com o celular, adorei o recurso de manter a tela no último streaming visto. Gostei do som porém fica uma perfeição com Soundbar Samsung HW-Q950A. No início a sincronia com o som e o som foram ruins, mas o sistema foi atualizando e está perfeito. O controle tem bateria solar e tbm recarregável na energia. Em 6 meses fiz 2 cargas usando o cabo. Não gostei do comando de voz para acessar recursos da TV, acho mais fácil usar o controle. Uso o comando de voz no YouTube, aí sim achei útil. A imagem é excelente. Nos filmes quando tem aqueles cortes instantâneos, em que a tela fica preta e volta com emoção, é perfeito. Escurece mesmo! Sem nenhuma luz traseira da TV. O ambiente fica escuro como na sala de cinema. Amei a imagem da TV, cores, etc. TV é linda. Recomendo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unboxing the Samsung 65” NEO QLED 65QN800B is relatively simple but it does require 2 people. The picture-only instruction manual tells you to find a flat surface [with a blanket or sheet on top] to place the TV on, in order to assemble the stand.This is a heavier TV than most models but that just speaks to the excellent build quality. Once I had the Samsung on the TV bench, I got to work with the One Connect box to plug in my Sky box, PS4 and Wii. The One Connect box sits on the back of the stands – it doesn’t lock into place, but it does feel sturdy once it’s resting. Easy to put together and feels solid, however the design of the rear to hold the One Connect box could have been more secure. The TV itself looks amazing. The two sets of 4 speakers at the rear really stood out for me and the silver perforated bezel makes the TV look premium. The only negative for me is that it took me ages to figure out that you can’t have the Intelligent mode on and configure Movie Mode. Calibration via a Smart phone is really worthwhile but if you can find the time to calibrate this manually then you’ll end up with some amazing results. The home hub gives you Samsung TV for free, Samsung Fitness and there's even the option multi-view (I can imagine gaming on one screen and watching YouTube on another for all the walk-throughs and hacks!) Picture Quality – this is all subjective as to whether you prefer heavier contrasts or a brighter picture with more detail. The only subtle difference are the black levels, they are not as deep or contrasting as OLEDs but they are not far off and if you’re not actually even looking, then you won’t notice a thing! I’m a massive fan of the brighter picture quality and superb detail that the quantum mini-LEDs and Samsung’s Neural Quantam Processor 8K delivers. Very little picture glare and viewing angle is great, even if you’re not sitting directly in-front of the TV. The picture detail is premium thanks to the 7680x4320 resolution. One thing that took me back is that Samsung do not offer Dolby Vision on this TV - not sure about the long term aspects of this but we'll see. The sound out of the TV speakers is very good, however, I feel like most high-end TV’s, the picture deserves a high end sound bar. Overall, I really think Samsung have delivered a Premium TV thanks to it’s superb picture quality, high resolution and 8K potential.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following a few difficulties with shipping the tv arrived on a Monday morning. My plan was to install the tv on the wall using the Samsung slim fit wall mount, but as this was still in transit I took the plunge and fitted the stand temporarily so I could get to see this electronic wonder up and running. The unpacking needed 2 as stated and was fairly simple if you follow the instructions. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the stand itself as it seemed to be just a heavy piece of metal, bolted together. It also acts a support for the one connect box to sit on, but again I felt the design was a bit lacking as the box just rests on the stand and there didn't appear to be anyway to secure it in place. For a high end tv I feel Samsung could have gone a bit further and refined the stand a bit more. Once assembled it was time to connect my PS5, Samsung Q950A soundbar. Easy enough to do using the one connect box with no fiddling behind the tv to get everything connected. Powering up was fast and I was greeted with a simple set up option using my mobile phone. The tv recognised all my connected devices and when I powered on I was very impressed with the quality of picture and audio. The PS5 video quality was incredible and took my gaming to another level as I could see objects far more clearly and more colourful than before. Live tv via satellite (cable directly into the one connect box for freesat) was also incredibly clear and colours far more vivid than I ever imagined. The audio quality is good without the soundbar, but incredible with it. Following arrival of the Samsung slim fit wall mount, I got to work with a friend to install this beauty on the wall. A bit of a job as the instructions weren't that great but we managed and I have to say that the result was amazing. A small gap behind the tv makes this tv what it should be, a work of art. It sits on the wall incredibly and even with the one connect box cable down the wall it doesn't detract from the beauty of the TV in its rightful place. There's very little reflection from the windows and the picture quality seems even better. I do feel that the menu screens are often a bit slow and unresponsive, particularly when using the voice command options. I was also hoping that the Google assistant would display feed from the Google nest cameras and doorbell I have installed but alas it did not..unless I'm still to find out how. Early summary..picture fantastic, but I feel for the price it should be just a little bit better.

This is my 8th TV and I can say for sure, I have never had such a wonderful TV like this one. The clarity, the contrast and the brightness is so amazing that you feel the charters are real !! I am also using this TV in combination with Q990 series soundbar and due to that the sound quality is wonderful. The video and audio experience is nothing less than the experience of movie theater. If you are planning to buy a tv, then this is the one to go for!!!

We use this for everyday TV, watching high quality movies at home with our light set up and it picks up the colors perfectly. We use it for gaming and we can see perfectly. The apps work seamlessly with no issues we can easily stream our phones to it. I use my mart devices to control it with no issues. The color is so clear my dog even barks at the dogs thinking they are real. I will also turn to Samsung as my tv choice since my other brand TVs cause me issues using the smart functions.

Estou muito indignada comprei achando que ia durar pelo menos uns dez anos ....Só que não ...Parece que foi feita para durar nada.Passei o ano inteiro pagando todos os meses enfrentando frio pandemia me arriscando ....pra chegar 14 de novembro e a TV simplesmente do nada se foi....Paguei o tecnico pra vim ver o que tinha acontecido e veio a pior notícia peça principal estrago.Achei bem uma falta de respeito pelo consumidor pois a TV ainda estava na garantia e simplesmente fecharam os olhos ... Percebi que nos consumidor nao representa nada.Mas tudo bem fiquei com o prejuízo nao acreditando na minha palavra dizendo que foi dia quatorze de novembro pois so ia fechar o ano dia vinte e sete de novembro .Ok obrigada Samsung valeu.

i like qleds than oleds may be because my living room is very bright or i got used to samsung tv's from past decade. couple of years ago i bought 800t 8k but had several issues so returned it after few months. since then i have been waiting for samsung to fix the issues in their newer models, finally i felt 800b reached my expectations. things i liked - one connect - buit-in apps for gaming platforms (stadia, luna, etc). gaming console not needed. - brightness and contrast getting close to oled - great visibility in brighter rooms - better sound than previous versions - affordable 8k tv - auto dimming and adaptive sound

Really appreciate getting T2 tennis channel with Samsung tvs! Great picture for watching movies but it overswhelms the room at night especially with the light it creates. Probably should have gotten a smaller unit for these reasons. Might work much better in a larger space/room. But quality is excellent and I prefer this brand over any available. Solid product, high quality, superior value for the cost.

The uoscaling works flawlessly and makes the picture that much more clear. It's insane the level of detail I can see. For gaming, this TV is buttery smooth and crystal clear. I think my stats have improved due to the increased visibility and clarity this TV offers lol. Overall I would reccomend this TV to anyone, with the budget, in the market for a superb entertainment experience. 10/10 would reccomend Side note, pair this with a sound bar or surround system, the TV speakers are good, but they're still TV speakers.

Comprei faz 1 semana. O aparelho parece não ter sido projetado para ser instalado em painéis ou em parede. Em primeiro lugar as caixas de som , mesmo a 10cm do painel perdem muita qualidade. Além disso, o one connect é grande e acaba sendo mais um aparelho na estante. Reduz fio mas ocupa mais espaço. Se soubesse dessas questões teria comprado outro modelo.

Comprei uma neo qled qn800b 65 polegadas em setembro 2022. Gostei muito do design e também da qualidade de imagem. Porém em relação a questão de áudio não gostei...mesmo tendo dolby atmos... para assistir filmes com dolby atmos os altos falantes da TV ficam batendo e fazendo um ruído estranho isso aconteceu com vários filmes principalmente quando vem aquele som de suspense. Já liguei para o suporte técnico e me falaram que é problema e do conteúdo é não da tv muito triste isso.

TV QN75QN800AGXZD deixou de funcionar depois de 10 meses. A proposta foi o estorno do valor que não compensa o valor atual da TV ou modelo equivalente. O argumento de Samsung nao tem em inventario o modelo. Evidentemente um problema de controle de qualidade, falta de voluntade de resolver o problema e o perjuicio sempre para o cliente.

Infelizmente tive o desprazer de adquirir a Smart TV 65" Neo Qled 8K 65QN800B, e posso afirmar que foi a pior experiência que tive até o momento com um produto. Sempre fui consumidor extremamente satisfeito dos produtos Sony, infelizmente após a marca abandonar o Brasil, me obriguei a partir para a concorrência, dei uma chance então para a Samsung. Para não ter "surpresas indesejáveis", optei pelo modelo de tv da Samsung com preço elevado que deveria ser uma "top de linha", a 65QN800B, mas aí, começou minha dor de cabeça: A tela apresentava dezenas de "manchas" como se fosse sujeira, acionei a garantia, realizaram a troca da tela, semanas depois essa tela apresentou uma linha vertical vermelha atravessando toda a tela, acionei novamente a garantia, na visita, incrivelmente levaram uma nova tela toda quebrada, os técnicos então recolheram as 2 telas e atualmente estou sem TV há dias. Cansei de acionar a ouvidoria da Samsung colocando toda a frustração que estou sofrendo até o momento com seu produto "top de linha", não aprovam a troca por uma tv nova, mesmo a atual tendo apenas 4 meses de uso e já ter apresentado tantos problemas. Não tem como definir o que é pior, o contato direto com Samsung ou sua assistência na minha região, ambos não resolvem a situação e nem passam feedbacks ou retornos precisos, Samsung simplesmente não valoriza seus consumidores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a Samsung TV with a "theater at home" experience, well, I hit the nail on the head with this TV!! I love not only its size but everything that comes with it. The sound quality is great, the picture is super smooth, less bright when I need it, and adjusts by itself when my room becomes darker. I can pair all my devices in an easy-to-use smart interface with a great selection of apps. I have a pleasant experience when I'm gaming. Overall, I am super happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Comprei o produto por ter o One Connect para substituir a minha TV The Frame. Quando chegou, fiz a instalação e o cabo para ligar a TV ao One Connect é metade do tamanho da The frame, impossibilitando a instalação. Já mandei e-mail pra samsung e ninguem resolve meu problema.
