I love my new TV. I installed it myself on the wall. I used toggle bolts instead of the screws it came with - on the one side where there was no stud. The other side I used quality long wood screws (GRK #10x 3-1/8”). The free Samsung channels were a bonus that I did not know about. The app allows you to control the TV from your phone. Samsung Health has hundreds of free fitness classes. The Frame Art store allows for a huge selection of art to appear on your tv. I’ve only had this tv for a few months and there was one episode of the tv not turning on. Had to unplug the box and internet and it all reset itself. Fantastic and I love this tv overall.

recently we needed to rearrange our living area, and this meant put a tv in the living room. but we didn't want a black box over the fireplace when it's off. solution, "the frame". as a television, the pictures a nice quality - 4k. but aren't we asking because of the art mode. and here, i think it served it's purpose. we purchased the 2 year art store plan (cause - in this case, with the purchase - it came "free" with getting the tv) and mixed it in with our own photography and artwork. also, the filters are rather nice, taking pictures and giving a different look. no black box on the wall. it's all about the art!

It really blends into the room and looks like a work of art when switched off. I can choose from a wide range of images or photos, which is great because I like to refresh them quite often. The colours are so rich and natural even artwork looks incredibly realistic, thanks to PANTONE validation. And when it comes to movies, Quantum HDR brings out every detail, from dark shadows to bright sunny scenes. It makes watching anything feel even more immersive. I also love the SolarCell remote control no batteries needed. It charges using indoor light, which is such a smart and eco-friendly solution. I’ve never seen anything like it before a complete novelty for me. All in all, it’s a great combination of technology and style. I couldn’t be happier.

Selbst ein farblich abgestimmter Rahmen kann separat erworben werden. Durch die direkte Montage an der Wand wird das Wohnzimmer zur Galerie. Das Design ist wirklich sehr schön, die matte Oberfläche ist sehr smart. Selbst die schmale, elegante Solar Fernbedienung ist ein Hingucker der nicht in jedem Wohnzimmer zu finden ist. I love the art feature on this tv, I found it relatively easy to add my own photo and liked the filters that could make a photo look like a painting. I also liked the fact that the remote it solar powered and that the thin clear single cable is all that is needed for connection. The only thing I would say is that it wasn't clear, well not to me, that you had to link the remote to the TV. I would of preferred a bit more guidance in the set up booklet. There is a guide on screen but you have to come out of that in order to complete the task/set up. Overall we love it.

The hardware is excellent (apart from the fat grey cable). The software needs a lot of work - hopefully it will improve over time. The Art TV features are disappointingly limited. Cons: No motion sensor (but if you have other sensors you might get it to work using SmartThings Routines). Brightness sensor does not compensate enough for dark vs light rooms (but tweaking each artwork display is very easy) Controlling via iPhone is usually OK, but not very reliable Adding images is a slow painful, frustrating process. No image tagging, no categorisation, no folders or thematic options. No way to change default styles for matte style and colour Disappointing that after spending so much on a special art TV, Samsung want more money for each piece of artwork, or a monthly fee. Samsung are discouraging third-party art collections by making it difficult to upload and display your own collections. Very limited options. Pros: Amazingly realistic display for artwork. Nice bezels Lots of free internet TV channels available via Samsung Plus Quite user-friendly, intuitive remote - although the streaming shortcuts can be annoying.

We had to make a shelf for this which we hadn’t needed one before for our last Samsung tv. On a positive note the picture quality is amazing. I had read some not great reviews on the sound but I don’t have a problem so far at all. I can hear clearly and can change the volume as I like. I can use the tv like a picture which is great alternative. I like the design of the overall frame but unfortunately the box ruins that. I like that you get two flickers with Samsung because if your like me you always loose one. I am pleased with tv so far.

No more closing blinds and turning off lights to be able to get a bright picture perfect imagining from anything I am watching. And when it is turned off it doubles as a wonderful picture frame I can displays wonderful artwork making my room esthetically beautiful. If that wasn't enough it has features like adaptivie light and sound which makes watching a movie a great experience. I also purchased another from the same line for my family room. This room is surrounded by windows and I still get the best quality of picture with no glare no matter where in the room I am.

The mount brings this tv about 1/2 an inch close to the wall. With a system to hide the very thin cable you’re good to go. Two critiques I have are the remote not working properly one month in and when you go to your photos not all can be seen unless selected. Our beautiful Frame TV is the perfect fit over our newly renovated fireplace. We are still in the learning phase of "how to", but the ease of using the remote toggling and on-screen menus makes it easy to adjust various volumes, pictures, and more. The picture, whether it's a photo, artwork, movie, or live TV, is stunning and gives a real sense of being in the sporting event, jeopardy stage, or newsroom. Nanglare was essential for us because of the placement, with 20-foot ceilings and lots of windows. The availability of Bluetooth in pairing to various devices-sounbar/Frame speakers, is easy to use and helpful when watching a high-impact movie where sound effects are important, as well as filling our room with the music channels. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

je me suis offert ce modele pour mes 40 ans, et j'en suis vraiment ravi. Tous mes invités me demandent pourquoi nous n'avons plus de Tv, si bien qu'ils sont bluffés par the Frame, qui se fond très bien dans le décor du salon. La qualité de l'image est excellente, ainsi que le son, je n'ai pas encore utilisé toute les fonctionnalités intelligentes, mais ma femme adore l'option multiview lorsqu'elle fait son yoga. Enfin, la télécommande sans pile avec cellules photovoltaïques est un vrai plus!!!

Me encanta..!! La tele The Frame, el marco de color teca... son extraordinarios En casa utilizamos realmente poco la televisión, sólo para ver alguna película o serie, esporádicamente. Así que me causa mucha distorsión ver esa mancha negra que es la pantalla presidiendo el comedor. Esto cambió cuando descubrí, por casualidad, esta maravilla que ha creado Samsung. Parece un lienzo. Quizás las fotos no le hacen justicia, pero quien llega a casa no ve una tele, cuando se lo decimos... alucinan!! Y, como guinda del pastel, ese maravilloso marco hace que ya sí que sí, parezca el cuadro que realmente es en nuestra casa.

I think it's pretty cool! I haven't done it permanently because you have to pay for it but during the trials it has been really cool! They have a great amount of content to make it a picture. The TV itself is crystal clear. Sound is great. It was very easy to install. I set it up with my existing Samsung account which made it a breeze. The number of apps it comes with is amazing. I am never without anything to watch. I would choose this TV again any day!

My husband brought ‘The Frame’ home. We’d wanted it and were/are pretty excited about it, until I see this box that everything plugs into, then a woofer then our sound bar which I live…ours is currently not working, it’s in and out. We wanted a very simple set up but now we have all these pieces and cords to deal with…overall, unhappy.

The audio sounds surround sound without additional speakers and the picture quality is great. I usually keep the picture gallery mode on when I’m finished watching tv and when we are going to sleep. The picture mode helps like a night light to walk around without having the motion on the tv screen and the added noise. I haven’t added the picture frame boarder yet because I am not sure of the color, texture and design I want to display in the room. Overall I’m so happy with this product and I highlight recommend it especially if you need to wall mount a tv.

Der The Frame ist ein wirklich schickes Gerät. Ich habe die Möglichkeit ganz nach meinem Gusto den Rahmen zu wechseln, das System funktioniert magnetisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die One-Connect Box, über diese läuft die gesamte angeschlossene Technik und alle Medien. Die Box wird über ein nahezu unsichtbares Kabel mit dem TV verbunden. Die Box lässt sich also theoretisch in bis zu 5m Entfernung zum TV platzieren, an dieser Stelle dann, können alle externen Geräte angeschlossen werden. Das Bild ist sehr gut, es gibt durch das Matte Display keine Reflexionen durch zum Beispiel Sonnenlicht. Bild und Ton sind zudem ganz hervorragend. Die Verbindung mit dem Smartphone über SmartThings ist zudem auch eine sehr coole Geschichte.

The matte display and anti-reflection finish make a huge difference, especially in bright California daylight. Picture quality is excellent for everyday viewing, but what surprised me most is how balanced everything feels — from sound clarity to smart features. Alexa integration works flawlessly, and since our home already runs on Samsung appliances and devices, everything just connects naturally. It feels like a complete ecosystem rather than separate products. Art Mode is honestly the highlight. Personal photos look stunning, and the curated artwork makes the space feel premium and alive even when the TV is off. The only improvement I’d love to see is a single Art Store subscription shared across multiple Frame TVs instead of per device — that would make the experience perfect for families who fully embrace the ecosystem. Overall, this is more than a TV — it’s décor, technology, and daily enjoyment combined. Samsung didn’t just build a screen; they created something that blends into real living spaces beautifully.

great job samsung! you have really outdone yourself. the 65” the frame tv is masterfully art and a tv with great qualities. it hangs flush on the wall with the provided wall mount brackets, displays art when turned off, and is a quality tv with great depth! i did not have to persuade my wife very much for her to agree to this purchase. she loved the idea from the beging especially with family coming in town for xmas. when our family arrived they complimented us on the great looking photo of a zebra above the fireplace only later to show them it is also a great tv. again great job and we are extremely satisfied with this tv. would recommend it to anyone!

Der Samsung QLED 4K The Frame 2021 besticht mit seinem schlanken Design, mit seiner perfekten Bildqualität und seiner hervorragenden Tonquallität. Sehr praktisch ist die mitgelieferte One Conect Box. Sie erspart einem den ewigen Kabelsalat, da man alle anderen Geräte an ihr anschließt und somit nur noch 1 Kabel zum Fernseher hat. Das Einrichten war für uns jetzt nicht ganz so problemlos wie gewünscht, aber nach etlichen Versuchen und einigem googeln haben wir auch das geschafft. Ich hätte mir eine etwas ausführlichere Bedienungsanleitung gewünscht. Die Fernbedienung ist sehr edel gemacht und hat den absoluten Vorteil das man keine Batterien mehr braucht, da sie mit Solar aufgeladen wird. Zusätzlich erspart sie alle Fernbedienungen von anderen angeschlossenen Geräten, da sie diese sehr schnell und einfach speichert. An die Bedienung muss man sich erst einmal gewöhnen, da sie nicht über die üblichen Tasten verfügt. Sehr praktisch war, das sie schon alle gängigen Apps wie : Sky, Tv-Now, Amazon fireTV, DAZN usw. installiert hat. Auch das kostenlose "Made for Germany" Zusatzangebot fanden wir klasse und haben die angebotenen Pobemonate direkt aktiviert. Nun zu meinem persönlichen Highlight, warum ich mich überhaupt für dieses Modell entschieden habe: die Frame Funktion. Hier kann ich aus meinem Fernseher tagsüber eine Bilderfunktion aktivieren. Somit habe ich keinen schwarzen Kasten stehen oder hängen, sondern ein tolles Bild meiner Wahl. Hier habe ich die Möglichkeit eigene Fotos oder Bilder zu laden oder in der enthaltenen Galerie ein Kunstwerk bekannter Künstler herunterzuladen. Eine einzigartige Technik, die meim Wohnzimmer absolut aufwertet. Alles in allem für mich ein TV-Erlebnis der Spitzenklasse. Ich kann dieses tolle Gerät mit seinen vielen neuen Features nur jedem empfehlen

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) we bought the frame last year, the capacitor caught fire within the first month we had the tv, luckily we were home to catch it in time or else it would have caught the house on fire, the room filled with smoke in a matter of seconds. samsung did exchange the tv however it took months and they were willing to restart the warranty, it was still based on the original purchase date of the one the caught fire, still waiting on money for the house damages as. no issues with the second tv but overall a scary and disappointing experience

i have two frame tvs the 55 (2021) and 32 (2020). the 32 doesnt have the motion sensor so you have to manually turn the art on and off (the option is on the samsung art app but doesnt work on the 32?). also, the 32 isn’t 4k like the 55. both tvs look great with the added bezel. i have the modern pink bezel on the 32 for our nursery and the beveled white bezel for the 55 in our family room. both tvs have a lot of glare but i think samsung has fixed that with the new 2022 models. the picture quality on the 55 is better than my q6 tvs (65 and 75) that i have in other rooms but the 32 doesn’t have great picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A top reason for buying the Frame was to eliminate background reflections in the room where we watch a lot of television. It blocked 100% of the light reflections even with the hanging pendants directly behind our seating. The Frame flat to the wall mounting system completely eliminated the unsightly mounting brackets and cables that were visible with our last television. The One Connect box is compact enough to be hidden in our mantle for clean appearance. Lastly, we added a Samsung soundbar and use the Q-Symphony setting that provides incredible performance in a very small package. Installation was a breeze.

The delivery was super quick arrived with in two days with a time frame and a phone call to confirm time slot. The packaging design is also very impressive as it’s pulls down to easily remove the tv without damaging it. We’ve haven’t yet put it on the wall but it was so simple to set up, its slim line design will make it sit so close to the wall. The artwork on the Samsung tv is incredible, especially the oil paintings. It’s so easy to navigate and to put your own images on display. The sound quality is great it disburses around the room, sounding like surround sound. The Samsung smart remote is run of solar panel, so no batteries required. We are so impressed with this TV we are contemplating buying one for another room!

Die Verpackung und das Wandmontage-System sind sehr durchdacht und benutzerfreundlich. Ich hatten den Frame in 20 Minuten an der Wand hängen. Der Samsung Frame war schnell eingerichtet und schon konnte ich das Bild genießen. Die Farbqualität ist einfach umwerfend und sehr realistisch. Der Kontrast und die Helligkeit sind perfekt von Samsung abgestimmt. Alle wichtigen Apps sind schon vorinstalliert und der Frame hat auch viele Anschlussmöglichkeiten so wie 4 HDMI und 2 USB Anschlüsse. Die Audioqualität ist auch sehr überzeugend. Only purchased this a few days ago and was told it wasn't the "best" picture out there but since the tv is to be in my living room, style is also key. I absolutely love this tv! The picture brightness and resolution are great - much better than my 7 year old Sony - and the interface is simple and colours vibrant. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frame TV is highly efficient, I mean you can use it to watch your shows in excellent quality, and—*boom*—when you turn it off, you have a piece of art that has an incredible matte coating that makes this look like a real. One thing I loved is that the mount comes in the box with the TV for no additional charge and iIt is not difficult to mount it on the wall, It is very flat on the wall blends into the living room like real artwork instead of looking like a giant black screen. Setup was pretty easy and everything runs smoothly I had no issues logging into my account and getting the apps, you need to download the SmartThings app this way, you can access the artworks. The only downside is that you have to purchase a monthly subscription to have access to all the art, but they do give you three free months to try it out. I highly recommend this TV to anyone is perfect.

We purchased the Frame TV for our main living room above our fireplace. The art mode display is incredible! We have had several family members comment on our "artwork" - not realizing it was actually a TV hung on the wall. The resolution of the brushstrokes gives a realism to the artwork is incredible. The ability to change your artwork based on the season/mood is probably our favorite feature. As a television, it performs well, although not as bright and crisp as our OLED TV. I also find the TV takes a bit of time to power on when you initially start it up...more than expected. But the coolness factor of the Art Mode more than makes up for any performance shortcomings as a television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband thought I was ridiculous when I told him I was getting another 65” television for our home; however, when I had the opportunity to purchase the Serif 65” QLED 4K Smart TV it was a no brainer. The only thing I dislike about large televisions is typically the black frames contrasting with my décor; the white, thin I frame of the Serif makes it almost a piece of artwork. Additionally our home is lacking a lot of large, flat wall space because of bump outs, etc., the detachable Easel Stand gives us versatility to set the television up anywhere in our house regardless of wall size and shape. The Serif amazingly provides us the flexibility of where it can be used in our home, the aesthetic of blending in with our décor and still has all the amazing attributes that Samsung has to offer. I can’t wait to continue to explore all of the settings and connections over the coming weeks.

The new Samsung Frame Pro exceeds my expectations. For the moment I've decided to set it up in my kids play area. Once I have more time, I intend to mount it on the wall. When the kids aren't watching their cartoons, I use it to showcase beautiful art pieces. The TV adds a wonderful touch to the play area and the surrounding walls. Thanks to the wireless connect I don't have to stress about finding a spot for the cables. It's an amazing TV, and I totally recommend it to my family and friends.

Après 1 mois je suis satisfait de ma Samsung Frame 65, j'attends toujours le cadre offert. Facile à régler (moins de 5 minutes). Le son est bon pour une TV en mode cadre sur le mur. L'écran mat c'est vraiment le TOP, je vous conseil de tester sur Youtube le Dolby vision, et si vous avez un Home cinéma même si il n'est pas Dolby Atmos de passer sur Netfix et regardez Interstellar avec un système 5.1 ça décolle. Par contre je suis allé en boutique écouter la barre de son Q990B tellement vanter par les influenceurs pour le Q symphonie, il n'y a pas de quoi se relever la nuit, ça vaut pas un Home cinéma, en plus les deux satellites arrière ne sont pas BT et doivent être branchés sur le 220v.

The Frame absolutely makes it duel purpose and makes the room look so good with the different art pieces you can choose. It is also super thin! We get a lot of compliments on it whenever we have company over (most not even believing us that it is a TV). Not only does it look amazing but when you turn the TV on, it is also amazing. Très bel écran et bon produit matériel, antireflet efficace. (Dans le mode Art, je trouve que le passe partout est trop brillant en blanc, cela sonne un peu faux.) J'ai apprécié la livraisons et l'installation gratuite, sans quoi je n'aurais peut-être pas pris The Frame. Le défaut principal est au niveau de l'interface, qui est assez compliqué à prendre en main, manque d'options sur les photos personnelles à afficher en mode Art (diaporama, sous dossiers) voir même un peu buguée.. Le produit sera parfait après une mise à jour du firmware, j'attends que cela avance dans ce sens là.

[Diese Bewertung wurde im Rahmen einer Werbeaktion gesammelt.] Heute möchte ich gerne meine Erfahrungen zu meinem neuen Samsung Frame 65" 2024 mit euch teilen. Auspacken und Wandmontage waren trotz der Größe von 65" mit der mitgelieferten Bohrschablone schnell erledigt. Viele Apps sind schon auf dem Frame und man kann direkt loslegen. Bei dem ersten anschalten sieht man direkt, dass das Bild sowie Schärfe und Kontrast wirklich überragend sind. Die Einstellung von Samsung ist sehr gut abgestimmt. Der Sound ist sehr klangvoll. Die Fernbedienung hat auf der Rückseite Solarzellen, damit sie sich selber wieder aufladen kann. Ich finde die Fernbedienung und die Systemführung gut intuitive abgestimmt. Der Kunstmodus ist ein top Feature und löst bei Besuchern jedes mal wieder einen Wow Effekt aus. Ich würde empfehlen, noch einen Rahmen für den Frame zu kaufen, der Effekt (Kunstwerk an der Wand) kommt dann noch besser zur Geltung. Ich kann eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

The quality is fantastic with all the bells and whistles, and the best part, while it’s not being used as a tv, we have beautiful art work displayed throughout our house. I really wanted this TV, mainly due to the flat wall mount and the single invisible wire to the zone Connect box that allows for mounting without the worry of renovations and hiding wires. I got all of the above but the Art Mode, along with the amazing visuals of the ambient mode and the music mode simply blew me away. This TV is beautiful and I am over the moon.

I also like that you can customize with different frames and bezels. The Art mode on the frame TV is awesome. It allows you to display a multitude of great works of art rather than a boring blank screen. The artwork looks great on the TV. The QLED picture quality is top notch. I love the fact that it comes with the slim fit wall mount. It makes the TV look even more like a framed piece of artwork. I do think the subscription should be included for at least the first year. I've been waiting to great a frame TV and the AI features make it worth the wait.

I bought The Frame to display photos. The quality is so good that we are now using it as our primary TV (and photos). It’s the thinnest TV I’ve seen and looks amazing on the wall. Even with windows at each end of the room there is no glare from the screen 😊. Best of all, its a great method to show our Fur-babies when the TV is not is use! ❤️

the instructions for this tv are certainly not clear. you are lucky if you hit two studs perfectly where you want the tv. i suggest going to the hardware store and getting dry wall achors. it took me about one hour to figure out how to mount the tv. there is a template included but trying to use that and make it level is difficult but not impossible. i wouldn’t go too crazy trying to get the template level becuase you do have a good amount of correction once its hung. just need to make sure you get the height correct. once hung it looks beautiful. so thin, and near flush to the wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for the 2025 version of Samsung The Frame. The design is excellent — slim, modern, and genuinely looks like a piece of art when in ambient mode. Colour accuracy and clarity were both top-notch. Standard 4K HDR content looked fantastic, with vibrant colours and crisp detail. But the dealbreaker? The motion smoothing. When watching content with smoothing enabled (or even auto settings), the artefacts were distracting to the point of being unwatchable. Faces and moving objects would blur or leave trails, and it was especially bad during panning shots. It completely ruined the viewing experience for sport, films, or anything with fast movement. I tried adjusting motion settings, but nothing resolved it. For a premium TV, this kind of issue shouldn’t exist. I ended up returning it — reluctantly — because the picture quality was otherwise excellent. But for anyone sensitive to motion artefacts or who watches a lot of fast-paced content, this might not be the right choice.

The main thing my kids love is the Art Mode, they think it’s cool that the TV can look like a picture instead of just being a black screen on the wall, the seasons options are great and they have a 90 day free trial. My wife was actually worried the overhead light would cause a glare or make it hard to see from certain angles, but that hasn’t been an issue at all. The picture still looks clear from different spots in the room, and the matte screen definitely helps. I also like that the setup looks cleaner than what we had before, especially with the slim wall mount and not having a bunch of cords showing. Streaming and switching around between apps has been easy, which matters because the kids are the ones using it most of the time. It fits the room really well and feels more like part of the space instead of just another TV stuck on the wall.

I had my kitchen remodeled and was so excited about this TV. It is all fluff and not worth the money. It’s in the kitchen and not connected to cable. It gets horrible wifi reception and doesn’t pick up channels even with the antenna. My TCL on the back porch is a much better tv. I liked the colored frame option and sleek design. I wanted a white tv. It’s created so it’s difficult (has a large VESPA) to find a stand if you’re not hanging it directly on the wall. I did find one eventually. Save yourself the cost if you’re not connected it to cable. Who does that anymore any way?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is truly a work of art! The art mode is such a unique feature that allows you to display your favorite art in a manner that makes the tv become an element of decor. This tv comes with the mount, and the directions and process were a bit of a challenge. Previous Frame models had a one piece mount and included a template and that would’ve been a huge improvement to the frustrating install process. Love the one connect box and that there’s not lots of cords. We easily hid the box out of sight. We’ve been using an external soundbar, so I can’t comment on the sound quality. The picture quality, resolution and screen brightness are impressive. Shows in 4K are life like and we’ve been constantly in awe of the picture quality. We have had a lot of issues with the YouTube tv app, which we use for our live tv stream. Hopefully a future software update will fix this as it’s been our only real frustration with the tv. If you’re looking for a tv with not only amazing quality display, but that elevates your decor - look to the Frame for your next tv.

Samsung made this one stylish as well as packed with smart features. Displaying works of art in standby mode and with a customizable frame that makes it ideal for wall hanging, The Frame TV is functionally as good to watch as it is fashionable to have around your home. Compared to the competition, the Samsung The Frame TV is still a little bit pricey then some other TV's but, improvements in picture quality make it a much better package. That's why The Frame is my top TV pick. I have a plan to upgrade the other TV in the house to THE FRAME!!!!

Not as impressed as expected with quality of image, as well as the Samsung formatting for their content. (Formatting being secondary by a long shot) Image quality is not even close to what expected.

Optische sieht The serief echt stylisch aus: minimalistisch modern, zeitlos und integriert in das Wohnungs Interior. Man braucht keine unnötige TV Board und kann sogar kleine Deko Objekte auf ca 10 cm Bereite Oberkante aufstellen. Technisch ist es halt ein Fernseher, wie viele andere QLED TVs. Die Bildqualität ist nicht perfekt wie OLED Geräte, aber nah daran. Für meine Bedürfnisse absolut ausreichend. Nur fehlt mir eine bessere UX bei dem App Steuerung. Die Informationsarchitektur des UI konnte noch reifer gestaltet werden. Ich hätte mir auch eine zweite Fernbedienung mit Tastatur gewünscht. Insgesamt aber eine Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Es un televisor enorme de 85" para poder ver películas a un tamaño de cine pero que no impacta en la sala de estar como un televisor normal, ya que gracias al sistema the frame, parece una obra de arte colgada en un cuadro. Perfecto si no quieres ver una mega pantalla en el medio de la sala. Y junto a una barra de sonido es un potente equipo para tener tu propio cine en casa! Conseguir los reembolsos de la promoción no ha sido muy facil pero finalmente el servicio de atención al cliente de samsung acabó ayudándome a conseguirlo. Espero que este televisor me dure tanto como me han durado mis otros de la marca samsung, que nunca me ha defraudado!

My Samsung Frame TV, to go with my 3 other Samsungs in the house. I bought this as I needed something to fit above the fireplace, and it had to be slim. The picture quality is far better than I expected and is fully customisable to suit your room, even though it can adjust itself automatically dependant on darkness of your room, time of day etc. Sound quality through the TV is excellent but I opted to add the Samsung Q950T sound system for some really emersive viewing. The one thing that I really like is that there’s just 1 thin cable from the TV, as per the 2nd picture, which plugs into the hub, 3rd picture. Features again are superb and there’s loads of options to set up your TV exactly as you want it. I’ve had Samsung TVs for the last 15 years and they’re the only choice in my opinion. I have 3 other Samsungs dotted around the house and they’re just as good as my new Samsung Frame. Finally, value for money? Yes most definitely in my opinion. I have an excellent TV, with the features, quality and a price I wanted, which I think is definitely value for money for a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the frame TV because it was time to replace our 55” which was at the end of its life. When shopping we had one goal in mind. We wanted a tv with no glare because we have lamps that disrupted our viewing experience. After looking at many TVs with the “best picture quality” and “brightness” we discovered they would not fix the glare problem we had. So we asked for a selection of TVs that were anti glare. That narrowed the products greatly because not many TVs solved this problem. In fact, many TVs claimed to solve this problem by being brighter than others. Samsung Frame solved every problem we wanted. It was a bonus that I am a photographer and this TV was marketed for displaying art. This solved problems I didn’t know we had. Looking at the TV with the flush mount setup displaying art, it’s really hard to tell it’s a TV. While I’m sure some people will tell you it doesn’t handle pure blacks very well. I will tell you if all you want the very best picture quality you can do better. However, what’s the point of the best picture quality that’s interrupted by glare? Samsung Frame solved every problem for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of mounting the TV as close to the wall as possible for a flushed look, and frame TVs are king in that department. I have friends with a 75" and 65" version of older frame TVs, and I like this 43" as it seems perfect for showcasing artwork and photos. I love how there's a single thin cable that goes from the TV to the OneConnect box, and that the power cable is connected to that box and not the TV. This allows mounting to be super easy and convenient, and allows a very clean setup. When I first opened the TV, there was some markings on the display and I quickly realized that it was just some residue from the styrofoam in the original packaging. After wiping that down, the matte display is as matte as you'd expect, and 4K resolution is sharp on this display. I have another TV that's 77" and that's also 4K so this 43" TV's pixel density is much higher, which is great. I also like that it comes with feet for stands, so you have an option to use it either on a table surface, or mount it on the wall. I plan on mounting it soon for that clean look. I look forward to showcasing our family's photos on this soon!
