Nach langer Recherche und dank des Superdeals sind wir für 850,- beim QN85A gelandet. Das war nirgends zu toppen. Einrichtung des TVs war mega einfach, die Fernbedienung gefällt uns total gut. Muss man sich halt ein paar Tage reinmachen. Aber dann funzt die Bedienung blind. Ein grosses Lob an die Solarladefunktion. Wandbefestigung war auch kein Problem. Das Bild bewerten wir "Normalsterbliche" als absolut PERFEKT!!! Ultrascharf und es gibt genug Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, damit es sich jeder so zurechtregeln kann, wie er möchte. Wenn jetzt in den nächsten Jahren nichts kaputt geht, sind wir vollstens zufrieden mit unserem Kauf ^^ TOP TV!

1. The picture is top notch. Resolution, refresh speed, colors, and contrast are all great. Gaming features are A++. Perfect for PS5 Pro and Xbox series X. Pure aesthetics and gaming I would give a 5/5. 2. The operating system is less than ideal. It’s not horrible but could use many improvements. Remove ads from initial setup. 3/5 3. Had this tv for a couple of months no, and to say I'm disappointed and wish that I had never wasted my money on it is an understatment. the picture quality on slightly dark scenes is shockingly bad, to the extent that they go really grain and washed out at the same time. my 12 year old tv in the conservatory has a better picture than this at times. I have tried every setting to try and eliminate this issue but to know avail. I would not recommend anyone buying this tv. yes the bright scenes are brilliant but the slightest dark scene is woful to watch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung QN80H is a step above many neo qled tvs. It's color is bright and clear, often stunning. I have it paired with a Q-Series soundbar and woofer, and the sound complements the tv nicely! I've wanted a neo qled tv for two years and finally bought one. I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend that others I know purchase one because it is truly a "smart" smart tv! The integration of Alexa, AI, and other features makes it a remarkable, sound investment. I cannot yet stream CNN from this model, but I have requested that CNN tweak their app to allow this model Samsung! All other apps are easy to stream!

Nach kurzer Wartezeit kam der Samsung 65" Neo QLED 4K TV QN85A ins Haus. Der erste Gedanke: "Was ein riesen Karton" - immerhin gab es bisher nur einen 42" TV. Der Unterschied ist schon gewaltig. Insgesamt ist der Fernseher schön dünn, was sich bei einer Wandmontage positiv auswirkt. Etwas umständlich habe ich eine Anleitung gesucht, wie man am einfachsten den Standfuß mit dem TV verbinden kann. Erst den Fuß komplett zusammensetzen und dann an den Fernseher schrauben....hat nicht so richtig funktioniert und deshalb wurde umgeswitcht: Ein Teil an den Fernseher geschraubt und dann alles zusammengebracht und der Fuß verschraubt. Alle Geräte, sprich Spielkonsolen, externe Festplatte und Satkabel sowie Strom angeschlossen und eingeschaltet. Ergebnis: Es hat funktioniert, der Fernseher begrüßt mich mit einem "Hallo" und möchte wissen ob er manuell oder mittels Smartfone eingerichtet werden soll. Smartfone. QR-Code scannen, Smart Things App installiert und die Einrichtung gestartet. Der Fortschritt der Einrichtung wird im Handy angezeigt, aber bei 65% stockte es und der Fernseher bemerkte die fehlende Interaktion und bot die weitere Einrichtung manuell an. Alles was bisher übertragen wurde vom Handy blieb erhalten, so dass der Rest schnell vonstatten ging. Mit Beendigung der Einrichtung kam das WOW-Erlebnis! Was für ein neues Farberlebnis. Da hat sich gezeigt, was sich in den letzten knapp 10 Jahren getan hat. Brillante Farben, starker Kontrast - Sonnenschein ist kein Problem mehr. Die Fernbedienung, per Solar-Energie aufladbar, ist minimalistisch ausgelegt und daher etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nett anzusehen :) Sehr schön ist die 6monatige Nutzung von HD+, was den Möglichkeiten des Fernsehers in Bereich Bild natürlich besonders zugute kommt, und man überlegt, ob man danach nicht sogar HD+ abonniert. Also vom Bild bin ich bisher restlos begeistert, von der Tonausgabe leider nicht so, da wir vorher eine Soundbar beim Vorgänger angeschlossen hatten - die passende Soundbar für den neuen Samsung ist allerdings jetzt schon bestellt..... Mit dem entsprechenden, passend zum neuen Bild gehörenden Ton werde ich sicherlich restlos zufrieden mit meinem neuen Fernseher sein. Wie nutzen viel unsere Spielkonsolen und auch dieses Erlebnis wird mit dem Samsung QLED 4K ist das ein neues Erlebnis - wir bemerken jetzt neue Details von denen wir bisher keine Notiz genommen haben. Es macht also insgesamt sehr viel mehr Spaß die Freizeit vor dem neuen Fernseher zu genießen.

I would love to purchase this GREAT TV but I can't, because Samsung isn't providing Veterans the ability to make this purchase. That my brothers is not a cool thing to do. I have had a Samsung account for many years and I am happy with the product but why are we being denied the right to make the purchase? La QN800C tiene paneles VA de 10 bits reales, en los tamaños de 65" y 85" y ADS en el tamaño de 75". Estos 3 son los tamaños disponibles, en nuestro país sólo encontramos los 2 tamaños menores. El Tv cuenta con retroiluminación Mini-LED con 1344 zonas de atenuación local (48h x 28v). Las zonas se repiten en los tamaños más grandes. Diseño, Multimedia, Ángulos de Visión y Audio: Tenemos un diseño con mínimos marcos, que, pese a ser FALD es bastante Ultra Slim al cual lo llaman "Infinity One", como sus OLED cuenta con el One Connect Box que se puede acoplar en su parte posterior tanto como para usar en la mesa o colgado a la pared. El stand es en color plateado y en todos los marcos cuenta con speakers además en su parte posterior es un calco a la S95C. Modos de Imagen, Resultados Pre-Calibración y Post Calibración: El Samsung 65" QN800C viene con 5 modos de imagen: Dinámico / Normal / Eco / Película / Filmmaker Mode (Los cuales se repiten para HDR). De fábrica con el Local Dimming en Normal, la luminancia es muy elevada en 154nits, la gamma es demasiado oscura apuntando un 2.5 con errores mayores a 5, la gamma tiene fluctuaciones drásticas empezando desde 2.1, teniendo picos en 40%, del 55% al 70% y oscureciéndose en demasía hasta 2.7 para finalmente caer en 95%, lo cual nos da una imagen muy fluctuante e inapropiada. Se repite el exceso de azul y falta de rojo y verde. Errores mayores a 7 en el colorchecker y los tonos de piel, veamos tras calibrar como resulta: Bueno tras calibrar la tv en Filmmaker Mode corregimos la luminancia la cual queda en 120 nits, corregimos la gamma salvo el inicio ya que empieza en 2.2 en el 5% de gris, la escala de gris y los colores tienen excelentes resultados con colorcheckers con errores menores a 1.67 en color y menores 2.20 en tonos de piel. Medidas de la QN800C en SDR; PANTALLA 100% 386 nits LD ALTO VENTANA 10% 898 nits CONTRASTE 50 PANTALLA 100% 410 nits LD ALTO VENTANA 10% 1138 nits LD ALTO MODO PELICULA LD NORMAL 7565:1 & Nivel de negro 0.029cd/m2. LD ALTO 6639:1 & Nivel de negro0.050 FILMMAKER MODE LD NORMAL 9400:1 & Nivel de negro 0.014cd/m2. LD ALTO 9050:1 & Nivel de negro 0.024cd/m2. HDR (High Dynamic Range) Sabemos que el HDR en calibración aún no tiene display capaces de llegar a los 10 000nits y Rec2020 100% y aún los formatos no están del todo definidos como HDR10, HDR10+, HLG o Dolby Vision. Esta tv NO tiene Dolby Vision pero si soporta HDR 10+. El 65" QN800C tiene un pico de 1172 nits sin calibrar al D65 y tras calibrar el tv llega a unos 1155 nits. Tras calibrar HDR: Corregimos la escala de grises y el seguimiento de la EOTF es excelente preserva muy bien las sombras y luego tiende a oscurecer ligeramente los highlights a partir del 60% hasta el hard clip, el CMS fue responsivo en REC2020 Personal, lo que nos dio errores menores a 4.2 en los color checker más exigentes de Calman y menores a 3.30 en PANTONE. La cobertura de volumen de color es de 90% del DCI-P3 y 70% del REC.2020 lo cual está por debajo del promedio de muchos LCD/MiniLED, quedando atrás incluso de modelos 4K. Luminancia en HDR por ventanas: 2% 960 nits. 5% 1060 nits. 10% 1155 nits. 25% 955 nits. 50% 780 nits. 100% 415 nits. El local dimming del tv este modelo es en bajo, prácticamente inusable, en Normal mejora bastante y en alto sufre en contenido HDR. El tv en SDR hace un excelente trabajo escalando todo a 8K realmente limpia bastante la imagen, pero no sabemos si el agresivo procesado generar el clipping que encontramos, igual si uno se acerca pese a que el contenido es escalados las bajas resoluciones se ven muy bien, es una diferencia con los modelos 4K. Ahora si tuviéramos contenido real 8K a nuestra libre disposición sería interesante probar este tv con SDR 8K Nativo, pero escalando lo hace muy bien. Muy buenos colores y precisión en las imágenes, los reflejos en este semi mate van bien en ambiente iluminado. El tv en HDR pese a la densidad de pixeles entrega bastante luminancia, más de 1150 nits es algo que no se puede obviar si bien no es tan impactante como los 4K o los OLED de Samsung y bueno en toda la pantalla tener 415 nits es un importante logro para una gama media. Los colores y tonos de piel quedaron muy bien tras la calibración, el volumen de color no es tan elevado porque los paneles 8K no son tan avanzados aún como los 4K pero no lo ha hecho nada mal, esperamos en la Serie 9 y año a año vayan mejorando, pero recordemos que Smasung es la única marca comprometida con sacar todos los años a la venta modelos 8K. El local dimming del tv este modelo es en bajo, prácticamente inusable, en Normal mejora bastante y en alto sufre en contenido HDR. El tv en SDR hace un excelente trabajo escalando todo a 8K realmente limpia bastante la imagen, pero no sabemos si el agresivo procesado generar el clipping que encontramos, igual si uno se acerca pese a que el contenido es escalados las bajas resoluciones se ven muy bien, es una diferencia con los modelos 4K. Ahora si tuviéramos contenido real 8K a nuestra libre disposición sería interesante probar este tv con SDR 8K Nativo, pero escalando lo hace muy bien. Muy buenos colores y precisión en las imágenes, los reflejos en este semi mate van bien en ambiente iluminado. El tv en HDR pese a la densidad de pixeles entrega bastante luminancia, más de 1150 nits es algo que no se puede obviar si bien no es tan impactante como los 4K o los OLED de Samsung y bueno en toda la pantalla tener 415 nits es un importante logro para una gama media. Los colores y tonos de piel quedaron muy bien tras la calibración, el volumen de color no es tan elevado porque los paneles 8K no son tan avanzados aún como los 4K pero no lo ha hecho nada mal, esperamos en la Serie 9 y año a año vayan mejorando, pero recordemos que Samsung es la única marca comprometida con sacar todos los años a la venta modelos 8K.

There is a stark difference between this and the regular TVs I’ve used in the past. ​The HDR looks awesome, though I will say you’ll want to spend some time in the settings to really dial it in. Once you tweak it, it’s night and day. I also really appreciate the stand design. it’s actually high enough that my soundbar fits seamlessly underneath without blocking the bottom of the screen. Plus, the OS is super snappy. The HDR and high refresh rate make this perfect for gaming and it really makes my PS5 pro shine

Verarbeitung des Displays zum Rahmen unmöglich. Das meine ich wirklich so. Das Display ist nicht bündig zum Rahmen. Man sieht die Rahmenfläche wo das Display normal anliegt. Sonst hat das Gerät ein schönes Design. Wenn beim einschalten, das Gerät schneller reagieren könnte. z.B bei der Anwahl der Lautstärke oder der Programmwahl wäre es sicher noch besser. Beim Einschalten erscheint immer das riesige Smart TV Menü welches einwenig nervt und erschlägt. Mann muss es immer weg klicken. Schade ist auch, das am Bedienfeld (am Kreis) der Fernbedienung nicht auch Lautstärke sowie und/oder Programmwahl bedient werden kann. Sondern nur am schmalen Querstreifen. Ich bin sonst mit dem Gerät aus Gewohnheit zufrieden.

Setting up all my apps and settings from other Samsung TVs in the house was a breeze thanks to the Smart Things app. It made the whole process seamless and hassle-free.Another feature that I absolutely love is the ability to calibrate the picture using my smartphone. It's amazing how true to life the picture looks, especially when watching certain HDR movies. The colors are vibrant and the details are incredibly sharp.I haven't had the chance to try out the Q-Symphony features with a Samsung Soundbar yet, but I'm really looking forward to it. I have a Samsung, The Music Frame coming shortly, and I'm excited to see how the two work together to enhance my audio experience for my bedroom. If you're in the market for a TV that offers the tech and quality of a top-of-the-line Samsung TV, but at a more affordable price, I highly recommend the Samsung 55” Class QN85D Neo QLED TV. Compre este producto hace 2 semanas y media aproximadamente, el producto llego fallado no paso ni un día desde que lo adquirí llame inmediatamente a la garantía y tuve que esperar los días hábiles hasta que un técnico se acerque a revisar, el técnico reviso la falla y me dijo explícitamente que la falla es desprendimiento y requiere el cambio total del producto es decir que se lleven esa tele y me traigan una totalmente tuve que esperar nuevamente hasta que Samsung se comunicara conmigo y resulta que cuando se comunican conmigo me dan a entender que no quieren hacer el cambio del producto, hice mi reclamo y sigo esperando a que me den una solución pero con eso me voy dando cuenta el pésimo y tardío servicio que tienen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous Samsung Neo QLED 90A in 2021 and it was a good televison and I was thinking how could the quality get better. Here comes the 2026 Samsung Neo QLED QN80A and this was the television I deserved and needed. This TV provides exceptional brightness and improved sharpness and great sound. The QN80H has game mode that features refresh rate up to 144Hz and latency is very minimum when playing fast pace action games. The great thing about the TV was no console is needed and you can connect the controller with bluetooth and sign into an account or try one for free and play. This TV has the latest software NQ4 AI Gen 2 processor and the upscaling of real-time scenes from older footage. The AI feature allows you to use the remote for Voice Amplifier and adjusting settings within the TV, and search features of an array of things. The Televison also has an Art Gallery and you can add personal pcitures or simply allow the TV to change the art automatically to see the beauty. If you have small kids there is a kids section that will keep them entertained for hours with movies and animated fun for hours. This was an excellent purchase and I would definitley recommend to family, friends, and to anyone who wants a quality televsion for a good price.

The picture quality stands out right away, especially in darker scenes where blacks actually look dark instead of the grayish glow that you usually get. The contrast is impressive thanks to the Mini-LED backlighting, and bright scenes still pop without washing everything out. The AI picture features do a solid job in the background adjusting brightness, sharpening content, and even improving older, lower-resolution videos with upscaling, so you don’t really have to mess with settings much. It also includes Samsung’s automatic picture optimization, which helps fine-tune the image without needing a professional setup and eliminates the need for trying to figure out the best setting your self. The smart TV experience is smooth and convenient. All the major streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Disney+, and Prime Video are built in and load quickly, so there’s really no need for an external streaming device. Navigation feels responsive, and the interface is easy enough to get used to after a little time. Gaming on a PS5 has also been great the high refresh rate make fps and racing games feel smooth and responsive, and overall motion handling is clean with no blur.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! The picture quality on the Samsun 55" Class QN85D Neo QLED 4k Smart tv is insane! It makes watching anything totally amazing! It is crystal clear, the contrast in colors is amazing. It making watching anything from videos, to movies pop and look incredible. The sound is great, however I have noticed when I watch something on Samsung TV vs a streaming device, the sound is drastically different. It is way better on the Samsung device, the plug in streaming device doesnt sound as crisp or loud, we end up having to turn it up to about 55-60 for volume to hear everything. Unboxing it was super easy and I didnt worry about it falling in the process or it being damanged becuase it was packed very well. The only thing that it was missing was a film of plastic on the screen itself. But the fingerprints wiped off after setting up. The setup for the tv was simple but the Smart Things set up did not work. It kept saying that the QR code wasnt valid. I did get it to connect once the tv was setup though. The remote is awesome because its solar powered. It is very light and pairs with all my devices perfectly. I only need one remote! I will say it was a little difficult plugging in the power cord to the actual tv because its a very small space. I would recommend this tv because of the wonderful picture quality, and the sound when using the samsung tv is perfect. I am blown away with the picture quality, it is like having a huge movie theatre. It makes movies feel like you are actually there! Love this product and would recommend it to those looking to taking your home entertainment to the next level! Trust me, you will not regret it! Thank you Samsung and Insiders for this wonderful product !

I love the extra Samsung TV channels and the picture quality is amazing. My children damaged the screen in our last one, but we loved it so much that we bought a new one just like the former one. When I read books to the kids at night they like to choose one of the ambient screens for background ambience. What a great feature and so many to choose from! My two complaints are that every once in a while the extra channels disappear and it won’t let me autotune shows I want to watch. The last TV did that without issue.

The picture is so much clearer than what I previously had. It's almost like being in person lol. It connected very easily to my wireless network, and it didn't take long to add the apps for my favorite streaming services that weren't already pre-installed. One thing I appreciate is the legs. I have it sitting above my fireplace on the mantle which is only 8-1/2 inches wide but because of the way the legs are flat instead of 4 points like many other brands, it's sits there just fine and is very solid. The remote it very intuitive and easy to use with dedicated buttons for the three biggest streaming services. It also features voice control. I highly recommend it.

QLED technology really surpasses regular UHD TVs and you can tell there is a big difference. The colors are super vibrant without being over contrasted. Our office is usually super brightly lit because of natural light and the QLED does not waver. I was also surprised at the sound quality of the TV as well. We watched a few movies on it and the sound has no distortion despite being raised. Overall the TV has surpassed my expectations with Samsung's QLED technology. The difference between regular UHD TVs and QLED is not even comparable. Everything looks crisp and super detailed. I would also add that the 55 inch version I selected is slightly on the smaller side than what I prefer but that's not a big deal.

I bought first the 85” then the 75” QLED TV when they were on sale last thanksgiving for incredible prices and couldn’t be happier. The colors are amazing and super bright so I have no problem in my family room with lots of light. One of the features that I wanted and couldn’t find in any other brands was dual Bluetooth connectivity. The 85” was for our bedroom where often two people needed to watch together without disturbing others so this was perfect. Another feature I wanted and couldn’t find any other brands was built in support for Xbox cloud gaming. Even though I ended up not using it much, it’s good to have it.

The colors really pop and extremely vibrant without being too much. The QLED technology goes above and beyond the normal UHD TVs and you can see the difference. No matter if I have it bright or dark in the room the picture is fantastic and does not fall short ever. Sound quality does not disappoint either. Whether I’m watching sports, movies, or any app, the sound remains consistent and constant. Compré la TV de 75'. Viene muy bien embalada, de forma muy segura y con instrucciones claras para evitar cualquier daño durante el transporte y la instalación. Pienso que es un producto excelente pero caro, yo lo compré en promoción y solo así siento que fue una buena compra. La definición es brutal, los negros son tan oscuros que la puedes ver en la noche y los créditos parecer flotar en la habitacion. Tengo el ecosistema samsung y de verdad funciona increíble, puedes conectar el teléfono de un clic y hacer muchísimas cosas, y con el modo juego se disfruta mucho la experiencia. De lo único que podría quejarme es que las bocinas se tronaron "un poco rapido" y que el control luego se traba y termino controlando la pantalla con la aplicación de SmartThings.

Purchased the QN85D though Samsung on Nov. 12 and scheduled the delivery for Nov. 27th. Fullfilled by Bestbuy. Delivery was on time. This tv to replace an old samsung 60”. Very happy with this tv so far. Nice bright picture and the colors are fantastic. Wall mounted using the Sanus vlt7 tilt mount. I believe the vesa mounting holes are offset.

El único punto de mejora que encuentro es el Sistema Operativo, motivo por el cual no coloque 5 estrellas, el OS es funcional y practico pero podría brindar una experiencia mucho mas enriquecida para el usuario, brindando contenido relacionado a lo ultimo que se vio en distintas plataformas, etc.

Colors look bright and clear without looking fake, and movies and sports both look great on it. It also handles bright rooms way better than my older TV, which was important for me since there’s usually a lot of light in my living room. Streaming and just moving through the apps all feel really smooth and fast. Fast action scenes don’t get blurry, and everything loads pretty quickly. Setup was pretty straightforward too. The smart TV menu took me a little bit to get used to at first, but after a few days it felt easy enough to navigate. It’s also lighter than I expected, which made mounting it above the fireplace a lot easier than I thought it would be. Definitely doable without a ton of hassle if you’ve got a decent mount. The sound is actually decent on its own for normal watching, which surprised me a little. Overall, it just feels like a really solid TV for everyday use. Good picture, smooth performance, and easy to use once you get everything set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The very first thing I noticed about this TV compared to other LEDs that I’ve owned was the sound quality. The Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound that is in this TV allows for great sound that I’ve never experienced without the help of a soundbar. The sound tracks across the screen as the picture changes, or is pinpointed to a spot on the screen where the action is taking place. This also helps with the issue I’ve always had with LEDs and other flatscreen TVs, where I couldn’t get the sounds effects, voices, and music to be properly proportionate to each other. The picture is very clear with no noticeable lag in quick movements on screen. The fluidity of the movements on screen are amazing thanks to the Motion accelerator Turbo+ feature; no more skipping/jumping baseballs or golf balls as they fly through the sky on screen. Another one of my favorites is the Home Screen; each time I turn the TV on the Home Screen is even more customized to my preferences based on my watching history. Setup was super slick with the app. Great picture, great sound, and great usability.

Speakers could be better but easily solved with soundbar. Biggest drawback is Tizen system. There is a good choice of apps to choose from. There is some lag when an app starts. It is also very cluttered, could be streamlined to make navigation easier. Also, the Alexa system does not respond well. Especially if you have an echo device in the same room as the tv. It also is slow to respond when you actually do get it to recognize your voice. Maybe improve the voice recognition on the TV. Overall it is an excellent TV.

Compré está pantalla principalmente para el uso con mi consola de videojuegos (Xbox) la calidad de imagen es más que perfecta y con la alta taza de refresco mis juegos corren a máxima resolución y 120hz, lo cuál solo se consigue en monitores gamer, el uso en consumo de multimedia usando la imagen que se adapta por IA siempre da el mejor ajuste automáticamente, es la mejor pantalla que tengo y eso que tengo 4 en casa de otra marca. El brillo automático por IA siempre se ajusta a la perfección para no lastimar la vista en la noche y el sonido es espectacular, tengo un equipo de audio y ahora mismo no lo uso mucho porque el audio que incluye la pantalla es más que suficiente. Los negros realmente son negros, eso hace que todas las imágenes parezcan más vivas de lo normal. También debo resaltar que trae muchas opciones para el modo de uso con consolas, como la reticula virtual para los juegos FPS, también por medio de IA ajusta la calidad de imagen dependiendo de el juego que este en uso. El control es otro extra ya que incluía uno recargable que también es solar y puede controlar mi equipo de audio aunque ya es algo viejo, un equipo sherwood.

I am very happy that I decided to buy this television. It provides all that I wanted to get. Disadvantages: - It is not of use in case you have no internet... - I tried so hard to configure an Antenne connection in it, but it was not possible. I found in the sitting a place to search for channels, but it was disabled. I am still wondering, why does the tv have this input plug for the antenna if it is not applicable? Additionally, there is no clue or information about how to do that. In total, I am satisfied and I give 4 stars for it. If I discover a way to get channels without the internet. Then for me, it will get a 5 stars rating.

I was in the market to purchase a new TV since my old TV was lagging when I pressed the remote buttons. It would be slow to operate. This Samsung TV is super laggy. Time to start the TV is fast but when you want to navigate, it takes time to move. The Settings option takes time to load. Navigating the Samsung TV plus is also quite complicated. The Alexa experience is also not as smooth. Opening apps is not as fast as other comparable TVs have. I have used the Hisense u7 and it seems much better than this. I know the problem is not my internet speed. The colors and pixels are good but the shortcomings of slowing down is very frustrating experience.

Dieses Ding hat mich genug Lebenszeit gekostet. Keine Bedienungsanleitung, die E Hilfe das letzte, keine Erklärung nirgends. Die Fernbedienung ist ein Witz.Mein Kumpel hat den selben, kommt auch nicht klar. Ständig meint das Teil irgendwo anmelden, keiner weis wo und was. Gott sei Dank habe ich noch meinen Mini PC und Kodi und meinen AV und das Beste meine alte Fernbedienung. Ich lasse jetzt alles darüber laufen. NIE Wieder Samsung !!! Und wer jetzt denkt ich bin mit über 50 verkalkt, der Irrt. Ich repariere seit Jahren die PCs und Laptops der Kollegen!!! Der TV ist ddas Letzte Einzigs Plus das Bild ist super, aber such nur über Pc

Toller TV! Einzige Kritikpunkte, die Einen verzweifeln lassen: 1.die Sendersortierung ist - falls man das unmöglich versteckte Menü überhaupt findet - nur rudimentär vorhanden. (Am Besten über ein Programm am PC erledigen). 2. Die Einstellung, um den Ton über Kopfhöhrer und Lautsprecher gleichzeitig auszugeben, ist umständlich versteckt und nicht dauerhaft aktivierbar (barrierfrei hää?). Leicht zu wechseln allerding ist die "entweder/ oder" Option, warum fehlt bei der Schnellmenüauswahl die "und" Option? 3. So handlich die TV-Fernbedienung ist, durch die Doppel- und Dreifachbelegung der Tasten wird die TV-Bedienung - n i c h t - erleichtert.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would of given this 5 stars if it weren't for noticeable blooming on the top corners compared to my other q90b with similar technologies. The A. I. features makes little difference when upscalling watching older picture formats, my q90b did a better job at this without the A.I. Feature. The price was fair but expected more from a newer TV, especially from Samsung. The tv remote has greatly improved with its response time and rarely laggs, just wish it was bigger (small gets lost) with more button options and customization. The smartwatch integration with this TV has improved as well. The smart things app has also improved and is now integrated into the tv and don't have to buy a external Hub to connect via USB like the older tvs.

Ich habe das Produkt beim Händler gesehen und war vom Bild begeistert, auch der Name " Neo Qled" lässt viel hoffen. Nun jetzt wo der TV zu Hause an der Wand hängt bin ich völlig verzweifelt. Ich nehme manchmal ein Flimmern wahr, das Bild ist als würde ich Analog Empfang noch haben. Am Samstag habe ich mir das Gerät gekauft, ich werde nochmal zum Händler fahren und versuche herauszufinden , was ich falsch mache. Was ich ja mal richtig gut finde , ist die neue Bedienerfreundliche Fernbedienung. Kurz gesagt, das was sich mir hier zu Hause gerade bietet, widerspricht sich mit dem, was man immer so lesen bekommt wie zu Beispiel " spektakuläres Ergebnis"

It was easy to setup, I turned on intelligent mode, activated AI video mode and adaptive sound. TV elevates the watching experience. It seems to calibrate itself for best viewing as the picture is crisp and vibrant. The sound is decent. It pairs well with Samsung soundbar. It is easy and smooth to use. Ambient feature is cool. I'm enjoying the tv. Can't wait to turn on when I get home. Great package Samsung for this Neo Qled.

Cela fait maintenant un mois que j'ai fait l'acquisition de cette télévision NEO QLED, le bilan des essais que j'ai pu en faire est au top, la qualité d'image, le rendu des couleurs est simplement incroyable. Je ne me lasse pas de regarder des vidéos de paysages et reportages animaliers en 4K. pour les gamers, j'ai pu essayer ma PlayStation 5 et c'est vraiment top (mise à part le mode gaming que j'ai du désactiver car il me fait trembler l'image). Globalement, je suis très satisfait de mon achat et je recommande vivement cette gamme de télé !

Ich bin mit dem Gerät im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Jedoch war beim ersten Gerät ein Verarbeitungsfehler an der Randleiste unten links vom Bildschirm festzustellen. Beim reklamieren und umtauschen des Gerätes bei einem bekannten örtlichen Großhändler waren zwei frisch ausgepackte Geräte mit dem selben Mangel entdeckt worden. Habe mich dann für den mit dem augenscheinlich geringsten kaum sichtbaren Mangel entschieden. Also Augen auf bei der Auswahl. Ansonsten ein tolles Gerät das meine Wünsche und Anforderungen des Alltags voll erfüllt.

La pantalla falló tan solo 48 horas después de haberla recibido, le apareció una sombra en forma de franja vertical, que se menciona en muchos sitios de Internet como falla comun de Samsung. Además no se conecta a mi red de 5GHz, solo acepta la red de 2.4GHz o cable ethernet de solo 100Mbps, ni siquiera tiene un puerto Gigabit, considerando que es un equipo 4K que va a requerir la recepción de gran volumen de datos. Compré Samsung por recomendación de amigos y familiares, gran decepción. Fue mi primera y ultima compra de esta marca.

Purchased this TV set during the Black Friday sale. I needed to replace my 55” Samsung TV that lasted 14 years in my living room. It’s now in my bedroom still going strong. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with this set! The delivery was right on time and extremely smooth. My son and I set it up in less than 30 minutes. Everything plugged in and worked perfectly right from the start! The picture is amazing and the colors pop out of the screen! It’s absolutely beautiful! The set up is very user friendly and as an Apple user I can definitely say I had no problem getting everything to work easily! I will update if there are any issues, but I don’t foresee any. We are definitely a Samsung family! Thanks for making the holidays even brighter Samsung!!!

Tizen is slow, i mean it takes multiple seconds to do something, and it is full of ads. Multi view only works with Youtube and no other apps are supported. It is basically useless, you cant use netflix or disney or anything else. If you want to open Twitch the system wants you to connect a controller first, because it is listed as a video game streaming app. Pretty dumb. Back to the ads. At least 33% of your home screen is ads. If you want to go somewhere, Samsung forces you to go over the ad, which than can play as a video with sound. Everything is slow and anti-user. Before you can control anything, you always need to wait for the ads to be loaded. Older Samsung TVs are way faster and better to use. New Tizen is just to make them more money out of users.

Für mich war ein Fernseher ein Kasten in den man halt reinschauen kann und Filme, Reportagen oder Nachrichten sieht. Was soll es denn da für Unterschiede geben? In andere Fernseher schaut man auch nur hinein uns guckt seinen Film. Oooh ja, ich wurde eines Besseren belehrt! Denn da stand er nun der 65"Neo QLED4k TV QN85A mit vollem Namen. Ultraschlank und edel mit einer riesigen Bildfläche. Mein Mann hatte sich endlich durchgesetzt. Ratzfatz war alles aufgebaut und angeschlossen und dann: Unglaublich, ich habe noch nie vorher so ein echtes und farbintensives Fernsehbild gesehen. Tiefe Kontraste und spektakuläre Farben. Ich musste noch schnell bügeln und hatte aus einem seitlicheren Blickwinkel trotz Sonne das gesamte Bild ganz klar im Blick. Wide Viewing Angle und Adaptive Picture machen so etwas möglich. Das sind wahre Innovationen des Samsung 65NeoQLED4k TV QN85A. Mein Gott, ich kann es gar nicht glauben, durch den 3D Sound fühle ich mich wie mitten im Actionfilm. Ich habe mich fast verbrannt, als der Hubschrauber geflogen kam, ich dachte er landet gleich im Zimmer! Dieser reale, klare Klang und der objektverfolgende Sound, wie in einer anderen Welt. Was ich besonders lustig finde ist, dass durch die Sichtbarkeit von feinsten Kontrasten und Nuancen auch kleinste Fältchen bei den Schauspielern zu sehen sind, die früher nie auffielen. Daran sieht man die spektakuläre Echtheit der Bilder. Ich bin begeistert, ich hätte nie gedacht, dass Fernsehen so schön und echt sein kann und ich einmal sage: "Ich glaub ich bin (mittendrin) im Film!“ Dank dem zusätzlichen kostenlos installierten TV Plus Angebot von Samsung, verschiedensten vorinstallierten Apps, möglicher Kopplung mit Alexa, Steuerung vom Handy aus und durch das beste zum Schluss: Tatsächlich einer klaren einfachen Fernbedienung ohne Batterien, die sich nur mit Solarenergie aufläd wird hier noch ein toller Beitrag für unsere Umwelt geleistet! Dieses Gesamtpaket, mit noch mehr Überraschungen, hat mich voll überzeugt, dass fernsehen heute nicht mehr nur fernsehen ist, sondern Dank dieser innovativen Features von Samsung das Fernsehen zu einem wahren Erlebnis wird, bei dem Realität und Fiktion so fließend ineinander übergehen, dass nun tatsächlich alle unsere Sinne angesprochen werden und wir ganz in eine andere Welt eintauchen können. Watching movies on this is great because you can set it to have a cinematic color/brightness scheme to make yhe movie look better, depending on the type of movie.

Der Aufbau und die Einrichtung sind machbar. Leider fehlt eine gedruckte Bedienungsanleitung- wie so oft heutzutage. Und das bei den vielen Funktionen und Features. Das Bild ist toll, aber für uns sind die Farben ein wenig zu intensiv, fast etwas aggressiv. Wir haben alle Funktionen ausprobiert, bisher bekommen wir keine Änderung hin. Die minimalistische Fernbedienung ist ziemlich primitiv. Noch nicht einmal Zifferntasten sind da, um schnell auf einen anderen Wunschkanal zu wechseln. Man sucht sich oft einen Wolf, wenn man was einstellen/ändern will. Und dann mit dieser Fernbedienung ist das Einstellen halt sehr umständlich und man muss viel Geduld aufbringen.

Je me suis laissé guider vers cette nouvelle techno par le vendeur et ne le regrette pas : pour mon usage spécifique, 95 % de cinéma base 4K HDR, le résultat est probant. La reproduction est fidèle au point que les défauts des BD ou fichiers lus apparaissent rapidement, notamment les compressions approximatives ou les remasterisations bancales. Deux menus défauts : la gestion du son si vous n'utilisez pas d'ampli et d'installation dédiée (faible volume des HP intégrés) mais passable pour une diffusion classique ou du streaming HD / les menus qui réclament une accoutumance quand comme moi vous sortez de l'environnement Sony.

Upgrading from Samsung UA48J6200AW to this one the sound tracking technology has improved and I have noticed that the Anti Glare tech and wide viewing angle has topped it all. No matter where you are viewing there is no reflection of your sofa anymore! I also love NeoSlim design, super thin, and designed to blend in seamlessly. I also am very impressed with ambient mode and the remote control for all. All these features are absolutely top notch, reasons I am staying with Samsung. Welldone Samsung! Very pleased to have this.

La imagen es súper clara, los colores son vivos y todo se ve tan nítido que casi parece que estás ahí. Y el sonido, es totalmente increíble, se escucha perfecto, hasta los detalles más pequeños. Es como tener una mini sala de cine en casa. Definitivamente, de las mejores compras que he hecho en mucho tiempo. Me quedé con esa sensación de que cada centavo valió la pena. No hay cosa que me arrepienta, más bien me hubiera gustado comprarlo antes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv blows my 75 inch Samsung QLED away. I honestly didn’t think I would notice a difference between the two but I was mistaken. The frame is nice and clean. The sound from the tv itself was surprising but I use a soundbar to enhance the bass and clarity. The tv was supposed to come with a wall mount but the delivery service did not leave it. The current mount I had installed worked so I don’t know if that’s why they didn’t leave it. Great communication with Samsung along the way preparing for the delivery.
