This charger was designed for the capabilities of Samsung's fast wireless charging, with that said, it is not to say that this charger won't work with any qi wireless capable device, you just may not see the full speeds that it can offer for Samsung Galaxy fast wireless charging capable devices. The thickness of your phone case if it is larger than 3mm thick can cause the charging to be slower. It may also depend on the charging cube you are using to plug in to the wall and the wattage that is being produced there. With Fast Wireless Charging, you can now do this even faster. If you notice that your phone is only charging to a certain percentage, please ensure that your wireless charger is receiving a proper charge using an authentic Samsung charging cable and adapter. Additionally, check that Battery Protection is turned off. To do this, make sure the switch next to "Protect battery" or "Battery protection" is turned off; the switch will appear gray when it is off. If this option is enabled, your device will not charge past 85%. Additionally, ensure that your watch battery is optimized to charge fully and that your device is compatible with wireless charging. Position the device in the center of the charging pad, ensuring there are no obstructions. Si vous ne les placez pas correctement, la vitesse de chargement pourrait diminuer ou les appareils pourraient ne pas se charger correctement. • Le chargement entre les zones n'est pas possible. Ajustez la position de votre appareil mobile et des Galaxy Buds sur la station de chargement pour les charger. • Lorsque vous chargez l'appareil mobile et les Galaxy Buds ou deux Galaxy Buds en même temps, maintenez autant d'espace que possible entre les appareils. • Le chargement sans fil peut ne pas fonctionner correctement si vous avez fixé un étui épais sur votre appareil mobile.
