Despite an incredible sound and an immersive experience (I've never experienced in my living room before) - I still have, as many customers, some small sounds cuts (whatever the source). I hope Samsung will release a new firmware to correct that annoying bug.

Cette barre de son a changer mon rapport avec mon téléviseur. On ne peut pas se rendre compte du plus qu'apporte une barre de son si on n'en fait pas l'expérience. Evidemment elle n'est pas donné mais c'est un complément indispensable à un téléviseur haut de gamme

Les HP de la TV sont déjà de bonne qualité mais avec la BDS on entre dans une autre dimension. Le son rempli la pièce et le caisson apporte des effets saisissants. La BDS apporte également les radios internet et le cast du téléphone. Une panoplie complète dans un format WAF compatible.

Sans violence, avec beaucoup de finesse, la barre de son donne à l'image tout le relief d'une sonorisation riche, détaillée et spatiale. Malgré tout les soins apporté aux haut-parleurs du téléviseur 8K, ile ne donnent pas le même accompagnement, le même enrichissement à l'image.

It works perfectly with the Smart TV as advertised. No complaints so far. The soundbar works with the TV speakers for phenomenal sound. Very happy so far. Of course it has only been hooked up for a month now, but I am sure it will continue to work. It does take up one of the 4 HDMI hook ups.

h OKI had the product for a while now and while I do enjoy it a lot there are some issues that I have. The main one being it's shoddy integration with the SmartThings app and the second thing being its like of VRR support. Now I know this isn't the Q990C But at this price point I do feel like it would be great. I use this one as the sound bar for my main tv and I will say the sound quality is incredible. It's nice and robust and the sound is enveloping. I made sure to purchase the rear speakers to go with it and surely happy that I did. Set up a superhit easy with the SmartThings app, however after a week or 2, it is unable to pick the soundbar. I will be sure to check online for any further software updates. So far, I have not experienced any degradation in video quality when passing my Blu-Ray video signal through the soundbar. Other than these minor issues, I'd say that it is a great and afforable purchase.

For me it's not worth the money, Bass is poor and satellite speakers do not enhance the sound quality. I've had much better sound experience from cheaper Samsung sound bars.

The Dolby Atmos truly shines, creating a 3D soundscape that envelops you from all directions. Whether it's the roar of a crowd during a sports game or the subtle nuances of a dialogue-driven scene, this soundbar delivers crystal-clear audio with impressive depth and detail. The sleek design seamlessly complements my living room, and the intuitive controls make it a breeze to set up and operate. The wireless subwoofer adds a powerful low-end punch, elevating the overall listening experience. Only point where I see opportunity for improvement is the voice assistant, Bixby. The responsiveness is just not there yet and I have a hard time interacting with it. Very difficult compared to an Alexa or Google assistant. Hence the 1 point deduction on smart integration. Overall I highly recommend this soundbar. It's a game-changer that will transform your movie nights and music listening sessions.

It sounds pretty average, I purchased thinking it would be amazing but if the content you watch doesn't support ATMOS, which most content doesn't other than specific movies it's not worth it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this. It is not worth the money. Also the interface is really poorly design, it's just a few LED dots that tell you which preset the soundbar is on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q900C has been an awesome soundbar and subwoofer. The audio quality coming from different sources has not disappoint. The setup was easy when connected to my Q Series Samsung TV. Used mainly for movies and shows, there has been zero cons with audio. The center and upfiring speakers with Dolby Atmos content has by far blown out the other soundbars in my other rooms. Voice quality is clear and crisp even with default settings that i do not plan on changing. That is an indicator of a well balanced system. The sounds stage is wider than the actual soundbar which is impressive. I have not been passed level 16 on the volume as it can get very loud. The subwoofer produces low level sounds with clean bass even at higher levels. Overall, after many test with other manufacturers this has been the best soundbar and subwoofer I have purchased thus far.

Mids feel powerful, bass is deep and the highs bring it all life. The subwoofer however has had issues since the beginning. It sounds as though it has been blown, but once you reconnect it the sound is clear again for a while and then it continues with a strange reverb. Never been able to get it to work correctly.

The sound quality from the main speaker and sub woofers gave off a THUNDEROUS BOOM! It shook me in my seat....exactly how long I want to watch a movie...like I was sitting in an IMAX theater. Loved it!

Vibrations and chills while Godzilla is running a rampage or bullets whizzing by to actually checking my rooms for something falling only to realize background noise in a movie is deceiving me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this to my living room tv and it has never worked right, the 2 wireless speakers don't connect 3/4 of the time and when they do they phase in and out, the sound bar is very good, clear audio when people speak on screen and excellent sound all around, the bass speaker is ok doesn't really have that thumping bass but it is ok over all i would say if your going to spend this kind of money there are other better options

The sound quality is good for movies and general TV watching, but the sound is not that great when using Bluetooth to play music from my Samsung phone. The Soundbar app does make minor sound adjustment easier than trying to make the same adjustment on the device itself. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would put it at an 8.

The Q990C/D is one of these soundbars. In a pleasing compact package, you get all of the components to a full fledged Dolby Atmos home theater experience without any of the wiring and hassles of setting up. The Q990 just works right out of the box. Professional reviewers and home theatre enthusiast alike all proclaim the Q990 to be one of the very best soundbars, regardless of price. I concur enthusiastically. The sound output approaches Dolby THX standards, including the bass response. The compact subwoofer packs a punch down to 30Hz without distorting. The center channel is pristine clear. In fact, all of the speakers sound as good as individual stand mounted speakers. Using the HDMI ARC with the Frame TV is easy and works pretty easily when plugging an HDMI input to the soundbar directly (so I don't have to access the Frame box). Highly recommend and happy with the purchaser and pairing with the Frame.

We set the speakers up around the living room which makes for excellent sound when pairing with our devices to play music. We have the TV setup to automatically sync the the soundbar because the quality is so much better than the stock tv speakers. When we're gaming, it feels like you're IN the game. The surround sound speakers prevent anyone from sneaking up on us, we hear their footsteps coming!

I bought this Sound bar with the rear Dolby Atmos speaker's separately, and recently purchased a Samsung 77 inch OLED S95c TV, and also connected is a Sony 4K UHD Blu-ray player and a PS5. Movie's & the PS5 sound so good and with Q-Sympony and the Dolby Atmos. The AVA is great you hear all the dialogue clearly. With the rear speaker's I'm in my own Home Theater paradise! So if your wondering about getting this soundbar my advice is to get it and also get the rear speaker's you will not be disappointed! Oh and the bass is on point from the subwoofer.

If the speakers are connected via HDMI, there are no issues. However, if it's connected via WiFi, it sometimes disconnects and I have to reset the speakers and reconnect to WiFi, which is very frustrating. Otherwise, the sound quality is great when it's working properly.

Prior to using this product I had wires to my surround speakers running under a carpet which you would still feel with your feet. My major concern for switching to a wireless system was a loss of quality and sync dialogue, none of which resulted to be true. My only slight complaint is that the instructions, and particularly the troubleshooting page of the instructions, could be more extensive. I definitely recommend this product, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Universally acclaimed by professional reviewers being the absolute top tier soundbar regardless of price. It is the top soundbar with regards to value. What sets this apart from its competitors is the 360 seamless surround without any breaks. Also, the audiophile quality sub that is solid, low, well defined musicality that other soundbar lacks. I like the crystal clear clean sound from the soundbar. Dialog is spot on and intelligible, even with a lot of action. Because of this, the soundbar is very musical. This soundbar can get very loud without distorting or compressing. That is pretty impressive from a small package. Atmos is a difference maker and that is where this soundbar shines. The Atmos provides the overhead and upwards projection of the surround sound. Also, the usage of its unique angled front and rear speakers bouncing off the side walls (a first) add to the Atmos experience. Having Sound Fit to auto calibrate for room configuration works great. In addition, the Adaptive Sound works brilliant in sythetizing or enhancing the Atmos surround effects. Too have a full blown home theater system in a compact package is amazing. In fact, the Q990C can hold its own to most entry level home theater system without all of the wiring, setup, and calibration; just plug an play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this soundbar to replace a full surround sound receiver/subwoofer/satellite speakers that I had purchased a few years ago. I really like how seamless the soundbar and subwoofer connect to each other. Sound quality seems really good - plenty loud enough for the room. I had some trouble getting the sound bar and TV (Samsung OLED S90C) connecting and it took me forever to figure out how to get Q-symphony to work (I’m not 100% sure it is working now). The Smarthings App is pretty useless - for example, even though both the TV and the Soundbar are in the SmartThings app, there’s no way of setting up Q-Symphony from the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundbar delivers impressive Dolby Atmos and room-filling sound. The setup with my Samsung TV was a breeze, and the bass is seriously punchy. I do wish it came with dedicated rear speakers, but overall it's a fantastic upgrade for movie nights.

The blue tooth option keeps disconnecting when the TV is turned off. The HDMI cable helped but still not consistent. The sound is ok but not as good as advertised. Having to re-connect is extremely frustrating!

I apologize that you had a frustrating experience connecting the soundbar to your TV, but we greatly appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. To address your connectivity issues, please consider the following troubleshooting tips: 1. Check Cable Connections: First, ensure that the cable connecting the soundbar to your TV or external device is secure and properly connected to the correct port. 2. Update Firmware: Make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware version. Updating the firmware provides access to the latest improvements. You can update the firmware using a USB device. 3. Initialize the Soundbar: Press and hold both the “-” and “+” (volume) buttons on the side of the soundbar simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. When you see “INIT OK” on the display, the soundbar has been reset. Keep in mind that this action will restore all settings to default, so any sound adjustments will need to be reconfigured. You can also manually optimize your audio experience by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (which looks like a gear), you can set the audio function such as Spacefit Sound, AVA, Voice Enhance mode, or Night mode. There are multiple ways to control the bass levels for your new Soundbar. 1) Using the WOOFER button on the provided Soundbar remote. Use the woofer button by pushing forward or pulling backward on the button itself to adjust the bass levels between -12 or -6/+6. If you want to reset the bass to 0 then push the button in. 2) When you press the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the treble or bass levels between -6/+6. Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.) To control the volume of each speaker, press the CH LEVEL button on the provided remote. Then select CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, WIDE LEVEL, or FRONT TOP LEVEL. Once you find the channel you are looking for, adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons. After unboxing the bar, most of the set up, including connections were very straightforward. We're currently in the process of fine tuning our desired sound. The BT, optical, HDMI options are also very attractive.

WOW what a product, I tried Bose, Sonos, Sony, Kef, JBL, etc. This bar and subwoofer blow the competitors out of the water. It's very impressive what Samsung has done. This is my first Samsung speaker of any kind and I am incredibly impressed. You think there are many more and bigger speakers in the room.
