Produit de basse qualité. Après moins de 2 ans d'utilisation, la brosse ne fonctionne plus. De plus, la brosse fait des marques noires sur mes portes, plinthes, carreaux d'escaliers !! Un joint s'est détaché de la brosse, le couvercle de poussière ne se ferme plus et avec le temps il a détérioré le bouton de fermeture du couvercle. J'ai fait une demande ausav qui ne m'a jamais rappelé. D'ailleurs, impossible d'échanger de vive voix avec le SAV, la demande se fait uniquement via un formulaire. J'ai ensuite reçu un sms pour me dire que ma demande a été prise en compte. J'ai ensuite reçu un sms de confirmation de livraison alors que je n'ai pas eu d'échange avec le sav. Le matériel à été livré à une ancienne adresse puisque personne ne m'a contacté pour m'informerd'une livraison... Le matériel reçu ne correspond pas à mon besoin ni à l'aspirateur pour lequel j'ai demandé une réparation. Aujourd'hui le sav refuse de me livrer la bonne pièce. On me propose d'acheter par moi même la pièce de rechange dont j'ai besoin. On est bien loin d'un SAV digne de ce nom. A force de vouloir produire une multitude de produits j'ai bien peur que samsung ne sache plus produire des produits de qualité. Je vous déconseille ce produit et vous souhaite bon courage si vous avez besoin d'une assistance

Je suis très déçue de mon achat effectué il y a a peu près un an... Le plastique est très fragile et de mauvaise qualité... l'aspirateur n'est jamais tombé et le plastique est déjà cassé à plusieurs endroits. Les clips de fixation du réservoir et autres (bras ou accessoires) sont fragiles et difficiles à emboîter... j'ai toujours peur de les casser... Pour les bon points l'autonomie est très bien. Et l'aspiration aussi sauf le long des plaintes et dans les coins.

Aspirateur balai très performant et polyvalent ! Dès l'ouverture du carton le produit met en confiance par la qualité des matériaux. Le design du produit avec son gris métallisé est très appréciable car il a pour vocation de servir souvent donc d'être sous la main et de rester dans les pièces de vie. Ses accessoires pratiques se clipsent directement sur le support avec un encombrement qui reste minime, c'est un vrai plus (pas besoin de tout stocker dans un placard !). On peut facilement déplacer le tout car il n'est pas nécessaire de fixer la base au mur. Je suis très satisfait des performances du produit et toujours impressionné par tout ce qui est collecté même pour un "petit passage". Vider le collecteur et simple et on ne remet pas de la poussière partout en le démontant... En mode max la batterie se décharge très rapidement mais j'ai vite constaté que contrairement à d'autres modèles le mode mid est très largement suffisant (et moins bruyant!). Les accessoires sont très adaptés et permettent une utilisation très polyvalente. Il est aisé de passé de l'un à l'autre avec un système de clips de qualité. Le moteur est un peu lourd mais en mode balai l'aspirateur est très maniable. En aspirateur "à main" cela n'est pas trop gênant car la période d'utilisation est plus courte. Un petit bémol : la poignée est peu adaptée si on a une trop grosse main et "appuie" sur les doigts, et la barre télescopique pourrait être plus longue.

Que dire ? Juste que j'ai trouvé ma nouvelle marque fétiche d'aspirateur sans fil. Étant habitué à une autre marque très connue d'aspirateur sans fil, j'ai enfin trouvé mieux, vraiment. J'ai une maison d'environ 100m2 comprenant un rez-de-chaussée avec carrelage et un étage avec lino, que ce soit sur un revêtement ou un autre, l'efficacité est excellente. L'aspiration est ajustable sur 3 niveaux ce qui est super, et le niveau max est réellement bluffant. Sur mes tapis poils long, la saleté est complètement aspiré en profondeur, sur les tapis poils court également mais selon le tapis même au minimum l'aspirateur reste encore trop puissant et emporte le tapis. Concernant les accessoires, c'est juste hallucinant le nombre d'accessoires qui est fournie et en plus le support peut tous les intégrer sans exception et dans un emplacement très réduit je trouve. J'ai testé l'aspirateur dans ma voiture j'ai pu tout aspirer sans devoir le recharger et l'efficacité est assez respectable même si sur les tapis très sales il a montré ses limites. Dans l'ensemble il n'a que très peu de défauts et je trouve qu'il peut vraiment répondre aux attentes de presque tous les usagers. N'hésitez plus.

Pas toujours envie de sortir son aspirateur traîneau alors un aspirateur balai me semblait un bon compromis pour garder une maison propre. Le jet 90 est agréable avec son design épuré, facile à manipuler, simple de ranger tous ses accessoires, peu bruyant et fait son travail sans difficulté même pour les poils des animaux, il rentre très vite dans votre quotidien. . Je l'utilise aussi souvent que nécessaire et, en oublie volontiers mon aspirateur traîneau. Installez le dans un endroit stratégique et vous ne manquerez aucune occasion de l'utiliser !

Bonjour, Jeune maman avec deux chats et un chien il devenait urgent de palier à mon aspirateur traîneau. L’aspirateur balai un élément indispensable au quotidien ! Samsung a réalisé un très joli design pour ce modèle. Des l’ouverture du carton on est enchanté de la qualité de chaque élément. Aspirateur puissant avec une bonne autonomie. Manque un peu de maniabilité et quelques petits soucis en aspirant les tapis, la brosse a tendance à se bloquer. Je l’espère juste un petit réglage à trouver.

Advertising that it works together with Jet series cordless stick. But it fits only 70/75 and 90. For some reason doesn't work with 85. Didn't know that. If I had know this before I wouldn't have bought that cordless stick.

It’s great but lacks replacement parts so beware. My dustbin for my Jet 70 cracked and there is nowhere I can buy a replacement!!! So now its NOT useable with the clean station, which makes this thing useless!!!

This Clean Station has literally been a massive paper weight in the corner of my house. The SPECIFIC dust-bin it came with cracked and no longer adheres to my vacuum. I cannot use the Clean Station without the bin and when I say months, I mean MONTHS! I've been in contact with Samsung representatives over MONTHS trying to get a replacement bin. It's so ridiculous I will more than likely have to throw this paper weight away. Super huge waste - seriously, DON'T waste your money. It was wonderful when I could use it... and I have so many brand new dust bags that I wasted money on as well. No since in investing on an item that doesn't come with replacement parts.

Bought the Jet 90 Complete w/cleaning Station in September 2021. Everything went very well until about 10 months into ownership. As many here have stated, the Cleaning Station began to loose it suction and having to physically loosen/remove nothing but lint and collected dust became a "dirty" issue. Then last month, January 2023, the Clean Station on/off button stuck and the unit failed to engage. It's called "PLANNED OBSELENCE". These devices are designed, engineered to fail shortly before or after the warranty period! (Case in point: Family member worked for Samsung in the TV repair division and told me after leaving the company that the 32" Flat Screen TV's, and possibly more sizes, had two blue capacitors that were designed to fail 2-4 years into ownership. If your TV failed, take the back off and you will see these two capacitors. The look like they are about to explode! Sure enough, ours failed, no power and I took the back off and there they were, bulging like Jabba The Hutt's belly!) So I am not surprised that this "Cleaning Station" failed just 16 month into ownership. I should have bought the extra warranty, which I do on all our electronic acquisitions currently. Now, I will get this little cute and empathetic response that they want to discuss this with me. Why, it doesn't work, my warranty has expired and the above is just what I stated, PLANNED OBSELENCE!!! It is now JUNK!

We use our stick vacuum daily and however convenient none of them are fun to clean out. I usually grab a small bag, go outside and empty it so the dust doesn't go back in the air. With the clean station it stucks the dirt right out in about 15 seconds. Sometimes I have to run it 2x but it's clean and convenient.

Osatanio kupiłem nowy odkurzacz Samsung Jet 70 - jest naprawdę super choć jak wszystkie odkurzacze z pojemnikiem ma jedną wadę - pojemnik trzeba opróżniać (nic to przyjemnego szczególnie jak ktoś jest alergikiem) Jak się okazuje jest ratunek - stacja czyszcząca - normalnie luksus. Odpinasz pojemnik od odkurzacza wkładasz do stacji i po problemie. Wszystko dzieje się automatycznie - pojemnik otwiera się a stacja wyciąga cały kurz z modulowaną siłą ssania (choś nie ukrywam że do cichych nie należy, ale za to ciągnie jak diabli) To co mnie zaskoczyło to fakt iż nie używa się orginalnego pojemnika dostarczanego z odkurzaczem, ale specjalnego z otwieranym denkiem będącego w zestawie ze stacją . W zestawie otrzymujemy również trzy (niesbyt duże) worki na śmieci. Zdecydowanie polecam jako uzupełnienie do odkurzacza - to naprawdę super roziązanie. #promocjazwrotsamsungjet

the dust bin that comes with this clean station is not replaceable. if it breaks, it renders the clean station useless. i will increase my rating if they provide. a link for my to buy a new dust bin. overall, the clean station works great as long as you don't fill the dust bin to max capacity. it struggles to get the dirt (mainly hair) out.

Just push it in this and viola the bin is empty just like that. The initial issue we had was finding bags for this unit as they were not in stock for a long time but now they are fairly easy to get. Dokupiłam stację czyszczącą do swojego odkurzacza Samsung Jet 90 complete i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Do urządzenia dołączony jest drugi pojemnik (z otwieranym dnem), więc oprócz samej stacji dostajemy dodatkowy prezent. Są też 3 zapasowe worki - nie trzeba więc od razu robić zapasów - plus dla producenta za nie podążanie po linii najmniejszego oporu. Stacja jest banalna w obsłudze - wkładamy pojemnik, automat go otwiera i zasysa wszystko do worka. Nic nie zostaje na zewnątrz, nic się nie kurzy na boki. Wyjmujemy pojemnik, myjemy pod bieżącą wodą i pozostawiamy do wyschnięcia (kolejny plus za zmywalny pojemnik). Gdybyśmy potrzebowali odkurzyć w tak zwanym "międzyczasie", mamy standardowy pojemnik dołączony do odkurzacza, więc nie ma problemu. Chyba polubię sprzątanie :)

Do stacji dołączony dodatkowy pojemnik do odkurzacza który nakładamy na stację i oczyszcza nam pojemnik jednym przyciskiem:) Piękny wygląd pozwala ustawić go w dowolnym miejscu.Nie rzuca się w oczy- kolor szary. Ułatwienie i wygoda nie trzeba się męczyć nad opróżnianiem pojemnika. W przypadku zapełnienia woreczka w środku pokaże nam dioda zapalająca się na czerwono. Bardzo prosty w obsłudze. Polecam w 100%

received this vacuum cleaner and auto emptying dustbin from Samsung for product testing purposes.’ I'm not entirely sure I understood this product despite watching videos and reading instructions. Managed to turn it on but it was extremely loud and only seemed to work for about 30 seconds before turning off again.

I received this clean station from Samsung for product testing. Well I was very intrigued about the cleaning station, I loved the way it sucked the dirt away and it was nearly mess free. The cute little bags were great and actually held alot more than I first thought. I used the hoover and clean station for 7 days, with a family of two adults and two messy children and 2 dogs. I never filled the bag up. The downside is, it only came with one of the emptying pots, so if one was being cleaned. I had to wait. The lead is quite short, I have an old council house, so plugs are few and far between. It runs on electricity, which isnt so great at the moment. But I don't reckon it uses alot a day perhaps 1p to 2p an hour according to my smart meter. I found a little bit of dust escaped from the pot when using the cleaning station, but a quick wipe always sorted it. The removal of filters are really easy. It is a nice addition to the jet 60 samsung hoover but I wouldn't say it's a necessity.

I loved this product when I first bought it because it worked perfectly. As I continued to use it, I realized that the suction generally is not strong enough to pull hair from the center of the canister being emptied. Additionally, the light never went off to let me know that the fust bag was full, but it became apparent by the smell of hot dirt/dust when the station would suck in the canister. As I emptied it, I realized I only had the 1 extra bag that my station came with and once I went through that, the machine became non-operable. You MUST have a bag to run this machine, but they are not available and have not been available for over a year. There are also no re-usable or off-brand options that could be purchased in the meantime. I would rate this product higher if I could actually use it, but I cannot.

Samsung quality on this product could use a major improvement ie suction alone. So can the customer service for god sake. That’s absurd. Samsung get it together.

Now no need to empty the vacuum canister in the trash can, instead just empty in this and it collects in the dust bag inside. Depending on how often you vacuum and how much dust collects, i would say that the dust bag can hold around 4 weeks of trash. The only complain is that the replaceable dust bags for these are nearly impossible to find (unless you want to pay more than retail). Samsung please fix this and make the bags easily accessible or just have this swapped/replaced with something that is still useable. Other than that a good and convenient product.

The ease of throwing away of bag filled with dust and dirt. Now I have been using my clean station for about 3 months and because I am remodeling my kitchen and had doors installed I have been vacuuming probably every 2 -3 days. The bag has not filled up yet. So storage is plentiful. Wow a great addition to cleaning and if one buys it you will be estactic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several of these throughout my home now. Mainly due to it coming as part of the vacuum bundle. Let me say it’s been a game changer in emptying the trash bin which had been a dreaded activity for me. I do not like dust getting everywhere and due to my allergies, I end up wearing masks, gloves and take it outside (and still hold my breathe and change my clothes). With this I just pop it into the Cleanstation and pop it back! The only reason why I didn’t give it a 5* rating is because I did not have access to additional vacuum bags for so long. I’m glad I had bought some early on but ran out and it has been out of stock for most of the year. I see it popping back up but they aren’t cheap either. Hopefully prices come down and we have more access to bags!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great addition to the cleaning arsenal and works pretty well at emptying the dust collection bin of my Jetstick, but began to emit smelly dog hair odors during its operation. This may be due to the dust collection bag being stuffed with my two dogs hair and dander which I admit is a lot hair! I just hoped the HEPA filter was more effective in stopping that odor from escaping. Also, I cannot find the dust bags anywhere, not even from Samsung and therefore it sits unused for now. Bummer.
