Selecting the 'Close all' option is a quick way to close all active apps, however, if you'd like to close just one app, you can swipe through your open apps so that the one you'd like to close is at the front, and then swipe it upwards to close it. Doing this will keep all other apps active. As for the camera opening unexpectedly, we'd like you to check whether the camera is set to quick launch when the Side key is pressed twice. You can check this by heading to Settings > Advanced features > Side button. If you'd like to disable the Double press option completely, toggle the switch OFF. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you are disappointed with you A15 and have run into certain issues. When it comes to transferring data across, we strongly recommend using SmartSwitch. Information on SmartSwitch and how to use it can be found here: https://spr.ly/6420mgwfy SmartSwitch allows you to select exactly what you would like moving over to your new phone. Once the transfer is competed, you should leave your phone for 10-15 minute and allow the phone time to set everything up just like you had it on your old phone. The issue with Google Maps is not an issue caused by the phone, and is an issue from Googles side with the app specifically. They are currently in the process of fixing this issue, however, we recommend reaching out to them directly via the Google Play Store. ^CR at Samsung Support

Hallo, hast du bereits die verschiedenen Einstellungen unter "Einstellungen > Töne und Vibration > Tonqualität und Effekte" getestet? Aktiviere hier einmal "Dolby Atmos" und teste die verschiedenen Profile aus. Im "Equalizer" hast du auch verschiedene Optionen zum Ausprobieren. Unter "Adapt Sound" legst du dein persönliches Tonprofil fest. Zum Aufladen schaue unter "Einstellungen > Akku > Einstellungen für das Aufladen" an und prüfe, ob die Funktion zum Schnellladen aktiviert ist. Überprüfe auch, ob das USB-Kabel und das USB-Netzteil richtig angeschlossen sind. Nutze nur original Samsung Zubehör. Der Akku lädt schneller, wenn das Gerät bzw. sein Bildschirm ausgeschaltet ist. Der Akkuverbrauch deines Galaxy A15 5G wird von unterschiedlichen Faktoren beeinflusst. Du verlängerst die Betriebsdauer, wenn du Funktionen deaktivierst, die du nicht immer brauchst. Das sind z.B. GPS und Bluetooth. Schließe zusätzlich regelmäßig im Hintergrund laufende Apps über den Anwendungsmanager. Auch durch das Aktivieren der automatischen Displayhelligkeit lässt sich der Akkuverbrauch senken. There's a feature on our phones that illuminates the edge of the screen when a notification is received. You can activate this by heading to Settings > Notifications > Notification pop-up style > Brief > Edge lighting style > Choose your desired effect, colour and advanced settings. Adding a Clock widget to your Home screen allows you to access the Clock app with a tap, so you can quickly utilise the alarm, timer and stopwatch features. To add a widget to your Home screen, long-press an area of empty space > Tap Widgets at the bottom of your screen > Choose your preferred clock widget > Drag it to your desired area and size. We're pleased to see that you are a fan of your A15, Chris, and do assure you that we stopped including chargers with our smartphones due to significant customer feedback to do so. Many of our customers stated that it was no longer necessary due to all our smartphones making use of the same sized charger, so they could use their old charger with their new phone. Hallo, das Galaxy A15 5G ist eher ein Einstiegsmodell mit weniger Funktionen als beispielsweise unser Galaxy A55 oder auch das Galaxy A71. Allerdings kannst du auch auf dem A15 Screenshots weiterhin mit Wischgeste anfertigen. Eventuell musst du die Funktion noch unter "Einstellungen > Erweiterte Funktionen > Bewegungen und Gesten > Screenshots" aktivieren.
