Saya baru beli 1 bulan tp tombol bagian bawah sudah rusak. Sudah bawa ke samsung service infonya adalah bagian dalam ada yg memuai sehingga harus ganti bagian tombol termasuk dengan bezel dan lcd dengan biaya total 1,6jt. Dari pengalaman saya ini sangat tidak recommend. Sebelumnya saya menggunakan active 2 dan tidak pernah ada masalah seperti ini

Despite shutting down a majority of the "monitoring apps, this watch cannot last a (daylight) day. Looks like I will need to carry a charger and cable with me at all times. I cannot imagine how poor the life on the watch 4 and earlier must have been if the 5 has a "longer" life. Oh, and despite the not inexpensive price you need to buy a charger as it is not included. Huge regret is that we bought two x watch 5 40mm LTE so that each of us had the same model. An action that a previously satisfied Samsung customer now totally regrets. Fell absolutely let down by Samsung. Hard to evaluate features due to need to recharge every few hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Traded in my old Samsung smartwatch for this device. It matches the colors of my flip phone and earbuds which is amazing. This smartwatch is a clear step-up. Samsung has upgraded the keyboard and a whole host of other features. The screen is much not durable. And the device is much more responsive. My old watch would slow down easily. This one is very snappy. Plus it overheats less. All in all a fantastic experience and a must-have for anyone with a Samsung phone. My favorite features are the exercise monitors and the fact that I can see all my phones notifications without having to actually pull out my phone. I just have to glance at my watch.

The Watch5 is not a bad watch, and I have enjoyed my first few days with it! The watch has a few features right out of the box that are very useful like Samsung Pay, Watch Face Complications, and Messages! (though i don't understand that google messages and samsung messages are both unable to be uninstalled) Though, a big problem about the watch is once i've used it for a while and put it on charge, it commonly overheats and cancels out charging entirely, draining the battery before i take it off and wear it to bed. I am concerned about the battery degrading because of this too. Little annoying, but overall still a great watch!

This watch has all the bells n whistles. It holds a charge for days! It helps me keep up with my activities. It's great piece that I can wear anywhere. I love how it let's me know that it's time to get up n get moving or how it will show me my stress, heart rate it even will tell me my weight. There's so many features I love about this watch not to mention the color! Also you can buy other bands colors to match your outfits! I would highly recommend this watch to anyone considering buying one. I also bought one for my husband and he loves it too!

I bought this watch as an upgrade from my Galaxy Watch3. It's a change, for sure. The lack of a rotating bezel was a big change. I'm still getting used to the new screen. The watch itself is bright, clear and lovely looking. I really like how "new" it seems. But, battery life is crap. My Watch3 would get 2-2.5 days of batter life. This new watch barely gets a single day. I guess it's to do with all the new apps and functions, but it is still massively disappointing. I still can't seem to get any "snore" notifications in the Samsung Health, even though it's setup correctly, and my wife insists I do snore a little at night.

You'll forever be missed :'(. But man, was this a total life changing upgrade from my old Watch. The features are way more accurate, display and feedback with the system is immediate and smooth, and the battery lasts me two days on one charge. Amazing. Also don't even get me started on the sleek new look of it.. it's amazing. Modern, not bulky, and still stylish. The lavender band is my favorite part. Overall, I'm really impressed and happy I was able to get myself this Galaxy Watch5, and for a birthday gift to myself at that. Very pleased with the product!

To start I read many reviews regarding battery life and charge times which almost made me not buy the watch, but I decided to go for it because I got a good trade in deal, simply the galaxy watch 5 44mm is great. I got this watch to help track my heart and stress levels, it's extremely accurate. I have continues monitoring turned on and I get 2.5-3 days of battery, I see no issue with that battery life since from 10%-100% it takes just over a hour with a fast charging block, only negative is the ecg meter doesn't work good, but I also don't really need it, I would recommend this watch over the apple watch any day of the week. I was nervous about purchasing but I 100% recommend this watch

I've had this watch for a year now, it's getting worse and worse. Bought originally so I can listen to Spotify while walking and take calls without having my phone. Neither of these things work when I'm not near my phone so useless in that regard. Battery used to last 2 days now it's only hours. The only app I downloaded is Spotify, all other apps came with phone. So can't work out why Battery drains so fast now (battery was fine for first 3 months having spotify) And with battery saving mode on can't even see the time one handed when I'm working. Absolute waste of money.

Coming from a previous Samsung galaxy watch, the battery life is terrible. I get 2, if i'm lucky 3 days of usage, and that is very limited at that. I don't tap or use any functions on it other than to use it as a watch that dings when I get a message. You spend more time trying to get a gesture work that it takes to do it manually (by about 5 times). Have i mentioned how bad the battery is? to the point i miss a lot of stuff as I'm walking about with a dead watch on my wrist. I have all the settings fine tuned for battery preservation without hindering it's usage.

i bought samsung watch 5 and it is NOT compatible with Samsung A23. After 2 times support calls and 3 hours of tech support to find out I have to take to samsung service centre only to find out they were CLOSED when sign said to 4:00pm is absolute joke!!!!! now I have issues with Google play store, A23 Crashing is absolutely disgusting. Been a fan of samsung for years but would not recommend product to anyone in future. will not buy any Samsung product again absolute headache since tech people tried to fix my problem. DO NOT BUY WATCH 5 IT WONT WORK WITH

The watch OS and look is great! Nice premium feel to the watch and easy to use. The screen looks great and tracking and features have been fantastic. Dropping two stars because the ECG/Blood Pressure monitoring is locked out to non Samsung Galaxy phones (I have a Pixel 6 Pro). So if you're after ECG/Blood Pressure monitoring it simply won't work without a Galaxy phone and the 'Samsung Health Monitoring' app at the moment. Hopefully they make it available for all Android devices in the future since it's just being withheld via an app feature at the moment.

Plenty of battery life to get me through the whole day and night with more juice to spare. I love the watch faces, notifications are spot on, replies through the watch go through without a hitch and all the features/apps are working as promised. Exactly what I expect in a smart watch. Thank you for the additional color options in both the band and watch itself. It would have been nice to see more color option for the leather hybrid bands since the sport band can get a little sweaty just from normal wear. It's a joy to wear and I actually look forward to putting it on every day. Thank you Samsung!

I received this watch as a gift for Christmas and find it falls short in several areas. Worst of all is the O2 measurement. It fails to complete the measurement more than 50% of the time. Also the measurement is consistently lower than my galaxy S9 phone by 5 to 20%. Next is the difficulty to turn off an alarm or answer a call by swiping the phone. Why the 2 options are so close to each other (for example the shut off alarm and snooze) and so difficult to swipe is just poor design. Not being able to change any settings on the watch while swimming (wet mode) is another short coming. Overall the watch is excellent for heart rate monitoring and the ECG and body mass compare well with more sophisticated medically certified devices.

These watches are absolutely incredible! I pay $5 a month extra to telstra for a number so I can take my watch out without a phone and i still have mobile data on my watch to make phone calls etc. It literally has everything you can possibly think of, measuring blood pressure, oxygen, body fat, sleep patterns, stress levels, tells you when to stop & do a breathing exercise, fitness tracking, taking calls & messaging people with emoticons, its water resistant, the list goes on!! These watches are unbelievable seriously never had anything like this in my entire life!

My first smartwatch - good size, great features and decent battery. I was deciding between this and the Watch4 Classic...I know the Classic has a 2mm bigger screen and the physical wheel thing so it's considered a solid buy. But what swayed it for me was the slick 'flat' and cleaner look of the 5, sapphire glass which was important as it was a long-term watch, and the bigger battery means I easily get two days, sometimes nearly 3 - that's with always-on display, but no heart rate or sleep tracking etc. since I don't use it for workouts. As a device to check time, notifications, reply to messages with speech-to-text etc. it's great. Paired with my Galaxy 20+. I also bought a third party metal strap. Definitely looks slick now. Very happy with it.

I have to say I'm disappointed. I purchased a new Samsung phone and decided to upgrade my Fitbit to a Samsung watch at the same time. Two things really disappoint me. Firstly the battery is lucky to last a day and it's really inconvenient to be charging it so often. I need to have a charger at work as well as at home so it doesn't go flat. It means I also can't get accurate data on my steps, sleep etc as I'm not wearing my watch the whole time. My Fitbit battery easily lasted several days. The other thing is paying with my watch. It doesn't seem to work very well with some eftpos terminals and I have to try a couple of times, or give up and pay by card which kind of defeats the purpose of having my card stored on my watch! Once again I don't think my Fitbit ever let me down with this.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I have had a watch 5 connected to a Samsung S21 phone for about 12 months, however after the latest FORCED update the watch will not longer connect to the phone. Other people have been having the same issue for over a month (have a look at the reviews for the App). The issue is in there Wear app and so far Samsung have refused to fix the problem. The App is required to setup the watch so at this point don't bother unless you want a brick for your wrist.

I was very happy with the watch 4 44mm, the only slight niggle was for me the battery life, so was not specifically looking for a new watch. However, after reading the specs on the watch 5 with its refinements and uprated battery I was drawn in and ordered the 44mm in silver. I have not been disappointed !!! The refinements to the apps are well worthwhile - enhanced - sleek - and more informative. And the Battery - A great improvement - I am well HAPPY.

It does not record stairs at all- I live in a three story house and it never registers more than 3 lights/ day. It registers heart rate very low ccompared to Fitbit or a heart monitor. Battery power is terrible- 24 hours max. Good looking, but lacking functions and accuracy. The O2 monitor is dangerous- if I really has a SpO2 of 78% I would need hospital care!

I had for a year, the sleep portion of the app DOES NOT work on the watch. Specifically it takes the readings but i can not look at it on the watch. I have restarted my watch, I have reset the watch (annoying). Now I am not sure what to do. I suppose it's not tye biggest deal as I can check it on my phone but the watch should work and it makes it feel cheap. Other options are good but not fully functioning REALLY brings down the score to me.

This watch certainly does not live up to expectations! Battery only lasts a couple of hours so there is no possible way of tracking an entire day of steps, let alone sleep after you've finished stepping! Other smart watches for half the price can last days. This one tells me ive been asleep for 9 hours when i know its only been 2. And it will also tell me ive done so many steps when it is sitting on my kitchen bench. Total rip off!!!!!!

Switched from the classic 4 watch because no one really supports it. You're not going to get any new, creative, useful apps. Seems like nothing changed from the 4 series. Longer battery, great. I think it does everything just OK. There are better watches for fitness, there are better for smart capabilities, and better for an overall day to day watch. The 5 series picks up where the 4 left off continuing to disappoint.

I dont love my watch. I am on holiday and have been since Christmas. I wire my watch and my wrist was itchy and the battery ran down quickly. I left it off till my wrist improved and tried again. The battery ran down within 5 hours and the back of the watch severly burnt my wrist. I have photos to prove this. I would like a replacement watch as.my husband has had his around 3 to 4 years and never had a problem

Would never have realised how much I needed this device a couple of days ago. Out of the blue I had an irregular heart beat and was able to perform an ECG to confirm I had atrial fibrillation. A trip to A&E was able to give consultants there information needed to speed up diagnosis. I was always sceptical how accurate the heart monitoring would be but the watch has more than paidxfor itself after that scare.

I was lucky to get my device early and so far am so happy with it. It runs smoothly, connects with everything easily and the battery life is great! I really like the connection to my buds and being able to control everything on my wrist. The fitness tracking has been more accurate vs previous watches I have owned and the kcal count looks far more accurate. Sleep tracking is pretty cool too. Would recommend.

I love how much faster the Galaxy Watch 5 feels over the Galaxy Watch 4, the increased battery life is incredible and I no longer have battery anxiety. I use the watch everyday to track my fitness, health, help ensure I don't miss notifications or alarms, using Google maps for walking navigation but also when driving to give me vibration notifications for turns. It really is such a fantastic watch.

Really pleased with this watch. Traded in an original Galaxy Watch for version 5. Lots of additional features such as ECG and blood pressure monitoring. Also its much slimmer and fits better under a shirt cuff. Battery life is also excellent with plenty left at the end of the day. It needs to be treated carefully as the black case paint can chip even if the glass is scratch proof

Not fit for purpose. Watch is sold as being able to be used for fitness purposes, yet the heart rate monitor is unreliable and constantly drops out. Samsung replaced the heart rate sensor but it didn't fix the issue. Over time the performance has degraded more and now reads accurately less than 40% of the time.

On my old fit bit I could set reminder for min 250steps. Also, having the ability to use the main button as turn off as well once checked watch would be useful.

6 months into having it and I am very satisfied. I like how it automatically detects your sleeping patterns and your steps. It is very convenient to have it in relation to the Samsung Health App. It is also very convenient to receive notifications and quickly reply to some messages.

I got the watch with the s23 ultra. I have had a few Samsung watches in the past as I only ever buy Samsung phones and the ease of use along with the functionality was always impeccable. The phone is phenomenal. The watch is dodgy. Unlike previous watches this one is too touch sensitive. If your wrist is leaning on your pant leg it will call, message and run different apps without you even realising. The steps counter is completely rigged. I developed contact dermatitis from this band for some reason so it has literally been sitting in its box in my bedside table. The draw has not been opened yet apparently its taken 1,604 steps yesterday and today my phone says it's done 2,020 steps. Incredible considering it has NOT BEEN MOVED. The apps are ok. Less watch faces available than previous models unless you buy them. Im not very hopeful of it being used often because of the touch sensitivity. Also, battery life on them are ridiculous. My old galaxy sport watch lasted days. This one needs charging at least once per day.

I cannot express how durable this watch is, while walking I cannot count how many times I've accidentally hit my watch on the wall, Ive even scraped off some paint from the wall but the watch? perfectly fine and unscathed. It amazes me how well its held up.

Coming from the Watch4, there really isn't a lot that is different between that model and this one - but that isn't a bad thing since I loved the 4. WearOS is further implemented here, and while the battery life isn't the best, it charges SUPER fast with the included USB-C charing puck. The display is a definite upgrade with its seriously tough and strong sapphire glass, a huge step up from the Gorilla Glass that previous models used, and it is great that sapphire is also on this standard model in addition to the more expensive Pro model. I also use Bixby as I love the Galaxy ecosystem, and I hope future generations will allow Bixby to access and use voice commands and dictation for Google Messages since that has been the default now in Galaxy phones over the native Samsung Messages app. Bixby here still requires use of the Samsung messages app... its not a huge deal, but it are small things like this that add up to a great user experience. Overall, a great watch with accurate health readings and step counting. Highly recommended!

I'm very disappointed with my Watch5. Example why. I charged it overnight. So this morning 8am it was 100%, I have only been around the house and 2057 steps done when now at 3.51pm it is 30%. Those is typical. BTW my phone is SamsungA42.

This watch saved my life! It detected I had atrial fibrillation which made me book in to see my GP who sent me straight to hospital. Without it, I would've formed clots in my heart and had a stroke or died.

I am part of the market that smart watches are not produced for. I have had paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and I have sleep apnoea and I was looking for a watch that allowed on demand ECG recording and rhythm strip monitoring, and provided overnight pulse oximetry. I had another brand that claimed the latter, but it produced an average oxygen level over several days (not indicated in the marketing) which made it useless. Samsung like other manufacturers denies use of this watch for medical purposes, presumably because the insurance costs would make the cost of the watch astronomical, but if an individual uses it for personal use, and expects that any abnormal reading must be verified with another instrument then it is useful. For me this watch is ideal, good battery life, robust design and graphical outputs for user interpretation rather than an obscure AI black box that provides bland (and erroneous) interpretations. It is simple to set the display for two touch ECG recording and on demand oximetry. I have not yet matched the sleep stage interpretation with my CPAP recording as the data out is not (yet) available for spreadsheet output
