I bought this with the pre-order deal, sounds great, commands are great. BUT i have small ears, and these slowly just slide out. They regularly self eject during meetings and general listening when i am sitting still at a computer. While i will be getting a silicon safety chain to attach to my earings and pop in and out of when using, these will not be something i take with me outside of the office. To see the features spruked as something designed for excellent fit (clearly not true) and comfort (they are comfortable when properly seated), this seems like false advertising, or product testing on a very specific small set to get those results.

I had just got a new Samsung phone and decided to treat myself to my first pair of buds, and they didn't disappoint! I was impressed with the design, colour and finish of them. They fitted in my ears easily. As soon as I opened the case the phone quickly recognised them and took me through a very straightforward procedure to pair them. They are very comfortable in the ear and i have worn them to sleep with. They have to yet fall out which has always been a concern I had with going wireless. The sound is excellent. It is easy to adjust the sound on the ear buds. I am enjoying getting used to them. Would highly recommend them.

I'm honestly disappointed. I went from the old galaxy buds pro to the new 3, i dont think they are worth the price, somehow they managed to reverse noise cancellation ,"anc" makes outside noise louder, all i want from earbuds is good sound quality and that is difficult if I hear everything around me while having a song turned on, i would suggest these earbuds to someone who lives in absolute silence because it's incredibly difficult for me to work around this issue, it genuinely doesn't feel much different with or without anc, apart from this "noise cancelling" they are good, a little silent but clear and just good in general

Having used these ear buds for a few days now, and having used the 1 and 2 previously, these are the clearest ear buds I've ever used. The sound quality is great, they are crisp, clear and the base is good on them and when using it, the pass through is just as clear. Even when only using one bud you still get a fuller sound. The design of the carry case for these is very aesthetically pleasing. Its a nice design that is easy to hold and use. You can clearly see what charge remains or how its powering up during charging cycles. Set up and connection are easy to do on first try. I would recommend these to anyone wanting a good quality and good definition ear bud.

On first view the box and earbuds look premium compared to other brands and the grey colour looks stunning. The earbuds feel quality and sound great. How ever the shape isn't the best for staying in my ears they always feel a bit loose and as if they could fallout. For listening to music sat down they are great and sound amazing the noise cancelling works really well. I did have a issue with a bit lag/sync when watching some prime videos the audio didn't match up with screen which was a bit disappointing not sure is this was the buds or prime. They were really easy to setup with multiple sansung devices. I do really like them and would recommend them to a friend.

Having never owned a pair of eadbuds, I was quite excited to try these. I was surprised the delivery box was so huge, and I did wonder if I'd ordered the wrong thing! But once inside, the buds were in a really cool little metallic case. They are colour coded to easily see which is which (red for right). Once my Samsung phone was unlocked it automatically recognised the buds as soon as the case was opened. This was very impressive. The sound quality is great. I was pleasantly surprised how good the bass was. I am practising the swipe and pinch gestures to change volume and tracks etc. Overall I'm very impressed!

After only having the earbuds for 7 months, and only using them intermittently. The left bud is unbelievably quiet (on full volume/battery etc) to the point I can barely hear anything from it. The right one works fine but the left appears to have blown. Not what I would of expected 😕 I have checked the Bluetooth settings on my s24 ultra and gear fit 3 as well as on the wearable app and there are no issues there. Hugely frustrating as im sure I will need to find a replacement but it will likely not be a Samsung product due to this issue 😕 When both earbuds were working they were very good quality with crisp sound and good noise cancelling ability. Sadly it didn't last.

I recently got the Galaxy Buds 3, and I'm genuinely impressed with how good they are. The sound quality is fantastic—clear and rich, with just the right amount of bass. They fit comfortably in my ears, even during long listening sessions or workouts, and they don’t fall out easily, which is a big plus. The battery life is also pretty solid; I can go through most of my day without needing to recharge them. I have used a range of earbuds in the past and often they are uncomfortable. As soon as I tried these buds for the first time I knew they would be great. They are comfortable and sit well in the ear without feeling loose or tight. The sound quality is top notch and the controls on the buds are easy to navigate, a simple swipe up or down was how easy it was to increase/decrease the volume. The clarity in the sound without losing the base too is amazing and have made listening enjoyable again for both music and audio books. They paired so easy with my phone using the Samsung wearable app without any issues.

Purchased 2 x S25's and 1 x S25 Ultra. These were free with the purchases and I can see why. I'm sure the noise cancelling and sound quality are great if you can use these things. They are an horrendous fit and literally just fall out of the ear. I have had buds before and they fitted well but this design is rubbish. Even resorted to the Samsung video to see if there was a piece missing (rubber tips) but no, they are just not user friendly. Feel very sorry for people who purchased these and lost them when starting. Obviously getting rid of second rate stock which is not fit for purpose.

These are ear buds that sit outside your ear, not "in-ear", so there is no seal, but they produce a surprising amount of bass considering. They specialise in pop and dance music, but aren't so great with more nuanced music, such as classic rock, jazz, prog rock, or classical. They are ok, but that's all. Bear in mind you need ears that are shaped well for these types of buds, mine are not, so they fall out easily. The app is good, allowing you to change many settings, and is easy to use. The noise cancelling is limited due to the lack of any sound isolation, but it does an ok job. Overall, I prefer in-ear buds, but I was pleasantly surprised how good these sounded, but they didn't amaze me.

They are decent good enough to enjoy your music experience. I think they are overpriced however as the beats earbuds are much better for that premium bass pack a punch listening experience. Perhaps the pro buds are what the beats buds are I ain't sure as I haven't tried them yet.but this I'd say are a mid range good pair. The 360 mode is good and very easy to connect with your phone. Look stylish. Using this as a backup pair to my beats earbuds. Honestly from someone who needs proper good music experience without it costing over 500 pounds they do the job not disappointing not wowed either.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 are my second earbuds from Samsung. My previous one was Samsung live buds and they are really good. I was a a bit stressed I wouldn't like the new one, but they are really nice and comfortable. Those new earbuds are awesome. I love the design and all new features it has. It looks sleek and elegant. The sound is amazing. It is sounds clean and it can be very loud. I like the charging case, it's neat and easily fits my pocket. It has good interaction with the phone. It is doing very well at the gym. Deals good with the sweat and they are not falling out during exercises.

I can say that I really do love these earbuds! I went for the silver color and was not disappointed when they arrived. They look Sleek and stylish, feel comfortable in the ear and definitely deliver a really good sound. The connectivity is so quick and easy I just take them out put them in my ear and then they've connected, so much less fat than some of the other Bluetooth earbuds and headphones I've used. The charge has lasted so long over a week for me and I've been using them with everything, my phone, my laptop and even my TV flawlessly. The case is sleek too. Would definitely recommend

Uncomfortable. Sound quality nowhere close to previous ear buds I've had. I don't like the pinch control, I much prefer the tap control. Not as stable in the ears as competitors ear buds. I still have the buds pro 2022 version which are far more comfortable. Really disappointed in these unfortunately. As a musician I like high quality, even with adjustments to the equaliser they're not up to my standards. Sound cancelling isn't as good as previous buds. Sadly no positive comments for these. Shame there wasn't an option to pay a small upgrade for the buds 3 pro as I would hope they're better. Yes they were 'free' with the s25 ultra, but they're not worth the space in the drawer they'll live in.

On a positive note one bud survived after falling in a sink full of water but this doesn't compensate for the awful fit that caused this to occur in the first place. I don't care what Samsung reply about extensive testing and not being able to fit all ear shapes and sizes, these are just very poorly designed as many other reviewers seem to attest. I have a pair of much cheaper buds that outperform these that I will continue to use. Sound quality seems ok but it's hard to really tell. I'm just pleased they were free with my phone; had I paid for them I would be extremely disappointed.

What I like about these earphones is that they fit very well, moreover it is easier to distinguish left and right with the blue and red on the case and earphones. The sound quality is very good and it seems to have more outlets for sound. It blends out background noise quite well, therefore it is great using it on the train in particular or also airplane. I have also used them whilst running and they stay put during a normal jog, I cannot comment on running fast if that works just as well. The only thing to get used to is the navigation of the earphones, to increase volume or on/off.

It was a pleasant surprise opening the buds. It was a larger case than I expected but I prefer this. The case is sleek and the buds are great quality. I was worried they would not sit in my ear correctly but they are really comfortable and fit perfectly. The set up of the buds is so easy and the sound quality with minimal background noise is top grade. I bought these buds as a back up but now they are my go to. I wear them everywhere even when doing the cleaning. Most buds make my ears hurt but these seem to be made for my ears and I could wear for a.longer period without feeling discomfort. The sound quality for calls, music, audio books etc is A1. The robust buds in a case pack a punch and I would recommend to all.

Easy to use. Looks good. I wasn't a fan at first of the wireless earphones, but these have converted me. The case is sleek, and earphones are comfortable even with my ear piercings. Available in two colours, I went for the black, but the white was just as pretty. The volume level is great even with one. Great that they tell you battery life. Great for movies and music, with noise cancelling being a good feature. however, I found the call feature wasn't great as my friends couldn't hear me properly but only did it once. The touch feature are good, they was not easy to workout but once I did, was great to use. Love that they connect as soon as you put in the ear once paired with your phone previously. Great buy!!!

These earbuds provide fantastic sound. Whatever genre of music you are into you're bound to be pleased. Not only are the earbuds lightweight but they have a reasonably long battery life. Unfortunately for me though I found they fell out easily since the fit was not snug. I could have benefited from some tips to improve this. Connecting the earbuds was really easy I already have a Galaxy phone it detected the earbuds, suggested set up and voilà! In the short period I e used these the noise cancelling feature has worked well and voice calls had great sound quality.

These are my first pair of Samsung earbuds. The Samsung Galaxy Airbud 3 have a futurist look with a metallic look case with a see through lid (lets me know they are both in their case before I set off!). It’s an aesthetically pleasing feel and the solid closing is very satisfying! Charges quickly and lasts a good length of time. I mainly listen to podcasts/audio books and the sound quality does not disappoint with this medium. Crisp clear voices and no distortion. I’ve had them for about a week and so far I’m delighted. Easy to pair with any Bluetooth device which allows me a variety of ways to listen to my music or podcasts. Voice clarity is good on telephone calls meaning they are a great all round earbud. I’m very impressed.

I was so excited to receive these as I've been a Samsung user for a long time. The case is nice and sleek, and I like silver/grey colour of them. I also like the design of them alot. They are quite comfortable in my ears and I tried out the noise cancelling option and it worked really well. Only downside is a few times when I have gone to take them out the case, they kind of slip out my fingers. I think because they are very smooth so I wish there was some grip on them. But apart from that tiny issue, they are awesome little earbuds and I'm very happy.

I saw these on offer and decided to upgrade from the Galaxy buds 2, which I really like. The buds themselves are very light and do fit my ears. The sound is just as good as my previous pair . Where the Buds 3 seem to really be disappointing is with the Noise Cancellation . Changing the setting appears not to do anything . The buds 2 had 3 settings which was great worked really well . This on the other hand does not and i am now thinking I made a bad decision with a product i am now stuck with . Let's hope there's a software update to resolve this .

If your thinking about purchasing any kind of earbuds I would highly recommend these! I love these so much the colours of dark grey and light grey together look so nice when they are in their case. Also colour coded so there is no messing around when you are putting them back into their case which is really handy when in a rush. The sound quality is great! So clear and awesome they really are a pleasure to use. The sound is crystal clear and whats really satisfying is.. when you put them in your ears they both make a noise so you know each one is charged up and ready to go! The design is really nice of the earbuds themselves too it's really modern and matches the case too! Love love I don't have any negatives whatsoever about these.

Great headphone however there are more like the other mains brands with regards to both the fit and design. That said the sound quality was great and although not a total noise cancelling it did muffle out a lot of background noise. The charging case is handy and they lasted about 5 hours before the needed to be charged in the case. I tested them with game play, movies and music. They all sounded great even the fun fire in my game was crystal clear. The fit for me wasn’t the best with my ear shape and I prefer the previous models bean like fit.

I had samsung products in the last 15 years, i love the brand and i won't change it, i needed some Headphone and i choosed buds 3, i can say i'm not the biggest fan about the shape, sometimes feels like thetwill drop, connection is very good and quick, soud is very good to, i do recomand them, they have a long life battery and they change quick, case is very nice to and they bave a small light so I know when they are low battery. You can pause, increase the volum just by touching them x I use them every day and happy that i choose them.

Glad I got free with the S25. They don't fit well, have no seals. If you are eating they will fall out. The Buds Live (beans) fit really well. So buys beware that they don't fit the same. Noise cancelling is good and same with sound quality. Connects instantly. Battery is ok. For the fit me and all my friends and comments I've seen online please avoid at all costs. The fit doesn't match most people's ear. If they weren't free I would refund. Wish I could have tried the pros since they have the ear tips to at least help. DO NOT BUY.

The worst qaulity, feel, fit and sound buds ever, made with very cheap qaulity plastic. There are no touch features just some very awkward buttons, these are not worth even getting as a free promotion, I would rather return them and don't use them. Avoid these buds, I was genuinely disappointed as all my previous buds have been great qaulity so shocked and surprised how samsung passed these buds for sale. These were provided as part of the samsung 25 phone promotion but honestly feel like ive been scammed with these buds, do not buy.

First impression? Nice box-charger. Good quality build. After opening I discovered airport look a like pair of earbuds. Well build, good looking one's. Pairing was straight forward. Phone found them once box was opened. Easy. Samsung wereable app solved it all for me. Sound quality not as good as I expected in the beginning. Was very disappointed. But after using apps equaliser was managed to correct it and now they sound as they should. It shouldn't be done manually in my opinion. Ambient sound , and intelligent muting of surroundings are spot on. Another but point is that they not staying inside your ears, managed to drop them once already. No option to adjust them.Might be just my ears though. Overall impression- very positive. Well done Samsung.

The sound quality on these were amazing. The battery lasts for a very long time and the range of these are really good and the sound does not dip. I used these to listen to my shows and podcasts whilst doing some housework. I can still hear my favourite shows even when I am hoovering and the sound quality is not distorted. These were comfortable on my ears and I could wear them for a long time without any discomfort. The design was sleek and sheen with the silver colour. Definitely will buy these again and any future models.

They offer great integration features with the Galaxy AI but the buds themselves are terrible. Despite what Samsung is saying their fit makes them uncomfortable to wear and they feel like they are coming out all the time, and In fact with very little movement or the slightest touch they will fall out. The sound is meh! They are a downgrade from the previous version. In fact I went to CEX and managed to get some 2 Pros for a reasonable price which despite the lack of functionality, sound a lot better and fit a lot better.

I wasn't expecting anything more than standard earbuds from these but they far exceeded my expectations. The look is sleek and well presented. The case is strong snd the buds fit securely in there. I've had others where they roll about a bit. The fit in the ears is super comfortable and secure. I wear them mainly at night and these were great to lie down in. They were slao great for movement when worm at the gym. But most importantly, the doubt quality was incredible with unexpectedly good noise cancellation and clarity.

Waste of money..... and I got them free with my S25+. I even tried to return them to SAMSUNG but they didn't want them. Explanation to why they are free. They look very smart, the sound quality is good. But after 5 minutes in the gym I had put them in my ears 4 times after falling out, while I was doing weight training. After 25 minutes I took them out and put my original ear buds 1 in that didn't fall out for the duration. Do not get this cheap product even if free ask for something else or go fotmr the better product

These are a great set of headphones and really nice upgrade on my Jabra in ear ones. The fit is more comfortable and the design is sleek. The sound is crisp and the noise cancelling actually works really well. It comes with different in ear pieces that help with those with different size ears too to maximise the comfort. A bit long to set up but worth it in the end. The battery life is also pretty good on them and they last a long journey without the need to charge so frequently. Definitely one to recommend to others.

I bought these a while ago and found them very difficult to keep in my ears. I thought it was user error but having persevered, watched numerous videos etc I still can't get them to stay in. Now too late to return so effectively a complete waste of money for me and I wish now I had not kept trying to get them to fit. Also been trying to find a silicon cover which might make them stay in easier but no luck on that front either - I love Samsung products in general but this has one has really let me down badly.......

These buds are super sleek and look great. The sounds from these buds is second to none. No tinnyness or fuzziness at all. Just pure sleek sound. They are quick to charge and easy to use. They are nice and compact, easy to carry around. Easy to connect. Wish instructions were a little larger. The only drawback I found was the bit you put into the ear made my ear a little sore after a while. They really are a great earbud. Easy to connect to your phone and easy to use. This is my first pair of wireless headphones and I am impressed. I have only ever used over the head headphones. The first thing I noticed when I opened them is how smart the case looks and it is great and is nice and compact to easily fit into a pocket. I’ve wore these for the first time to the gym and they stayed in well but I could hear some noise so they are not sound cancelling. I would recommend them to others as for the price they are good quality and comfortable in your ears without falling out.

I am very disappointed with the design of these earbuds. I question the designer's work; did they even test the fit? The earbuds keep falling out and don't fit properly, even after following their videos. They should have incorporated the design elements of the Buds3 Pro or Galaxy Buds Pro, which include earplugs for a secure fit. I am grateful they were included free with my S25 Ultra order; otherwise, I would have returned them immediately. They are truly awful and not for everyone. What a shame!

I got them for free with my s25 ultra........ but I've already given them away As the sound quality is abysmal to say the least. Even after editing the sound settings they sounded shallow. I don't understand why these sub par bud headphones have become the new norm. I have had multiple pairs from samsung and other brands over the years and I find they are always shockingly bad quality for the price whilst feeling that they will fall out of your ears and break should you even slightly tilt your head.

The buds are terrible quality and Samsung is very unhelpful. My left bud makes an intermittent popping noise which can be painful. It is not predictable and is even when the sound is not particularly high. I've send them back to Samsung and been told the work fine and was sent them back. This is one hundred percent not the case. They've now stopped replying to my emails. Feels like they have just taken my money and given me a non functioning product. Do not purchase. You'll be disappointed.

I was excited to receive Buds3 with my S25 ultra as I don't have any earphones only headphones. No wonder they are giving them for free. Product on its own is not bad but the fit is awful. They are odly shaped and do not stay in at all. Even if I manage to wiggle them somehow to stay for slightly longer than 2min, they start hurting my ears almost immediately. With the way they are able to sit in my ears, the navigation on the side becomes super tricky. Sound is really good which is shame.

Sounds is decent, but although following the instructions properly to insert them. They do not fit properly. This makes things such as running almost impossible with them in. Even things like lifting weights at certain angles makes them a little tough to use as they can fall out. Because of this also, the great audio seeps out of the ear rather than into the ear (again they were fitted as per samsung instructions). My S10E style samsung buds fit and keep more of the audio in the ear.

I've been testing new Samsung Galaxy buds 3 for few days now, and I am so impressed. Sound quality is amazing, also design is very stylish. They fit great in my ear, no problem with falling out which I had with other buds. I love how you can change song or volume without using you phone. New shape is another nice thing about them. I am so happy I decided to give them a chance, and I am not dissapointed. Another great samsung device, and it needs only few second to connect with my phone. I've been fan of Samsung Brand for a long time, and their devices are always my first choice. Also what is important to me new buds 3 don't take much space in my bag or pocket so it is great to take them with me everywhere. They're perfect to listening to music or making phonecalls. Can definitely reccomend them.

The Galaxy Bud 3 is a good quality headphone with a reasonable price tag; I recommend it. The sound quality is good, and the active noise cancellation is good. It blocks a lot of everyday sounds well. The battery life is also good, like the Buds 2. Design-wise, it is a good shift, as I prefer the stem, as it prevents accidental touches when I lie in bed listening to music or watching videos on my sides. Plus, it fits comfortably on my ear. The material is of excellent quality, and the trim colour on the headphones to determine left and right is fantastic! Someone like me is always confused from left to right. And I find it easier to use the gestures on the headphones. Overall, the product is well-rounded in terms of price. I recommend it if you want good-quality headphones without needing a pro version.

No way to review any of the buds' functions etc, as they fall right out of my ears instantly. The only way to use them would be to stick them in with sellotape. If you can't keep them in they're of no use at all. Also the buds & case feel tacky and cheap. I'll stick to my Buds2 & Buds2 Pro which are fantastic. It's a good job these just came free or I'd be trying to return them straight away (although there's no need to replace my others). All they're worth is the bin. Terrible.

Got this Samsung Buds3, which has got excellent design and build quality, premium finish and great comfort. Have been using for hours in gym and travelling. Sound quality is amazing.Now, these earbuds are one of the best I've ever used, they deliver quality sound, crisp, balanced, clear and have excellent battery life. Gestures work perfectly too. I use the voice control which let you turn volume up and down also play next track stop or play music works great would recommend this

I am really disappointed with my purchase. The product information sounded ideal and with the price I expected a quality product. The buds are a really poor fit and won’t stay within my ear. I nearly lost one whilst out walking just pulling my hood up. Tried to return them but understandably I was told I couldn’t as they’d been used. Checked if I could pay extra and buy ear tips for a more secure fit but was told this wasn’t possible. Really disappointed. Feels like wasted money

Bought this 2 months ago and straight away wanted to ask for a refund - the fit is so incredibly uncomfortable and can't be worn for long period of time. They are constantly falling out of my ear even though I am readjusting the buds to fit every 2 minutes. I cannot go to the gym with this pair, I can only take my dog for slow walks since they fall out so easily. Since they fit so poorly, the audio is always slightly muffled due to the incompatibility of the fit with my ear. The mic also has been problematic since the day they have arrived, not picking up on entire phrases during conversations unless I hold the buds in a particular way. I asked for a refund from the online store where I purchased my buds from not even 1 week into owning them but was told it wouldn't be possible... poor design and poor service.

Bud 3 after a few months of use I actually stopped using them the only positives are they are easy to connect and convenient that's it unfortunately. I got these free with my phone if had purchased them then I would have returned them by know I've tried to enjoy them but the sound isn't balanced and tinny I'm having to constantly adjust them for the best sound possible so unfortunately I definitely wouldn't recommend them and has completely put me off wanting the pro version

I bought these a week ago, thinking they would be totally awesome compared to my 1st gen buds, but found them unusable, I cannot get them to fit in my ears right, I cannot get a seal, and if I turn my head to quickly they actually fall out.. If I use my fingers to push into my ear they actually sound awesome, but the point is I can't walk around with my fingers in my ears all day, not happy at all, also find it hard to use side controls as it upsets the seating in my ears..

This has to be the worst earphones I have ever used, I have never felt so u happy and so much regret buying something in my life! So uncomfortable in my ears, unbelievably similar to airpods and they come across as just some cheap nock off. Incredibly poor design and dosnt even stay in my ears, also causes pain in my ears after only 15 minutes of use!! DONT BUY. If your buying earphones go for the buds pro 2 they are so much better I wish I bought them instead!

Value for money! Great sound experience with my new Samsung earbuds. After 5 day of constant use I'm ready to recommend this fantastic earbuds to everyone. Battery last very long and sound is great. I have to mention about active noise cancelling as I was very pleasantly surprised. Of course, it doesn't work as well as in over-ear headphones, but they meet my expectations. Perfectly fit to my ears and don't fall out. They are ultra-light and you can easily forget that they are in your ears if you don't turn them on (it happened to me twice). I'm using them at work as well as at home. Galaxy Werable App has built-in equalizer allows me to adjust the sound to my needs, regardless of whether I'm listening to music or an audiobook, and another important feature: if you lost earbuds it will begin beeping to signal their location!

I got the silver colour. The colour and style is very chic and looks very good. The sound quality is excellent and is very clear. The battery life is excellent too. One full charge lasts around 1 week with not using it constantly. The earbuds were excellent on holiday. I used them when video calling and they are noise cancelling so it would not interfere with surrounding sound. The design and case is very compact so it is not bulky and fits nicely in my bag.

After unboxing, my initial thoughts are the earbuds feel very light and hollow, doesnt have a premium feel to it compared to the buds 2. Not having ear tips make it difficult to make the ear bud stay in my ear. After watching videos and listening to music the whole day, i found the sound was quieter than last generation and didnt feel comfortable long term use. Not all bad news though, the earbud stem makes touch control easier to use. Tested video calling and either end of the call the voices were very clear. Battery on the buds lasts about 5hours before i had to place them back in the case to charge them. Overall, earbuds 3 are a very nice colour with a very stylish earbuds & case. Sound & mic quality is very good although abit quiet in my opinion. Good battery life, good bit of kit if you are looking for the latest ear buds.

Bought them when one of my Galaxy Buds 2 buds stopped working. Extremely disappointed. They do not fit in the ear like GB2s do, so the music quality is very poor. They`re also are very loose in my ears and were constantly falling out. Ended up buying another set of GB2s. Then tried to use the failed Galaxy Buds 3 for other purposes (not music) on devices like my tablet & PC but they refused to sync. Complete waste of money! Would never recommend them.

I've had three types of headphones from Samsuns over the years and these ones are by far the worst. They're made from cheap material which makes them so light they don't fit right and it affects the sound. They don't stay in and when they do they hurt your ears. I would have returned them if I would have bought them myself, but since they came with the phone...why bother. Don't waste your money on these, buy the buds 2 pro. They're so much better.

These Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 are a great upgrade. They have a cool sleek and stylish look. My previous pair of ear buds that I had never fitted as good as these, these Samsung Galaxy Buds3 don’t feel like they are going to fall out of my ear they really do have that safe snug fit. The sound is superb, clear and sharp and I can not fault it. The set up was so easy- no issues to pair them with my phone and my tablet and it’s so simple to control.

So where do I start, I am an long lasting Samsung fan with G24Ultra, Samsung Book Ultra 4 and now the Samsung Bud 3's. I have previously had the Bud 2 but felt the design let them down. These are comfortable to wear while sitting at a desk or going for a run, You can feel them in your ear so no chance of loosing them. Enjoying my bud 3's so far :-) The side controls are a lot easier to use than the bud 2 as well as you can swipe down the stem.

My first time using headphones with a noise-cancelling function, and woah! I’m impressed and how efficient that feature is. It’s really nice when walking in a noisy area/near a noisy road being able to listen to my media without pumping the volume all the way up; simply turning on the noise-cancelling function and being able to focus on my media. The design is also super nice, I really love how cool the case looks with its transparent lid.

Before ordering I checked the reviews on the buds3, seen lots of people complaining about the fit & buds falling out. I decided to give it a try as normally Samsung products are good quality. I received my order last week & I am very happy with the buds3. I did some test to see if they would fall out my ears...all tests amazingly passed with no issues with fit or comfort. Finally the quality sound is amazing, with a good battery life.

I bought these on release day back in July 2024. Ever since them every 6 months 1 of the earbuds goes extremely low that they have to be sent back to Samsung to be repaired. 18 months later its now my 3rd time having to send these off again. Every time I complain about it they only suggest sending off. Decent pair of headphones, not the best fit. Honestly wouldnt waste time getting them may be the Galaxy Bud Pros are better...

Great sound, disappointing fit. There's so much that I love about these, the sound is great whilst they are tight in my ears but really sadly, unless I'm sorting still, not eating, not talking and barely breathing they will not stay in my ears for love nor money. I was so excited to get them in the first place and am gutted they don't fit. And yes I have read all of the guidance about making them for very carefully.

Not great. I bought these for my wife to replace an old pair. They fit fine but that’s where the positives end. The sound quality is poor with vocals being far to night and actually hurting your ears. I have altered all sound settings on the device and the streaming platforms, but still high tones on vocals. The noise cancelling doesn’t work very well either compared to others I have used. Very disappointing.

Recently upgraded my headphones to these and they are worst I have every owned. Ergonomically a big fail as people's ears are not the same - so the one size fits all approach is like trying to hold a rock in your ear. My ears hurt within minutes and I have to remove them. Total waste of money and regret buying. Now considering leaving Samsung completely for a brand that is more in touch with reality.

Upon opening, I love the design of the case ... It's a nice grey matte silver with a clear open top... the ear buds them selves are sleek and stylish in design . Easy to distinguish left to right with the blue or red strip on the earbuds. The sound quality sounds okay.. I'm only a little upset as these really don't seem to fit in my ear very well at all... but will update as my use is extended

These headphones are a severe downgrade from the buds2. I received them free with my new phone, and I still think i overpaid. There is no noise cancelling, the battery doesn't last well, the left bud doesn't want to charge. It honestly sounds like i am listening to my audio books through a tin can it echoes so badly. They constantly fall out of my ears, and randomly disconnect from the phone.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Galaxy Buds 3, which I received as a Christmas gift. Despite my excitement about using them, I’ve encountered ongoing issues that have led to significant frustration. From the very beginning, I have struggled with the earbuds staying securely in my ears. This problem has been particularly noticeable during activities such as going to the gym, where they frequently fall out. Unfortunately, the issue persisted even during casual use. While I was out in town wearing the earbuds, the right earbud fell out and was lost. I have searched thoroughly but was unable to locate it. This leaves me with just the left earbud, which renders the product effectively unusable for its intended purpose. The design of the Ear Buds 3 is highly disappointing. They don’t include any interchangeable tips, so there’s no way to adjust the fit. As a result, they constantly fall out, even during light use. This makes them impractical for everyday activities, let alone anything active. The lack of customization options for fit is a major oversight. I cannot recommend these earbuds.

Having only just received the new buds yesterday my initial thoughts are they looks the part, I like the new design case. Pairing the buds to my Samsung phone was easy and straightforward, once connected put the ear buds in my ears, first thought they don’t feel as secure as the previous model, however I suspect that I just need time to get used to the new design. The sound quality doesn’t disappoint on a call or when listening to music, it’s as good if not better than the previous version, I like the controls on the buds itself, sliding you finger up and down to adjust the volume, the push click is very reassuring when playing a song or accepting a call. I also like the fact that Samsung have kept the feature to allow me to skip a track forward and backwards. I haven’t found if you can turn on the noise cancelling on the earbuds yet or if you have to use the phone app, time will tell. Overall very impressed.

I've had them for only 9 months and the right earbud started loudly beeping with a high pitch in my ear. Only 9 months! Then when I took them back to the retailer to be replaced, Samsung's policy is to take them for WEEKS to look at them. I wish other brands would come out with similar earbuds that don't require them to clog my ear so I could have some more choice...

Received these as a incentive for buying s21ultra tab, like many people on here.. all they do is fall out of your ears. Can't comment on anything else as they just keep falling out, don't waste your money. I thought Samsung was a premium brand. After all they charge alot of money for the cases and glass protection. I read a few reviews saying that rhey don't stay put in ears but the pro versions do. Well, these are perfect for people like me in whose ears the pro type do not stay at all! They are comfortable to wear for a long time and sound great. Connection to my new Flip 7 was instant. Previously have been using the Airpods and these sound better on Samsung than the Airpods.

At first i wasnt a fan of the pinch and the swiping but over the past few months its become second nature. the sound quality and ease of use makes these the best experience I had using earphones. i literally cannot thing of an issue with them except maybe not perfect for jogging for an hour sweat can accumulateand have it slide out but thats dependent on the person.

Generally, it's a great bud mainly because of the clear sound, BUT it doesn't fit in my ear, like it's too big for my ears keeps falling off also, the music keeps stopping on its own, for reasons i don't know. I'm a hijabi, so thank God my hijab keeps it in place, but once it moves a lil from my ear, it just stops working. Is it a setting I've activated or why?

Loving the new design of these as couldn't use the buds old design. These are comfortable and the quality is evident from the start. Case is really nice the buds sit safe inside and it's easy to see charge lights. Buds are colour coded for Left and Right which I love Easy to navigate using the buds once on ear too. Normal sound was quality , no tone or base issues. ANC seemed really good just at home can't wait to try out and about in the gym. The buds fit my ears snug without feeling like they are too big or small which I'm very pleased with as often I find buds irritate my ears and I can only wear for short periods of time. I've made a couple of calls and the sound is great probably the best I've had using buds. Will be trying the 360 sound feature to see how that works with videos. Haven't tried some of the other features yet but will update as I go! They paired in seconds and charge fast and hold a charge all day easily

So I originally gave these a bad review. That was the first set. The second set arrived. I discovered there are two other sets or ear tips. With the smallest fitted a software update on phone and earphones the sound is now very good and the noise cancelling excellent. Controlling the volume is a bit hit and miss and battery life could be better.

I would give 5 stars but haven't because the charging case was too easy to scratch dropped the case once and ended up with a hideous scratch. I have had other Samsung buds, live and buds 2 and never had this problem with the case. I now have a cover for the case which I shouldn't have had to buy but hey ho. The buds I cannot fault they are great. Connectivity, sound, comfort is great! The sound is as good as over ear headphones. If you use the right size fitting for your ears they remain comfortable. I walk to work on a noisy road and the noise cancelling blanks out the noise so I can hear my music/conversations clearly. Initially I didn't like the stalks as this was a deviation from the buds design but I think this makes them remain connected at a distance from your device. Battery life is good get about 5hrs out of them I think not sure as I usually put them back in the case before I run out of battery life. Overall very satisfied with them.

Yo, so I just got this new product a few days back, and it's already acting up. When someone calls me, they can't hear me unless I disconnect my buds and connect them again. As other reviewers have noted they do not fit comfortably in the ear. I can force them in to create a good seal, but this is painful and leaves my ears hurting afterwards. Using the new "pinch" controls then causes the buds to come loose. The sound is great but I really dislike the bad fit, so I'll be going back to my gen 1 Samsung buds.

I have a Samsung watch, phone and these earbuds (upgraded from 2) and this is by far the worst product I have bought. In a quiet environment they work great but with any background noise (train, gym, plane etc) I need to turn up the volume to its maximum to drown out the sound. I think this is due to the fit not being right in the ear.

I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say, they’re pretty impressive! The sound quality is top-notch with deep bass and clear highs. I just can't fit them in my ears. They are not comfortable at all. I even can't tell nothing about sound because when I put them on i still have space between ear and bud. Buds 3 don't fit in my ear. The quality is pretty good and an awesome noise cancellation. Soud quality very good. But I need to use hooks to keep them in ears. Volume doesn't change correctly when hooks are connected on the blades. Have not found an ear phone, which stays put in my ear without any accessories or support.

The worst headphones release by Samsung, Sound quality it's just poor even with 360° mode (but I have admit its interesting mode.). They don't hold in the ear, simple just slide off and hanging (I have feeling like only thing to hold them it's that "long stick") You can forget about any kind of activity when wear them.

I have had my buds for over a year, the right one has lost sound quality and both have lost volume. They have to be on maximum setting to hear anything. They fitted well and when they were working they worked well, noise cancelling was quite good, they just did not last so probably won't any more.

We are disheartened to see your Buds3 are not working to perfection, Robert. Sometimes a build up of dirt can stop sound coming through the Galaxy Buds, please try cleaning your Galaxy Buds. You can follow these steps to do that safely: 1. Remove the ear tip from the earbud carefully. Don't use force to remove the ear tip. 2. Clean the sensor, mesh and ear tip with a clean, soft cloth. 3. Clean the receiver with a cotton swab and dry brush to remove any foreign materials. 4. Reattach the ear tip onto the earbud when you've finish cleaning. Please note: do not use liquids, such as alcohol or soapy water, when cleaning the Galaxy Buds. If the issue continues, we'd recommend contacting our Support Teams who will get your Buds working again. Wow I've actually found a set that stay in the ear and don't fall out. They arrived well packaged and have a stylish case that fits in the small pocket on my bag perfectly. Compared to my previous set the sound on these are incredible. They're alot easier to use with the swipe and grip function too.
I recommended this product.

Love the new sleek silver design of the new Samsung Buds3. Easy to install and ease of use. The sound quality is the best I have ever seen and its very well distributed. Bluetooth enables you to use with any connected device and computer. The price is very reasonable and well worth the money.
