After only having the earbuds for 7 months, and only using them intermittently. The left bud is unbelievably quiet (on full volume/battery etc) to the point I can barely hear anything from it. The right one works fine but the left appears to have blown. Not what I would of expected 😕 I have checked the Bluetooth settings on my s24 ultra and gear fit 3 as well as on the wearable app and there are no issues there. Hugely frustrating as im sure I will need to find a replacement but it will likely not be a Samsung product due to this issue 😕 When both earbuds were working they were very good quality with crisp sound and good noise cancelling ability. Sadly it didn't last.

I have been trying out the Samsung galaxy buds 3. Loving the new futuristic stem/ blade design making easier to access the controls ie. Swipe up on the blade to control the volume, pinch take a bit learning but easy to master in a short time. Connecting and Setting was as easy as flipping the case open and it connected to my Samsung phone seamlessly. There is also a pairing button at the bottom of the case which I had to use to connect to my T.V.I find they fit perfectly and comfortable on my ear. I can wear these for a long-time without fatigue. The sound quality is great listening to music and calls. Buds 3 have active noise cancelation however using these the did reduce the ambient noise but did not block it out completely. The battery life is excellent. The Samsung galaxy buds cases can be charged by usb c cable and wirelessly. I went with the silver which looks cool. Clear cover able to see the buds in the case. The colour code makes easier to place the buds back in the charging case for charging. The only thing that I am not happy with is the limited colour choices ‘why they don’t come in black’ (just nit picking) I will 100% recommend these I have been blown away

The sound quality is OK if you hold the buds in you ears but the moment you let go they come loose allowing outside noise and inevitably fall out within a minute or so. My ears were sore after the first 30minutes from having to force the bids back in. Customer service are useless, they told me they need new tips, the ear buds3 don't even come with tips. No matter how many links I sent the advisor showing him this he wouldn't have it and just kept repeating the same nonsense. Waste of money.

my experience has been a mixed bag, largely defined by the open-ear design. If you're someone who absolutely cannot stand in-ear earbuds with silicone tips, then these might be a viable option, as they are genuinely comfortable for long periods. The call quality is truly excellent, which is a huge plus for me. However, the fit is a constant battle. They feel insecure, frequently shift, and I'm always worried about them falling out, especially when I'm moving around. This insecurity also directly impacts the sound quality, making the audio inconsistent and often lacking the bass presence I desire. And let's be clear: the ANC is practically non-existent on this model. While they sound decent for an open-ear design, you're paying a premium for features that don't fully translate due to the fit. If a secure fit and effective noise cancellation are priorities, you'll likely be disappointed and should consider a different model, perhaps even the Buds 3 Pro if an in-ear fit works for you.

On a positive note one bud survived after falling in a sink full of water but this doesn't compensate for the awful fit that caused this to occur in the first place. I don't care what Samsung reply about extensive testing and not being able to fit all ear shapes and sizes, these are just very poorly designed as many other reviewers seem to attest. I have a pair of much cheaper buds that outperform these that I will continue to use. Sound quality seems ok but it's hard to really tell. I'm just pleased they were free with my phone; had I paid for them I would be extremely disappointed.

Purchased 2 x S25's and 1 x S25 Ultra. These were free with the purchases and I can see why. I'm sure the noise cancelling and sound quality are great if you can use these things. They are an horrendous fit and literally just fall out of the ear. I have had buds before and they fitted well but this design is rubbish. Even resorted to the Samsung video to see if there was a piece missing (rubber tips) but no, they are just not user friendly. Feel very sorry for people who purchased these and lost them when starting. Obviously getting rid of second rate stock which is not fit for purpose.

I got these ear buds with my new S25. They really don't fit in my ears very well, especially in my tight ear. I've followed the YouTube video about fitting them but it's made no difference. I noticed a lot of people complaining about them not fitting very well on an advert for them on Facebook. The replies from Samsung were to send a DM to Samsung customer service, which I've done, but received no reply. I always buy from Samsung so I'm a little disappointed by this. I read a few reviews saying that rhey don't stay put in ears but the pro versions do. Well, these are perfect for people like me in whose ears the pro type do not stay at all! They offer great integration features with the Galaxy AI but the buds themselves are terrible. Despite what Samsung is saying their fit makes them uncomfortable to wear and they feel like they are coming out all the time, and In fact with very little movement or the slightest touch they will fall out. The sound is meh! They are a downgrade from the previous version. In fact I went to CEX and managed to get some 2 Pros for a reasonable price which despite the lack of functionality, sound a lot better and fit a lot better.

I am really disappointed with my purchase. The product information sounded ideal and with the price I expected a quality product. The buds are a really poor fit and won’t stay within my ear. I like the look of these compared to most others. The only real thing in their favour is the battery life. Controls are on par too. The little good is far outweighed by the terrible. I can't say that I have had a set of earphones worse than these. Anything past standing statue still dislodge these. And even that is too much movement at times. Constantly have to push these back in which is an absolute irritation. The noise cancelling feature is not that either. You has better effect in putting a sift over ones ears. I live in London and use the Underground regularly. Pointless to even have music on while commuting. Leave alone listen to a podcast. That is if these don't get dislodged by the movement of the Underground. After a few months of using these I ended up with a ringing sound while moving with these. I then had to turn ANC off altogether. Im a fan of things Samsung and hold many of products of this brand. I will never buy a set of earphones again though. I even had ti thin twice before purchasing a new television. Real poor for the brand.

Not great. I bought these for my wife to replace an old pair. They fit fine but that’s where the positives end. The sound quality is poor with vocals being far to night and actually hurting your ears. I have altered all sound settings on the device and the streaming platforms, but still high tones on vocals. Honestly, don't know why everyone is so furious about the buds3. Sound quality is absolutely banging, the bass is so powerful. Samsung weren't lying when they said "feel the beat"! Everyone seems to be complaining about the fit. I initially had issues when I first got them, and they did actually fall out of my ears for a bit. They took getting used to, but now I find the fit is very snug. If they feel loose, I recommend taking them out and twist them back in. Angling them slightly forwards does help as well. 360 audio is pretty good, and there are lots of settings to customise the buds. Only complaint is the design. I like the case, but the buds themselves look a bit strange. Noise cancelling doesn't do much, but that can be expected in earphones without tips. Overall a pretty good job! (It's fine, I don't need an AI generated response to this!)

Ever since them every 6 months 1 of the earbuds goes extremely low that they have to be sent back to Samsung to be repaired. 18 months later its now my 3rd time having to send these off again. They are decent good enough to enjoy your music experience. I think they are overpriced however as the beats earbuds are much better for that premium bass pack a punch listening experience. Perhaps the pro buds are what the beats buds are I ain't sure as I haven't tried them yet.but this I'd say are a mid range good pair. The 360 mode is good and very easy to connect with your phone. Look stylish. Using this as a backup pair to my beats earbuds. Honestly from someone who needs proper good music experience without it costing over 500 pounds they do the job not disappointing not wowed either.

Uncomfortable. Sound quality nowhere close to previous ear buds I've had. I don't like the pinch control, I much prefer the tap control. Not as stable in the ears as competitors ear buds. I still have the buds pro 2022 version which are far more comfortable. Really disappointed in these unfortunately. As a musician I like high quality, even with adjustments to the equaliser they're not up to my standards. Sound cancelling isn't as good as previous buds. Sadly no positive comments for these. Shame there wasn't an option to pay a small upgrade for the buds 3 pro as I would hope they're better. Yes they were 'free' with the s25 ultra, but they're not worth the space in the drawer they'll live in.

I was really excited to see that Samsung were releasing new buds that weren't the "in ear" style, as I can't stand them. Got them on launch day, the sounds quality is great and the pinch function works well. My main issue, is they are constantly falling out of my ears. It's okay if I'm sat at a desk, but if I start to move around, even going on a walking treadmill in the office, they become loose and I have to push them back in. Disappointed, would return if wasn't outside the return period.

I would give these a Zero if i could. Starting with functionality of controls - they are terrible, answering calls remotely/ ending them is almost impossible. On the odd occasion I answer a call Connectivity - Not sure if this is since recent software upgrade on wearable app, they will not connect for longer than 3/5 seconds. No amount of resetting, repairing etc fixes the issues. A pair of £5 no brand purchase from eBay is more consistent/ better in performance.

I upgraded to these from the Samsung Galaxy buds 2. Battery is not as good. They are temperamental with charging...often stating that the buds are damp. Comfort is not as great either, as they have a little stem that makes them sit proud of the ear. Whereas the buds 2 sat inside comfortably. I have to wear a headband to keep them in while running. Noise level is fine, about the same. And the connectivity is also good. They have good features like volume control by stroking the little stem, or pinching it to pause music. I got these buds free with my new phone. And even at the price of £0 I question if they are worth it. They are painful to put in and feel lose. They constantly fall out. Think on a 10 minute stroll I had to adjust them 5 times to stop from falling out. And had to take them out completely to tie my shoes. And that's a casual walk, I'd doubt they'd last 5 seconds for a run. The best way to get them to fit is putting them upside down in the wrong ear. I don't know how these got past testing. I've never had issues with having earphones stay in my ears until now.

I saw these on offer and decided to upgrade from the Galaxy buds 2, which I really like. The buds themselves are very light and do fit my ears. The sound is just as good as my previous pair . Where the Buds 3 seem to really be disappointing is with the Noise Cancellation . Changing the setting appears not to do anything . The buds 2 had 3 settings which was great worked really well . This on the other hand does not and i am now thinking I made a bad decision with a product i am now stuck with . Let's hope there's a software update to resolve this .

Waste of money..... and I got them free with my S25+. I even tried to return them to SAMSUNG but they didn't want them. Explanation to why they are free. They look very smart, the sound quality is good. But after 5 minutes in the gym I had put them in my ears 4 times after falling out, while I was doing weight training. After 25 minutes I took them out and put my original ear buds 1 in that didn't fall out for the duration. Do not get this cheap product even if free ask for something else or go fotmr the better product

I bought these a while ago and found them very difficult to keep in my ears. I thought it was user error but having persevered, watched numerous videos etc I still can't get them to stay in. Now too late to return so effectively a complete waste of money for me and I wish now I had not kept trying to get them to fit. Look good but are very fiddly. The controls are not easy to use, they don't stay in your ears very well at all (think square peg and round hole). The sound has no base even when you change sound settings on phone and in music streaming service. My cheap £10-£20 ear phones and buds are far far better for a fraction of the cost. I have the original buds pro and they are far better than these. Don't waste your money, buy some from Amazon for less than £30 and you'll get better for less. Very dissapointing.

I got them for free with my s25 ultra........ but I've already given them away As the sound quality is abysmal to say the least. Even after editing the sound settings they sounded shallow. I don't understand why these sub par bud headphones have become the new norm. I have had multiple pairs from samsung and other brands over the years and I find they are always shockingly bad quality for the price whilst feeling that they will fall out of your ears and break should you even slightly tilt your head.

The buds are terrible quality and Samsung is very unhelpful. My left bud makes an intermittent popping noise which can be painful. It is not predictable and is even when the sound is not particularly high. I've send them back to Samsung and been told the work fine and was sent them back. This is one hundred percent not the case. They've now stopped replying to my emails. Feels like they have just taken my money and given me a non functioning product. Do not purchase. You'll be disappointed.

I was excited to receive Buds3 with my S25 ultra as I don't have any earphones only headphones. No wonder they are giving them for free. Product on its own is not bad but the fit is awful. They are odly shaped and do not stay in at all. Even if I manage to wiggle them somehow to stay for slightly longer than 2min, they start hurting my ears almost immediately. With the way they are able to sit in my ears, the navigation on the side becomes super tricky. Sound is really good which is shame.

Sounds is decent, but although following the instructions properly to insert them. They do not fit properly. This makes things such as running almost impossible with them in. Even things like lifting weights at certain angles makes them a little tough to use as they can fall out. Because of this also, the great audio seeps out of the ear rather than into the ear (again they were fitted as per samsung instructions). My S10E style samsung buds fit and keep more of the audio in the ear.

Bud 3 after a few months of use I actually stopped using them the only positives are they are easy to connect and convenient that's it unfortunately. This has to be the worst earphones I have ever used, I have never felt so u happy and so much regret buying something in my life! So uncomfortable in my ears, unbelievably similar to airpods and they come across as just some cheap nock off. I've had three types of headphones from Samsuns over the years and these ones are by far the worst. They're made from cheap material which makes them so light they don't fit right and it affects the sound. They don't stay in and when they do they hurt your ears. I would have returned them if I would have bought them myself, but since they came with the phone...why bother. Don't waste your money on these, buy the buds 2 pro. They're so much better.

Before ordering I checked the reviews on the buds3, seen lots of people complaining about the fit & buds falling out. I decided to give it a try as normally Samsung products are good quality. I received my order last week & I am very happy with the buds3. I did some test to see if they would fall out my ears...all tests amazingly passed with no issues with fit or comfort. Finally the quality sound is amazing, with a good battery life.

Galaxy Buds 3, best advice is to not buy these. However I received a set free as a promotional offer when purchasing a Galaxy S25 Edge. Not that great an offer after all, looks like Samsung have been dumping this flawed product as an extra inducement. If you get a set free I'd suggest not unwrapping them as they could be used as a present. As for the buds themselves I've found they are not really practical for everyday use as they provide no isolation from the outside world and the noise cancellation just makes music sound flat, without any noticeable noise cancellation. There are some positives though. Out of the box I found the sound quality really good. The fit I found comfortable. They do feel as though they are loose but still sit securely, even walking about. None of the constant fiddling I found with my usual in-ears. Very light. They can be a bit fiddly getting out of the box and into ears, or out without triggering the touch controls. I haven't got to grip with the controls yet. Connectivity is good, connected to my (old) S20FE no problem without the app installed and the range seems very good, I've walked into the house leaving the phone outside without any loss of signal. Battery seems ok but I've not used for more than 90 minutes and I like wireless charging. 360 audio is a bit strange but it did improve the balance on some 1960's music where the stereo wasn't quite right. ANC as I've mentioned is useless. Can't comment on call quality because I have no friends to call. So all in all a very flawed product, which is a shame because the sound is great. Only really usable in quiet environments or where you can't listen through speakers. For most of the time I'll use my 5 years old, non-ANC Soundcore earphones which only cost £35 but throw these in my pocket occasionally as the case is a fair bit smaller.

These headphones are a severe downgrade from the buds2. I received them free with my new phone, and I still think i overpaid. There is no noise cancelling, the battery doesn't last well, the left bud doesn't want to charge. It honestly sounds like i am listening to my audio books through a tin can it echoes so badly. They constantly fall out of my ears, and randomly disconnect from the phone.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro sound really good, and the noise cancellation is decent. The battery lasts a long time, and they’re comfortable to wear. But the click feature to answer calls isn’t very convenient, it could be more practical. Also, the ear tips don’t feel very strong. While I was out in town wearing the earbuds, the right earbud fell out and was lost. I have searched thoroughly but was unable to locate it. This leaves me with just the left earbud, which renders the product effectively unusable for its intended purpose. I am deeply disappointed, as I expected better design and performance from a product associated with Samsung's reputation for quality. How can I get a replacement Ear Bud?

I received these headphone free with my Samsung Laptop. I'm sorry Samsung but these Buds3 are so poorly designed I cannot recommend them unless you receive them as a free gift. I own several high end earbuds and over ear headphones from Bowers and Wilkins and Bang and Olufsen, which some are older generation tech by 5 to 6 years but still out perform these. My wife's Buds FE another freebie even put the Buds3 to shame. The only positive is the easy connectivity with other Samsung products but sonically they are let down by poor fit and not being able to get a proper seal within the ear, as they don't have conventional tips, plus they just don't stay put as soon as you have any bodily movement and that includes eating you lose an already weak bass and the midrange just thins out. I bought some silicone socks for the Buds3 from Amazon which improved the sonic performance 10 fold to the point I actually started to appreciate the clear separation of the mids and highs especially with vocals and the bass seemed tighter with more control at the expense of lower ranges. As with most earbuds the soundstage can be a little shallow or even claustrophobic but with the help of the silicone socks the sound stage opened up just enough to get a grasp of where instruments were coming from. The downside with the aftermarket socks is you can't charge the buds in the charging case, you have to remove them and refit once charged and it's an utter pain. As I'm not a big fan of Active Noise cancellation I can only comment that it appeared weaker than the anc on the Buds FE and I would put that down to poor sealing So there is away to improve the sonic performance and fit but its to go the aftermarket route and that has its own drawbacks. I note that the new Buds3 FE are of a conventional tip design like the Buds3 Pro so maybe Samsung have realised that there is a fundamental issue with it's design. Maybe Samsung if you create some aftermarket boots that allow charging you may get some positive reviews on the Buds3. If they come free with a Samsung purchase that's great, but please think carefully before you part with your hard earned cash.

Purchased as replacement for Buds Live. If honest, my wife prefers the fit of the Galaxy buds live to these, as these tend to slip and fall out. As not a proper fit, the active noise cancellation, is not that great, when compared to my Buds 3 pro, which has the tips so helps stay seating in the ear. Sound is good, case is good and decent usage time once charged.

Generally, it's a great bud mainly because of the clear sound, BUT it doesn't fit in my ear, like it's too big for my ears keeps falling off also, the music keeps stopping on its own, for reasons i don't know. I'm a hijabi, so thank God my hijab keeps it in place, but once it moves a lil from my ear, it just stops working. Is it a setting I've activated or why?

I would give 5 stars but haven't because the charging case was too easy to scratch dropped the case once and ended up with a hideous scratch. I have had other Samsung buds, live and buds 2 and never had this problem with the case. I now have a cover for the case which I shouldn't have had to buy but hey ho. The buds I cannot fault they are great. Connectivity, sound, comfort is great! The sound is as good as over ear headphones. If you use the right size fitting for your ears they remain comfortable. I walk to work on a noisy road and the noise cancelling blanks out the noise so I can hear my music/conversations clearly. Initially I didn't like the stalks as this was a deviation from the buds design but I think this makes them remain connected at a distance from your device. Battery life is good get about 5hrs out of them I think not sure as I usually put them back in the case before I run out of battery life. Overall very satisfied with them.

I have a Samsung watch, phone and these earbuds (upgraded from 2) and this is by far the worst product I have bought. In a quiet environment they work great but with any background noise (train, gym, plane etc) I need to turn up the volume to its maximum to drown out the sound. I think this is due to the fit not being right in the ear.

The worst headphones release by Samsung, Sound quality it's just poor even with 360° mode (but I have admit its interesting mode.). They don't hold in the ear, simple just slide off and hanging (I have feeling like only thing to hold them it's that "long stick") You can forget about any kind of activity when wear them.

I brought the ear buds as part of an bundle (tablet, keyboard & buds 3) i was looking forward to wear them. On day 1 the roght one keeps falling out - i looked at youtube videos, followed instructions (twisting it etc) and it still keeps falling. I have had my buds for over a year, the right one has lost sound quality and both have lost volume. They have to be on maximum setting to hear anything. They fitted well and when they were working they worked well, noise cancelling was quite good, they just did not last so probably won't any more.

You can follow these steps to do that safely: 1. Remove the ear tip from the earbud carefully. Don't use force to remove the ear tip. 2. Clean the sensor, mesh and ear tip with a clean, soft cloth. 3. Clean the receiver with a cotton swab and dry brush to remove any foreign materials. 4. Reattach the ear tip onto the earbud when you've finish cleaning. Please note: do not use liquids, such as alcohol or soapy water, when cleaning the Galaxy Buds. Play time tested by pairing a pre-production Galaxy Buds3 to a recently released Galaxy smartphone with default settings. Actual battery life may vary and depend on usage conditions, settings, number of times charged, Bluetooth signal strength, and other factors. 'Play time' refers to when the Galaxy Buds3 are connected to the phone, streaming music. Actual Play time may vary based on settings.

15IP57 is based on laboratory test conditions for submersion in up to 1 meter of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

16Not advised for beach or pool use. Charging case is not water resistant. If the earbuds are damaged, they are not guaranteed to be water resistant. If the earbuds or your hands are wet, they must be dried thoroughly prior to handling or placing into the charging case. If placed into the charging case without drying, the earbuds may be damaged.
