This isn't what we'd expect as the Buds3 are designed with a thoroughly tested ergonomic shape, which is intended for easy, all-day wear and minimal ear canal pressure. A comfortable fit relies on correct positioning within the outer ear, and the key to comfort and stability is the angle of the blade. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down, and make small adjustments by rotating the earbud forwards or backwards until it feels comfortable and securely positioned in your ear. We are disheartened to see your Buds3 are not working to perfection, Robert. Sometimes a build up of dirt can stop sound coming through the Galaxy Buds, please try cleaning your Galaxy Buds. You can follow these steps to do that safely: 1. Remove the ear tip from the earbud carefully. Don't use force to remove the ear tip. 2. Clean the sensor, mesh and ear tip with a clean, soft cloth. 3. Clean the receiver with a cotton swab and dry brush to remove any foreign materials. 4. Reattach the ear tip onto the earbud when you've finish cleaning. Please note: do not use liquids, such as alcohol or soapy water, when cleaning the Galaxy Buds. If the issue continues, we'd recommend contacting our Support Teams who will get your Buds working again.
