Storage Share

Enjoy your favorite moments on a bigger screen with ease. Storage Share lets you stream photos, videos and more from your Galaxy devices directly to your TV. With automatic detection of nearby devices, sharing content across Samsung devices feels seamless and effortless.

Each device must be registered with a single Samsung Account with Storage Share Settings On, Wi-Fi On, and Bluetooth On. Storage Share is supported in selected Galaxy phones and tablets released in 2023 or later, with One UI 7.0 and above. Storage Share supports only 1:1 connections between devices (e.g., TV–smartphone or TV–tablet). Multiple simultaneous connections are not supported.

AI Energy Mode

Make energy management easy with SmartThings. By turning on AI Energy Mode, it auto-detects surrounding light levels and analyzes usage behaviors to adjust the brightness. It also analyzes the content scene-by-scene to subtly adjust brightness and help manage energy consumption where possible.

Products shipped in Eco Mode have some AI Energy Mode functions enabled by default, so energy saving levels when AI Energy Mode is turned on may appear lower compared to Standard Mode. AI Energy Mode does not work with Game Mode. Energy consumption may vary depending on content being displayed and surrounding brightness levels.

Transform your TV into a karaoke stage, with your phone as the mic or wireless microphones. Start singing with friends and family, filling your living room with fun, energy and lively entertainment.

Designated microphone models provided by Samsung’s authorized partner are supported only and sold separately. With a single USB port on the TV, a maximum of 2 microphones are supported, and this functionality is limited to 2 USB ports in total. Requires SmartThings app to be installed on mobile, connected via the same Wi-Fi network as the TV set. I purchased this as it was the latest Micro RGB technology. The first thing is it takes a lot of colour calibration to stop unnaturally bright reds. The end result is a picture is not as good as a 15 year old LED screen. The biggest problem with the TV is that if you view it from anywhere other than directly in front - you get a completely washed out view. I purchased this after being impressed with the picture of a friends 75 inch Samsung neo QLED - this screen is far inferior despite being more expensive.

When we set up this TV we were honest shocked by the vibrance of the colour the crispness of the picture and the brightness. This TV has allowed me, for the first time to ditch the separate media streamer as its capacity to add services through its apps are better than a separate unit. We have a smart home, so the TV's integration and ability to act as a hub is proving most convenient. Very happy with this purchase.

The 55 tv is excellent. Just a couple of points. Prefer not to have the TV think it knows what I am interested in. I have therefore deactivated SAMSUNG TV PLUS. But I also wish to remove NEW AND TRENDING from my screen but following your instructions, it stubbornly refused to disappear. When that is sorted, I will give the new TV an unequivocal endorsement. Any ideas?

Great looking TV and easy to set up although soime of the menu options don't seem to be available when trying to adjust the picture. I've tried many settings but eveything seems to be too blue and as this is a new TV there are no guides online as to the perfect settings. Also BBC Iplayer is not available yet which is very annoying.

I bought this tv about two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The colours are vibrant and there has been no detectable lagging or issues with frame rate. The OS is easy to navigate and I appreciate the AI features which makes sound and picture set up easy. Gaming is a real pleasure, so I definitely recommend this tv!

I was disappointed in the fact there is not an audio port, as I have to Bluetooth my sound bar every time I turn on the tv. I like the tv, but the sound is better with a soundbar, as the speakers must be at the back of the tv and sound a bit muffled. Love the colour and clarity.

85 inch purchased about two weeks ago to replace 2021 led model. The difference is remarkable, especially in the room in which it is situated,which is quite open to the light. It is super bright and the colours are superb and clear. At this stage I can find nothing to fault.

Purchased R85H 65" and out of the box it was broken. Processing issues and the TV's own diagnostic check stating error 'picture freezes and is broken'. Out of the box. So bad was the graphical representation in processing you could not watch it. AI ON or AI OFF. Motion anywhere on screen, as well as panning camera views blurred out and pixelated, ghosting, shadowed edging, over compensation and blooming of colours to name a few. SD 720 and HD 1080p upscaling is atrocious. UHD 4K and HDR10 were better but still produced graphical irregularities. Second R85H 65" was much better but still had the same diagnostic check error. Much the same rendering issues processing irregularities but on minimal level. Motion is still atrocious. Especially on DVB (normal tv) Don't buy this tv for motion. That includes sports, rugby, soccer, etc. UHD HDR content representation is 8/10. It still has graphic processing irregularities but these are minimal. There are TVs out there in this price range that perform a lot better in upscaling low quality images (720p 1080p). I kept mine as the 4k HDR isn't too shabby. This tv absolutely sucks watching normal tv (DVB) and it does have issues. Hopefully they will correct this in future patch or software update. You will never find a perfect tv in this price range. They all have their issues.

Purchased this to replace a Samsung QLED which failed after just 2 years. Have had this for a month now, and unfortunately I'm underwhelmed with the TV's performance given its price bracket. I expected that by paying for a TV in the premium price bracket, I'd be receiving a TV of premium quality, but that isn't true with this TV most of the time. When playing UHD content the picture is great, so long as you mess about with the settings to adjust it to your preference. But even then it's inconsistent, it seems you have to continuously alter the picture settings depending on what you're watching, I can't seem to find a level that's consistent through watching different content. It suffers with blurring and/or judder just like a much cheaper LCD panel would when watching something with a fast paced environment. And colours can run into each other too. For instance a couple of weeks ago, I was watching the Scotland game in the FIFA World Cup, and the adidas stripes on the sleeves of their shirts were sky blue in colour throughout the entire first half. I double checked with a picture online at half time as I was sure they were meant to be white, and indeed, they were meant to be white. As another reviewer has mentioned, at times it seems as if everything has a blue tinge, which can make the whole picture look really ugly, especially when watching something like football and the entire pitch can have a very noticeable blue hue. Another thing previously mentioned is the lack of BBC iPlayer. I contacted Samsung support weeks ago about that as it's an app I use a lot normally, however they are yet to get back to me. A lot of the time the menu options are unavailable, not sure the parameters surrounding this but quite often menu options are blanked out so that you can't adjust them. I do have hope that Samsung can fix a lot of these issues with firmware updates going forward, as I do believe there is potential in this TV, without doubt. If you do manage to tweak the settings and get them just right for your content then the picture can look quite spectacular. But overall it has a long way to go, which is why at this point unfortunately I could not recommend this TV to anyone. The AI integration which is obviously marketed as the TV's selling point seems to be actually holding it back at this moment in time. The struggles with picture aside, I can't even figure out how to get AI sound to work! The advert on the product's selling page depicts a graphic of someone speaking into their remote to have the background music turned down, the singer's voice enhanced etc... Have tried and cannot even get this to pretend to work. I just get asked to set up voice recognition with bixby or alexa and even after doing so can only navigate the menu's via voice control, I can't instruct the TV using this feature at all!

For inconsistent picture quality across different types of content, this is often linked to the selected Picture Mode, found under Settings > All settings > Picture. Filmmaker Mode or Movie generally provide the most accurate and consistent results. If you've noticed judder or blurring during fast-moving scenes, we'd recommend adjusting Auto Motion Plus under Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. Regarding the blue tint you've experienced, it's also worth checking Colour Tone under Expert Settings, as changing it from Cool to Warm can often produce a more natural-looking image.
