I purchased this TV recently from Home Clearance, Brisbane. Having purchased a 75" Samsung TV back in 2021, there was no doubt in my mind that this new TV would be another Samsung. I very much like Samsung's minimalist approach to the set-up of the TV and the familiarity of the small remote control. Thanks to the Tizen app, set up was easy and I had the TV installed and operating in no time. I have come to respect Samsung products over the years and have only good things to say about their commitment to customer satisfaction and the high level of customer support, both at the time of purchase and ongoing support

Absolutely blown away by the 65" Neo QLED QN70H 4K Samsung Vision AI Smart TV. The picture quality is next level — the brightness, colours and motion handling are unreal, especially for sport and movies. The anti-glare screen makes a massive difference during the day and the upscaling on regular content is seriously impressive. Setup was straightforward, the smart features are smooth and responsive, and the design itself looks premium mounted on the wall. Paired it with a soundbar and it honestly feels like a cinema at home. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Samsung absolutely nailed this model.

Five months in with this new 55 inch Neo television and I can't find one fault with it. Only great features and outstanding picture quality. A huge upgrade from a 25 y/o analogue Plasma panel. 4K HDMI signals are clear and brilliant. So many useful features once you become familiar with the menus. One little non-issue was that I couldn't find a time display for ages. But once I learnt how to access the Freview menu and the Home screen I found the time and date displays there. The excellent service and Samsung Support systems assisted in my learning and adjustment of this quality television display.

Picture quality is excellent. TV sound not too bad but much improved through a sound bar. Set up very simple but pushes you to Samsung TV on every start up. Review was going to be 4 stars until I found that Samsung TV can be turned off. Disappointed that BBC iPlayer app is not available. Took a bit of research to find that this is down to the BBC evaluating new TV models! It would have saved me some time if Samsung had made this clear. No problem screen sharing BBC iPlayer from tablet. Have to assume that app will be available on TV in time.

Great performance, only really marred by the lack of BBC iPlayer amongst the apps, and that's pretty much the only catch up \ app I use generally. The TV is responsive to commands though, and there's not waiting around for software to catch up before it can be used. Picture quality is great, only bettered by I Samsung OLED I reckon. In our case this is a bedroom TV, it replaces an older Samsung UHD 50" TV, which we were finding slow to use, and had begun to struggle with some video file formats we play from a hard drive connected to our router. So we just wanted an update really to ensure higher functionality. It would be nice at some point to get the BBC iPlayer app back, I'm never clear why core apps like this are such an issue in the UK really.

I’ve had the Neo QLED QN85F 4K Vision AI Smart TV 65” for a two days now, and I’m thoroughly impressed! The picture quality is incredibly sharp and vibrant, the AI features automatically optimize the settings for whatever I’m watching, and the smart TV interface is fast and easy to use. The Q-Symphony system produces great, immersive sound that really enhances the viewing experience, and the sleek design looks fantastic in my living room. Overall, it’s been a fantastic upgrade for my home entertainment—highly recommended!

This is the worst tv and brand, It had a burn mark in the screen and instead of replacing the TV you replaced the screen and now since then the screen is atrocious The picture has a pickcill problem and you sent out the technical that replaced the screen and his report was that some channels work ok. When infacked that was a lie. When ever any channel has a seen that moves fast the pick cells can't keep up with the picture. Can't watch any sports it's a fuzzy blur and you believe that that's ok

The tv is very good easy to set up quick to respond if a little converluted in some aspects. It will take a little time to get to know it and to navigate the various features. The big downside for me was that BBC I Player was not an option on this model. If I had been told that initially I need not have wasted a lot of time trying to download an app that was not available at the moment. Having said that a call to Samsung support was very helpful and confirmed the research I had done.

Having been a tv viewer for past 70 years i felt we had come to near end of tv inprovements. How wrong i was. My 65 inch Samsung Neo QKED has left me as a kid tith a new toy. The colour and depth of picture makes me think i am sitting in a movie theatre. If i may give one small piece of constructive criticism the controller buttons are just a little too small for my 85 year old arthritic fingers. Well done.

I bought the 85” version of this one month ago. The processor makes app use near unusable. It typically takes at least one minute to load apps like Disney and Netflix then another 30-60 seconds to render the screen. It then can’t play any show/movie without stopping to buffer. I kept my 4k FireTV Stick and it takes around 3-5 seconds to load the same apps and another 1-2 seconds to render the screen. It plays all shows without buffering. I’m pretty disappointed that its smart features are basically useless. I have an unopened 75” version still in its box and will be speaking to Samsung about returning both for refunds since this was bought because it was meant to have one of the better combinations of remote and app use and picture quality. If I need to use a FireTV Stick to run it then I will consider a tv with a good screen but rubbish operating system that I will bypass with the FireTV Stick.

I brought this a month ago, very happy with picture and sound. I have however brought the 990f soundbar and connected it by earc and set q synchronised with TV. The sound is fantastic. The only thing I had a small problem with was the picture had too much red in it, everybody's faces looked bright red like they were sunburnt. I have fixed that and could not be happier with my purchase.

I bought this last week and have been impressed with the clarity and depth of the picture. The resolution has made a vast difference in viewing sport and movies compared to old tv. The brightness is not overpowering but provides a clear picture. Contrast allows clarity of the picture while the refresh rate is not a noticeable interruption to watching the tv.

The TV is fine and a good update on our 9 year old samsung. But the dispute / unreadyness of not having the iplayer on it is an absolute horrid mistake. Samsung has to get its act together. The absence of iplayer is account to teh BBC all in Samsungs court and I would say dont buy a 2026 tv until they sort.

Great TV but the basic manual functions such as the power buttons and operating the TV without a remote is terrible. The remote control failed for us, and has rendered our TV useless, unable to manage it without an app - which can only be controlled by one persons phone or manually using a tiny button with limited functionality.

bought tv 2 months ago and the auto store channel tuning function will not stop appearing on the screen and will not stop looping. deletes channels which may have a temporary weak signal. no ability to disable. seems like a world wide problem and no software update to fix it. most annoying! otherwise good well priced tv!

Being 71 the smart features are usually lost on me but I’ve been surprised with how easy they are to get used too (I didn’t even have to call on a grandchild). I bought this tv a few weeks ago and have found it awful to just watch standard tv channels using the aerial. I googled and found many have the same problem. It should be simple to set up to choose the channels I want rather than Samsung wanting me to stream there’s. Remote doesn’t have many options.
