Great tv and quite easy to use, colours are bright and contrast is good. We were always lovers of Panasonic however the latest Panasonic was full of glitches and became totally unreliable. Start up is quick and responsive along with added benefit of many more channels over the Panasonic. The only niggle we have with tv is that the feet are grey in colour and would have better in black to suit the tv surround hence the 4*. Still awaiting a response from Samsung regarding this but as yet nothing. It’s a great tv and won’t be disappointed.

The TV is really beautiful, thin, nice screen, fast interface. The only drawback is that BBC iPlayer is not available (still), if this was installed it would be a five star TV for me. I hope Samsung learn from this and prioritise getting essential national Broadcaster apps certified much faster, for a TV that launches six months ago to still not have any BBC apps is crazy. The AI enhancement features exist… but it’s hard to validate their effectiveness. I can’t say I’ve noticed a fantastic level of difference with them enabled. I would probably recommend this Tv to a friend, but any recommendation would have to come with a big warning about iPlayer.

My recent purchase from Argos has more than met my expectations Crisp, clear image, perfect brightness and contrast right out of the box, with the ability to tweak the settings to your heart's content to get your perfect image. Sound quality is high from the built in speakers, but improved massively with a soundbar. The unit is very responsive to the remote control. 4k upscaling is provided and extremely effective, giving a uniform display throughout.

A TV that had easy to install legs. Once connected to the internet, there was a whole world of entertainment. With a great colour and definition display with sound to match, this TV, for a mid-range device is full of features, Connected to a soundbar, the sound improves considerably and the TV remote can then control the soundbar as well. The response time was excellent compared to my old TV. Worth the price!

For a mid-range TV this is a brilliant device. Once plugged in and connected to the internet, the experience began. Great colour and definition, there are a vast number of channels to watch with Samsung Plus. Easy to use remote control with direct access to Netflix and YouTube (and two others), this TV was easy to use.

The TV is fine and a good update on our 9 year old samsung. But the dispute / unreadyness of not having the iplayer on it is an absolute horrid mistake. Samsung has to get its act together. The absence of iplayer is account to teh BBC all in Samsungs court and I would say dont buy a 2026 tv until they sort.

Great performance, only really marred by the lack of BBC iPlayer amongst the apps, and that's pretty much the only catch up \ app I use generally. The TV is responsive to commands though, and there's not waiting around for software to catch up before it can be used. Picture quality is great, only bettered by I Samsung OLED I reckon. In our case this is a bedroom TV, it replaces an older Samsung UHD 50" TV, which we were finding slow to use, and had begun to struggle with some video file formats we play from a hard drive connected to our router. So we just wanted an update really to ensure higher functionality. It would be nice at some point to get the BBC iPlayer app back, I'm never clear why core apps like this are such an issue in the UK really.

The tv is very good easy to set up quick to respond if a little converluted in some aspects. It will take a little time to get to know it and to navigate the various features. The big downside for me was that BBC I Player was not an option on this model. If I had been told that initially I need not have wasted a lot of time trying to download an app that was not available at the moment. Having said that a call to Samsung support was very helpful and confirmed the research I had done.

This TV is absolute rubbish, I used to like Samsung products, but I'm moving on from them all and will spend my money elsewhere, in the case of this TV they can't even be bothered to ensure there's a BBC iPlayer app, so I will be selling this TV on, just like I'll be dumping the Samsung £750 tumble drier that after light use broke after just 3 years. Back to the drawing board Samsung, soz, you're dumped off my buying list!

Picture quality is excellent. TV sound not too bad but much improved through a sound bar. Set up very simple but pushes you to Samsung TV on every start up. Review was going to be 4 stars until I found that Samsung TV can be turned off. Disappointed that BBC iPlayer app is not available. Took a bit of research to find that this is down to the BBC evaluating new TV models! It would have saved me some time if Samsung had made this clear. No problem screen sharing BBC iPlayer from tablet. Have to assume that app will be available on TV in time.

I find the responsiveness with this TV and its remote very difficult to maneuver! I am not totally technically deficient, but this TV makes me feel like i don't know a thing about how to manage my programing, my apps, etc. I have been on UTube to watch various videos and some of the buttons or areas that are descirbed are not where the instructor says they are. I finally had my nieces come to help me, and even they said the remote is extremely hard to navigate and figure out.

For a NEO QLED that is supposed to be a premium type of TV to not have true 120Hz refresh is just letting down the consumer. Also G-Sync would be an appreciated feature. The TV itself isn't very bright and for it being a mini LED it seems to not have that many zones.
