We appreciate that you are not finding the fabric softener dispenser very useful; also, that your clothes are not smelling as fresh as expected, and that you would have liked to be able to switch on the washing machine from your mobile device. This washing machine comes with Auto Optimal Wash+ with the appliance knowing just the right amount of detergent for any load to avoid overfilling and waste. The detergent drawer comes with 3 compartments where you can add liquid detergent, liquid fabric softener, powder detergent, or fabric softener for your cycles. The auto dose feature ensures that you'll only use the correct amount of detergent with every cycle, making it last longer. Even though some cycles are unavailable for the maximum load, you'll still be able to speed through any type of laundry pile. The AI wash will intelligently select the best program for you depending on the load, and we hope that you do explore the options in SmartThings, as it will make using every part your machine even easier. Whichever cycle you're using, you'll always find it to be quiet, so it won't be a unwanted background noise.
